Daylight And Darkness: Episode 341. The Dark Of The Evening

       Evening has set in Adam's Landing. At Hell Hill, Xavier and Leigh has walked inside, and Leigh looks at her Husband, as they kiss, and he says "You have me always and I an going to be your protector my love." They walk inside, and sit inside the living room as he tries to calm her down as she knows her Father is in town and Mother. Sully and Cain walks inside, and goes "This is a horrible day!" Leigh says "That son of a bitch is still breathing." Xavier assures his Wife, Daughter, and Grandson "This is literally the last place he will be landing after hiding all these years because of my warning to him when I thought Leigh was dead, and Julia." Leigh assures as well "We will handle this. Your Dad and I." Sully asks "What about Grandma and Gran?" Xavier goes "They will go for it." Sully tells them "Cain was ordered to leave by Gran, and she has some announcement?" Xavier asks her "What announcement?" At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Tenny paces the floor, as Beth, Ava, and Gracie are inside, and Ava asks Tenny "Explain what I am reading." Tenny goes "Remember?" Beth looks at her Granddaughter and sighs "This is about to get crazy I fear." Ava goes "Oh my God Tenny! Oh my God! Does Allan know! Oh wow!" Beth nods to Gracie, as Gracie asks "What's up now Gran? Time to talk." Beth is quiet, with a smile, and whispers "This is something huge." Ava looks at them, and gasps "My nightmare is over." Tenny tells Ava "I know we have spoke of it many times. I just knew!" Beth asks "Who is Ava's nightmare?" Ava goes, Faith Woods, Xavier Sister In Law, well that's my Daughter." Gracie's jaw drops, as Beth asks "Are you alright Ava?" Tenny says "Julia and Daniel were bad parents. Ask your Brother." Ava goes "I heard a few over the years, but I need to talk to my Son and I am just amazed." Tenny and Ava hugs, and says "I had to bring something to you, and hopefully we can be successful."

     At The Sunset Club, Bree, Cale, and Wade have dinner, as Cale tells Bree "Wade is like a Brother. We had to go through lots of shit." Bree tells Wade "She has no merits to get anything, and I know my Aunt adores you and hates Bridget." Wade goes "I feel it myself right now." At Landon Hale, Clint is in his office, as he wraps up his day, and gets a phone call and goes "That's going to be wonderful news. Thank you for your research Detective." Back at The Sunset Club, Bree tells her Cousin and Wade "I think we have a case for certain." Jared and Bridget walks in, but ignores them, as Wade takes a drink, and goes "What in the hell?" And walks over and warns them "Little Brother, this is still my Wife!" Bridget tells her Husband "I am about to take it from you and humble your ass, and Ava's!" Wade takes a deep breath, and says "Bree will be my network to you for now. Keep the Penthouse." Jared and Bridget walks away to their table, and Wade tells Bree and Cale "She just met her damn match!" 

   At The Evans Home, the home is quiet, as Aretha, Sayyid, and Rashad are downstairs, and Aretha tells her Son and Uncle "Mama needs her rest. And from Eve's text, likes Summer. She'll do well now that I'm slowing down." Rashad tells them "Sidney's in Southpoint Beach, and I hope comes home. He's got some classes down at the college campus." There's a knock on the door, and Gwen walks in and says "I hope I'm not intruding." All tell her "Thank you for coming by." Gwen tells Rashad "Everything is ready. I watched it as Sassy took my shift over." Sayyid tells Aretha "I see love." Aretha asks "So are the two of you dating?" Rashad tells his Mother and Uncle "She and I are actually. Well if she approves." Gwen kisses him, and says "I am in love with this beautiful man." Aretha smiles, as does Sayyid. Upstairs, Willie lays in bed quietly, and weeps as she tries to watch TV, and thinks of Terrance.

