Daylight And Darkness: Episode 299. The Hardest Choices

   At City Hospital, Xavier walks out of his Mother's room in the ICU, as Leigh reaches out to her Husband, and Xavier walks away, ignoring Leigh, Sully, Millie, Ciarra, Allan, and Tenny's offers of comfort, as Terrance tells Xavier cautiously "You know she wouldn't want this. It's time to take her off that thing. Xavier, you have to do it for her." Xavier looks at Terrance, and his family, as Olivia holds onto Allan, and Xavier tells his family "No. I can't let her go." Olivia reminds Xavier "We all know how tough she is, she will make it through this. She doesn't give up." Xavier walks away, as Tenny asks Terrance "Are there any other names on Beth's will?" Terrance sighs, and turns to Sully, as Sully backs up, with a scared look in her eyes, as she cries "No. No I can't." Terrance tells everyone "Beth wrote this in 2012, and the only ones that she put in the will with the power to make a decision were Xavier, Sully, and Frank." Tenny yells "Frank? That sorry piece of shit has a say over what happens to my Sweet Beth? No he doesn't!" Terrance reminds Tenny, as does Ciarra "You were in Monaco when Beth wrote this, and she wasn't sure if you'd ever return." Tenny grabs Terrance's arm, and sternly tells him "Just so we both know, I'm her Mother, and I'll make the damn call! I WILL!" Sully looks at her Great Grandmother, and tells her "Gran, I will make the decision, and Terrance, pull my Grandma off the life support. She'll make it. She won't go out like this." Terrance looks around the room, as everyone backs Sully's decision, as Sully quickly runs out, with tears in her eyes, as Millie follows Sully, as she runs to the elevator, and Sully turns and sees her Sister, and tells her "I need to see Jared, and tell my Ruthie that her Great Grandma might not make it, and if that happens, I am a failure." Millie tries to talk to Sully, but before Millie says a word, Sully gets on the elevator, as she leaves City Hospital, as she heads to Jackson Inc, where Jared and Ruthie are, along with Gracie and Xavier Jr.

   Inside Casey's office at City Hospital, Cale arrives, as Casey tells him "Xavier's going to find out soon where Frank is." Cale sighs "I know his attorney's down there, and if he sees Dad, he's going to call Xavier, and then I'll be burying my Father." Casey looks at Cale, and asks him "Xavier wouldn't kill a member of his family would he?" Cale laughs sarcastically "He'll kill anyone who doesn't follow his chain of command. He's not picky." Casey rubs her stomach, as she looks at Cale, and tells him with worry in her voice "I am scared for Frank. He is really kicking himself over what happened, and I'm scared for him." Cale looks at Casey, and tells her "I am too. Dad's hit his lowest point." Meanwhile in Unity, Frank sits inside a bar, known as Gene's, as he takes a shot of whiskey, and Bree walks inside, as she tells her Uncle "I think you need to stop with this." Frank slurs to his Niece "I won't quit a damn thing. If Beth dies, then I need to die as well. I never meant to hurt her like that Bree. I was only trying to save FJR and that damn Santo.." Bree looks at her Uncle, and shows her a picture on her phone, as Bree tells her Uncle "He's dead. Dad found him earlier." Frank grows scared, as he looks at Bree, and sighs "If I go back, I'll be dead also." Bobby walks inside, and sees Frank, as Bree watches on, as Bobby walks up to Frank, and turns the bar stool around, and snarls "You sorry son of a bitch!" Frank tries to reason to Bobby, but Bobby doesn't hear Frank's pleas, as Bobby grabs Frank, and begins to punch him in the face, as Bree tries to pull her Uncle away, and Bobby yells at Bree "You go back and check on your Sister. Now!" Bree walks out with hesitation, as Bobby snarls at Frank "I don't want to hear shit out of you."
   Meanwhile at HaleCorp, Winston and Victoria sits inside his office, as Ava walks inside with J.J., and Winston asks Ava "What did Dr.Elliott tell you?" Ava sighs "She thinks he's autistic, or he's traumatized." Victoria looks at her Grandson, and sighs with sadness "My Mother is known to traumatize anyone. Poor Samantha didn't deserve to die. She never did a thing to warrant what happened to her. And I want my Mother dead for it!" Country and Colt arrives, as Country tells Winston "Santo's dead, but I'm not sure about Angelica." Victoria's eyes grow red, and she walks out of her Father's office, as Colt tells Winston "Nobody was at the house." Winston asks "Well Angelica could have pulled the trigger on Santo. We all know she would kill her own family." At Class, Emma looks at her Mother, as she tells Alexandra "I don't know yet if Lauren's free." Alexandra shakes her head, and tells her Daughter "Nicole, I really don't give a damn about you if you want to know the truth, but Millie and Lauren, are another story. Those girls mean the world to me, and I'll never forgive you for hiding the truth from me." Emma yells "Like what you did with Phillip? You never even told him you were his Mother. Yeah Mother, I knew. I overheard you and Dad talking years ago.." Alexandra's eyes grow red, and she walks up to Emma, and bluntly tells her Daughter "You're free, so just get lost, and leave me alone!" Emma yells "Gladly! I wish you were the dead parent." Alexandra watches on, as Emma leaves, and has a flashback, and says to herself  "He had it coming."
   At Nationwide Records, Nathan finishes the final edits for Eve's album, as Sayyid arrives, and Nathan puts his blunt out, as Sayyid sits next to Nathan, and Nathan asks "Well?" Sayyid tells Nathan "Eve has Brain Cancer, and she may not live long Nathan." Nathan gets emotional, as he starts to cry, and Sayyid sighs "Please stop with that. She wouldn't want you crying over her. She is handling this like we would expect her to handle this." Nathan tells Sayyid "I plan on making this album Eve's greatest work, and she'll finally get her props in the music industry she's long wanted." As one of the songs play over the speakers, Sayyid quips "She sounds at home." Nathan responds "She wrote every song. I put the music to it, and J.B. sent some songs as well, and Eve was a workhorse." Sayyid sighs "That's Eve. That mentality will help her, and you." Nathan looks at Sayyid, and asks "How does "Survivor" sound for a album title?" Sayyid shakes his head, as he listens to the final set list, and says "The Diva." Nathan nods, and tells Sayyid "Perfect." Sayyid gets up, and hands Nathan a piece of paper, and tells him "Here's Eve's number, and she'd love to hear from you." Nathan tells Sayyid "Thank you for letting me know what's going on." Sayyid responds "You are like a Son to Eve, and you needed to know." Sayyid leaves, as Nathan finishes the editing, as Eve's new album is ready for release.
   Meanwhile at Terrance's Home, Willie and Aretha returns, as Rashad and Little Sidney sits in the living room, as Rashad asks his Mother and Grandmother "So what's wrong with Eve?" Aretha tells her Son "Baby boy, she has Brain Cancer, but I think she will make it." Willie adds "If I can survive a stoke that should have killed me, Eve can survive this." Rashad picks up a letter, as he tells his family "I think you all need to get ready." Aretha grabs the letter, and reads it, as fury starts to grow in her eyes, as she goes "Latoya wants full custody of Little Sidney? Hell no!" Willie asks "Is she serious?" Rashad responds with anger in his tone "I checked the mail earlier, and Latoya's lawyer had this drawn up. She's threatening to destroy my racing career.." Aretha yells angrily "That whore won't hurt you, or my Grandson again, and neither will her Mama!" Aretha heads out, and Rashad asks his Mother "Where are you going?" Aretha walks out, and Willie looks at Rashad, and tells her Grandson "I think Latoya just pissed off the wrong family." Outside, Aretha turns on her car, as she calls City Hospital, and asks a nurse "Is Sassy there? I'm her Sister." The nurse responds "She is. Like to speak to her." Aretha responds "I'll see her shortly." Aretha hangs up, as she speeds out, as she heads down to City Hospital.
   At The Sunset Club, Phillip arrives at the bar, as someone goes "Phillip?" Phillip sees Jessica Elliott, and goes "What are you doing in Adam's Landing?" Jessica laughs "I wanted to move to another town. I got tired of the wild wild west." Phillip laughs, and Jessica asks Phillip "So does your psycho Sister live here too?" Phillip takes a shot of liquor, and asks "You mean Mother?" Jessica goes "What? Alexandra's your.." Phillip quips "Yes she is." Jessica rolls her eyes, and asks Phillip "So who's your Father? Elliott?" Phillip tells Jessica "Winston Hale. The man Alexandra always loved." Jessica has a flashback, and laughs "She sure had me convinced she loved Elliott. Hell she shot him when she caught us." Phillip rolls his eyes, and sighs "She still has a temper, and are you sure you think you want to stay in Adam's Landing?" Jessica quips "She won't scare me out of town. She already tried that in Unity, but she doesn't have that clout here." Phillip looks at Jessica, and warns her "I think you should keep one eye forward, and one back." Jessica gets up, and tells Phillip "I don't scare easy, and let's have dinner. I heard about you and Janet." Phillip sighs "Sore subject." Jessica tells her old friend "That's why we need to have dinner later." Jessica heads out, as Phillip orders another drink, and tells the bartender "Put her tab on mine."
   Meanwhile at Jackson Inc, Jared sits inside his office, as he holds Ruthie, as Sully walks inside, and Jared asks his Wife, noticing a scared look in her eyes "How's Beth?" Sully takes a deep breath, and slowly tells her Husband "I told Terrance to pull her from life support. I know it wouldn't be what she would want, and Daddy is in denial over this." Jared asks Sully "Are you scared?" Sully starts to cry, and tells Jared "If Grandma dies, Daddy will never forgive me." Jared and Ruthie walks over, as they embrace in a family hug, as Jared reminds his Wife gently "I know Xavier's ruthless, and he's under a lot of stress, but he'd never disown you Sully. You are his world." Sully looks at Jared, and sighs "But if Grandma.." Jared stops Sully, and tells her "Your Grandma will make it Sully! And Xavier will understand once his mind's clear." Sully tells Jared "Daddy's never caught a break, and if something did happen, he won't be able to get over this Jared. Daddy holds too much in." Jared calls the nursery, as he tells Sully "We need to be at the Hospital, and Ruthie will be fine with Gracie and Xavier Jr." Sully and Jared heads to the Nursery, as they drop Ruthie off, and head back to City Hospital.
   At Hell Hill, Xavier walks inside, as Lauren sits in the living room, and Xavier asks his Niece "How did you get here? You were kidnapped?" Lauren asks her Uncle, noticing dark circles under his eyes "What's wrong with you?" Xavier quickly tells Lauren "I'm glad you're safe. I'm heading to my study." Lauren tells Xavier "I need to talk to you about.." Xavier turns around, and tells Lauren "I don't quite feel like discussing anything. I only want my Mother to live." Xavier walks inside his study, and locks the door, as he pours himself a glass of Crown, and cries uncontrollably. Meanwhile Lauren walks outside, where the guard and the other person stands on the edge of the Mansion, as Lauren points across the street, and the other person tells Lauren "We just seen someone arrive." The guard tells them "Let's go." The guard and the other person heads off, as Lauren watches on, as she looks towards the front door, and walks back inside, where she hears Xavier scream from inside his Study, as Lauren grows concerned for her Uncle.
   Meanwhile at City Hospital, Cale has left, as Casey walks down the hall, where she bumps into Aretha, who asks Casey "Where's Sassy?" Casey tells Aretha "I can't tell you that." Aretha hears a voice in the lounge, as she smiles at Casey, and walks inside, where Sassy and Latoya sits, and Aretha asks them "So Latoya, you want Little Sidney?" Latoya yells "Damn straight I do! Did Rashad wake up?" Aretha grabs Latoya, and begins to attack her, as Sassy tries to break them up, yelling to Aretha "I'll press charges!" Aretha yells "Press them whore. Don't forget who's COS of this place!" Casey walks inside, and yells "Stop or I'll call security.." Aretha lets Latoya go, and warns her "You've worn out your welcome here, and same for your Mother. The two of you need to leave town." Latoya attacks Aretha, this time Aretha begins to beat Latoya, as Sassy joins in to protect her Daughter, as Aretha goes against Sassy and Latoya, and Terrance runs inside, and pulls his Sister off of Latoya, and yells at Sassy "Go check on the patients!" Terrance yells at Latoya "Since you're well, get out of this damn Hospital." Latoya walks out, as she laughs "I'm getting my kid." Aretha tries to go after Latoya, as Terrance restrains his Sister, and Casey asks Terrance "So you're going to allow this kind of thing to happen?" Terrance asks Casey "Don't you have some patients to see?" Casey leaves, as Terrance asks his Sister "What did I tell you about Sassy?" Aretha snaps "Well Terrance, Latoya's filed for full custody of your Great Nephew, and think about our Mama." Terrance's eyes grow red, as he asks Aretha "For real?" Aretha pulls out the letter, as Terrance reads it, and tells Aretha "I will use some of my power here and talk to Sassy. You just do what you do best?" Aretha quips "Beat Latoya's bitch ass?" Terrance responds "Write that story you've longed to write. I'll deal with Sassy, though she is likely to join our side." Aretha quips "She better if she has any brains." Terrance assures Aretha "She loves her job, and we know Latoya doesn't give a shit about anybody." Aretha responds "That's true. But she will once I write this story."
    At Whispering Hills, Ava and J.J. return, as they walk inside, and Ava tells her Grandson "I will protect you with everything I have in me. I assure you of that." At HaleCorp, Winston prepares to leave his office, as Alexandra walks inside, and tells Winston "Lauren just called and she's at Hell Hill." Winston sighs "Good." Alexandra tells Winston "That isn't all of it though." Winston looks at Alexandra, and asks "What else do you know?" Alexandra advises Winston "You may want to call Ava." At Santo's Manor, Victoria sits outside, as she sees Emma pull up, and Emma looks at Victoria, and tells her "Your Uncle's dead. I killed him." Victoria asks "And my Mother?" Emma responds "I have no idea where she is." At the Abandoned Warehouse, Angelica sits, as she fumes, and says to herself "Well I see the good doctor's out of commission. They will all be distracted. I won't fail this time." Back at Whispering Hills, Ava sits in the living room, as she reads a form on Autism, and she hears a knock at the door, and Ava walks to the door, and opens, and Ava sees the guard, and the other person at the door, and Ava holds her chest, and mutters "I don't believe this. Are you? Are you.." Jack looks at his Mother, and cries, along with Samantha "I'm alive Mom." J.J. runs to his Mother, as Ava asks her Son "How can this be?" Jack tells his Mother "I will explain later." Ava looks at Jack, and touches his face, and Jack sighs "Mom, I'm real, and not a fraud." Ava holds her Son tightly, as Ava cries of joy, as Samantha holds J.J., and Ava holds Jack, with a look of content in her eyes.
   Back at the ICU at City Hospital, Sully and Jared arrive, as Tenny sits inside Beth's room, as Tenny cries "I will never forgive myself for this. Prove me right sweet girl." Outside, Leigh, Allan, Ciarra, Olivia, Floyd, and Millie stands by, as Sully asks "How's Grandma?" Olivia tells Sully "She's breathing currently. We unplugged her a few moments ago." Leigh tries to call Xavier, and doesn't get an answer, and snarls "Damnit X, answer your phone!" Country arrives, as Leigh tells him "Go find my Husband! His Mother may not be here very long." Country heads out, as Beth's family holds onto each other. At Hell Hill, Xavier sits inside his study, as he takes another drink of Crown, and Bobby's on the other line, as he tells Xavier "You just go be with Boss. I've had Frank arrested." Xavier responds "Have him sent home." Bobby, sitting inside the Unity Police Department, as he looks at Frank, who sits inside a cell "I will take care of Frank myself." Xavier hangs up, as he hears a voice, as it's B.R., and B.R.'s spirit looks at Xavier, and tells him "If you don't sober up and get to that Hospital, your Mama's coming with me." Xavier starts to cry, and B.R. tells his Son "You pull yourself together, and get to the damn Hospital!" At City Hospital, Tenny stays by her Daughter's bedside, as Allan and Ciarra walks inside, and gently tells Tenny "Come on." Tenny looks at Beth, with tears rolling down her eyes, as she cries "Please don't take her J.D.!" J.D.'s spirit enters the room, as Beth's spirit sees her Father, and Beth goes "Daddy." Meanwhile inside Beth's room, Beth's vitals start to drop, as Olivia rushes inside, and she pages Terrance, Casey, and Sassy, as she tells everyone "This isn't good."
 

