It's the next morning in Adam's Landing and at The Evans Home,Rashad sits downstairs as he holds his son in his arms and tells him"Daddy will never leave you Sidney.It's you and me."Aretha and Sayyid walk downstairs and Aretha looks at Little Sidney and asks Rashad"Did you get any sleep?"Rashad tells his Mother"I was up with Little Sidney all night and thinking about Grandma."Aretha tells her son as Sayyid goes upstairs for his morning prayers"Terrance didn't call last night so that is a good thing.She's still with us."Rashad looks at his Son and asks his Mother"How will I take care of my little boy without Latoya?"Aretha looks at her Grandson and tells Rashad"You have me baby boy.And I will help you raise Little Sidney Evans.Just like Mama helped me when I had you."Rashad asks his Mother"I have always wondered about my Father.What happened with him?"Aretha quickly tells her Son"That's something I don't care to discuss right now.I will tell you in time."Rashad notices a look in his Mother's eyes and asks Aretha"Did he leave you hanging?"Aretha looks at Rashad and grabs his hand and tells him"It was just about the same with me,as it was with you.That's all I will say."Aretha's phone rings and it's Terrance and he tells his Sister"Mama is still with us and I want you and Uncle Clem to come to the Hospital ASAP.We need to discuss something."Aretha tells Terrance"Rashad and Little Sidney are here Terrance.Latoya gave him the kid and she's leaving town this morning."Terrance tells his Sister"I need you to come to the Hospital.And fast!"Aretha hangs up the phone and Rashad asks"How is Grandma?"Aretha tells her Son and Grandson"She is still alive,but I got to get to the Hospital immediately.And you need to be there also."Rashad asks his Mother"What about Little Sidney?"Aretha tells him"Bring him with you.Mama may be in a coma,but she needs all of us."Sayyid walks downstairs and Aretha tells them"Let's go visit Mama."
At Sassy's house,Sassy gets off the phone with City Hospital and Latoya comes downstairs and tells her Mother"Are you still angry after last night?"Sassy looks at her Daughter with disappointment and tells Latoya"I am past angry.You gave your child away.My Grandson!"Latoya tells her Mother"If Rashad wants to be a Mama's Boy for the rest of his life,then he can also raise his Son as well!I have other things to look forward to!"Sassy slaps Latoya forcefully and Latoya yells"You have no right to slap me!"Sassy yells at Latoya"You're not even in Los Angeles and it has changed you.You were excited at one time about being a Mother and having a life with Rashad and once you got that record deal,then you forgot your priorities!You made the biggest mistake of your life Latoya and I mean it!"Latoya yells"So you don't support my choices?"Sassy asks Latoya"Do you love your son?"Latoya responds"That's not the point!"Sassy yells"That should be at the top of your list Latoya!I could have given you away and had a successful life.But you were my Daughter,and I raised you without help and I made it on my own."Latoya tells Sassy"The only thing you were ever successful at was running a damn diner that was a dump and becoming a nurse."Sassy puts Latoya on blast,as she gets in Latoya's face and yells"I have made mistakes,but I also learned from them.My family came first.My Daughter came first.All you give a damn about is you and that career."Latoya looks around and asks"So are you going to L.A?"Sassy looks at Latoya and tells her"I will be staying here.Jermaine will hopefully keep you in line and I am going to be a part of my Grandson's life because Rashad will need all the help he can get."Latoya looks at her Mother and tells her"You do that.Just remember that when I leave today,I will never step back into this house again.You should have supported me."Sassy tells Latoya"You should have put your son first!"Latoya walks to her room and grabs her suitcase and tells her Mother"I don't need you anyway.I can take care of my damn self!I'm moving up in the world and enjoy being a nobody Nurse Sassy!"Latoya storms out as Sassy looks at the door with anger in her eyes and looks on the shelf at a picture of Latoya as a child and Sassy looks at her picture and says to herself"I failed at parenting.I failed."Sassy makes a phone call to Jermaine and tells him"You watch after Latoya.I'm staying in Adam's Landing.I don't want to watch her crash and burn."Sassy hangs up and heads to City Hospital.
Meanwhile at Burt and Bree's Mansion,Burt wakes up with Summer laying next to him and he looks over and tells her"Wake up.You need to leave because Bree could show up at any moment."Summer wakes up and tells Burt"I'm not worried about Bree.She wouldn't hurt no one.She's likely at Uncle Frank's house right now throwing a pity party."Downstairs,Winston unlocks the door and looks around briefly and heads upstairs and walks into Burt's bedroom and asks his Son"What in the hell are you doing?"Summer yells at Winston"You have no right to barge in here!"Winston tells his Son"Ava knows about this and she isn't happy and nor am I."Summer looks at Winston and tells him"Bree isn't what Burt needs.What he needs is a woman that understands him and doesn't hold him back and takes her birth control pills."Winston stares at Summer and sternly tells her"You are nothing but a whore!"Burt is silent,as Summer gets out of bed,naked,and walks up to Winston and tells him"Out of all people,you should understand.I could be in bed with Jared right now.We were meant to be together anyway."Winston takes a deep breath,as he gets angry and warns Summer"You are destroying your family you selfish whore.You are just like your Mother."Summer quips"That's good that I take after her.At least I think so."Winston warns his Son"Burt,I can't protect you if you don't realize what you're doing.Ava's rallying the troops now for your demise and knowing her,Summer's as well.This could really destroy you."Burt looks at Summer and tells her"You need to leave.I got to go to work."Summer walks out and tells Burt"I'll see you tonight sexy."Summer struts out and Burt tells his Father"I know I've messed up.But I'm attracted to Summer.She wants what I want."Winston asks"What?Sex?"Burt tells his Father"I love sex.That's my drug of choice."Winston shakes his head and tells Burt"All I can say is you don't know how to pick them.But you need to brace yourself."Burt is quiet as Winston walks out and heads back to Whispering Hills,where Ava is sitting in the living room and has a cup of coffee and spikes it with liquor and Floyd walks inside and asks Ava"Are you ready?."Ava looks at her Uncle and tells him"Oh hell yes I am!"Floyd and Ava heads towards Jackson Inc.
Across the road at Hell Hill,Xavier and Leigh are in the nursery as Maria and Shannon arrives and Maria tells her cousin"You might want to get down to Jackson Inc.Pop is on his way as we speak."Leigh tells Maria"I have to head to Class and check on things."Leigh tells her Husband"I think you may want to get down to Jackson Inc."Xavier asks Maria"Is this about Burt and Summer?"Shannon gets curious and asks"What is going on?Papa walked out of the house with his rifle this morning."Maria tells her Daughter"Go downstairs and get some formula for Gracie and Xavier Jr."Xavier,Leigh,and Maria walk outside the nursery and Xavier asks Maria"How did Uncle Floyd find out?"Maria responds"Ava.Bree was at the estate when she got the picture of Burt and Summer and Ava seen it and called Pop.He is angry and I hope Burt gets what's coming to him."Leigh rolls her eyes as she says to herself"This is going to devastate this family.Does Ruth know yet?"Maria tells them"She doesn't know."Xavier tells Maria"She doesn't need to know about it.She's already worried about Willie and she may not be able to handle this after all that's happened."Leigh hugs her Husband and tells him"Looks like you will have to step in."Maria tells them"Burt deserves what he gets."Xavier tells Maria in a stern tone"Burt Corbin is one of my most loyal employees at Jackson Inc and I need him now.I don't need him six feet under."Xavier walks back into the nursery and kisses his children and heads out and Leigh tells Maria"Burt is one of Xavier's few friends.He's worked for Xavier for over 20 years and with what's going on right now,Xavier can't lose him."Maria tells Leigh"I know Burt also and I also had my time with him.He left me when I became pregnant and left and his wife at the time was a total bitch.I loved him and he left me.Pop has never forgiven that."Leigh shakes her head and asks"So is Shannon Burt's Daughter?"Maria tells Leigh"No.I had a miscarriage due to the grief and pain Burt put me through and I had one other relationship and it was pure hell.I think you need to head on down to Class.I don't want to talk about the past."Leigh walks out and Maria stands in the hall and says to herself"Burt Corbin deserves what he gets."