   At Thorpe's Mansion, Thorpe walks in and finds Julia and Faith, as they argue, and Thorpe yells at his Wife "So tell me what in the hell is going on? I was warned by Xavier. I am not wanting a war with him now woman!" Faith tells them "I am out of here. Mom this isn't over." as she leaves for the night. Julia yells "Daniel left me. I had to raise my girls on my own!" Thorpe snaps "Do you not think I know your past! I am an attorney and I check things out. I am also a businessman." Julia tells him "We are a married couple. I am done with him." Thorpe goes "Get the hell out of my house you liar. How dare you embarrass me with this lie! That bastard and I have a history and you and him.." Julia gasps "What? I.. uh had.." Thorpe screams "Get out of my damn house you gold digging bitch! Pack up now!" Julia walks upstairs, as Thorpe pours a drink, and texts Clint. At Clint's Estate, Clint sits in his den, and gets a phone call, and says "I am glad you took up my offer. And your Sister." Clint talks, and says "This will be worth it. We are winners." 

    Meanwhile at The Evans Compound, River sits in the living room, as Eve walks in and asks her Son "So what's up with your Son and Ruthie? Did I not say I'm not comfortable with this with Brock being his best friend, dating you know who Son!" River tells his Mother "Henry is working tonight to get away from you after today. Eventually.." Eve snaps "Look, I'm not saying I hate Ruthie. She is a sweet girl, but Brock. He knows." River says "Mom you need to chill." At Jazz, Henry works the bar, as Ginny, and Olivia walks inside, and Ginny asks Henry "Where's Ruthie?" Henry tells them "She's at home." Ginny and her Grandmother sits, and Olivia tells her Granddaughter "I think you are doing amazing considering what's going on with your Mom and Dad." Ginny tells her, as they order a meal and a drink "Grandma, I am so sad." Olivia tells her "Well sweet baby, everything will be fine. Beth needs you." Ginny nods, and goes "Aunt Beth never has to worry." They begin to wind down their day, as they have a toast, and says "To Terrance and his memory!"

    Back at Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Ava sits, as Tenny looks at Beth and Gracie, as Ruthie walks in and says "I met her.." Beth and Tenny both gets furious, as Beth snarls "What did I just hear?" Tenny is quiet, as Gracie is quiet and Ruthie tells them "Grandma did not take it well. Called Grandpa and I don't understand it." Ava asks "What's happened?" Tenny goes "Leigh told Beth and I about herself back when she first met Xavier. It is something I could not handle if it was my child for damn sure." Ava asks "What happened Tenny?" Ruthie is curious, as Gracie and Davey head back to Hell Hill, and Tenny fills Ava in, as Ruthie's jaw drops, and goes "Mom was disgusted. She went over to be there for Grandma, and Grandpa." Beth tells her Great-Granddaughter "Sully is a lot like her Father. Gracie and Brock got a Mom and a Dad. When your Grandpa thought Leigh was dead, Sully thought she had no Mother alive. That's why she calls me Grandma." 

    At Hell Hill, Brock comes over, as he hugs his Mother, and says "He is a real piece of shit." Xavier tells them "His life annuls Julia and Thorpe's marriage. I hope this is her and her Sister's way out of town. Sully and Cain sits in the living room couch, as Leigh sits on his lap, and he tells her "It's your call my love." Cain asks his Grandparents "Is he here? I want to see this!" Sully snaps at her Son "No, your ass and me are calling it a night." as nighttime descends. Sully and Cain hug everyone, as they leave, and Brock tells them "Rachel said..." Leigh warns him "Son, I hate her. Do not mention her name to me! I am already mad enough, and full of anger at everything.." Leigh gets emotional, as Xavier tells his Son "Brock, we need to be left alone tonight. Your Mother's needs me. Go home and help your fiancée." Brock leaves, as Storm walks inside, and says "Daniel is down there with Country." Xavier looks at his Wife, and says "You need to face him, and it's up to you. It's ok because I support you, and your choice." Leigh tells them "Let me sleep on that. I'm just going upstairs for tonight." Leigh and Xavier kiss, and Leigh walks upstairs, and Xavier and Country walks outside and heads down the hill, into The Storm Shelter, as Daniel has arrived, handcuffed to the floor, and yells at Storm "What kind of place is this!" Xavier walks in, and goes "Well welcome to the playground you sick son of a bitch. Wanna know what I have just done?" Xavier kicks his Father In Law in the stomach fiercely, as Daniel yells in pain and Xavier screams "Your Daughter is going through hell! Because of you!" Daniel yells angrily "You should of had these two morons leave me and not bring me out of hiding!" Storm grabs Daniel, and punches him, and says "Wanna keep your mouth shut or I'll do you my damn self?" Country tells Storm "Look now. Ya got to let X handle this level of pain. I know this for a fact."