 

    

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 298. Running Scared

  As three shots are fired inside Tenny's Former Penthouse, as Tenny glares at Frank, as he looks on in horror, as does Floyd, as the paramedics arrive a few moments later, as they take Ciarra and Beth to City Hospital, as Frank walks out, as Tenny makes a phone call, and warns Floyd "He won't live long. I promise that! That bastard's got a death wish I'll gladly give him!"

One week later.....

   At City Hospital, Terrance walks inside the ICU, as Beth is in a coma, as she was shot three times, and Leigh, Sully, Allan, and Millie are by Beth's side, as Terrance walks inside, and asks everyone "Where's Xavier?" Leigh takes a deep breath, as she looks up, and tells Terrance "He's at home. He can't handle this." Terrance tells Leigh "It's Xavier's call. Beth wrote that in her living will." Sully tells Terrance "Right now all he's focusing on is Frank." In another room at City Hospital, Ciarra sits on the bed, as Sassy walks inside and hands Ciarra her discharge papers, and Floyd tells his Wife "Well let's go home." Ciarra turns to her Husband, and tells him "I want to see my Sister, and check on Beth." Floyd looks up, and tells Ciarra "I think you need to rest." Ciarra bluntly tells Floyd "I'm visiting Beth! And then I'm going to let Tennessee have it!" Floyd sighs "Tenny's already having a hard time, as is Xavier." Ciarra asks "Did Tennessee shoot Beth?" Floyd nods, and adds "Frank tried to kill Tenny, and Beth blocked him, and Tenny tried to shoot Frank, and one bullet hit Beth, and Frank's two shots also hit her. I've really tried to keep it quiet for your health. You're not a young woman anymore." Ciarra glares at Floyd, and angrily snarls "I won't let my age keep me down, and I'm going to see Beth!" Ciarra walks out of her room, as she heads to the ICU, as Floyd follows. Back inside Beth's room, Leigh makes an attempt to call Xavier, as Sully gets off the phone with Jared, as Sully tells her Mother "Daddy's not at Jackson Inc." Leigh adds "He's not answering his phone." Millie sighs "He came home late last night, and headed to his office and locked the door." Leigh sighs with a scared look in her eyes "I don't like what I'm feeling. He needs to be here!"
   At Hell Hill, Xavier sits inside the study, and goes through a photo album, as he is silent, and his eyes dark, and full of tears, as he cries for his Mother, and finds a picture of him and Frank, from his childhood, and Xavier tears the picture apart, and throws the photo album across the room, and calls Country, and asks "Have you found him?" Country asks Xavier "I haven't X. I think you need to be at City Hospital." Xavier bluntly tells Country "I want my Brother's body on my doorstep! That piece of shit's going to die for shooting my Mother! Do you understand me? He will DIE!" Xavier hangs up, as he screams "That son of a bitch will pay for this and damnit I'll see to it!" The door opens, as Xavier grabs his Colt 45, and walks out of his study, and yells "Get the hell out of here!" Tenny looks at her Grandson, and sighs "Just me. How's Beth?" Xavier yells "How do you think she is? She's at death's door thanks to you and my damn Brother!" Tenny looks at her Grandson, as she cries "I didn't mean for this to happen Xavier. Frank was gunning for me." Xavier yells "For Pablo to collect his debt you owed him, and never paid, and Mother stood in the way. You and Frank are the reason my Mother's in a damn hospital bed!" Tenny yells "I am just as angry as you are. I can't face her, but we both have the same goal." Xavier yells at his Grandmother "No in the hell we don't have the same damn goal. You should have just stayed gone, and my Mother wouldn't be in a coma trying to protect you!" Tenny slaps Xavier, and Xavier breaks down, as Tenny tells her Grandson "Wake up Xavier. We both want Frank dead. And I am going to see what I can find out." Tenny walks out, as Xavier starts to cry, as he checks his phone, and reads Leigh's text, and Xavier takes a deep breath, as he heads to City Hospital.
   Meanwhile at Whispering Hills, Ava sits inside the living room, as she looks at J.J., and tells him "We have some things to take care of today." Winston walks inside, as Country follows behind with Colt, as he tells Ava "I've found Angelica, and Country and this other guy.." Colt looks at Winston, and tells him "My name is Colt." Winston sighs "Ah whatever. I think you know what I want." Country looks at Colt, and laughs "Winston wants us to make some kills for him. Remember our hunting trip? (Flashback: Country and Colt are in the woods, behind Hell Hill, as Country sits in his stand, and shoots at Colt, as Colt dodges Country, as he laughs "You should have played professional dodgeball. Stay still so I can kill you.") Colt takes a deep breath, as he asks Country "Are you planning to practice on me again?" Country laughs "I think we have everything settled." Ava smiles "At least you have cooled Country, but if I see you around Bree, I'll burn you." Winston sighs "Ava.." Ava looks at her Grandson, and tells everyone "We're heading to see Dr.Elliott." Ava and J.J. walks out, as Ava turns and tells Colt "By the way, don't come here again." Colt quips "Damn if she has a grudge." Winston looks at Colt, and tells him "Don't worry about Ava, just kill my Wife, and my Brother In Law. They need to die!" Country turns to Colt, and tells him "We have our orders. Now we find Santo and Angelica." Country and Colt walks out, as Winston calls Alexandra, who sits in her new office at Class, and tells her "I'll have Lauren home and safe before this day is over." Alexandra tells Winston "Good. I can't keep this from Millie much longer. She's already asking questions, and Nicole has been quiet." Winston assures Alexandra "Just remember what I told you, and keep it that way."
   At Santo's Manor, Emma sits in the living room, as Santo walks inside, and smiles at his Wife, and tells her "She's still breathing, and if you try me one more time, she's dead." Emma yells at her Husband "I'm sick of your games Pablo! And you will stop hitting me as well. I've had enough of it!" Santo slaps Emma in the mouth, and Emma pulls out a pistol, and aims it at her Husband, as she snarls "Your Sister has my Daughter, and I have already warned you about hitting me." Emma turns off the safety, as Angelica walks inside, and yells at Emma "Just what in the hell do you think you're doing slut? Are you that dumb? Do you want me to call my guard, and have Lauren shot between the eyes? I'll make you watch. Or she can watch you die? Your choice Nikki." Santo is silent, as Emma glances at Angelica, and turns to her Husband, and warns both of them "I've had enough of both of you, and my Daughter WILL be released from that cell you have her locked in." In an abandoned warehouse in Downtown Adam's Landing, Lauren is in a cell, as a guard looks at her, and sighs "I hate this job." Lauren asks "Why do you do it then?" The guard responds "They know too much, and if I even tried to leave, then I'd really be dead." Lauren tells the guard "Who are you?" The guard turns around, and takes off his ski-mask, as Lauren is blown away, and goes "Oh my god!" The guard tells Lauren "You're right, and it's time we both go back where we belong." The guard releases Lauren, as they head out, and back at Santo's Manor, Angelica's phone rings, and she screams "Shit! They're escaping!" Santo yells at Emma, who has a pistol aimed at him "Drop the gun! She's free for now!" Angelica aims at Emma, and coldly tells Emma "You heard him." Emma begins to bend down, as she fakes them, and a shot is fired inside Santo's Manor.
   Meanwhile at City Hospital, Eve, Willie, and Aretha walks inside Olivia's office, as Eve was released from City Hospital, and Olivia looks at Willie and Aretha, and asks Eve "Are you sure you want them in here?" Eve nods, as she tells Olivia "Sayyid's meeting with River. He's keeping him distracted." Olivia looks at Eve, as she tells her "It's probably a good thing you have Aretha and Willie with you, because I have your results, and you're going to need all the support you can get." Aretha grabs one of Eve's hands, as Willie grabs the other, and Olivia begins to read the test. At The Sunset Club, River stands inside the bar, as Latoya walks inside, and smiles "It's been a long time sexy. Good time for us to catch up." River coldly tells Latoya "I know about what happened between you and my Mother. And we don't have nothing to catch up on!" Sayyid walks inside, and whispers to Latoya "You heard my Son, so get lost. Go back to Los Angeles!" Latoya laughs "I'm just going to the studio you thug. And remind Rashad I'm getting my Son." Sayyid snarls "I think your plane's waiting for you." Latoya struts out, as River asks his Father "So where's my Mother? She's out of the Hospital?" Sayyid looks at River, and tells his Son "Sit down." River yells "No! Tell me where in the hell my Mother is!" Sayyid yells "Sit down!" River sits, as Sayyid tells River "She's sick, and she's fighting like hell to retain some sense of normalcy." River yells "I need to see her." Sayyid yells back "River! You will. But now you and I need to have a talk." River gets up, and Sayyid pushes his Son back into his seat, and tells him "River Mathis, you are just as damn stubborn as I am and your Mama. I have a feeling she's not long for the world." Back at City Hospital, Eve sits inside Olivia's office, as Willie and Aretha holds onto her, as Olivia tells Eve, with sadness in her eyes "You have Brain Cancer, and I can't do anything to save you." Eve starts to cry, as she asks Olivia "You are at the top of your profession. Any alternatives?" Olivia responds "One." Olivia hands Eve a card, with a number on it, and tells her "Go see Dr.Saxton. She knows more than I do about Brain Cancer." Eve sighs "This runs in my family, and damn if it's gotten me as well." Aretha asks Olivia "So how long do you give Eve?" Olivia tells Eve "I think you need to head down to Montserrat now, otherwise you won't last no longer than a month at most." Eve looks at Willie and Aretha, as Willie checks her phone, and tells Eve "River's at The Sunset Club." Eve hugs Olivia, as she tells her "Tell Nathan I said goodbye." Olivia looks at Eve, and reminds her "Dr.Saxton can cure you. So we won't say goodbye." Eve begins to head to the door, and grows weak, as Willie and Aretha holds onto her, as Eve heads to The Sunset Club, as Olivia walks behind them, as she heads to Beth's room in the ICU.