At The Farm,Bree wakes up and yells for her Uncle and doesn't hear him and she looks out the living room window to notice Frank's truck is gone and Bree gets her phone to call him and doesn't get a response.There's a knock on the door and Bree sees Burt and unlocks the door and Burt walks inside and Bree slaps him forcefully and yells"You son of a bitch!"Burt tells his Wife"I don't know what to say Bree.I messed up."Bree yells"Damn right you messed up.You had sex with my Sister!"Burt looks at Bree and tells her"I did but she and I connected."Bree yells at Burt"Get the hell out of here.I am going to file for divorce and it's done between us."Burt pleads with his Wife"I love you Bree.What I had with Summer was a one time thing.I swear I won't do it again."Bree looks at her Husband and starts to cry and asks"Can I even believe you?"Burt tells his Wife"I can promise you that."Bree is hesitant to believe Burt and tells him"I won't go down the road Aunt Ava went down with my Mom.History does not need to repeat itself."Burt tells Bree"I know that.I want us to be a family and I want to be there for my child."Bree grows silent as she tells Burt"I want that also.But I don't know if I can take you back."Burt tells Bree"I understand."Frank walks inside and sees Burt and yells"I don't understand.Explain it to me you son of a bitch!"Burt tells Frank"I came here to talk to my Wife!I don't owe you nor Ava a damn thing!This is between Bree and I!"Frank punches Burt and tells him"Bree is like a daughter to me Burt.And I don't want to see her hurt and that's what you did,hurt her!"Bree tells her Uncle"Leave him alone.I don't want this to end our Marriage.I want to work things out."Bree hugs her Husband and Frank asks his Niece"You can't be serious?You're taking him back?"Bree reminds her Uncle"You have a history yourself Uncle Frank.You cheated on Aunt Beth multiple times over the years."Frank tells Bree"And Beth slept with my Daddy.You don't deserve a man like Burt."Burt tells Frank"I have never respected you nor will I ever respect you."Frank gets in Burt's face and warns him"If you ever hurt Bree again Burt Corbin,I will have you hanging out in my field like a scarecrow!"Frank looks at his Niece and tells her"I hope you know what you're doing."Bree responds"I do believe in second chances and I believe Burt to be sincere."Frank tells them"I'm headed to FJR.You're not welcome here Burt and neither is Summer as far as I am concerned!"Frank walks out and Bree tells Burt"Let's go to Jackson Inc.I need to work anyway."Burt and Bree heads to Jackson Inc.
At Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Sully and Jared sits at the kitchen table,as Ciarra finishes cooking breakfast and Ciarra asks them"So how did last night go?"Sully looks at her Great-Aunt and tells her"I really don't think you'd like to know the details."Ciarra tells them"I'm curious and I had a dream last night about the two of you."Sully asks her"What was your dream?"As Ciarra brings breakfast and orange juice to the table,she tells Sully and Jared"I had a dream that the two of you had a baby girl."Jared tells Ciarra"We are really trying.We've decided to have a kid and it would be ours.I want to have a connection with Sully that won't ever go away.A child that we create would be that connection."Ciarra tells them"You already have one thing and that is love.I know love when I see it.The two of you have what Tennessee calls The Sullivan Love."Sully asks"What does that mean?I have heard that so much over the years and I'd like to know what that means."Ciarra tells them"Jacob and I,Tennessee and J.D.,Xavier and Leigh,that is The Sullivan Love.It's a marriage that is forever connected and eternal.The two of you are just like we were and I think it's beautiful."Sully quips"Gran actually likes Jared also."Ciarra laughs"His last name isn't Jackson.The odds are going in his favor."Sully asks her Great Aunt"So how are you and Uncle Floyd doing?"Ciarra tells Sully and Jared"He understands that I am not looking for marriage and we have a great relationship,but we're moving slow.He and I come from two different worlds,but it's an adventure.He also accepts the fact that I will never love him like I did your Uncle Jacob."Sully tells her"Uncle Floyd's a great man.Do you think Gran will ever find someone?"Ciarra looks at Sully and tells her"Tennessee's heart is with one person and that is J.D..She doesn't show it,but when he died,she never recovered from it.I also don't think she's accepted it.That's why she is the way she is today."Jared gets a text from Xavier and tells Ciarra"Thanks for breakfast,but I got to head down to the office.Something's going on."Jared kisses his Wife and rushes out and Ciarra also gets a text and tells Sully"I think hell hill is about to reach Jackson Inc."Sully rolls her eyes and hugs Ciarra,as she heads to Class.Ciarra yells for Precious and he runs into the living room and Ciarra tells him"I think you're coming with me to the office."Ciarra and precious heads out.
At City Hospital,Aretha,Sayyid,Rashad,and Little Sidney has arrived in the ICU,as Ruth is awake and she tells them as Little Sidney cries"Willie just grabbed my hand.She just grabbed my hand."Beth and Terrance walks inside and Terrance tells his family"Mama is still with us and we did another scan and there's an experimental surgery that Beth and I found online that can help Mama come back to us."Everyone is overjoyed as Willie grabs Ruth's hand again and Ruth tells Beth and Terrance"Willie knows everything that's going on in this room.She grabbed my hand last night and when everyone arrived and that precious baby cried,she did it again!"Terrance and Beth are shocked and Beth tells everyone"This is a first.I do not believe what I am seeing right now."Terrance starts to cry,as does Aretha,Rashad,and Sayyid,as Aretha looks at her Son and tells him"She knows you're staying.She isn't about to go anywhere.Sayyid walks over to his Sister and grabs her hand and says gently"It's Clem.I'm here and I finally found a way to beat you at blackjack."Willie's eyes starts to open and she looks at her Brother and gives him a smirk and grabs his hand tightly and Sayyid cries"I prayed for a miracle and it happened."Willie looks around the room and she sees Rashad and Little Sidney in his arms and a tear flows down Willie's face as she doesn't speak,but she motions her Grandson and Great-Grandson to her bedside.Willie looks at them and her right arm moves and she strokes Little Sidney's face and smiles and moves her lips and Rashad kisses his Grandmother and tells her"We're going nowhere Grandma.We're staying right here."Willie gives Rashad a glare and slurs"Sidney."Aretha walks over and looks at her Mother and moves up the bed as Willie kisses her Great Grandson and looks at her Children,Grandson,and Brother and slurs"Sidney told me to stay."Beth walks out of the room as Ruth follows Beth and asks her"Have you ever seen this before?"Beth tells Ruth in a stunned tone"I have never in over 40 years in the medical profession seen someone come out of a coma like Willie Evans.I have seen it all now."Ruth tells Beth"That Grand baby in there brought her to.I felt Sidney last night and I saw him walk out of the room and afterwards,Willie grabbed my hand."Beth tells Ruth with a hug"She should be dead,but her fight and her will kept her here."Ruth tells Beth"God answered everyone's prayers."Beth tells Ruth,as they watch the Evans family gather around Willie as they all cry tears of joy"She has a long road ahead,but she may defy the odds.If anybody can do it.Willie can."Ruth holds onto Beth and tells her"Yes Beth.That woman is the toughest woman I know.Willie doesn't give up without a fight.It's who she is."
Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Floyd sits in Burt's office,holding his rifle,as Ava stands by her Uncle as Xavier walks into Burt's office and tells his Sister and Uncle"Nobody's about to bother Burt!"Floyd tells his Nephew"I plan to stomp his ass for what he's done to Bree!"Ava responds"Burt deserves it and you know that also Xavier!"Xavier looks at Ava and tells his Sister"I want you to come with me for a moment."Ava follows Xavier outside the hall,as Jared arrives and Xavier tells his Sister"Burt is the only person in this company that will be able to help me with this upcoming war with Wallace's."Ava looks at Xavier and asks"Wallace's?"Xavier tells her"That company is now the number one retailer in the nation and they've knocked us off the top and they are moving here and setting up headquarters."Ava rolls her eyes and tells Xavier"Uncle Floyd only wants to teach the bastard a lesson Xavier.He wouldn't kill him."Xavier tells Ava sternly"Wallace's got an advantage over us and they plan to take over Adam's Landing,All the stores they've built is within a mile of Jim's."Ava looks at Xavier and tells him"I guess I'll take it easy on Burt for now."Xavier tells Ava"Now go tell that to Uncle Floyd!"Xavier heads to his office and Jared follows his Father In Law as he tells Xavier"They are hellbent on vengeance."Xavier tells Jared"Burt is too valuable for us to lose."Ciarra arrives with Precious and she heads to her office,as Floyd and Ava walk out of Burt's office and Ciarra looks at them and tells them"I brought Precious in case things got out of hand."Burt walks inside and he and Bree holds hands and Ava and Floyd asks Bree"What in the hell are you thinking?"Bree tells them"We're not going to give up.We plan to make this marriage work."Floyd is silent,as he stares at Burt and Xavier and Jared walks outside and sees Burt and Bree and Bree tells Xavier"You stay out of our personal lives!"Xavier and Ava both grows silent,as does Floyd,as Ciarra tells Precious"We're headed to our office and turn on some music."Floyd follows Ciarra,as Jared stands in the lobby as Ava and Xavier looks at each other with a look of shock and Jared tells them"I got work to do."and heads to his office as Burt,Bree,Ava,and Xavier stare at each other silently with the tension rising in Jackson Inc,as Winston arrives and stands by Ava and Xavier.At Class,Sully arrives at her office and the receptionist tells her"Your Mother and Marco went to grab breakfast for a moment."Sully asks"Is Allison here?"The receptionist responds"She hasn't arrived yet."Sully walks inside her office and puts down her briefcase and takes an anti-rejection pill and takes a drink of water and she walks over to her desk and the chair swings around and Sully drops her glass of water,as she asks"How in the hell did you get in here?"