     At City Hospital, Aretha, Rashad, and Gwen walk into the chapel, as the reverend walks in, and says "Andy's on a mission trip in Asia. I'm Reverend Eric Hyman." Aretha is awed, and Gwen tells them "I worked in here today a lot when not running rounds." Rashad kisses his Girlfriend, and says "Thank you. I love you Gwen." Aretha tells her Son and Gwen "I love this. All these photos. He loved City Hospital and saving lives. Sadly not his own." Reverend Hyman tells her "Now these things happen. Sometimes one has so much on them. Or hurting." Gwen goes "He seemed to never like the shrink here, Dr. Walsh." Aretha tells her "My Brother was also gay, but in his time it wasn't like today. He had a hard time admitting it. He was a great big Brother to me, and I miss him.." Aretha cries, as Rashad hugs and consoles his Mother. At The Evans Home, Sayyid sits in the living room, as Willie walks downstairs, and asks her Brother "Why are you here? I am not.." Sayyid walks over, and goes "I know you, and you and I always protect each other, you are my Sister, the Mother I never had." Willie hugs her Brother, and says "Thank you so much Clem! I love you.." Willie tells him "Tell Aretha and Rashad I'm going to bed. You can leave if you want to." Sayyid tells his Sister "Eve understands. I'm not leaving you." Willie tells him "I still don't believe this." Sayyid goes "He's watching over you. Feel it." Willie says with a sigh "I do, I miss my baby." heading to her bedroom, as Sayyid watches, fighting tears of his own.

    At The Sunset Club, Cale and Bree has left and called it a day, and Wade goes to the bar, as he glares at Bridget, as she and Jack drink, and walks over and says "So you think you won Bridget? Do you know who I am?" Jared tells his Brother "You need to go somewhere else and leave us alone." Wade, in a drunken tone, yells "So you are trying to have sex with my Wife!" Bridget yells at her Husband "We are done! You don't order me around! Makes the fuel stronger to take your precious HaleCorp!" Jared laughs "I'll own your ass!" Wade warns Bridget "You wanna play dirty? Well meet the champion!" Wade heads to his Suite for the night, as he snarls angrily to himself, as Bridget and Jared leaves a tip and both head to the door, as they stare into each other's eye, and then go their separate ways for the night. At Clint's Mansion meanwhile, Clint gets a text from Jared, and texts back, pouring a drink "This will thrill Thorpe's spirits." At Thorpe's Mansion, Julia has left and Thorpe sits back, and thinks to himself, as he says with anger "Julia Woods. You lying bitch. And you were married and not telling me." Thorpe gets upstairs and calls it a night. At Faith's House in the suburbs of Adam's Landing, Faith is silent, thinking of her day and goes "This is too damn much!" There's a knock, as Julia yells "Open the damn door!" Faith answers, and Julia goes "Thorpe kicked me out." Faith tells her Mother "Tonight you can stay, but be out by tomorrow because I can not stand you." Julia warns her "Your Sister will be missing more than Daniel if her crazy Husband believes those.." Faith yells "It is true! You know it and did not one thing! He did me the exact damn same! You are lucky I have anything to do with you, and Mona dying left me alone." Julia tells her "You have me dear." Faith goes "Sleep on the couch and stay out of my damn way!" as she goes off to bed, and Julia pulls out a gun, and says "I will make my life perfect in one way or another now. The better off.", as she makes herself a place to sleep on the small couch for the night.