   At Cale and Allison's Mansion, Allison holds Ginny, as Cale walks inside, and kisses his Wife and Daughter, and Allison asks her Husband "Has Frank returned?" Cale responds "He's still in hiding. I told him to stay where he's at." Allison sighs, as she tells Cale "Dad called earlier and told me Aunt Beth may not live." The door opens, as Tenny walks inside, and quips "Nice place." Allison looks at her Grandmother, as Tenny smiles, and asks Cale "So where's your Daddy? Did he catch a STD and die in a ditch somewhere?" Cale tells Tenny "I'm surprised you are moving around so freely. Shouldn't Xavier have you locked in that Storm Shelter, or killed you? He's hellbent on killing my Dad." Tenny laughs "Xavier wouldn't kill me. And we both want your Dad dead. So where is the bastard staying? Should I try every cheap hotel in Adam's Landing?" Allison tells her Grandmother "Leave Frank alone! He didn't mean to shoot Aunt Beth!" Tenny yells "He meant to shoot me Allison! Your Grandmother. Ginny's Gran. And you are playing the good wife. Tell me where he is!" Cale points to the door, and tells Tenny "I won't tolerate this in my home, so leave if you just want to cut my Dad down!" Tenny slaps Cale, and snaps "I don't want to cut him down, I want him in a casket Cale." Tenny walks out, and turns towards Allison, and tells her "If you're smart, you'll talk to me, or else I'll disown you." Tenny leaves, and Allison looks at her Husband, as Cale sighs with frustration "The Stock Car League's been hard on FJR recently and I know Xavier's sitting at Hell Hill destroying Dad's legacy." Allison reminds him "Ever thought he may be scared. His Mother's fighting for her life." Cale screams "He already had it out for Dad when Wallace killed himself, and now he has more motivation to kill Dad with Beth in the hospital!" Meanwhile in Unity, Frank sits inside a kitchen, as someone walks inside, and Frank tells them "Thank you for hiding me out." Andy looks at Frank, and tells him "I can't hide you out very long. Bobby's in town for Summer's Wedding to Paul, and he's gunning for you also." Frank takes a deep breath, as he regretfully tells his Nephew "I never meant for this to happen. I'll never be able to live this down."
   Back at City Hospital, Ciarra and Floyd are in the ICU, as Leigh, Sully, Allan, and Millie sits outside Beth's room, as Ciarra walks out with tears in her eyes, as Floyd holds her, and Ciarra looks at Leigh and tells her "I can't believe Beth's in there. I can't even fathom the mere thought." Leigh looks inside, as she sighs "Terrance told us Xavier has to make the call to pull her off the ventilator, and he isn't responding." Ciarra asks "Has Tennessee been here?" Sully asks her Great Aunt "Gran? She's dead." Leigh takes a deep breath, and tells her Daughter "She's alive. She faked her death, which led to this." Sully gets angry, as she looks around, and goes "She was alive and nobody told me?" Allan tries to calm Sully, telling his Great Niece "Mama didn't want you to know." Sully yells "Now I know I'm not just hearing things across the hall. Gran has pulled a lot of shit, but this is too much!" Ciarra sighs "Tennessee had to do it. She wouldn't fake her death unless she was in trouble. I wish she would have confided in me too Sully, but she didn't want me to know either." Floyd tells Ciarra and Sully "Don't be hard on her, just focus on Beth. She needs all of us." Olivia walks inside with Terrance, as Terrance asks the family "Has Xavier arrived yet?" Leigh shakes her head, as she tells Terrance "Nope. I am growing concerned. He's not thinking rationally right now." In the Parking Garage, Casey walks inside City Hospital, as Xavier walks behind her, with his Colt 45 to her head, as he snaps "Tell me where Frank is!" Casey snaps back "I don't know where he is and I wouldn't tell you if I did!" Xavier keeps the Colt 45 aimed at Casey, as he warns her in a cold tone "You are carrying his child, and if I don't find him, I will kill you instead. Mother hated you." Casey laughs "That was mutual." Xavier walks inside, as Casey shakes her head, and makes a phone call.
    Meanwhile at The Sunset Club, Eve arrives, as Sayyid awaits, and Willie tells her Brother "I hope you haven't been too rough on River." River walks out, and sees his Mother, as Aretha tells Eve "Tell him." River looks at his Mother, and goes "Tell me?" Eve holds onto River, and tearfully tells him "I'm dying." River starts to cry, and Eve snaps "Stop it. Not yet. Eve Mathis doesn't go out without one hell of a fight. I'm going to Montserrat to visit a Dr.Saxton, and I think then I'll be much better. Olivia told me she was an expert. Brain Cancer may run in our family, and we may have a losing record, but I'll win it, and a few grammys." River tells his Mother "The plane's at the Airport Mom. Let's go." Eve looks at Sayyid, as he hugs Eve, and tells her "I want you to keep me informed." Eve assures Sayyid "I will. And if anything happens.." Sayyid stops Eve, and tells her "I see fire in your eyes. You won't be leaving anytime soon." Eve smiles "Damn right." Eve hugs Willie and Aretha, as River tells them "Thank you all for taking care of Mom." Willie nods, as Eve and River heads to her room, as Eve packs her suitcase, and leaves Adam's Landing to go to Montserrat.
   At Dr.Jessica Elliott's office, in Downtown Adam's Landing, Ava walks inside with J.J., as Jessica looks at J.J., and tells him "Hello J.J." J.J. holds onto his Grandmother, as Jessica looks at Ava, and tells her "I want to talk some more about his background. I want to say he has autism, but didn't you tell me he saw his Mother gunned down?" Ava nods, and Jessica sighs "He may be scarred emotionally. At his age, he's already developing memories." Ava tells Jessica "He didn't talk before Samantha was killed Dr.Elliott." Jessica is quiet, as she and Ava both watch J.J. stare at a picture on Jessica's desk.
   At HaleCorp, Winston sits inside his office, as Phillip walks inside, as he's been released from The Storm Shelter, and tells his Father "So since you got Xavier Jackson to release me, what's the catch?" Winston tells his Son "You stand by. You will kill Santo and Angelica if Country and Colt doesn't get him first." Victoria walks inside as well, as she tells them "I will kill my Mother!" At Santo's Manor, Country and Colt sneak inside, as they have their guns aimed, and Country looks on the ground, and tells Colt "Looks like someone done got Santo." Santo lays on the floor, as he's dead from a gunshot to the chest. At the Abandoned Warehouse, Angelica frantically runs inside, as Lauren and the guard has left, and Angelica snarls "Well then, I guess I'll have to try another angle since I'm now head of the Santiago family." At Class, Alexandra sits inside her office, as Emma walks inside, and Alexandra asks her Daughter "So what's with the smile?" Emma tells her Mother "I'm finally free." Alexandra asks "What about Lauren?" At Hell Hill, Lauren, the guard, and another person arrives, and The Guard looks at the Jackson Family burial plot, as tears flow down his eyes, and he holds onto the other person he released at the Warehouse, as Lauren asks "What's wrong?" The guard touches Ruth's headstone, and looks next to it, at Jack's, and sighs "I can't believe it." Lauren and the other person comforts the guard, as he cries at Ruth's headstone.
   Meanwhile at City Hospital, Xavier walks inside the ICU, as Leigh, Sully, and Millie walks towards Xavier, and he turns them away, as he also does to Ciarra, Floyd, and Allan, as he walks inside his Mother's room, and takes a deep breath, as he sits at his Mother's side, and Terrance tells everyone "He needs to make a decision." Leigh and Olivia tells him "Let him be with his Mother before he makes that call." Inside Beth's room, Xavier looks at his Mother's comatose state, and holds her hand, and in a scared tone, tells his Mother "All of my life, the one person I've always had in my corner is you Mother. You helped me raise Princess, and you are needed. The family needs you, and I need you Mother. I have to make a choice, and I never wanted to make it, but please come back Mama." Xavier falls to his knees, as he cries at his Mother's bedside, and screams in pain, as he cries "Mama!" Outside, Leigh holds onto Sully and Millie, as both of them cries along with their Father, as Leigh tries to stay composed, and Ciarra latches to Floyd, as Tenny arrives, and Allan holds his Mother, as Tenny looks inside, and tells everyone "She'll live. She's a Sullivan."
 