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 192. The Open Doors
At City Hospital,Beth arrives as Terrance has called her and Aretha asks Beth"Is there anything we can do to save Mama?Can you promise a full recovery?"Terrance tells his Sister"That's a lot to ask for Aretha."Beth agrees as does Rashad as Beth tells The Evans Family"She had a large vessel break and if she had of said something sooner,then possibly we could have done something."Ruth looks at Willie,as she is laying in a coma,and hooked to life support and Beth tells Terrance,Aretha,Rashad,and Sayyid"I really would like to say that she's going to recover,but I can't do that.If you want we can monitor her for a few days and see what happens."Ruth tells Beth"Willie shouldn't have to suffer like this.She wouldn't want to be hooked up to a machine to survive."Terrance tells Beth"We have all agreed to take Mama off of life support and..and"Terrance begins to break down as he tells Beth with tears flowing down his face"I know she won't make it.But Mama always told us that when God is ready,you let him do his work."Ruth nods and Sayyid holds Aretha as Rashad tells his family"The best day of my life has become my worst."Aretha tells her Son"At least Mama got to meet Daddy's namesake.She got to hold him and she was so excited about his arrival."Sayyid walks over to his Great Nephew and hugs him and says"Go be with them.Willie wouldn't want you here hovering over her."Rashad walks over and kisses his Grandmother and says with a somber tone"I love you Grandma.It's not time for you to go yet."As Willie's Family and Best Friend are at Willie's side,a spirit walks inside the room.A man in a mechanic's uniform walks over and Willie's spirit looks up and Willie goes"Sidney."Sidney touches his wife and tells her"It's been a long time."Willie and Sidney walk out of the room,as Beth tells everyone"I will stay with her tonight and all of you go home and be with Little Sidney."Aretha is hesitant as are Terrance,Rashad,and Sayyid,but Ruth tells them"Beth will take excellent care of Willie.I will be here too."Beth tells Ruth"You don't have to do that."Ruth looks at everyone and tells them"I am not leaving Willie's side.She has never left my side,and I will not leave her.Not now."Terrance tells Beth"I'm staying also.We can research and see if we can save Mama."Aretha yells,with tears in her eyes"I'm staying here.I am not leaving Mama!"Terrance and Sayyid walks over to Aretha as Rashad holds his Mother and says somberly"I am here and if anything happens,I will call you immediately.I promise."Aretha hugs her Brother and she kisses her Mother and says with tears in her eyes"Don't go yet Mama.I need you."Aretha and Rashad heads out and they look at Beth,Terrance,and Ruth and they all hug and Ruth reminds them"Willie Evans is tough.I know she is and she will still be here in the morning and maybe even awake."Aretha and Rashad walks out with their heads down as Sayyid looks at his Sister and gives her a kiss as he says"Willie,I won't leave Adam's Landing until I know you will be free.I love you."Sayyid walks out and Ruth hugs Sayyid as he tells Ruth"You always watched over Willie.It means the world to me that you are here."Ruth tells Sayyid"That's because Willie is my family and so are you."Sayyid walks out and sees Keith and asks his Son"Why weren't you in there?"Keith tells his Father"That could be me soon."Sayyid assures his Son"You're going nowhere.I know that much.But until I know the outcome with Willie,I won't be going to Los Angeles with you.I am staying here."Keith sheds a tear as he tells his Father"I understand."Sayyid tells his son"She is the last of my siblings left and I been away too long.I won't leave now."Keith and Sayyid walks out as both are quiet.Meanwhile in Willie's room,Sidney and Willie's spirit stands inside as Beth and Terrance heads to Beth's office,as Ruth sits next to Willie and Sidney tells his wife"Are you ready to come with me?I have been waiting for this for many years."Willie looks at Sidney and kisses him and is silent for a moment as Sidney tells his wife"I have been gone for years.But now we can be free.And together."
Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Winston arrives as he sees his Grandson and asks Jared"Is Burt still here?"Jared tells his Grandfather"Everyone has left and I'm about to meet up with Sully for dinner."Winston tells Jared in a tone of urgency"Burt has been sleeping with Summer Marx and Ava knows about it."Jared rolls his eyes and says to his Grandfather"Ava will burn him alive."Jared asks Winston"How did Ava find out?"Winston tells Jared"Country sent Bree a picture when she was at the estate and she dropped the phone.."Jared finishes"And Ava picked up the phone."Winston quips"And I imagine you can figure out the rest of it."Jared sighs"I think so."Winston begins to head out and Jared asks his Grandfather"Have you heard about Wallace's?"Winston responds"I have and Xavier has a hell of a battle on his hands."Jared tells his Grandfather"He's headed to one of their new stores tonight."Winston tells Jared"Xavier is very smart.I think Wallace Manning Jr and his entire family don't realize what they're in for with him.I would go offer some tips,but they deserve the wrath of your Father In Law.I hope they are ready."Winston heads out and bumps into Sully and she walks in and Jared tells his Wife"I think you need to be prepared."Sully asks"For what?"Jared tells Sully"Burt's sleeping with Summer.Your Father was correct about her after all."Sully shakes her head in anger and asks"And where's Bree at?"Jared responds"Either looking for Summer,or she's plotting with Ava."Sully tells Jared"I think Summer has burned her redemption bridge.Daddy will never forgive this."Jared responds"He was the one that busted them.And I guess he told Country."Sully grabs her Husband's hand and says"I think we should pass on Dinner and head to the Penthouse for our practice."Jared smiles as Sully tells him"I made a stop on the way here and bought some toys.Make things exciting."Jared quips,as he kisses his Wife"It's already exciting."Sully smirks"And what I bought will only help make things more exciting and maybe we can have our child."Jared and Sully runs out of Jackson Inc,as they head back to their Penthouse.

Meanwhile Xavier and Leigh are at Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,as Ciarra tells Xavier and Leigh her information on Wallace's and the Manning family.Ciarra tells them"Wallace Manning Sr was a good man and his first stores were very well run and operated.He got married to a woman from the South,and when that happened,he changed."Xavier and Leigh listens on as Ciarra fills them in on the Manning family history and Ciarra tells her Great Nephew and Leigh"When Tennessee sold Sullivan's to Wallace's,she wasn't thinking rationally and Wallace Sr had died mysteriously many years earlier and your Grandmother got a raw deal.They were killing stores left and right and we had them in our grasps for years,but you know the story Xavier."Xavier sighs and says"Yep.And now they are going after Jim's and Foodstar's customers and will try to do the same thing to us,they did to Sullivan's."Ciarra assures Xavier"You have a much better staff than we had.At least you can trust Burt and Jared.I destroyed Sullivan's the moment I let Lily get into the business.She stole money and it hurt us.You have everything under control and I think you can beat Wallace's.People will get tired of them after awhile.I checked them out as well and I wasn't impressed.Wallace Manning Sr would roll in his grave if he knew what Wallace's has become.If he isn't already doing flips."Xavier looks at his Great Aunt and Wife and tells them"Sounds like I have what I need to take them on."Xavier asks Ciarra"Have you heard from Grandma?"Ciarra tells Xavier and Leigh"Not in awhile.Hopefully she is resting somewhere and she's letting Olivia drive.I am scared knowing she's driving cross country in that Camaro and we know Tennessee."Xavier and Leigh both shake their heads.As for Tenny and Olivia,they are on the Interstate and Tenny yawns and Olivia tells Tenny"We need to pull over and get a room for the night.You can barely keep your eyes open."Tenny asks Olivia"What does that sign say?"Olivia takes a deep breath and says"That's the Speed Limit."Tenny quips"The bright lights blinds me."Olivia tells Tenny in a serious tone"We need to check into a motel on the next exit."Tenny tells Olivia"You have tried this when we stopped earlier and you tried to take my keys.I don't trust you Olivia."Olivia tells her"It will be morning tomorrow and you can see better then.Pull over and let's call it a night."Tenny pulls off on the next exit and speeds up,as she runs the red light,and makes an illegal turn into a Motel and Tenny spins the car into a parking space and turns the car off and tells Olivia"That wasn't bad was it?"Olivia gets out of the Camaro,as she kisses the asphalt and breathes a sigh of relief as Tenny yells"Wipe your mouth when you get in here.There may be inbred cooties on that asphalt.We are in the middle of nowhere."Olivia walks inside and says to herself"I will be driving the rest of the way."