     Nighttime sets in and at Whispering Hills, Ava returns, as she holds one of the copies, and pours a drink, and looks at a photo, and gently touches it and says "Sweetie. You will have what you deserve. I promise.", as she says out loud "Thank you Tenny." At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Beth prepares for bed, as Tenny smokes a joint, and Ruthie takes a hit, and tells Beth "I will be unable to come to Terrance's thing tomorrow. I have to talk to your Son for you. Ruthie will help her Gran." Ruthie nods, as Beth warns them "This is something to do as gentle as possible. Let Ava decide when its the right time." Beth heads to her bedroom, as Tenny whispers to her Great-Great Granddaughter, as she hugs her and prepares to go across the hall "We're going over tomorrow. I know your Mom will be there." At Sully's Mansion, Sully sits on the back porch, as Cain sits with her Mother, and goes "Dad sent me this." Sully says "Least of my worries." Cain asks his Mother "Why don't someone just shoot his ass now, and all is done." Sully tells him "Cain, there are many avenues. My Daddy has a plan, and I just know that he hates my Mom's family." At Hell Hill, Xavier returns inside, and Gracie sits downstairs, and says "I heard some news tonight. Gran found Ava's long lost Daughter. How's Mom?" Xavier says "She's going to make it through all of this with all of us supporting her my sweet Gracie." Gracie hugs her Father and heads upstairs, as Xavier walks to his study, and returns a phone call, leaving a voice mail, saying "Meet Bobby tomorrow." Xavier heads to his bedroom, as Leigh is laying in bed, having flashbacks to her childhood, lays clutching a pillow, with her eyes streaming with tears. Xavier lays down next to his Wife, and wraps his arms around her, and says gently "My love, I am here. It's alright. It's alright because I will make sure your Dad, and Mother pay for what they did to you. A promise." 

    

     

   

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 340. The New Nightmares

    At Class, Leigh is shocked, as Sully tells Ruthie "No need to call Daddy." Leigh goes "I knew of a Julia Landon, but you?" Julia snarks "You were always weak." Leigh yells "Get the hell out of this place Julia! I have told your ass a long as time ago where to go!" Sully gets a text, as she looks at her Daughter and smiles, as Julia yells forcibly at Leigh "I am your Mother! And I am not leaving! And your Sister is here too!" Leigh screams with anger "Ok Mother, get your ass out of here and stay away from me! And STAY away from my family. You were worse than mommie dearest! Julia goes "Keep believing that lie you little bitch. You forgot about your past and controlled by Xavier and his crazy ass Mama and Grandmama! Sully yells "My Mom just said get out Julia, and you aren't shit to me!" Julia takes a deep puff and walks out, as Leigh tells them "Xavier knew and kept this from me!" Sully asks her Mother "Are you pissed off about it? He did it because of the past." Leigh says to her Daughter and Granddaughter "Knowing my love as I do, I know there's more to come. He has been plotting since we went on a vacation to see Winston in the late spring." At the storage unit, Brock and Rachel are walked out by Country, as Xavier pulls up in his SUV, and goes "His ass is about to die now. Execution style. Son of a bitch doesn't deserve to breathe." Brock asks his Father, as Country is silent along with Rachel "Dad, is that Mom's Father?" Xavier looks at his Son, and says "His loss will help your Mother. And he deserves it. Some things are best kept private forever. It's your Mom's call. But I know. Now go meet Javon and welcome to the company Son." Brock thanks his Father, as Brock and Rachel head to Jackson Inc, and Xavier tells Country "Now he will only last until his use is finished. He and Julia were horrible parents to my Wife and they will pay with blood."