 
 

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 297. Red Flags

  As evening's descended upon Adam's Landing, at The Storm Shelter, Phillip sits inside, chained to the floor, as he looks for a way to escape, as Xavier walks inside, and asks Phillip "So where are you going Phillip?" Phillip yells at Xavier "I have already explained my part in all of this, so you have no reason to keep me locked in this damn hell." Winston walks inside, and looks at his Son, as Phillip's eyes widen, and Winston tells his Son "Until you see the light Phillip, Xavier can keep you here. We have agreed to send you to Europe, if you don't join our side. I plan to tell your Mother where you are." Phillip yells "Well Father, you have a Grandson that's missing, and Santo has him." Winston looks at Phlllip, and tells him "He's in Unity. A source confirmed that to me earlier." Phillip yells "I hope Alexandra sees you for the evil bastard you are Winston Hale, leaving his own child in this cell." Xavier snaps at Phillip "You messed with my family, and it's not over, and you have a choice. All I have to do is make the call." Xavier heads up the hill, as Winston looks at his Son, and warns him "You made a bad move, and this is what happens. Better than dead." Winston also leaves, as Phillip yells in anger, as he looks around and tries to escape The Storm Shelter.
   At Beth's Penthouse, Tenny sits inside, as she's asleep in her chair, as Beth unlocks the door, as she shakes her head with worry, after her visit with Allan and Olivia, and walks inside, and Tenny wakes, and shoots her pistol, as Beth sees her Mother, and Tenny goes "Beth! My sweet girl!" Beth looks at her Mother, as she asks "How long have you been here?" Tenny responds "Since I went to pay a few visits. The exile.." Beth nods "I know Mama. Now tell me what happened when we got you out of town." Tenny sighs "I was kidnapped, and taken to a clinic in Buenos Aires Beth. Santo kept me in a coma, and wants his money." Beth rolls her eyes, as she responds "So Santo was the man who ran the casinos in Monaco?" Tenny nods, and tells her Daughter "He wants me dead after I told him I wouldn't pay him nothing." Beth assures her Mother "It will be over soon, and you need to stay out of sight. Sully doesn't know about you yet, nor does Ciarra." Tenny sighs "Oldest Sister. She won't let me live this down." Beth asks her Mother "So you want to go after Santo? Allan told me you wanted to kill him?" Tenny grins "I do. And here's a question, why haven't you went to pay his whore a visit yet?" Beth sighs "It's been a hard job playing dumb, and keeping things together Mama." Tenny laughs "Well Mommy's home, and you, Nathan, Rose, Xavier, Winston, Ava, and Victoria know I'm alive." Beth sighs "Rose.." Tenny immediately tells her Daughter "Rose and Nathan did as I asked of them, so you let that vendetta go." Beth hugs her Mother, as Beth tells Tenny "I really did think Santo killed you Mama." Tenny quips "It's hard to get rid of me."
   At Floyd and Ciarra's Home at Whispering Hills, Ciarra walks inside, as Floyd and Precious watches TV, and Floyd asks his Wife "So how did things go at your meeting?" Ciarra tells Floyd "It went well. Ava and I played some strategy with Emery's, and it'll boost our sales." Floyd looks at Precious, and tells Ciarra "I spent the day here, and Precious' been acting strange." Ciarra quips "Tennessee raised him." Floyd tells his Wife "Something's going on Ciarra. I called Nathan and he wasn't himself, and Hell Hill's been quiet, and same for Winston." Ciarra grows curious, as she tells her Husband "Something must be going on with Santo. He's pushing things."  Floyd holds his Wife, and sighs "Well Beth and Bobby broke off their engagement also, maybe you and Precious should go check on her." Ciarra looks at Precious, and responds "Not a bad idea." Ciarra and Floyd heads out, as Floyd sits in the living room, and takes a drink of moonshine, and has a flashback to a run in with Frank (Frank walks towards his car outside The Inn, as Floyd pulls up, and asks his Nephew "What are you doing here?" Frank snaps at his Uncle "Stay the hell out of it!" Floyd drives off, with concern in his eyes, as Frank sits inside his car, and says to himself "FJR's about to be set for life.")
   Meanwhile at The Farm, Frank, Cale, Allison, and Ginny sits inside the living room, as Frank walks into the living room, and tells his Son and Daughter In Law "Colt Parker was working for Xavier, and he's cut all funds to FJR effective immediately. He wants to destroy this team once and for all. It's been his dream. Son of a bitch. But luckily we have something else lined up." Cale asks his Father "What's in store?" Frank looks at his Son, and says in a quiet tone "I got something to do before things get started and contract signed. I can't discuss it." Allison tells her Husband and Father In Law "Xavier's hurting everyone at FJR." Cale sighs "He doesn't even give a shit either." Frank tells Cale and Allison "My brother's a mean bastard, your Great-Grandpa Jackson was one of the most evil people I ever knew. Daddy worshiped him." Cale assures his Father "I will talk to Xavier and see if I can reason with him." Frank tells his Son "No use, because he already has things going. His money talks for him, and I got a call earlier that he's talking to the Stock Car League." Cale rolls his eyes, and leaves, as Allison looks out and yells "Where are you going?" Cale is silent, as he heads to Hell Hill, and Frank looks at Allison, and tells her "I'll hang around and wait. I think things are about to get bad for Xavier."
   At Jazz, Eve sits inside, as she has left City Hospital, after leaving on her own (The doctor tells Eve "I am...") Eve has a drink, and plays the piano, as Olivia and Allan walks inside and finds her, as Olivia asks Eve "So you escaped I hear?" Eve looks at Allan and Olivia, and is silent, and Eve tells them "I am fine. Seriously." Allan tells Eve "Nathan's worried about you, and he said you were having headaches." Olivia looks at Eve, and in a serious tone, tells her "We need to give you a MRI and a CT immediately." Eve grows faint, as Olivia looks at Allan, and tells him "Call Sayyid. I'm taking Eve back to the hospital." Eve yells "Nobody's taking me.." Eve has another seizure, and Olivia and Allan calls 911. At City Hospital, Terrance sits inside his office, as Willie and Aretha sits inside, and asks Terrance "What's wrong with Eve?" Terrance tells his Mother and Sister "It's bad. She could have a aneurysm, or brain tumor. I think so at least." Eve and Willie grows concerned for Eve. Meanwhile in the hallway, Sayyid's on the phone with River, who's at his home in Sugar Creek, and River asks Sayyid "Why are you calling." Sayyid tells his Son "Your Mother was taken to the hospital, and she has escaped." River hangs up, as Sayyid gets a text from Allan, and walks inside his Nephew's office, as he tells Terrance, Aretha, and Willie "Eve's had another seizure."
   Meanwhile at Hell Hill, Xavier walks inside, as Leigh asks her Husband "Well think you can take this news X?" Xavier looks at his Wife, as Leigh tells him "Tenny's in town. Your Grandmother has returned." Xavier sighs, as he goes "Oh shit." Leigh responds "She's already looking for someone. Beth called a few minutes ago." Xavier tells his Wife "I'm glad she's safe. She made it out of Argentina." Leigh changes subjects, and tells Xavier "Millie's with Rashad, and Lauren's been gone for awhile." Xavier asks his Wife "Is that a hint?" Leigh smiles, touching Xavier's chest "Maybe." Meanwhile there's a knock at the door, as Xavier answers to find Cale on the other side, as he asks his Uncle "What in the hell is your problem Uncle Xavier? Do you not realize you're messing with more than just my Dad?" Leigh rolls her eyes, as Xavier tells his Nephew "I don't give a shit about your Dad Cale. Screw him. Selfish bastard." Cale looks at his Uncle, and tells him "FJR is my Father's legacy, and you won't destroy it." Xavier steps back, and looks at Cale, and tells him "You don't come inside here, and tell me what to do. Turn around, exit the way you came. And tell your Father it's just started. I know about what happened with his young whore." Cale yells "You really are the piece of shit Dad says you are." Xavier calmly responds "You walk cautiously." Cale leaves, as Leigh asks her Husband "Why are you so hellbent on FJR X?" Xavier looks at his Wife, and tells her in a distant tone "Let's just not talk about it my love. It's a real sore spot for me." Leigh tells Xavier "I understand it is." Xavier hugs his Wife, as he sighs "That team was the only thing he cared about when I was young."
   At Whispering Hills, Ava sits inside, as J.J.'s in bed, as Winston walks inside, and Ava hugs her Husband, and tells him "I just called Dr.Elliott and she's seeing J.J. in the morning. She's the best child psychologist in the U.S.." Winston looks at his Wife, and tells her "Our Grandson is fine. He's smart, and who should be concerned if he's quiet." Ava responds "I am concerned. That's not normal for his age." Winston asks his Wife "Have you talked to Victoria?" Ava tells Winston "We haven't discussed it. And she's gone by the way." Winston asks "Where did she go?" Ava tells him "I guess a doctor call." At The Sunset Club, Victoria has arrived, as she is stopped by a waiter, that takes her to a private room, and the door closes behind her, as the lights are dimmed, and Angelica slowly says to her Daughter "Mother's here Victoria. You found me." Victoria backs up, as Angelica laughs "That's right little girl, Mommy's here, and I'm not very happy with you." Victoria screams at her Mother "You killed my Daughter you sick old bitch!" Angelica walks up to her Daughter, and slaps her and snarls "She didn't have the right mindset to live. I saved you a problem." Victoria slaps her Mother back, and Angelica laughs "You get one freebie this time, but ever hit me again, you'll be in hell with your Daughter." Victoria shrieks, with anger and hurt in her eyes "You should be the one in hell!" Angelica laughs "Hell won't have me." Victoria pulls out a pistol, and two men walk inside, as Angelica presses a button, and warns her Daughter "Now that we've caught up, get lost, or I kill you too." Victoria walks out, as rage fills her eyes, meanwhile inside the Private Room, Angelica tells her guards "Go pick someone up for me."
   Meanwhile at Alexandra's Penthouse, Alexandra sits inside, as Colt walks in, and Alexandra laughs "Well I heard all about you and your ride." Colt sighs "Don't start in on me." Alexandra asks "And even a hit man for Xavier Jackson." Colt responds "He's helping me get an official pardon from Russell Marx." Alexandra tells Colt "Why didn't you ask me?" Colt responds "You can't help me with this. You'd use it for blackmail on me." Alexandra laughs "I'd never do that Colt." Colt heads to his room, as he calls it a night, as he checks his phone, and sees a text from Country, that reads "Meet me tomorrow." Inside the living room, Alexandra sits down, as there's a knock at the door, and Alexandra walks up to answer, as Emma arrives, and Alexandra asks her Daughter "What do you want?" Emma responds "Lauren is B.R.'s child." Alexandra responds "Another lie Nicole. Lie lie lie! I know the truth." Emma yells "Still a bitch after all these years." Alexandra yells "Damn right Nicole! And you never told me I had two Granddaughters! How dare you?" Emma yells "You know damn well why!" Colt walks out, as Alexandra yells "Go back to your room Colt!" Colt walks back, as Emma asks her Mother "Did you become a cougar?" Alexandra tells Emma "There's a door you can use now. You won't keep me from seeing my Granddaughters, nor do I really want a thing to do with you. I didn't raise a slut." Emma slaps her Mother, as Alexandra slaps back, outside Lauren shows up, as someone comes from behind, and drags her off, as Lauren can't escape.
   At Tenny's Penthouse, Beth and Tenny smokes a joint together, as they catch up, and there's a knock on the door, as Ciarra yells "It's me Beth." Tenny looks at her Daughter, and gets up and hides in the bedroom, as Ciarra walks inside with Floyd and Precious, as Ciarra hugs her Niece, and asks her "Are you ok Beth? I was worried when I talked to you this morning." Beth tells her Aunt "I blame all this on that new Doctor. But I'm fine. I'm an independent woman, who's at the stage where she settles down, and I'm still going through with my retirement from City Hospital." Tenny listens meanwhile, and says to herself "I must have met her earlier." Precious meanwhile gets a scent, and runs to Tenny's Bedroom, as Ciarra laughs "He always does that." Beth quips "That he does." Inside Tenny's Bedroom, Tenny hugs Precious, and whispers "Don't tell nobody Mommy's home." Downstairs, Frank has arrived in the lobby, as he heads up to visit Beth, with his hand in pocket, as he says to himself "I'm going to prove some things to my Brother."
  Meanwhile at City Hospital, Eve arrives in the ER, as Sayyid, Willie, Aretha, and Terrance are at her side, as Olivia and Allan brings Eve into a room, and Eve is confused, and asks everyone "Where am I?" Olivia looks at Terrance, and tells him "I want a MRI, CT, asap." Terrance calls over the nurses, as Olivia tells Eve "I am about to find out what's wrong." Sayyid tells Olivia "Eve had a bad experience in a Hospital many years ago. Someone tried to kill her." Eve looks at Sayyid, and he walks over and holds her hand, and assures her "It's ok Eve. You have me." Eve tells everyone "Whatever happens, don't say a word to my family about this. I will recover quickly and be able to sing at Allan and Olivia and Beth and Bobby's wedding." Two nurses arrive, as they take Eve to be examined, as Sayyid tells everyone in a scared state "Something is wrong with her. I'm scared for her." Willie and Aretha comforts Sayyid, as Terrance and Olivia assures Sayyid "We will find out." Olivia adds "I studied this for years and still study. I don't know what's going on, but she looks to have been sick for quite some time." Allan walks out and calls Nathan, who's with Rose at Nathan's Loft, and Allan tells him about Eve, and Nathan hangs up, and tells Rose, who's laying next to him "Eve's in City Hospital. We have to go." Nathan and Rose gets dressed, as they head down to City Hospital, as Olivia admits her.
   At Santo's Manor, Emma returns, as Angelica stands inside, alongside her Brother, as Santo tells his Wife "We already have you covered, now we go for the others." Angelica laughs in a evil tone "Our name will be brought back to the front, and people will forget about the Jackson or Hale families. Keep the ones around who we need." Emma asks "Now what do you mean you have me covered?" Santo smiles, as he pulls out his phone, and Angelica laughs "Pablo doesn't like your children." In a warehouse, Lauren is tied to a chair, with a blindfold covering her eyes, as a guard sits by a phone. Back at Santo's Manor, Emma yells at her Husband and Sister In Law "Don't think of it Santo." Santo slaps his Wife, as Angelica smiles, and quips "You are a slut, who tarnish our grand name." Santo looks at his Sister, as he responds "Don't get started." Emma yells at Santo "You will stop hitting me." Santo grabs Emma, and asks her forcefully "Who will make me." Angelica walks out of the room, and laughs "I'm visiting the brat Nikki gave birth to."
   Meanwhile, Xavier and Leigh sits inside the living room alone, as they look at each other, and Leigh asks her Husband "Don't you ever grow tired of this?" Xavier asks "Tired of what?" Leigh tells her Husband "You and Frank." Xavier tells Leigh "It's what it will always be." At Cale and Allison's Mansion, Cale returns, as Allison tells her Husband "Your Dad left." Cale calls Frank, to no response. At Tenny's Penthouse, Beth sits in the living room with Floyd and Ciarra, as Tenny hides in her bedroom, and mouths silently "Go home Ciarra." Precious howls, and Tenny puts her finger on her mouth. In the hallway, Frank stands in the front door, as he thinks about Santo's offer, and knocks at the door, and Beth answers, as she asks Frank "What in the hell do you want?" Frank asks Beth "Where is she?" Frank, with a buzz, and carrying a pistol, slurs "I am about to make sure she's really dead." Ciarra and Floyd stare at Frank, as Ciarra asks "Who's really dead?" Frank yells "Didn't Beth tell you about Tenny? Well, the old bitch's still alive." Tenny walks out of the hall, and stares at Frank, aiming a pistol at him, and yells "And you're here for Santo aren't you?" Come on Frank. Pull that damn trigger." Frank aims his pistol, as Ciarra collapses, Floyd tends to his Wife, as Beth yells at Frank and Tenny. Across the hall, Sully and Jared are asleep, as is Ruthie, as Night's fallen in Adam's Landing, Alexandra sits in the living room, inside her Penthouse, as she reads Class' sales reports. Inside Tenny's Penthouse, a standoff starts between Tenny and Frank, as Beth tries to intervene, and Floyd tries to wake Ciarra up, and three shots are fired.
 