Meanwhile at Burt and Bree's Mansion,Burt sits in the living room,as he tries to figure out a way to get out of his mess and he picks up the phone to call Bree and she ignores his call and he heads upstairs and he gets a text from Summer and she tells him"Bree is with Uncle Frank."Burt texts back"Nobody's here."Summer tells him"Open the door."Burt opens the door and Summer kisses Burt and tells him"I am leaving town,but before I do,I want to make love to you one last time."Burt tells Summer"I don't think it's a good idea Summer."Summer takes off Burt's robe and takes off her blouse and says to him in a seductive tone"I think it is."Burt gives in to Summer as they head upstairs to Burt and Bree's bedroom,as they have sex.At The Farm,Bree sits on the couch as Frank asks his Niece"Why don't you head back home to Burt.He is the Father of your child."Bree tells her Uncle with tears in her eyes"He acts like he doesn't even want a child.Ever since we've married,he has been distant."Frank hugs his Niece and assures her"I'm here for you and so is the family.Even Xavier."Bree asks Frank"Mind if I stay here tonight?"Frank tells her gently"Go make yourself comfortable."Bree heads to her old room and Frank sits in his chair and says to himself"You've messed up Burt."At Whispering Hills,Ava sits in the living room,as she takes a drink and Winston walks out of his study and warns Ava"Don't even think about hurting my Son!He is the only child I have left and he's loyal to me."Ava responds with a buzz"But he sure isn't faithful to my niece and he will pay for it.And so will Summer."Floyd meanwhile arrives after getting Ava's message from Maria and tells his Niece"So Corbin slept with Summer?"Ava responds as she takes another drink from the liquor bottle"Oh yes he is.And he is about to regret it."Floyd tells Ava"I'll go visit the son of a bitch tonight."Winston yells at both of them"None of you will do a damn thing to my son!Let Burt and Bree work this out on their own!I mean it Ava!"Winston storms into his study and slams the door and Ava tells her Uncle"He'll be at Jackson Inc in the morning.I'll be there also."Floyd hugs Ava and tells her as he heads home"I'll be waiting for his arrival."Floyd leaves and Ava takes another drink and says to herself"I'm not going to let happen to me happen to Bree!"Ava heads upstairs to the bedroom,as Winston calls Burt and doesn't get an answer and Winston says to himself"Son you are messing up.This isn't going to end well."
Meanwhile at Jazz,Keith and Jermaine sits in his office as Keith tells his best friend about his Aunt and says"Father won't be in Los Angeles for some time."Jermaine asks Keith"So you're going to let Candace Payne run Jazz?"Keith tells Jermaine"She'll do a great job.Clarence will be sending his jet to the Airport in the morning and he'll be picking everyone up to fly to L.A."Jermaine asks Keith"Will Rashad be coming along?"Keith responds"I don't know."At Sassy's House,Rashad arrives and Sassy asks him"How's Willie?"Rashad starts to cry and tells Sassy"She's in a coma and we don't know.."Latoya interrupts and asks Rashad"So are you going to L.A. or not?"Rashad gets angry and yells at Latoya"My family is in trouble and all you're worried about is Hollywood?I am more concerned about whether or not my Grandma will live and I am also scared for my Mom."Latoya gets angry and walks to her room and picks up Little Sidney and packs his toys and clothes into his bag and walks out and hands Little Sidney to Rashad and his bags and yells"Since you're so damn concerned about your family,then here's another one for you to worry about.I don't need him holding me back!"Rashad yells at Latoya"When I walk out that door,you can forget about seeing our son again!"Latoya yells"Fine with me!"Rashad looks at his Son and tells him"Daddy will take you home."He picks up Little Sidney's bag and walks out and Sassy storms into Latoya's room and yells"You are
the most selfish person I've ever met!You gave away your son!"Latoya tells her Mother"I don't have time to be a Mother.I have a career to go after."Sassy warns Latoya"You are making the biggest mistake of your life!"Latoya yells back"If you don't support it then you can stay here too!"Latoya slams the door and Sassy stands in the hall,with her head down with a look of disgust on her face.At City Hospital,Terrance and Beth returns to the ICU and walks inside Willie's room,as Ruth is asleep in the chair,holding Willie's hand and Beth tells Terrance,as she checks Willie's vitals"She's hanging in there."Terrance looks at Beth and tells her"In the morning,I'll talk to Aretha and Uncle Clem and see if they want to try what we found out earlier."Beth holds Terrance's hand and tells him"There's no guarantees,but it may be the only way to save her."At The Evans Home,Aretha stands on the porch,as she has flashbacks to growing up and she feels someone's hand touch her shoulder and it's Sayyid and he gently tells his Niece"Open the door Aretha."Aretha opens the door and walks inside and sees all the decorations hanging on the wall for Little Sidney's homecoming from City Hospital and Aretha walks around silently and looks around and tells her Uncle,with tears and sadness in her eyes"She has so much to live for.She can't die Uncle Clem.She can't die."Aretha falls to her knees and screams as Sayyid bends down to console her.Willie and Sidney's spirit are in the living room and Willie looks at her Husband and he tells his Wife"It's your choice Willie.From what I've seen,our family needs you more than I do right now."Willie looks at Sidney and cries"I have prayed to be with you again."Sidney tells his Wife"You are the rock of the Evans family and Aretha,Terrance,Rashad,and my namesake,Sidney needs you more Willie."Willie tells Sidney"I'm ready to join you."Meanwhile Rashad and Little Sidney arrive and Aretha and Sayyid turns around as Rashad tells them"Latoya gave me my son and it's over."Aretha hugs her son,as Sayyid holds his Great-Great Nephew and Sidney and Willie watches on as Willie looks at her Husband,and he has tears in his eyes,as does Willie as both watch on and then turn to each other and walk out of the door.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 191. The Broken Road
At City Hospital,Beth stands in the waiting room of the ICU with Aretha,Terrance,and Sayyid as they look at each other and Aretha asks her brother with fear in her voice"Will Mama be herself again?"Terrance looks at his sister and stares at her quietly and somberly responds"I can't tell you."Beth gets a text from Ciarra and tells Terrance"I have to go,but if you need me,I'm a phone call away.'Aretha,Terrance,and Sayyid tells Beth"Thank you for being here."Beth tells them"I won't tell you she will survive or she will be fine.If I did,then I'd get your hopes up.With a hemorrhagic stroke,it's much worse than your typical stroke."Aretha hangs onto her Brother and Uncle as she cries"This is the same thing that took other members of our family."Sayyid looks at Aretha and tells his Niece"We all know Willie is a fighter and she's not ready to go."Rashad heads upstairs with Latoya and Little Sidney,Sassy,Summer,and Jermaine and Beth takes a deep breath and hugs the Evans family as she leaves.Rashad asks his Mother"Will Grandma survive?"Terrance tells the family"Mama has a statement that she does not want life support unless she will 100% recover,and sadly we need to take that into consideration.Whether or not she survives isn't the question.But rather what is the right thing to do.What would Mama want us to do?"Rashad tells his Uncle"I want to see her scans."Terrance looks at his nephew and tells him"You should just go with Latoya and be with your son."Latoya tells Rashad"He's right and we need to get ready to go to L.A.."Rashad turns around and tells Latoya"My Grandmother may be on her deathbed.I am not leaving my family!"Rashad holds onto his Mother as Aretha looks at Latoya,Sassy,Summer,and Jermaine and tells them"Take care of my Grandson.Go to Sassy's for now until Rashad returns."Latoya yells at Rashad"What about me and our son?"Sassy warns Latoya"This is not the time.We're going to my house!"Sassy apologizes to Aretha and she takes Latoya and Little Sidney to her home and tells her daughter"Rashad is in the worst scenario he could be in.Don't start thinking about yourself."Summer goes with Sassy,Latoya,and Little Sidney,as Sayyid asks Jermaine"Where is my son?"Jermaine tells Sayyid"Keith's at Jazz right now.He's finishing things up before he leaves for L.A."Sayyid tells Jermaine"Once I know about Willie,I'll be there."Jermaine heads out and Terrance and Aretha stand by Rashad,as does Sayyid,as they go into Willie's room,where she's in a coma and Terrance tells them"This isn't right.We need to make a decision."
At Jackson Inc,Xavier sits in his office,as he intently reads the expansion maps for Wallace's,and their sales reports and he grows furious,as he gets up from his desk and looks out of the window as he considers his options.Jared walks inside and tells Xavier"Country is in Burt's office.He's about to kill him!"Xavier and Jared rushes out of Xavier's office.In Burt's office,Country sits at Burt's desk and says to him"So Bree wasn't good enough and you had sex with Summer.I be damned!"Burt asks Country"Why would you even care?It's not like you ever gave a damn about my Wife before and now you want to play Dad?"Country gets up and aims his pistol at Burt and tells him"I guess so.You're right.But I am Bree's Daddy and if you should study up some on how Jamie Marx worked.That chapter needs to be closed and it will be if I have anything to do with it."Burt gets angry and tells Country"I am not having sex with Summer!Now get the hell out of my office!"Xavier walks inside with Jared and yells at Country"I need to talk to you!"Country looks at Burt and reminds him"We're not finished yet."Burt tells him"Yes we are."Jared stays in Burt's office,as he asks Burt"Is he right?Are you sleeping with Summer?"Burt grows silent and tells Jared"We need to focus on Wallace's than worry about my personal life."Jared asks"So I take it you are sleeping with Summer?"Burt tries to change subjects and Jared warns Burt"Summer Marx is the worst mistake you can ever make.Once you had her,she never gives up."Burt is quiet and tells Jared"I made my mistakes."Outside,Xavier reminds Country"Didn't I tell you to stay quiet and let Bree find out for herself?"Country tells Xavier"I screwed up royally with Jamie and I am ready to try to be Bree's Father X.I don't want her to be the next Ava."Xavier tells Country"I can promise you that won't happen.Bree's very strong and she was married to Michael Barr and he slept with Jamie."Country tells Xavier"But Burt is sleeping with her sister."Xavier pulls out his phone and tells Country"I have all I need in case I have to use it,but instead I'll send it to you.It might be better this way."Xavier sends his picture of Burt and Summer to Country and tells him"Now you can tell your Daughter,but leave Burt alone.He's worked for me for many years and we need him now.Wallace's has made a war cry and I need everyone here at Jackson Inc to be ready because this one will be dirty."Country asks"Wallace's?Isn't that a Department Store?"Xavier corrects Country"Discount Store.They have entered the grocery business and they are now number one in the nation.They have destroyed many grocers,discounters on the road to the top spot.And I'll be damned if they'll destroy me!"Country looks at Xavier and tells him"I got what I need now.I will be watching Burt."Country leaves and Xavier walks into Burt's office and looks at Burt and Jared and tells both of them"We need to get ready for war.Wallace's are about to meet their match with me!"