     At City Hospital, Tenny sits inside Beth's office, as Olivia asks her "So why a blood test?" Ginny walks inside and hugs her Great-Great Grandmother, as she asks "How's Allison?" Olivia goes "She needs her space to deal with the divorce." Ginny adds "It's really upset her. I think now he's trying to get back to being himself again." Tenny changes subjects, and says "So when is the test going to be in? I am not leaving until I get them!" Olivia tells her Mother In Law "It will be in shortly. Now why are you stalking Faith Woods?" Tenny goes "More than meets the eye. She is my Granddaughter. When have I been wrong?" Tenny looks at them, as Olivia goes "And?" Tenny says to them "Only when the results are in and my Son is home." Olivia goes "Allan will be gone awhile. He is on tour." Tenny answers "I will only talk to him. So forget getting the info out of me. You'll know.." Olivia rolls her eyes, as she tells Ginny "This isn't the first time. And she picked out Nathan and was on the money." At The Falcon, Frank, Cale, Alyssa, and Ty have an early dinner, as it's afternoon. Faith tells them "Good to see all of you again. Been a minute." Frank tells her "Good to be with my kids." Faith takes their orders and then walks away, as Cale tells his Father "Thorpe is threatening a lawsuit." Alyssa and Ty tell him "He can't keep you if he's bought out." Frank warns "He does not need money. He is well financed to kick our asses. But with Cale taking over, we might have more of a chance." Cale asks "Where's Uncle Floyd?" Frank answers "He stayed back at The Farm. He only comes down with the old bitch." Alyssa asks "Dad, is Uncle Floyd and Tenny dating?" Frank says to his Daughter, as Ty ignores a text "It's weird. That's all I can say."

    At The Exposer (formerly The Gossiper), Ava sits in Aretha's office, as Eve tells her "Everything went perfectly. Now the name Dubois will be done, and Evans and Mathis will be the company name." Ava goes "Fine with me Eve." Summer walks inside, and goes "I got your phone call Aunt Ava. I'll accept." Eve asks Ava "Accept?" Ava goes "As a part owner, I wanted to make a hire. Summer will be a great second hand to Aretha." Eve sighs "She has many qualifications while it was The Gossiper." Summer tells her Aunt "Bree's doing all the work on Terrance's estate and it will be so nice to be busy again. Pretty boring being just a housewife." Eve gets a phone call, and walks out, as Ava warns Summer "Don't ever bring my name into a damn story." Summer quickly says "Are you paranoid? I think we have made peace already." Ava tells her Niece "Yes. But how did Bridget know about that?" Summer nods, and says "Ahh. That story that led us to this moment." Ava goes "I'm not comfortable talking about it, but welcome to Evans and Mathis. Aretha will be a great mentor." At Coffeeteria, Monica meets with Bobby and Paul, as she asks "So that story on WAL, what's the plan Paul?" Bobby and Paul says "Xavier is calling it." Monica tells them "He faked his death. You know there's laws on that kind of thing." Bobby tells Monica "I know a lot on Daniel Woods. Leave it to Xavier. Wait for him to make that call to you, well if he does." Monica tells them "I'm going to see Javon. I am curious now." Monica walks out, and Paul tells his Father "So Xavier has this man locked in a storage unit?" Bobby warns his Son "This is about to get ugly Son. Daniel Woods is a sorry excuse of a human being. All I will say." Paul takes a deep breath, as Bobby gets a text and says "I have to go meet Xavier and I'll let you know what's next." Bobby leaves, as Paul has a thought and calls his Wife, to no answer.