 

 
 

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 296. The Grand Return

   It's the next day in Adam's Landing, and at Nathan's Loft, Nathan and Rose walk around the loft, as Nathan asks his Wife "Where is Grandma?" Rose tells Nathan "She told me she wanted to do some things." Nathan rolls his eyes, as he sighs "She is hellbent on something, and she isn't saying a word to us." Rose sighs "So do you think this plan was successful?" Nathan looks at his Wife, and tells Rose, with fear "Knowing my Grandmother, and her temper right now, hell we both know how she is." Rose hugs Nathan, as Nathan's phone rings, as it's his Secretary at Nationwide Records, as she tells Nathan "Ms.Mathis is here." Nathan tells Rose "I have to head to the studio. Keep calling Grandma, and maybe she'll answer." Rose nods, as Nathan leaves, and Rose calls Tenny, but gets no reply. Inside Beth's office at City Hospital, Tenny walks inside, as she lights up a joint, and sits behind Beth's desk, as she goes through some files silently, and the door opens, as Casey yells "Ok you old bitch! We're about to finish what you started." Tenny turns the chair, as she looks out of the window, and takes a toke, as Casey yells "Nice attempt to ignore me Beth. Nice try." Tenny meanwhile has a confused look, as she puts her arm up, and flips Casey the bird, and Casey responds "You won't take my kid, and you can have Frank!" The chair turns around, as Tenny looks at Casey, and tells her "He's more into knocked up whores like you. And get the hell out of my Daughter's office." Casey screams, as she runs out of Beth's office, as Olivia stands in the hall, and Olivia asks Casey "What's got you so freaked out?" Casey stutters "I think I've seen a ghost." Olivia tells Casey "Go back to work, and I'll check Beth's office." Olivia walks inside, as she sees Tenny, and screams, as Tenny asks Olivia "So where's Beth?" Olivia asks Tenny, in shock "You're back?" Tenny looks at Olivia, and tells her "My exile didn't go as planned." Olivia takes a deep breath, as she responds "Beth's at your Penthouse." Tenny gets up, as she puts a veil over her head, and whispers "I have a visit to make." Tenny walks out, as Casey stands in the hall, and Tenny smiles, and goes "Boo." Casey shakes with fear, as Tenny leaves, and Olivia heads to her office, as she calls Allan, who's at Jazz, and tells him "Come see me immediately."

   At Whispering Hills, Ava sits inside the living room, as Winston and Victoria walks out of his study, and Winston tells Ava "Well Tenny's in Adam's Landing, but no word on her whereabouts." Victoria sighs "Well she was vague with me on the details, and said to keep my mouth shut." Ava sighs "I remember seeing her in Santo's clinic, in that paralyzed state." Victoria looks at Ava and Winston, and responds "She explained some of it to me, but not all of it. There's another Doctor there by the last name of Hays, who kept Dr.Caswell distracted while I brought her back." Ava takes a shot of liquor, as she asks Victoria "So Tenny faked her death? And who all knows about this?" Winston turns to Ava, and responds "Xavier knows, and I'm sure." Ava responds "I know Beth knows something." Victoria asks "Would Ciarra know, or Allan?" Ava tells them "I knew too." Winston and Victoria are stunned, as Ava tells them sternly "And neither of you say a damn word to my Brother or his offspring about this! I mean it!" Victoria and Winston both swears to keep quiet, as Xavier doesn't know about this, and his children, and Winston tells Ava "Tenny is going to go after Angelica and Santo." Ava yells, as she takes a drink from the liquor bottle, and glares with anger "He and that damn bitch he has for a wife will be feeling me on their ass before I'm done with them, Jamie doesn't have shit compared to what I have in store. I call the shots!" Winston and Victoria swears secrecy to Ava, as she calls Tenny, but with no response.

   At Beth's Penthouse, Beth sits inside as she holds Ruthie, and Sully visits with her Grandmother, as Beth is sad over what happened with Bobby, and Beth tells her Great Granddaughter "You are my sweet girl, what my Mama called me." Sully is quiet, as she tells her Grandmother "I miss Gran, and her loud music, and that dog of hers that scared the shit out of me." Beth laughs, and sighs "Mama. She was a wild woman in her old age." Sully tells Beth "Do you want to watch Ruthie today. Mom and Daddy's at home today and watching the twins, and Gabriella is on a vacation." Beth smiles, and tells Sully "I will play this girl's Gran Gran and spoil her." Sully quips, as she hugs them "Not too much. Daddy spoils "Queenie" enough." Beth laughs "Well your Gran loved you, and this child." Sully gets emotional "I miss Gran." Beth holds her Grandchildren, and assures them "It's alright."

   Meanwhile at FJR, Frank walks inside his office, as he sees Xavier inside, and asks Frank "What are you doing here?" Frank tells his Brother "My team. It's mine. It failed." Xavier laughs, and tells Frank "Well, I am going to play the economy card, and cut my funds to your team. I will blackball you from Stock Cars. Really want to push me?" Frank yells "Yes you bastard!" Xavier begins to head out of FJR, as he heads to Jackson Inc, and Frank sits at his chair, and gets angry, and Xavier stands at the door, and warns his brother, "Colt works for me." Frank yells "And tell your spy he can go to hell, and screw you!" Xavier walks out, as Frank yells "Bastard." Frank shakes his head in disgust, as he grows angry with Colt over cheating on Bree, and working for Xavier. Meanwhile, at the ALPD, Bree and Bobby sits inside Bobby's office, as both are sad over their breakups, and Bree tells Bobby "Forgive Aunt Beth." Bobby sighs "I really don't know. She's her own person and she will never love me like she did your Grandpa." Bree grows stunned, and asks Bobby "What? Aunt Beth really didn't love Uncle Frank?" Bobby responds "First loves. and 20 years, and Beth busted them, and she divorced Frank, and moved to Blue Ridge. She had some trouble with that." Bree tells Bobby "She's been through a lot." Bobby sighs "She's changing." Bree looks at Bobby, and tells him "I wish I could find love, but it always fails." Bobby hugs Bree, as they both are sad over their breakups.

   At Santo's Manor, Emma sits inside, quiet, as a knock is on the door, Emma walks to the door, as Tenny stands on the other side, and asks Emma "Alright. Where is he?" Tenny is furious, as she pulls out a pistol, and walks towards Emma in a paranoid state, and snarls "Tell me whore. Tell me, because I know about you. I'd recognize that face anywhere." Emma, in a scared tone tells Tenny "I don't know where he is Ms. Sullivan. I don't know where to find him." Tenny yells "Oh hell yes you do Nikki! Now you speak!" Tenny shoots. At Wallace's Corporate Headquarters, Santo sits inside his office, as someone walks inside, and tells him, with a smile on her face "Time to go after our bloodline. Keep the legacy alive." Angelica smiles, and Santo tells his Sister "I call the shots now." Angelica smiles "I know you do, and you also know that I don't give a shit because I am me, and you just imagine.." Santo tells his Sister "You feel however you want. I won't bail you out." Angelica pulls out a pistol, and smiles "Family sticks together Pablo Santiago Jr." Back at Santo's Manor, Emma tells Tenny, panicked "I really don't know." Tenny walks out, as she turns towards the door, and says to herself "I'll find the bastards."

   At Nationwide Records, Nathan walks inside the studio, as Eve sits inside and sings softly into the microphone, and stops when she sees Nathan, and hugs him, and Nathan asks Eve, noticing a gaunt figure "Are you ok Eve? I heard a rumor." Eve assures Nathan "Rumors are exactly that! Rumors! I am here to finish this album and kick Latoya's little ass all over the world!" Nathan laughs "Both of you launch on the same day." Eve smiles, and walks towards the door, and tells Nathan "Thank you for standing up for me." Nathan asks Eve "Is there something you're keeping from me?" Eve laughs "Oh nothing, diet." Nathan is concerned, as Eve struts out, and heads to City Hospital, as Olivia is there, and Eve stops at the elevator, and holds her head, as pain shows through her eyes, and she takes a deep breath, and says in a sad tone "Go away." She gets on the elevator, and leaves as Nathan sits inside the studio, and makes a phone call.