Meanwhile at FJR,Frank arrives and The Team Director tells him"He's waiting for you."Frank heads into his office where Wallace Manning Jr sits and looks at Frank and says"Frank Jackson.The man I want to meet."Frank looks at Wallace and asks him"I thought Wallace's didn't do sponsorships?"Wallace responds"We don't,but we are about to move Southeast,and with our sponsorship of FJR,then it meets our bottom line.I just have one condition."Frank asks Wallace"And what would that condition be?"Wallace tells Frank"My son,Wally Manning wants a career in racing and I will sponsor FJR,if you put him in your top ride.I will sponsor both cars!"Frank tells Wallace"I don't hire pay drivers.I hire drivers that want to win."Wallace reminds Frank"I hear that money makes The Stock Car League survive and the teams.I would have thought you were more modern."Frank looks at Wally Manning's results in the lower series and tells Wallace"He only has one win and his record doesn't look good."Wallace smiles and tells Frank"That is why he will need you to help him develop into the next racing legend.Like you Frank."Frank asks Wallace"What if I put Wally in a lower division ride?"Wallace shakes his head and tells Frank"Either he gets a top ride or you will be out of the racing business.I know how this works and you're on a tightrope right now."Frank begrudgingly tells Wallace"I will put him in my car and let him drive for a few weeks."Wallace adds"The rest of the year.No Wally,then no money.It's up to you."Frank shakes his head and Wallace pulls out his briefcase and tells Frank"Looks like Wallace/FJR Racing will be the top dog when the next race starts."Frank signs the contracts and asks Wallace"So where is Wally?"Wallace tells Frank"He'll be ready for the race."Wallace walks out and tells Frank"You have just helped me out tremendously.We will both reap in the dollars now!"Wallace walks out and Frank reads the contracts and shakes his head,as he reads Wally Manning's race results and says to himself"I screwed up."Frank gets his phone to call Cale,but he gets his voicemail,and Frank says to himself"Time to visit my Son."Frank leaves and tells The Team Director"Wallace's will be the Team Sponsor of FJR."Frank hands him the contracts,as he heads out and The Team Director looks at the contracts and says to himself"You should have read this better boss."The Team Director has a look of defeat on his face as he reads on with disapproval.
At Hell Hill,Maria,Floyd,and Bree are in the kitchen with Ruth as Shannon is upstairs with Gracie and Xavier Jr,and Ruth tells them"I am fine.I really don't want to talk about Connie Stone anymore.She is dead and she will stay that way."Bree asks her Grandmother"What would possess you to kill somebody?You have never done anything like that before."Floyd tells Bree"Your Gramdma was quite the scrapper in the old days.I will never forget when Brock had that affair and Ruth found out."Maria and Bree looks at Floyd as Ruth tells him"Don't bring that up Floyd."Floyd reminisces"Ruth found out Brock was sleeping with his secretary down at Jackson Inc,and Ruth went down there once she found out about it from Willie,and all I will say is that I'd hate to be that girl."Ruth tells them"Willie and I just went to pay her a friendly visit."Floyd laughs"If stitches and reconstructive surgery is what you call a friendly visit,then I am really scared now."Ruth points her finger at Floyd and reminds him"I just stomped her ass.She deserved it and then she left town and never came back."Floyd tells Maria and Bree"Brock was even scared of Ruth."Ruth laughs,as does Maria and Bree and Ruth tells them"I'm not a young lady now so I have to use a pistol instead of my fists.And Willie isn't young either so we couldn't do now what we did then."Ruth's phone rings and she notices it's from Aretha and tells everyone"Aretha doesn't call me often."Ruth walks into the living room as Bree tells her Great-Uncle"I'd love to hear some more stories about Grandma's mean streak.I wouldn't think she ever had one."Floyd quips"With her life growing up,you had to be tough and it wasn't easy being my the Wife of Brock Jackson Sr.Ruth paid many mistresses a visit."Bree asks"Beth married him and even had a child with him and it's weird that Grandma thinks of Beth as a Daughter."Maria agrees with Bree and Floyd tells them"Beth did the one thing Ruth asks for and that was forgiveness.And Ruth and Beth have always been close."Ruth walks back into the kitchen and Floyd,Bree,and Maria looks at Ruth as she has a look of horror on her face and says slowly"Willie had a massive stroke and they need me."Bree asks her Grandmother"Do you want me to go with you?"Maria and Floyd also volunteers and Ruth tells them"Just pray.I am headed down there now."Ruth walks out and Floyd tells his Daughter and Great-Niece"She was short with words."Bree tells them"Willie Evans and Grandma are practically sisters."Floyd warns them"From the look on her face,it's not good."
At Allison and Cale's apartment,Cale looks at Jesse and his new Wife,and tells them"I think when we meet again,we need to do it somewhere else.Allison could walk in any minute."Jesse's wife tells Cale"She will just have to deal with it.I am back and I am not going anywhere."Cale looks at her and tells her"You are walking with a target on your back being in town.Didn't you leave town and vow to never return?"Desi laughs"Adam's Landing is home.And Jesse and I plan to stay here and move his team here as well."Jesse is all smiles as Cale tells Jesse"I will be at the next race.But this will be it.Allison will not approve."Desi tells Cale"It's your career Cale and you're not Allison's husband.Who cares what she thinks."Cale yells"I do!And she will not approve at all that you are in her apartment!She lost her career because of your son!"Jesse warns Cale"Don't bring up the past now.Let's look towards the future.And possibly getting Xavier to sponsor you."Cale quips"Once he learns of who you're married to,you can forget that happening."Jesse and Desi leaves and Jesse advises Cale"Don't let your personal feelings stop you from your career.We can do great things."They leave and Cale sits down and asks himself"Did I just see what I think I did?"There's a knock at the door and Cale goes to answer the door to find Frank and Cale tells his Father"I think we have said all we need to say to each other."Frank tells his Son"I'm sorry about everything Cale.I really am."Cale looks at his Father as Frank tells his son"I was too caught up in my career to be a Father.I always hoped you were well and I'd asks Claudia and she'd tell me you were ok and well and like an idiot,I believed her."Cale tells him"Just because Connie is dead means you get a free pass.I don't forgive easily and you broke our bond.You will have to prove to me that you are sincere before I open my doors for you again Frank."Frank looks at his son,and he wipes a tear from his eyes as he takes a deep breath and replies"And I deserve that.Cale.Just know I'm here now and if you need me,I'm here and willing to do anything I have to do to prove that."Cale tells his Father"Just give me time."Frank walks out the door as Cale walks over to the couch and calls Allison and tells her"I got something to tell you.You won't like it."
At Class,Leigh and Marco sits in Sully's office as she and Allison arrives and Leigh asks them"Did you find out anything?"Sully tells her Mother"Grandma has arrived and she told us to leave.Aunt Ciarra is pacing the floor and nobody's heard a word from Gran.But she took a pistol,and her weed."Marco asks"Tenny Sullivan is a stoner?"Leigh quips"She's full of surprises."Allison looks at Sully as her phone rings and it's her Mother Olivia and she tells her Daughter"Tenny and I are driving to Los Angeles together.We're on the interstate now and I need to get off the phone."Allison hangs up and she tells everyone"Grandma's headed with Mom to L.A.And it's by car."Leigh and Sully tells Allison"That is a scary thought."On the Interstate,in a Black Camaro,Olivia sits in the passenger seat,as Tenny sits behind the wheel and quickly turns the steering wheel,as she's over the speed limit and Olivia asks Tenny with caution"Should you be driving Tenny?You are scaring the hell out of me."Tenny throws her marijuana pouch at Olivia and responds"Fire one up and calm down.I don't let nobody drive my car."Olivia lights a joint and Tenny takes a hand off the wheel and grabs the pouch and Olivia yells"Tenny!"Tenny pulls out a joint as she lights it up and Olivia scolds her"You need to be watching the road!"A tractor-trailer truck driver yells at Tenny"Pay attention you old woman!"Tenny gives him the finger and tells Olivia"People these days.I just don't understand them."Olivia takes a hit and tells Tenny"When we make a stop,I'm driving.You scare me."Tenny sees the welcome sign as they've crossed the state line and tells Olivia"We won't be making any stops around here.Scary people out here."Olivia looks at the gas gauge and tells Tenny"The arrow is close to E."Tenny looks and quips"I didn't know that.What does E stand for?"Olivia rolls her eyes as Tenny follows the Tractor-Trailer and as he pulls off the Interstate,Tenny makes a quick turn and yells"I need to let out some aggression."Olivia mutters to herself"I should have stayed at the airport."
At Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Beth sits in the living room and Ciarra tells her Niece"The thought of Tennessee driving to California is scary as hell."Beth responds as Olivia has send them a text"Mama scares me when she's just driving down the street.Maybe she will let Olivia drive.It's getting dark and Mama does not need to be driving at night."Ciarra looks at Beth and asks her"If you think Tennessee is about to let go of the driver's seat Beth,then maybe you're losing it.Tennessee won't let nobody drive that Camaro.I won't ride with her.I did that one time,when Xavier was in the hospital and I won't do that again."Beth laughs and reminds her Aunt"You scare me yourself sometimes.Neither of you are young women anymore."Ciarra reminds Beth"Don't tell that to Tennessee.She thinks she's still 40 years old and she is full of surprises."Beth quips,as she pulls a joint out and lights it up"At least we know Olivia's with Mama and she will keep us updated."Ciarra asks Beth"Why are you smoking reefer Beth?"Beth tells her Aunt"I've done this most of my life.Not cigarettes.Just marijuana.With the scenario at City Hospital right now,I need to relax and prepare myself."Ciarra and Precious walks over and Ciarra asks her Niece"What's wrong at City Hospital?"Beth tells Ciarra"Willie Evans had a hemorrhagic stroke today and she's not going to make it.Terrance is the Chief Of Staff of City Hospital and Willie Evans and Ruth grew up together.They are basically sisters.Sidney was a runner for B.R. years ago and died earlier this year."Ciarra grabs Beth's hand and asks her"Does Ruth know about Willie?"Beth tells Ciarra"I haven't told her,but I imagine she knows by now."Ciarra walks over and pulls out a bottle of wine and pours a glass and tells Beth"I think there's going to be some friction soon in the Jackson family."Beth quips"With everything that's going on,I'd imagine so."Ciarra tells Beth"I think more is coming.Burt has been acting weird the last few times I've seen him."Beth takes a deep toke and looks at her Aunt and says"I take it Burt's cheating on Bree.Burt never stayed faithful.I just wonder who's the mistress."Ciarra takes a drink and responds"Me too Beth."

At Sassy's house,Latoya,Little Sidney,Summer,and Jermaine are there as Sassy walks in the living room,after calling City Hospital and she tells everyone"Willie is in a coma and the odds are against her."Latoya yells"Rashad has a son that needs him right now!"Sassy looks at Latoya,as Jermaine tells them"Keith is at City Hospital now also.If he's there.."Latoya yells"Rashad Evans needs to be here with me and the son that carries his Grandfather's name!We have a life waiting for us in L.A.!"Sassy snaps at Latoya"You need to chill your ass out!Rashad must feel like his heart has been ripped out of his chest and he does not need you pulling ultimatums on him!"Summer tells Latoya"That is his Grandmother down there and he is her only Grandson.Cut him a break."Latoya defiantly tells everyone"If he is still at the hospital by the time I catch my flight to L.A.,then I guess we're done."Sassy slaps Latoya and yells"You are blowing this out of proportion.And the fame's already starting to get to you.Don't turn into a diva."Latoya looks at her Mother and then at her Son and tells everyone"I have what I want now and I didn't have this kid to raise alone.So Rashad will have to be the decider and he has until tomorrow morning to make that decision!"
Meanwhile down at City Hospital,Aretha,Terrance,Rashad,Sayyid,Keith,and Ruth stand in the waiting room as Rashad tells his Uncle"Those scans didn't look good.I think we need to do what's right."Aretha yells in a tone of sadness and anger"My Grandson will be all the way in Los Angeles tomorrow,and Mama's in that hospital bed.This is too damn much to bear."Ruth tells them"Willie told me once that if she was ever in this situation to let her go."Terrance looks at everyone as he says to them"She's on life support now and she will not forgive us for this if she wakes up and returns to us."Keith is quiet,as Sayyid holds his son's hand and Aretha holds onto Rashad,as the family looks at Ruth and asks her"What should we do?"Ruth tells them,as she looks at her best friend through the window"Let God decide."Willie's family gather together and Ruth is by their side as Terrance and Rashad tells Aretha and Sayyid"Ruth is right."Aretha cries"I'm not ready Terrance."Sayyid wipes tears from his eyes,as he tells his Niece,as he grabs her"Me either but it's not fair to Willie."Keith walks down the hall and takes a deep breath and Ruth keeps her composure,as she looks at Willie through the window and says in a sad tone"She is one of the toughest people I know.We are the same age,and we've never went a day without talking to each other."Ruth starts to get emotional,and Aretha,Sayyid,Rashad,and Terrance holds each other,and they look up with tears in their eyes as they've come to a decision.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 190. Errors
At The Inn,Ruth stands in Connie's room,shaken by what she has done,yet with no apologies when Candace asks her"Are you ok Ms.Jackson?"Ruth tells Connie in a dazed state"Someone had to do it and a Mother stands up for her children."Candace tells Ruth"I just got a call from Cale and your family's looking for you."Ruth tells Candace"I'm on my way home."Candace stands over her Mother's dead body as Ruth walks out and Candace looks at her Mother and makes a phone call to Bobby and tells him"I found Mom."At Hell Hill,Bobby is the first to speak as everyone in the room looks at Burt as Bobby tells Xavier,Ava,Frank,Bree,Winston,Floyd,Maria,Shannon,Leigh and Sully"Ruth has been found.She's at The Inn and she's on her way home."As everyone else are relieved by Bobby's announcement,Xavier motions Country to his study and Country walks inside and Xavier asks him"Were you about to tell Bree about Burt and her sister?"Country asks Xavier"How did you know?"Xavier tells him"Caught them the other day at the office."Country tells Xavier"She needs to know X."Xavier tells Country"I wouldn't say a word.She wouldn't believe you."Country responds"I have nothing to lose in there and I owe to her to tell her if her sister is doing to her,what Jamie did to Ava."Xavier warns Country"Right now,keep your mouth shut."Country is hesitant,but Xavier reminds him"She will have to see it for herself."They walk back into the Living Room.Meanwhile Shannon walks up to Leigh and Sully as Leigh asks her"I heard about what happened with Tenny and I was wondering if you would like to watch Gracie and Little X for me when I head to work today."Shannon tells Leigh"I wouldn't mind.They are great babies."Leigh tells Sully"We need to get to the office."They walk up to Xavier and Leigh tells her husband"Since Ruth is safe,Sully and I are heading to Class.'Xavier hugs them as they walk out and Ava and Winston asks Xavier and Bobby"Where was she?"Frank and Bree are also curious as are Floyd and Maria and Country tells them"Her car was at The Inn."Ava and Bree asks in shock"That's a place you wouldn't expect Mama to be."Frank grows silent as he says"I think I know why she's there."Everyone grows silent as Ruth walks inside and tells them,holding a pistol"Nobody needs to worry about Connie again,I took care of her."
At City Hospital,Rashad and Summer finish packing Latoya's things,as Latoya finishes getting dressed and Sassy sees Jermaine come to the door and Sassy asks him"Did you see Aretha or Terrance?"Jermaine tells Sassy"Terrance just got a text from Beth and he and Aretha were headed downstairs."Sassy tells Jermaine"Was it about Keith?I know they all have been worried about him?"Jermaine tells Sassy"He's downstairs in the exam room.Terrance got a text from Beth earlier and they were frantic."Sassy goes to the Nurses Station and asks another nurse"Where did Dr.Evans go?"The nurse responds"His Mother has been brought into the Emergency Room."Sassy is silent,as she tells Jermaine"Something has happened to Willie."In the Emergency Room,Willie is in the triage with Sayyid,as Beth arrives and Terrance and Aretha come in a few seconds later and Terrance asks Beth"What is wrong with my Mama?"Beth turns and looks at Terrance,Aretha,and Sayyid and tells them"She's unconscious."Sayyid tells his niece,nephew and Beth"I went over and she was hanging onto the counter and told me her head was hurting.Then she collapsed."Aretha replies"She mentioned something this morning about having a headache.I told her to have it checked on."Terrance says"You know our Mama won't complain if she's hurting."Beth orders for a Brain Scan and MRI and tells Aretha,Terrance,as Sayyid as she checks Willie"Isn't there a history of Strokes in Willie's family."All nod as Beth looks at them and as the auxiliary arrive to carry Willie for tests,tells Aretha,Terrance,and Sayyid"She has had a massive stroke and I think all of you need to prepare for anything,and look at this realistically."Terrance says in a scared tone"I don't like what you're saying Beth."Aretha and Sayyid looks at Terrance as they turn to Beth and she says to them"once we get her in a room and get the results back,we'll know her chances."Beth heads to the X Ray department and Aretha tells her Brother and Uncle"I am frightened."Sayyid tears up and looks at his Niece and Nephew and tells them"First Keith,now my sister.."Aretha says as she tries to retain her composure"And Rashad and Latoya.I'm scared."Terrance asks her"How do you want to tell Rashad?"Aretha is silent as she is frozen and Sayyid and Terrance holds her as they hold each other's hand and calmly heads to the nursery.