     At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Beth welcomes Gracie, Cain, and Davey, as Gracie tells her Grandmother "Gram do you want us to visit later?" Beth yawns, and picks up her Great-Grandson, and goes "I don't mind. I can't sleep anyway. Terrance's death, and what my Son just revealed." Cain asks his Great-Grandmother "So what is my Grandpa got in mind for the bastard?" Beth gets a text, and rolls her eyes and says to her Granddaughter and Great Grandson "Whatever Xavier has in mind will work as long as a bodybag is involved." They sit in the living room, as Beth holds Davey, and tells Cain "Go in my bedroom and bring me a few vapes. I'm timing you." Cain walks out, as Gracie tells her "Gram, Mom just sent me this text." Beth reads, as she gasps "Oh shit I don't believe it! The nerve of that bitch!" Gracie goes "So what are you plotting? Gran came by earlier." Beth sighs "We've tried to run Julia out of town, but to no avail. She will be embarrassed now though, well hopefully." Gracie asks, as Cain returns with three vapes, and Beth takes Davey into her bedroom "What is with this hate for Mom's Mother? I mean I understand what I have heard.." Beth replies as she returns "She was a sorry ass Mother, and Daniel, was a real monster. I went to school with him, and he was always a real ass. The only good thing he and Julia ever did was have Leigh. And now I have all of you." They all take hits, as Cain quips "Gran Gran this shit is strong!" Beth goes "Don't call me Gran. It's Gram. Mama is Gran." Cain nods, as Gracie has a flashback, and says "I always used to wonder why Daddy was always so protective of Mom, and why she never talked about her past. Now I think I'm beginning to understand." Beth gets a text from Tenny, and says "Oh hell. It's about to be a domino affect if it's what I fear it is." 

     At Landon Hale, Clint walks into Jared's office, as Jared and Bridget sees the news, and tells Jared "My Brother wants you in his office now!" Jared looks at Bridget, as Jared asks "About what the almighty..." Clint yells "Yes!" Jared tells Bridget "Let's have drinks later and maybe dinner." as he heads with Clint, as Bridget follows, sending Wade a text, saying "You're paying this time you son of a bitch." Clint warns Jared as they approach Thorpe's office "He is livid." Jared goes "All I ever heard was that her parents were dead." They walk inside, as Thorpe hangs up the phone, and asks Jared "Did you know about Daniel Woods?" Jared asks "What about him? Likely some plot Xavier has planned and going to show all of us again how sick and twisted he truly is." Thorpe paces, and goes "My Wife, well I think, is your Ex Wife's Grandmother. That man would be her Grandfather! My Son's looking into it." Clint asks "Luke's on his way to town?" Thorpe snaps "Yes! Julia told me she was a widow." Jared goes "Xavier and his family never spoke about Leigh's side besides Mona when she was alive." Thorpe goes "Jared, I hope you aren't feeding me a line of shit. If you are, there will be hell to pay!" Clint asks his Brother "Thorpe, Jared wouldn't lie to you about that. Why would you team up with Xavier? Remember his visits here?" Thorpe yells "Yes! He was cryptic and warned me about her. I want to know the truth, and I am about to find out!" Thorpe storms out, as Clint asks Jared "So you did not know about this?" Jared swears "No I did not." Clint warns him "I believe you, but if you prove wrong, then you'll have more than Xavier to worry about."

    Back at the storage unit, Daniel is tied to a chair, as Storm and Country stands behind him with their rifles, as Xavier looks up and goes "So you fulfilled your purpose. And you may be a short term widower." Daniel yells at his Son In Law "You wouldn't dare kill the woman that gave birth to your Wife!" Xavier coldly, and angrily says in a quiet tone "I have heard my Wife cry at night. She had nightmares. Nightmares of being raised by that bitch, and you." Daniel asks "What in the hell are you talking about? I never.." Xavier pulls out his Colt 45, and says "I am not going to tell the world about that part of your past. I have had to protect her and then for years I thought she was dead." Daniel yells "I had my own problems. Leigh was never as good as Mona or Faith." Xavier yells "But good enough for you to go in her room at night and get all touchy feely?" Daniel denies what he hears, as Xavier gets a text, and tells Storm and Country "Put the blindfold back on him. He's going to get some fresh air before he pays." Xavier walks out as he yells "You are a coward Xavier!" Xavier walks back, and punches his Father In Law in the mouth, and says "No you piece of shit, you are a coward. And you have hurt my Wife in ways that makes my blood boil inside. Now off to decide what I do next." Xavier walks out, and looks back, and says to himself "After you are dead, Leigh will be truly safe."