   Meanwhile at City Hospital, Casey walks out of a patient's room, as Beth walks past, holding Ruthie, and stops, and goes "Dr.Ryan? What in the hell are you doing here?" Casey yells "I work here bitch." Beth quips "Not for long. I will destroy you. Now excuse me, as I show off my sweet girl. Get lost." Beth heads towards Olivia's office, where Allan sits, as Olivia tells Allan "Your Mother is here." Allan pauses, as he sighs "What the ? Olivia! Really?" Olivia nods, as Allan hugs Olivia and cries "I always had a feeling she was gone." Olivia looks at Allan, as she tells him "Beth will be overjoyed and shocked to find out." Allan nods, as Beth walks inside, and asks her Brother and Future Sister In Law "What will I be shocked to hear about?" Olivia tells Beth "Your Mama's returned. And she's looking for vengeance." Allan asks "What happened?" Olivia sighs "I'm not sure, but she tore into Casey." Beth looks at her Great-Granddaughter, and tells Ruthie "Gran Gran is home." At Class, Sully walks inside, as Alexandra, Millie, and Lauren sits inside, and Alexandra tells Sully "Did you hear the news?" Sully nods, and tells Lauren "I guess you are looking for a job as well?" Lauren tells Sully "This store is amazing." Alexandra tells her Granddaughter "Sully's heir to the Jackson legacy." Millie nods "She's the best to take over besides Ava." Sully tells her Sister "Ava is loyal to all of us." Alexandra laughs "She doesn't like me." Sully responds "She's protective over Winston." Alexandra responds "I know she is. I'm glad he has her at this stage of his life. He's getting old." Meanwhile, Lauren asks Sully "How well will I fit in with my Father?" Sully tells Lauren "I can't say because we really aren't close." Sully tells of her history with Frank, and finishes, telling Alexandra, Millie, and Lauren "Before B.R. was revealed as my actual Grandpa, Frank never was around much, and he and Daddy stopped talking after I became a teenager, and never heard from him, but knew Papa."

   At Jackson Inc, Ava walks inside, as she sees Colt, and goes "Colt Parker?" Colt goes "Mrs.Hale" Ava stops Colt, and warns him coldly "You messed up with my Niece. Sleeping with that money hungry slut." Colt responds "Mrs.Hale, I'm helping Xavier Jackson with FJR, and he's getting me a state pardon from Marx." Ava tells Colt "Xavier's forgiving. But I'm not, and you don't want to do it again. I don't play games." Xavier walks inside, as he looks at Colt, and tells him "Frank knows, but don't worry, because I have a job for you." Colt asks "What is it. I really want to race cars, instead of being a hit man." Xavier assures Colt "It pays very nicely." At the ALPD, Country walks inside Bree's office, as he asks his Daughter "What's wrong?" Bree tells her Father "Colt slept with Casey Ryan." Country hugs his Daughter, and tells her gently "Daddy will go hunting with Colt near that old swamp real soon."

   At Chantel's, Eve arrives and sees Sayyid, Terrance, Aretha, and Willie, as she walks towards them, and Sayyid hugs her, and asks her "Are you ok. You look sick baby." Willie, and Aretha grows concerned, as Eve tells them "I have headaches, but it's fine. I'll move on from it." Terrance comments "You do look pale Eve." Eve tells Terrance "I just need some pain medication. I have an album to promote and.." Latoya walks towards Eve, and laughs "Kick my ass you old crack whore who's slept with everybody! I know your history Whore." Eve snarls fiercely with rage "You damn bitch ass, I'm..." Eve screams, as she slaps Latoya, and then screams louder, as Eve falls to the floor, as she has a seizure, and Terrance calls 911, as Willie talks to Eve, as a fight erupts between Aretha and Latoya, as Aretha slaps Latoya forcefully a few times, snapping "Bitch this ain't about to happen. I know what you are doing. And I'm destroying your ass." Latoya slaps Aretha, and Willie yells at her Daughter "Help me." Terrance tells them "Convulsions." Latoya walks away, as she laughs, as the Evans wait by Eve, as 911 arrives.

   Meanwhile at Jackson Towers, Tenny walks inside, as she looks around, and goes "Nothing's changed. Where's my baby at?" Tenny lights a joint, and walks around, and says to herself "You'll get what's due Pablo." At Santo's Manor, Emma sits inside the living room, as there's a knock at the door and it's Frank. Emma asks Frank "How did you know.." Frank tells Emma "Lauren told me. I want to see her." Emma responds "She's staying at Hell Hill." Santo meanwhile walks inside, and looks at Frank, and tells him "I heard Xavier cut sponsorship for you." Frank sighs "Word really goes fast." Santo laughs "It's Adam's Landing, and I will sponsor you. I know you have a history with someone, as I do." Frank quips "Nikki?" Santo glares at his Wife, and tells Frank "Your former Mother In Law. That's what I want to know, and you can help me get her." Frank is quiet, as Santo tells Frank "You tell everyone one thing, Lauren is not your Daughter, but Sister, and is B.R.'s heir." Frank is quiet, as Santo adds "I will sponsor FJR for life." Frank considers Santo's deal, meanwhile inside Tenny's Penthouse, Tenny sits inside, as she sits in her chair, and smokes a joint, and says to herself, holding a pistol "Pablo and Angelica will regret what they have tried to do to me." Meanwhile Beth looks at Allan and Olivia, and asks them "Where has she been?" Allan sighs "I don't know Big Sis." Olivia adds, with worry "She said her exile didn't go like she planned." Beth rolls her eyes, as she tells her Brother and Olivia "When Xavier finds out for sure, he will kill Santo."