Meanwhile at Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Tenny sits in the living room,as Ciarra asks her sister"Do you want to head down to Jackson Inc with me?I think it would do you good,and you can bring Precious."Tenny tells Ciarra"I just want to be by myself.Thank you though Baby Sister."Ciarra walks over to Tenny and she tells her sister"I also believe that Allan's alive."Tenny hugs Ciarra,as she heads out and Tenny stands in the living room as Ciarra leaves and once alone,Tenny tells Precious"I think I know what I'm going to do."Tenny walks into her bedroom and pulls out her suitcase and tells Precious"I will find my son.I will go to L.A. and find out the truth about Allan."Tenny walks over and gets her phone and books a flight and tells them"I want the first flight to L.A."Tenny hears a knock at the door and answers it to find Jim's delivery man and he says to Tenny"Here's your prescription."Tenny tips him and opens the box to find a bottle of marijuana cigarettes and she puts them at the bottom of her suitcase,as she tells Precious"Mama has to go again.I have to know for myself."Tenny packs her suitcase as she prepares to leave to find her son.
At Jackson Inc,Jared and Burt are in his office as Burt asks Jared"Number two?Wallace's isn't even a traditional grocer?They are the top discount store,but how could they top us?"Jared looks at Burt and responds"Ever heard of price slashing?Wallace's goes for the throat and I've been keeping a close eye on their development into the grocery business.The other night Sully and I walked around their store on the edge of town and the grocery section nor the entire store didn't impress me,but the prices were at least a dollar lower to three off our prices."Burt shakes his head and tells Jared"They got a history with Jim's.When Tenny sold Sullivan's,she sold to Wallace's,but that was before they went to the Superstore format.They caught fire in the Midwest in the last few years.And it isn't going to end."Jared looks at Burt and tells him"All I know is that Xavier won't be pleased and we will have to get aggressive to take back the top spot."Burt turns and responds"Yep."Jared asks Burt"Why are you quiet?"Burt quickly tells Jared"It's nothing.Just thinking about the company."Jared tells Burt"I know the feeling.And Xavier's reaction."Burt looks out the window and says with a look of defeat"He doesn't take this well."Burt heads back to his office and he is quiet for a moment,and bumps into Ciarra and Burt jumps back and Ciarra asks Burt"What is troubling you?I know that look."Burt is silent,as Ciarra tells him"You aren't acting normal."Burt is despondent as Ciarra walks to her office as Burt returns to his office,and Ciarra says to herself"He has done something."
Meanwhile at Cale and Allison's apartment,Candace arrives and Cale answers the door and Candace tells Cale"Someone killed Connie."Candace walks inside and Allison asks"Who did the honors?"Candace looks at Cale and tells them"Ruth Jackson shot her in the chest and I called Bobby."Cale is stunned and Allison asks in shock"Your Grandmother killed someone?That is surprising."Cale tells Allison"Not really after last night.She was determined to make her pay after giving Frank Hepatitis C."Allison is floored and Candace tells them"None of that surprises me.She told me she had it in Southpoint Beach."Allison looks at Candace and responds"And wasn't she Rich Carroll's mistress?"Candace nods and then grows quiet and tells them"I slept with Rich also.It was blackmail though."Cale looks at his cousin and tells her"I think you need to get tested then."Candace tells them"I think I am.I'm on my way to City Hospital."Candace walks out and Cale's phone rings and it's Jesse Adams and he asks Cale"Where do you live?"Cale tells him and Jesse responds"I am coming by shortly.My wife and I are in town and we need to discuss the upcoming race."Cale tells him"I'll be here."Cale hangs up and tells Allison"Jesse is in town and he's married."Allison looks at him and says"I wish I could stay,but I'm headed over to check on my Grandma.Ciarra has sent me a text to head over there."Allison kisses Cale as she heads out and Cale awaits Jesse."Allison gets in her car to head to Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse and as she gets on the road,she drives by Jesse and she is quiet,as she asks herself"Did I see who I thought I did in the passenger seat?"
Back at Hell Hill,Ava,Frank,Bree,Floyd,Maria,Winston,and Country are stunned as Ruth tells them"I left last night as soon as Xavier and Leigh went to bed and the babies were out,and I went to hunt the bitch down.She wasn't about to get away from me."Bobby tells Ruth"I sent my officers to The Inn and I already got this covered up.I listed it as a suicide."Xavier gets a text from Burt and Jared and tells everyone"I got to head to Jackson Inc immediately."Xavier heads out and Ava,Frank,Bree,Floyd,Maria,and Winston listen as Ruth tells them"I've never shot anyone before in my life.I found her at The Inn.I figured she would be there since that was where trash liked to gather,and I saw her in the bar and followed her up the stairs(Flashback:Connie walks inside her room and Ruth quietly opens the door and closes it and Connie turns around and yells"Get the hell out of my room!We have nothing to discuss.You don't have to worry about Frank and I being together."Ruth looks at Connie as she pulls her pistol out of her purse and says calmly"You're damn right I won't and nobody hurts my child."Connie panics and begs Ruth"Look I said I was done with Frank!Just leave!"Ruth looks and notices the ankle monitor is gone and tells Connie"You don't get away from the errors you make.Not now.Not with me."Ruth pulls the trigger.")Frank tells his Mother"I am sorry for how I treated you."Ruth looks at her son and tells him"You also need to apologize to Beth."Frank tells his Mother,as he hugs her"I already have."Bree asks her Grandmother"Are you alright?"as everyone gathers around Ruth,and she responds"I did what I had to do."Meanwhile,Country has left and gets in his pickup truck,as he has a flashback(Country walks down the hall at The Sunset Club,with his pistol in hand,and as he gets to where Connie's ankle monitor is located,he hears some voices in the next room and Country's silent as he hears Burt and Summer,as they have sex and Country looks at the door silently)Country tells himself"Time for me to owe up to my mistakes."as he heads to Jackson Inc.
At City Hospital,Jermaine is in Latoya's room as the nurse brings Little Sidney in the room and they tell Rashad,Latoya,Jermaine,and Summer"Who's meeting you on the curb?"Rashad tells them"I'm going to get the SUV."Rashad kisses Latoya and his son,as he heads to get the SUV,and Latoya and Summer heads downstairs as Sassy motions for Jermaine and tells her daughter"Wait for me."Latoya and Summer look at Sassy quizzically as Jermaine asks Sassy"What is going on?"Sassy looks at Jermaine and tells him"I just got a text from Aretha and Willie is in the Emergency Room."Jermaine asks"Is she ok?"Sassy is quiet."In the X Ray Department,Aretha waits in the waiting room,with Sayyid as Terrance goes back to check on Willie,as Beth reads the scans and Terrance looks on as Beth tells Terrance""This is hemorrhagic."Terrance looks at the results with Beth and tells her,as he tries to stay calm"This means that she may not make it."Beth looks at Terrance and grabs his hand and says gently"Prepare yourself.She may not make it and if she does,she won't be herself again."Terrance walks into the waiting area,and he tells Aretha and Sayyid,as they look at Terrance and he gets quiet and begins to tear up and says to them"It was massive.A blood vessel broke in her brain and it doesn't look good."Aretha breaks down and cries and Terrance grabs his sister and Sayyid has a look of sadness as he holds onto his niece and nephew,as tears fall from his eyes."Rashad sees his family and asks"Why are all of you down here?"They look at Rashad silently and Aretha tells her son,as she can barely speak"It's Mama."Rashad notices tears in everyone's eyes and runs over as they gather in a hug,as Beth tells the nurses"Send Ms.Evans to ICU and I will talk to Terrance."Beth looks up and has a look of sadness in her eyes,as she knows the odds."