   At Adam's Landing International Airport, Winston's plane arrives, with Victoria and the woman, as the woman gets off the plane as Victoria yells "Wait!" At Whispering Hills, Winston sits in his study, as Ava walks inside, and tells Winston "Something's wrong with J.J." Winston tells Ava "He's fine. You are too protective over him." Ava sighs "Well something's not right with him, and I'm concerned." Winston tells Ava "He's just watching and learning. He will have the Hale Standard." The phone rings, and Ava answers, as the pilot tells Ava "She's here." Ava asks "Who?" The pilot responds and tells her, and Ava hangs up, and turns to Winston, and tells him "I don't think anybody's ready. She's done escaped." Winston looks at Ava, and tells her "She has that reputation."
   At The Holiday Motel, a fight has broken out between Frank and Colt, as Bree and Beth both glare at Casey, as Beth snarls "I will remember this until the day I die. You will always be the town whore. You can't live this down." Beth starts to laugh, and Casey slaps Beth, and Beth returns the slap, as Casey yells "You mean old bitch, how can you hit a pregnant woman?" Beth responds "It's simple with you Dr.Ryan." Frank meanwhile yells at Colt "How could you hurt my Niece Colt? I don't like seeing her hurt!" Colt apologizes to Frank, but Frank punches Colt in the face, and yells "I would kill for that girl boy and you better not forget that shit. EVER!" Bree turns away, as Beth comforts her, and Casey looks at Frank, as he goes over to Beth and Bree, and ignores Casey, as Casey yells "Frank!" Frank turns to Casey, and tells her "How dare you Casey. How dare you.."
   Meanwhile at Hell Hill, Phillip is inside The Storm Shelter, as he's chained to the floor, as Country sits inside, loading his gun, and rambles "I killed a lot of deer down in Unity. Nice cozy town. Good looking women." Phillip yells "Release me." Country responds "That's not my call." Xavier responds "That call belongs to me Phillip." Phillip looks at Xavier, and yells "You bastard." Xavier tells Phillip "Time for you and I to play a little game. It's called tell me what you know, or a jail cell in Europe awaits you." Phillip tells Xavier "I don't know nothing. I just do what he tells me to do. He owes me also. Cost me my family. And he has my Son." Xavier looks at Phillip, and responds "Then this should be easy." Phillip yells "I don't know anything." Xavier snaps his fingers, as Country picks Phillip up, and punches him, as Xavier asks again, in a quiet tone "Excuse me Phillip, didn't I just tell you to speak?" Up the hill, Millie returns, as Lauren tells her Sister "I met my Brother today, and confronted Mum." Millie asks in a concerned tone "How did it go?" Lauren cries "I disown her Amelia." Millie holds her Sister, as Leigh returns with Gracie and Xavier Jr, and walks over and sits next to Lauren, as she also comforts her.
   At Alexandra's Penthouse, Alexandra sits in the living room, as she flips through a scrapbook (Flashback: Alexandra and Emma as a teenager are in Europe, as she yells at her Mother "You lied to me about my Father! Bitch!" Alexandra yells, as her Husband, Elliott Boyd Jr, a state politician had died, and Alexandra's still grief stricken "Go get lost. You ungrateful ass brat. Elliott will always be your Father!") Alexandra sits inside her living room, as she picks up the phone and calls Phillip and gets no answer. Alexandra also calls Colt, but also to no response." Alexandra grabs her purse, as she says to herself "I'm meeting my Grandgirls." Alexandra heads to Hell Hill.
  Meanwhile in the ALPD jail, Rachel sits in a private cell, as a guard walks by, and tells Rachel "You have a visitor." Rachel's walked into the invitation room, where Allan sits, as he asks Rachel "So how are you? Because I'm pretty damn pissed." Rachel asks Allan "What for? I stood up to my Aunt, and the bitch deserved it! You really deserve better." Allan laughs "A hell of a confession. I will be on that stand, and you will be out of here Rachel!" Allan walks out, and turns to Rachel, and tells her "And Nathan has moved on, and you stay the hell away from my family!" Allan walks out, as Rachel's taken to her cell, and laughs "He's easy to get."
   At Class, Sully sits in her office, as the phone rings, and Sully answers to a young woman, who asks "Is this Sully Jackson?" Sully gets quiet, as she goes "Bridget?" Bridget Walsh, fiancee of Wade Issac, and former roommate of Sully's from Valley Ridge University, laughs "So you have a store? Daddy buy it?" Sully sighs "I know you're getting married, and you want to brag." Bridget laughs "In Laws Sully." Sully asks "Why do you even remotely think I care? I couldn't even stand you in College." Bridget tells Sully "Stuck up." Sully tells Bridget "Ok do you want a damn dress so I can get off the phone?" Bridget responds "Wedding Dress. The full package." Sully writes the order, and hangs up the phone, rolling her eyes, as she says to herself "Never could stand that bitch." Jared walks inside, and asks his Wife "So are you ready for a private date? Mom's with Ruthie?" Sully looks at her Husband, and hugs him, and laughs "We're alone. How about Chinese, and then we can mess around?" Jared tells his Wife "I like the sound of that." Sully kisses her Husband, and tells him "Me too baby."
   Meanwhile, at Santo's Manor, a old home located in one of Adam's Landing's most exclusive areas. Santo sits down, as Emma returns, and Santo snarls "Ok Nikki. Now you have a damn choice to make? I am willing to take both out now." Emma looks at her Husband, and snaps "I lost Lauren, and you really are a bastard. Sometimes I think I should have just listened to my Mother." Santo yells "If you want Class now Nikki, then you give me either Amelia or Lauren? One will die for it. Only offer. Betrayal carries a price you know." Emma yells "Hell no Pablo! Yeah hit me you son of a bitch!" Santo screams "I control you Emma! And you stick to that, and those girls of yours never impressed me. Better off without them!" Emma screams "I'm leaving!" Santo grabs Emma, and slaps her to the ground, and snarls, as he takes off Emma's blouse "The hell you are."
    At Floyd and Ciarra's House at Whispering Hills, Floyd asks his Wife "Are you still angry?" Ciarra tells Floyd "I don't like her and never will Floyd." Floyd responds "That's your choice Ciarra. I won't try to change your mind. You have changed since Tenny's death." Ciarra responds "Yes I have. I feel lost, and I am angry. I miss my Sister!" Floyd hugs Ciarra, as she tells him "I think about her so much Floyd." Floyd gently responds "I know honey. She will always be with you." Meanwhile, at Nathan's Loft, Nathan sits in the bed, as he smokes a joint, as Rose looks at her Husband, and asks him "I don't think we need to worry about everyone." Nathan looks at Rose, and kisses her, and tells her "I'm not thinking about it. I'm thinking about Eve. Something's wrong with her. She called earlier, and said she was coming to town, and dropped the phone." Rose tells Nathan "People do that all the time." Nathan looks at Rose, and tells her "I am visiting with her in the morning, as we finish her comeback to mainstream. She has worked so hard on it, and it's badass." Rose responds "It is. It's jammin. I think it will surprise many in the music world, since she's always done Jazz." Nathan tells his Wife "She originally sang for an R&B band, and went solo with Keith Ross, and made a name for herself in R&B and fought for her independence, and went to jazz, and everyone criticized her, and she told me this is her return to roots." Rose tells Nathan "She will be fine. She will love your strategy." Nathan smiles, and says "She already approved."
   Back at Casey's room at The Holiday Motel, Casey yells at Frank "You can't get over that old woman can you? You lead me to this!" Beth yells at Casey "No damn body's about to hurt Frank you conniving whore. I wish you would go your ass back to Unity! I regret ever bringing you here." Frank meanwhile yells at Beth "Casey's going nowhere while she's carrying my kid!" Meanwhile Bree walks out, as Colt tries to apologize, and Bree tells him "This is too damn common. Bye Colt." Bree leaves, as Colt screams, as he storms out, as the argument grows between Beth, Frank, and Casey. Beth looks at Frank and Casey, and slaps Frank in the mouth, and tells him "All I see when I see you is a old ass perverted man Frank!" Frank tells Beth "I still love you." Beth laughs "Bullshit Frank. You are just an old sex addict, and the spitting image of the side of B.R. I didn't like." Frank quips "Must of liked it, because you fell for it too. Don't start this shit!" Casey yells "Shut up and get the hell out of my room!" Beth yells "Gladly! Have at it you sick bastards!" Beth walks out, as Frank looks at Casey, and tells her "You're coming home with me, and I will call the shots until my child is born, and then you are history." Casey yells "You won't take this baby from me, and don't try." Frank walks out, as he coldly responds "Oh hell yes I will, so come on!" Casey follows Frank, as they return to The Farm. Meanwhile Beth returns to Tenny's former Penthouse, as she smokes a joint, and fumes with anger.
   Meanwhile at City Hospital, Aretha asks Terrance, as she returns from a meeting "Is Sassy still here?" Terrance tells his Sister "She's off for the night." Aretha laughs "So where's Sassy staying at?" Terrance tells his Sister "I'm not giving you that information." Aretha yells at her Brother "Latoya's not about to take my Grandson from his Father!" Terrance assures his Sister "Nobody's about to take Little Sidney from Rashad. Our family will see to it. We always can count on Uncle Clem." Terrance hugs his Sister, as they leave, and have dinner at La Trattoria. Meanwhile at The Sunset Club, Sassy sits in a private room with Latoya, as Latoya tells her Mother "All the publicity gets on my nerves, like Millie Paige." Sassy reminds her Daughter "You were the one who decided to give Sidney up, and you're only doing this because of Millie." Latoya yells "Damn straight I am. Do you know who I am Mother?" Sassy responds with sadness "I am disgusted with the person you've become." Sayyid walks inside, as he looks at Latoya, and asks her coldly "You wanting to start some shit with my family girl?" Latoya yells "I'll call the police you bastard. Get out of here!" Sayyid yells at Latoya "Look you whore, you've done went and started trying to ruin Eve's career with that damn story, and then you go and sex up my Son, and now wanting your kid you gave away for Hollywood? The best thing you can do is to get your ass up out of town, or else the major news will be your death!" Sassy yells at Sayyid "Don't threaten my Daughter!" Sayyid warns Sassy "You've already caused enough shit. I'm only worried about Latoya, and she best watch her ass, because I'm watching her!" Sayyid walks out, with briefcase in hand, as Sassy warns Latoya "You need to just leave town." Latoya defiantly tells her Mother "I'll leave when I decide to leave!"
   Meanwhile at Cale and Allison's Mansion, Olivia holds her Granddaughter, as she tells Cale and Allison "She reminds me so much of you Ally. Quiet, sweet. I'm going to ruin her." Ginny laughs as Olivia plays with her, and Allison asks "So do you think we can finally get Rachel rid of once and for all?" Olivia looks at Allison, and tells her, handing Ginny to her Father "She's done. I've made damn sure of it." Allan arrives, as he hugs Olivia, and asks his Son In Law "Give me my little girl." Cale hands Ginny to Allan, as he plays with his Granddaughter, and Olivia asks Allan "So where did you go earlier?" Allan responds 'Went to see Rachel. Told her to leave my family the hell alone." Allison tells her Husband, and Mother and Father "I'll feel safe once she's out of our lives for good."
   Meanwhile back at Hell Hill, Xavier walks inside, as Leigh, Millie, and Lauren are in the living room, and Xavier hugs them, and tells them "The guest didn't speak, but he will." Millie warns her Father "Santo has it out for our family. I know for a fact. He's planned this for years." Lauren agrees, and Xavier tells them "And soon it will be the end for him and your Mother. Nobody messes with me and my family." Leigh heads to the door, as Alexandra walks inside, and Xavier asks Alexandra "Why are you here?" Alexandra looks at Millie and Lauren, as tears begin to fall from her eyes, as Leigh and Xavier watches, and Alexandra responds "These are my Granddaughters." Everyone's floored, as Millie asks Alexandra "You are my Grandmother?" Alexandra responds "I am. Emma's my Daughter. She ran away when she was in her late teens and never returned." Lauren gets upset, as she yells "Mum lied to us our entire lives! Damn her!" Millie gets emotional, as Alexandra tells her Granddaughters "The two of you have me at your convenience. I want to know both of you sweet girls." Millie and Lauren hugs their Grandmother, as Xavier tells Leigh "Nikki's ass is mine."
   At Tenny's Former Penthouse, Beth walks to the door, and finds a box, and walks inside and opens it, as she is fuming over what occurred earlier between herself, Frank, and Casey. Beth finds Bobby's engagement ring, and a letter that reads "Beth, I've always been close to your family, and in order to keep a family kinship, it's wise we don't marry. It's certain you will never feel for me the way you do for Frank, but I will always love you, Bobby." Beth starts to cry, as she sits in her chair, and says to herself, with hurt "I miss you Mama, I need you right now." Beth sits silently inside the living room. Meanwhile at The Farm, Frank and Casey walks back inside, as Casey warns Frank "I will do what I want Frank. I'm raising my child!" Frank warns Casey "Bree will make damn sure you don't have a chance in hell of having the chance!" As for Bree and Colt, Colt returns to Alexandra's Penthouse, as it's quiet, and sits in his room, as he regrets what has happened with Casey. At Chantel's, Bree orders a strong shot of vodka, and Ava arrives, as Bree hugs her Aunt, and Ava asks Bree "What happened? Colt?" Bree gets upset, and tells her Aunt "I don't believe I will ever find someone to love." Ava hugs her Niece, as she grows angry with Colt, and walks Bree over to a table, away from everyone, as Bree cries.
   Meanwhile back at Santo's Manor, Emma lays on a bed, as she shivers, and fears for her life, as Santo stands downstairs, as he gets a phone call from Angelica, who's at a unknown location "She's gone Baby Brother." Santo tells his Sister "Find them." At Whispering Hills, Victoria arrives, as Winston sits in his study, and Winston hugs his Daughter, and tells her "Welcome back home sweetie!" Victoria tells her Father "She disappeared when we got to the airport." Winston rolls his eyes, as he asks Victoria "How is she?" Victoria tells her Father "Quiet, and seems to want to get some revenge. She's got a gun, and knows." Winston looks at Victoria, and tells his Daughter "Well then if that's the case, then Santo will be dead, real soon." In a car, the woman turns off the motor, as she sits inside, and looks in the mirror, as she says to herself "I love this new scarf." She sprays on perfume, and walks out, as she walks inside the Landing Lofts. In Nathan's Loft, Nathan walks inside the living room, as Rose is quiet, and Nathan asks Rose "You're thinking aren't you?" Rose has a flashback to finding Tenny, and tells Nathan "I miss Tenny so much." Nathan's silent, as he tells Rose "We are the only two that know." Rose nods, as she gets emotional, and the phone rings, and Nathan asks "Where are you Eve?" Rose listens to Nathan, as the door opens, and the woman walks inside, and stands silently, as she has a scarf, and sunglasses, as Rose pauses, when she turns to the woman, and Nathan starts to cry in a relived tone "Grandma." Tenny looks at Nathan and Rose, and starts to cry.
 
 

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 294. Breaking The Ice

   At Jackson Inc, Xavier sits inside his office, as Jared sits inside, and asks his Father In Law "So what are you looking at?" Xavier looks at the photo Winston gave him the day before, as he tells his Son In Law "Something that will put somebody in a cold dark grave." Jared asks Xavier "May I look at the photo Xavier?" Xavier tells his Son In Law "No. Once I find out the truth, then we'll consider that option." Jared heads out, as he sighs "Well whatever it is got you fixated." Jared heads towards his office, as Winston arrives, and Jared asks his Grandfather "What do you know? Xavier's been quiet since he got that photo." Winston looks at his Grandson, and responds "That's something we will discuss later Jared." Jared heads back to his office, as he has some thoughts. Meanwhile Winston walks inside Xavier's office, and asks "So has Phillip been taken to his hideaway?" Xavier nods, and Winston tells Xavier "Victoria's on her way back to Adam's Landing. My jet's on the way to Buenos Aires as we speak." Xavier looks at Winston, and tells him "Phillip has a lot to explain. And he could die for this." Winston reminds Xavier "He may not know the answer either. He's just Pablo's middleman." Xavier sits back, and sighs "Middleman or not, he's messing with my family, and there's a price you pay for that."
   At Nathan's Loft, Beth and Ciarra glare at Rose, as both of them ask at the same time "Why are you back in town?" Rose yells at them "Nathan and I are Married now! And Tenny would approve!" Beth slaps Rose in the face, and snaps "I don't approve. You are the reason my Mama is dead white trash!" Floyd arrives, with Precious, as Ciarra warns Rose "Tennessee was too nice to you. Sadly she let her guard down, but I never liked you, and I wish you were dead, and that wish will come true." Floyd yells at his Wife "Ciarra! Don't think about it. You either Beth!" Beth and Ciarra turns around, as Floyd tells both of them "Rose is Nathan's Wife, and you have to just accept it. Didn't the two of you decide to let this go?" Beth quips "When she left town, but she's back. So it's back on again. Alexandra Mitchell's about the only person in Unity besides Mary Caswell that has any brains." Floyd shakes his head, as Nathan walks inside, and yells at everyone "What's going on?" Beth looks at her Nephew, and asks him "You married the woman who let your Grandmother die? Nathan James what in the hell is wrong with you?" Nathan tells his Aunt "She didn't let Grandma die. And if none of you can accept this, then you can't accept me." Floyd tells his Grandson "I'm going to support you." Ciarra turns to Floyd, as he tells his Wife "Hell he's going to need somebody. The two of you are on a damn witch hunt." Ciarra walks out, as Beth follows, and Ciarra yells for Precious, as he follows Ciarra, and Nathan tells his Grandfather "Thank you for standing up for me and Rose." Floyd looks at Nathan, and tells him "Rose makes you happy, and that's all that counts. But just remember, Ciarra or Beth will ever accept her. I wouldn't force it on them either." Rose tells Floyd "I don't really give a shit what they think anyway." Nathan hugs his Wife, as Floyd sighs "I'll leave the two of you to yourselves, while I try to talk reason into two stubborn women." Floyd walks out, and Nathan looks at Rose, and says "I'm sorry about that. The paparazzi got wind of our elopement thanks to Latoya Shane." Rose rolls her eyes, and kisses Nathan, and tells him "I got what I want, and so do you. Screw what everybody else thinks." Rose leads Nathan to the bedroom, as they begin to make love.
   Meanwhile at Wallace's Corporate Headquarters, Alexandra looks at her Daughter, as Emma turns her face away, as Alexandra yells "You are nothing but a damn lie Nicole!" Emma yells back "I guess I take it from you Mother! You had a Son, and let your parents raise him. Should have done the same for me also.." Alexandra tells Emma "If you didn't have that icepack on your face, I'd slap the shit out of you for that. Did Millie or Lauren deliver that hit?" Emma quickly yells "Leave me alone. I left America to get the hell away from you Mother!" Alexandra asks "Did Santo hit you Nicole?" Emma screams "Get out!" Alexandra heads to the door, and turns to her Daughter, and reminds her "I will always be your Mother, and regardless of how angry I am with you, I don't like seeing you hurt." Alexandra walks out, as Emma's quiet, as she has a flashback. In the hallway, Santo gets off the elevator, as Alexandra stands there, and Santo quips "So you agree to help take over Class?" Alexandra kicks Santo in the groin, and steps onto the elevator, as she leaves, and Santo moans in pain, as Emma laughs to herself from the office, with a tear in her eye.
   At The Sunset Club, Rashad, Little Sidney, and Millie has lunch, as Millie tells Rashad about her meeting earlier with Xavier, and Rashad tells Millie "I am glad I'm not involved in that mess. Although I do drive for FJR, and it's not the same without Frank." Millie asks Rashad "Do you think Frank will let Lauren into his life since she's his Daughter. She could use a Father figure. We never had one growing up." Rashad sighs "He's stubborn. But if he did meet her, and didn't tell her to go to hell, then there's a chance." Aretha meanwhile walks inside, as Aretha smiles, and says "My boys, and her." Rashad glares at his Mother, and warns her "Don't start Mom." Aretha pulls up a seat, and looks at Millie, and turns to Rashad, and tells her Son "After my talk with Beth, I'll let my grudge go, but Ameila Paige Windsor, if you hurt my Son, hell hath no fury like mine." Millie looks at Aretha, and assures her "I have no interest in hurting your Son, or Grandson." Aretha notices Latoya, as Rashad asks his Mother, as her eyes are glued to Latoya "I'm seeing rage Mom?" Latoya walks over to Rashad's table, and looks at her Son, as she asks "So you found a Mommy for the kid I see? A white girl from New Zealand, who likes to run around naked. A perfect role model for my Son." Millie sighs "Latoya Shane. Why in the hell are you in Adam's Landing? Shouldn't you be off with your new beau, or does Aretha and Rashad know yet?" Aretha glares at Latoya, with anger building, as Latoya laughs "I'm engaged to Keith Ross now. I see what Mom seen in him." Latoya attempts to pick up Little Sidney, as she tells him "Mommy's here." Rashad stops Latoya, and yells "No you will never be a Mom to my Son. You made your choice, and he's doing just fine without you!" Latoya looks at Millie, and sighs "I don't want my Son.." Aretha stands up, and walks over to Latoya, as she warns her "Let's get some shit straight right now. Little Sidney has a family, and you can't walk up in here, and play Mother when you abandoned your Son for Hollywood you slut. And Keith, you sleeping with Keith?" Latoya laughs "Oh yes I am." Millie yells at Latoya "Why don't you go back to L.A. and never come back?" Latoya snarls "I have to finish my album, and then we'll see if I leave or not. After seeing you being around MY Son.." Aretha yells at Latoya "Look bitch, I'd rather have Millie around Little Sidney than you any day of the week!" Latoya looks at Rashad, and Millie, and warns "Maybe now I want my Son back. Mothers win." Rashad warns Latoya "Don't try." Aretha adds "If you even attempt to mess with my family, I will destroy your career so fast you won't ever have a chance to make a comeback. Now get your ass out of here." Latoya walks away, as Aretha looks at Rashad and Millie, and tells them "I meant what I said. Mama's already got enough bothering her, and Latoya won't start nothing with my family. That's a damn promise I intend to keep!" Millie tells Aretha "She's slept all over L.A. I couldn't stand her." Aretha laughs "You aren't too bad after all Millie." Rashad smiles, as his Mother has accepted Millie.
    Meanwhile at FJR, Cale and Bree sits inside Frank's office, as Frank walks inside and Frank asks his Son "So what is it?" Cale looks at his Father, and tells him "I'm giving the team back to you. It's yours, and I got enough to deal with now as it is." Frank gets emotional, as he tells his Son "I feel safe with you running this team. I really don't think you need to put yourself in Xavier's wrath. Because he will destroy this team if you give it back to me." Cale responds "I don't give a damn either. He can deal with it." Bree reminds Cale "There's a clause in that sponsorship that Xavier will use Cale." Cale tells his Cousin "I'm not scared of Uncle Xavier." Frank sighs "He has it in for me. Even though I went to Hell Hill last night, I didn't see him once." Bree looks at her Uncle and Cousin, and tells them "Maybe it's wise to keep it quiet." Frank tells his Niece "Well you know he will find out Bree. And when he does.." Cale signs over the papers to Frank, as he tells him "I need to go check on Allison. It was pretty bad earlier at the ALPD when she and Olivia faced Rachel." Frank hugs his Son, and tells him "I'm proud of you Cale. And I want you all to meet your Sister tonight. She's coming out to The Farm, and the family's growing." Cale laughs "I can't believe Lauren's your Daughter." Frank laughs "Well she is. And I'm certain of it." Cale accepts his Father's invitation, and walks out, as Bree asks her Uncle "Have you seen Colt?" Frank shakes his head, and Bree tells her Uncle "He hasn't responded to my calls or texts since he came back from the race." Frank tells his Niece "I haven't heard from Casey either and I'm about to go visit her." Bree looks at her Uncle, as a thought enters her mind, and tells her Uncle "I think I'm going with you." Frank and Bree heads out for The Holiday Motel.
   At City Hospital, Beth arrives, as Terrance tells Beth "I've called Casey and gotten no response from her." Beth quips "So want me to look for her?" Terrance tells Beth "This isn't going to cut around here. Olivia isn't here, and Sassy and I have our hands full." Beth rolls her eyes, as she snarls "Can't catch a break with that bitch. I know where she is. I called earlier and got her room number." Terrance asks "So going to pay a visit?" Beth smiles, as she tells Terrance "I am worried about her." Terrance reminds Beth "She is pregnant." Beth smiles, and slyly says "That's why I'm checking on her." Beth walks out, as Terrance says to himself "I know that look." A few moments later, Bobby walks inside Terrance's office, and asks for Beth, and Terrance tells Bobby "She stopped by earlier because Casey didn't show up this morning." Bobby takes a deep breath, and sighs "And Beth's going to look for her?" Terrance nods, as Bobby looks at Terrance, and tells him, changing subjects "It looks like Willie's Home is about finished." Terrance responds "She's been depressed since that fire, and Uncle Clem's been watching after her. I am glad he killed Michael." Bobby responds "Well he deserved to die, and maybe soon Willie can find some peace." Terrance tells him "I hope so." Bobby walks out, as he looks at his engagement ring, and sends a text to Beth, telling her "We are having a discussion tonight at my house."
   Meanwhile at Class, Xavier arrives, as Leigh and Sully reads The Gossiper, and tells Xavier "Nathan and Rose got married." Xavier changes subjects, as he responds "Not my concern. I'm here to tell you that Phillip has went on a vacation." Leigh asks "Storm Shelter?" Xavier tells his Wife and Daughter "Both of you know me too well." Sully asks her Father "How's things holding up on your end Daddy? Has Santo tried to make any more moves yet on Jackson Inc?" Xavier is silent, as he tells his Daughter "Princess, all I can tell you, is he has done something that he will pay for with his blood. That's all I'm going to say until it's time." Meanwhile at Jackson Inc, Jared sits inside his office, as Winston sits inside with his Grandson, as Jared asks his Grandfather "So what do you know, and Xavier? Something's going on and you need to speak up. I even noticed a bit of suspicious activity from Ava and Beth." Winston looks at his Grandson, and looks up, and sighs "Jared Hale, if I said anything to you, you would tell Sully, and then it could hurt her." Jared gets more persistent, and tells his Grandfather "I know something's up Grandfather! And you need to tell me what it is!" Winston looks at Jared, and pulls out his phone, and shows a photo to Jared, and Jared freezes, as he asks "What in the hell Grandfather? This is going to test the family more than anything ever has before." Winston nods, and warns his Grandson "Don't dare mention a damn word to Sully, or anybody else!" Winston walks out of Jared's office, as he heads to Whispering Hills, as Jared shakes his head in disbelief over what he's just seen.
   At Terrance's Home, Rashad, Millie, and Little Sidney arrive, as Sayyid greets them, and Rashad asks his Great-Uncle "Where's Grandma?" Sayyid points out of the window, as Willie watches Floyd's construction crew rebuild her home, and says with sadness in his voice "She goes over there everyday, and she sits in that shop. She won't really talk to anyone. I even beat her at 21, and when you beat my Sister at 21, something isn't right." Rashad asks his Great-Uncle "She's depressed. She'll feel better when everything's finished." Sayyid sighs "I hope so Rashad." Millie meanwhile asks Sayyid "So do you know about Keith?" Sayyid responds "He's on tour right now." Rashad tells his Great-Uncle "He's sleeping with Latoya Shane." Sayyid asks "She in town?" Rashad and Millie nods, as Sayyid tells them "Looks like I'm about to pay her a damn visit." Sayyid grabs his briefcase, as he heads out. At City Hospital, Terrance sits inside his office, as Aretha storms inside, and yells "Where's Sassy?" Terrance responds "Checking on patients right now." Aretha sits down, as she looks at her Brother, and tells him "Latoya's sexing Keith, and she wants my Grandson. And that's not flying with me."
  Meanwhile at Nathan's Loft, Nathan and Rose sits in the bed, as they share a joint, and Nathan asks his Wife "Feel better?" Rose responds "As long as your crazy ass Aunts stay away from me, I'll be fine." Nathan assures Rose "Dad and I will put a stop to this." At Floyd and Ciarra's Home at Whispering Hills, Ciarra walks outside, as Floyd plays fetch with Precious, and Ciarra tells her Husband "So you are going to support the bitch that let Tennessee die Floyd?" Floyd looks at his Wife, and tells her "Ciarra, that's out of your control, and it's very obvious Rose and Nathan loves each other." Ciarra rolls her eyes, as she tells Floyd "You are being too easygoing about this." Floyd tells Ciarra "I only want Nathan to be happy, and he is."
   At The Farm, Lauren arrives, as she knocks on the door of Frank's House, but gets no answer and walks around the property and walks inside the Greenhouse, where she looks at a photo of her Grandmother, as Cale walks inside, and asks Lauren "Who are you?" Lauren tells Cale "I'm here to visit my Father." Cale tells Lauren "So you're my Sister?" Lauren asks "And who are you?" Cale tells Lauren "I'm your Brother. Come over to my place, and let's get to know each other, and you can meet your Niece." Lauren looks at a photo of Ruth, and asks Cale "Is that our Grandmother?" Cale nods, and tells Lauren "She was the rock of our family until she passed away." Lauren tells her Brother "I wish I could have met her." Cale walks Lauren out, and responds "She'd loved you immediately. The sweetest woman I ever knew."
   At The Holiday Motel, Casey looks at Colt, as he tells Casey "We had something years ago before I went to prison, but we have nothing now. Last night was it. A one night stand Casey." Casey looks at Colt, and tells him "We almost had a family before I miscarried. Now we can start again. Frank won't love me." Colt tells Casey "I've moved on Casey. I'm in love with Bree now." Downstairs, Beth meets up with Frank and Bree, as Beth tells them "I got the room number." They get on the elevator, as they go upstairs, and back in Casey's room, Casey pleads to Colt "Frank won't get over Beth, nor will he try, and she won't let us be together.." Colt yells "I love Bree Casey! I've got a new lease on life, and I've moved on!" Outside, Beth pulls out a key card, and whispers "I told the Motel manager I was her concerned Mommy." Beth opens the door, as Bree's eyes grows red, and Beth smiles at Casey, as Frank fumes with anger, as Bree shakes her head in disgust "Oh no. Not again." Beth tells Casey "Now you've went too far." Frank sees tears roll from Bree's eyes, and Frank grabs Colt, and angrily yells "Nobody hurts my Niece you son of a bitch." Bobby arrives, as he stands silently at the door, and Casey yells "Arrest them!" Bobby is silent, with sadness in his eyes, as he walks out, and takes off his engagement ring to Beth, and puts it in his pocket.