At FJR,a man walks inside the shop and walks around and The Team Director walks in the shop and sees him and says"Frank hasn't returned yet.He had a family emergency."The man is silent as he looks around and tells The Team Director"This is a top notch team I notice.I like what I see.Call me when Frank arrives."The man walks out and The Team Director says to himself"This will be the best thing to ever happen to FJR."At Class,Leigh walks inside and sees Marco and Leigh asks Marco"Where is Sully?"Marco responds"She got a phone call from Allison a few minutes ago and left."Leigh is quiet.At Jackson Inc,Ciarra walks out of the office in a hurry as Xavier arrives and Ciarra tells him"I have to check on Tennessee."Ciarra rushes out as Xavier wonders what's going on as he heads into his office,where Burt and Jared waits and Xavier asks them"What's the problem?"Jared tells his Father In Law,as Burt stands next to Jared'You need to prepare yourself."Xavier reads the sales report and he looks at Jared and Burt and says to them"This isn't good for the company.This is the first time they have beat us."Burt tells Xavier"And they are about to take on Adam's Landing."He shows Xavier a map and Xavier shakes his head and tells them"They don't want to go a round with me."He sends Jared and Burt out,as Xavier looks at the sales report and an expansion map for Wallace's and Xavier is quiet,as he says to himself"They want a war,I'll give them one."Jared and Burt returns to Burt's office and Burt walks in as Country sits at Burt's desk,holding his pistol and kicked back and asks Burt"So how about you tell me about last night and why you're sleeping with my Daughter's sister?"Jared and Burt looks at Country as he tells Jared"I think you need to leave Burt and I alone.We have some things to discuss."
Meanwhile at Cale and Allison's apartment,Jesse arrives and Cale greets him at the door and Jesse asks Cale"Is Allison here?"Cale responds"She isn't?"Jesse asks"What about Olivia?"Cale tells his car owner"She left town earlier."Jesse tells Cale"Good."He makes a motion and he tells Cale"I got married and here's my sponsor for the next few races."Jesse's new wife walks in and Cale is shocked and asks"What the hell?"Jesse tells Cale"We made up and now this great lady is my bride."Cale is at a loss for words.At Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Ciarra arrives,as Sully stands in the living room with Allison and Precious cries annd Ciarra asks them"Where is my sister?"They walk into Tenny's bedroom and Ciarra notices Tenny's suitcase is gone and walks into the living room and notices her marijuana pouch is gone and opens the cabinet,and notices Tenny's pistol is gone and Ciarra asks Sully and Allison"Did she leave a letter?"Sully and Allison respond"She didn't say a word.But she is gone."Ciarra shakes her head and says with worry on her face"She's left to search for Allan."At Adam's Landing International Airport,Tenny arrives and Olivia is waiting for her flight,which is delayed and Tenny tells Olivia"I think we should drive instead.Olivia looks at Tenny and is quiet and asks"You are heading to L.A.?"Tenny tells Olivia"I want to find my son and us working together will be better than you going alone."Olivia walks up to the ticket counter and tells the fight attendant"I'm cancelling my flight."Olivia gets her luggage,as she and Tenny heads to Tenny's car,to drive to Los Angeles.
At Hell Hill,Frank gets a phone call and hugs his Mother as he heads to FJR,and Floyd and Maria tell Ruth"Shannon will be watching Gracie and Xavier Jr.It may be wise."Ava and Winston asks Ruth"Are you alright?You are quite shaken up."Bree's also concerned,as she comforts her Grandmother as she tells all of them"I hate what happened.But it is what it is.I need to see my Great-Grand babies."Ruth heads upstairs and Bobby tells Ava,Winston,Bree,Floyd,and Maria"Connie's body is in the morgue and a autopsy will be performed and then we'll have a private funeral.Since Cale,Candace,and Wade are her closest relatives,they will make the call."Ava tells them"I think that's a smart move.I miss Wade."At City Hospital,Candace sits in an exam room as she awaits results from her blood test and the lab technician returns and tells Candace"You don't have Hepatitis C."Candace is relieved and is quiet,as she thinks for a moment and says to herself"If I don't have it,then that must mean.."The lab tech asks Candace"Did you use protection when you slept with Rich Carroll?"Candace tells her"Always.Hell if he was with my Mother,then I knew it wouldn't be safe."Candace walks out of the exam room and heads to Jazz.Meanwhile outside City Hospital,the nurse waits with Latoya,Summer,Sassy,and Jermaine,as Latoya sits in her wheelchair,holding Little Sidney and waits for Rashad to pull up and Rashad walks out the door and they turn around as Rashad looks at all of them with a scared look on his face as Latoya asks him"What is wrong?"Rashad tells them"It's Grandma."In the ICU,Aretha and Sayyid sits in Willie's room,as the nurses get her situated and Beth and Terrance walks in and Terrance tells his family"We have a tough choice to make."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 189. Struggles
It's the next morning in Adam's Landing and at Hell Hill,Xavier and Leigh wake up and hear Gracie and Xavier Jr crying and Leigh tells her husband"You were late getting home last night and Beth never returned from Tenny and Ciarra's home."Xavier tells his wife"I don't hear Grandma this morning."Leigh heads to the nursery,as Xavier looks into Ruth's room to notice she isn't there,and Xavier is quiet for a moment,flashing back to the night before at Jackson Inc and he walks into the nursery and tells Leigh"Grandma left last night."Leigh asks Xavier"She was quite upset when she came home.Do you think she went after Connie?"Xavier pulls out his phone and makes a phone call to Ava and asks her"Have you seen Grandma?"Ava,sitting in the kitchen at Whispering Hills,with Winston tells her brother"Mama hasn't been here."Xavier tells Ava"I take it Winston told you about Frank."Ava responds,as she points to the liquor cabinet and motions for Winston to bring her a bottle of liquor"I know.His own damn fault."Xavier quips"Yep."Before hanging up,Ava tells her Brother"If Mama knows about this,then we may need to call Bobby."Xavier tells his sister"He's here now."Xavier hangs up and Bobby has arrived and tells Xavier"I got bad news."Xavier and Leigh are silent,as Bobby tells them"I just sent an officer to The Sunset Club,and Connie's ankle monitor was found,but Connie wasn't there."Xavier and Leigh both rolls their eyes and Leigh looks at Xavier and tells him"I've got to go to Class.And Ruth isn't here."Xavier looks at the coffee table and notices Ruth's phone laying on the coffee table and Bobby,Xavier,and Leigh all grow silent.
At The Mansion,Bree wakes up and notices Burt never came home the night before and calls him and she doesn't get an answer.She walks into Summer's room and notices that she isn't home either and Bree calls her sister,but also gets no answer.Bree calls her Grandmother and Xavier answers the phone and Bree quickly asks Xavier"Where's Grandma?"Xavier tells his niece"None of us know."Bree tells him"Burt and Summer aren't home this morning either."Xavier is quiet for a moment,having a flashback to what he seen the day before at Jackson Inc and tells Bree"Burt may have stayed at the office and Summer may be with Latoya."Bree hangs up and is silent,worried about her husband,sister,and grandmother.At The Sunset Club,Burt and Summer lays in bed as Summer wakes up and notices Bree's calls and wakes Burt up and he asks,as he's half-awake"Bree?"Summer tells him"Nope.Not your wife."Burt instantly wakes and tells Summer"This isn't good.This isn't good at all.Bree will suspect something."Summer is also quiet and gets up to put on her clothes as Burt sits in the bed and tells Summer"We have our alibis in case she puts two and two together."Summer tells Burt"I'm going to the hospital."Burt heads to the shower and has a look of defeat on his face.
At FJR,Frank wakes up at his desk,with a headache after the night before and he pulls out his pill bottle and tells himself"I can't do this again.I can't go back down this road."The team director walks inside and asks Frank"Did you stay here last night?"Frank tells him"I don't know what happened last night.Beth and Mama came to The Farm,and Beth told me I have Hepatitis C and Beth wasn't lying and Connie left."The team director tells Frank"Well I just got off the phone with The Stock Car League and they won't clear you to drive in this weekend's race due to your hand so you better find another driver."Frank tells him"That's the least of my worries.I got a lot of broken bonds to mend.I have really messed up."The Team Director asks"Do you want to discuss it?"Frank gets up and tells him"I have to do this by myself."Frank gets up and tells The Team Director"I'm going down to City Hospital and visit Beth.And then I'm going to visit my Mama."Frank rushes out and The Team Director grows suspicious,as he receives a phone call and tells the person on the other line"I'll see if I can catch him.Be right back."He runs out of Frank's office and out the door,and Frank's gone.The Team Director heads back into Frank's office and picks up the phone and says"He's already left.I'll let him know."
Meanwhile at Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Tenny wakes up and walks into the kitchen and sees Ciarra and Floyd at the kitchen table and Tenny pulls out a joint and snaps"Where's Beth?"Ciarra tells her sister"She has left for the Hospital Tennessee."Floyd asks Tenny"Are you alright Tenny?"Tenny snaps at Floyd"I will be fine once my script is filled and my son is found!"Ciarra and Floyd both tell Tenny"Beth has taken care of your prescription.She called Jim's in Blue Ridge and they will fill it."Tenny sighs of relief and Tenny returns to her room and Floyd tells Ciarra"She doesn't look well.Ciarra tells Floyd"She's been through a lot with everything with Allan and I hope he is found soon.This is getting to her badly."Floyd tells her"I spoke to Ava yesterday and she explained Tenny to me and I can understand her better now than before.She's never got over J.D."Ciarra responds"She hasn't.And with the thought Allan is dead,that could be her tipping point."Ciarra starts to cry,as she tells Floyd"Tennessee is the last member of my family I have left and although we bicker often,I can't lose her."Floyd holds Ciarra in his arms as she is scared for her sister.