    At Class, Sully and Ruthie are inside Ruthie's office, as Leigh has left, and Ruthie asks her Mother "What is Grandpa have planned?", as the tv is on, and Sully tells her Daughter "Daddy has kept this info very quiet until now. He has an agenda for certain. I'm worried about Mom. The nerve of Julia to show her damn face!" Ruthie tells her "Mom, Grandpa knows now, and I just wish I knew all of this." Sully tells her "Sweetie, some things are not able to be understood. Mom had a rough childhood. And my Daddy has certainly got something in mind." At Chantel's, Julia sits at the bar as she watches the TV, and sees her Husband's texts, and snarls "You'll pay for this Xavier. I will see to it!" Tenny walks in, as she has overheard and asks "Did I just hear you threaten my Grandson? I am glad he is exposing your ass. You are not winning anything today." Julia yells "Leave me the hell alone Tenny! You, and your family have poisoned any chance of a relationship with my Grandchildren!" Tenny sits, and quietly snarks "No you did that to yourself. And Daniel was found from hiding. And let's discuss your Daughter, Faith." Julia goes "She is MY Daughter you bitch!" Tenny laughs "Umm, so you say. I know the truth. It's what you don't that's going to get you." Faith walks inside, as Tenny goes "Oh look who hunted down the woman she calls Mom." Faith angrily tells Tenny "I need to talk to my Mom!" Tenny goes "Is she your.." Faith yells "Stop with it!" Faith looks at her Mother and says "So did you know Dad was alive?" Julia says to her "He did what he did to protect you and me." Tenny chimes in and goes "Tax evasion. Now what else does Faith need to know Julia? You and her talk now." Tenny walks out, sending a text, saying "Meet me at home." Back at the bar, Faith asks Julia "Why is Tenny eluding that you are not my Mother? I know where there's smoke there is fire." Julia snaps "My life is falling apart, so you get lost." Faith angrily says "I'm going to meet my Sister and reconnect with her. And find out the truth." Faith leaves, and Julia takes a drink and gets a text, and ignores it.

    At City Hospital, Olivia sits in Beth's office, as she calls her Husband, and says "Allan, you need to come to town. Call me." At Jackson Inc, Jack and Javon are inside Rachel's office, as Brock stands by her side, as they fill them in as Monica walks in and Javon hugs his Mother, and says "What a surprise! Thought after what was on, you'd be plotting." Monica says to her Son, and everyone "Well I am playing by Paul's orders before nailing Daniel for faking his death." Brock quips "With my Dad, if what's going on right now is what I think." Monica tells him "Bobby Whitten told me of enough I want to find dirt on Julia. Doesn't he look after Xavier?" Javon, Brock, Rachel, and Jack all look at each other, and Jack tells her "He looks after him and my Mom, and considered family." Thorpe walks in and says "Where is that Son of a bitch?" Rachel is quiet, as Brock asks "Dad?" Thorpe yells "Damn right! And I am here to handle business.." Monica grins, looking at her Son, and everyone in the room into Thorpe's eyes "I just hope I did not hear a threat." Thorpe yells "Damn!" with frustration, and walks out, and calls Julia, to no answer." In Bree's office, Cale sits inside, as Wade tells her "I want to know what to expect with Bridget. Cale said you were smart." Bree looks at her Cousin, and then reads a file, and goes "You are in trouble." At The Exposer, Eve walks into Summer's office, and asks her "How is thing going co editor? Ava bragged on your talents, as did Aretha Evans. She is resting up after Terrance's loss." Summer agrees, and says with empathy "I feel so bad for them." Eve asks "Where did Ava go? She left in a hurry." Summer shrugs. Eve walks out, as she calls Sayyid, and he answers, and says "Everything is set for him. Willie can hopefully get some rest over this." Eve assures him "She is a strong woman. See you tonight baby.", and hangs up, and walks into her office, as Henry sits, on his phone talking to Ruthie, as he talks to her on his phone saying "Last night was a good one my girl. Remember it." Eve asks "Henry? Wanna talk to Mama?" Henry grows scared, as Eve says "Remember who her Uncle is seeing?"

     Meanwhile, At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Beth is sitting in the living room rocking her Great-Grandson, as Tenny walks in and asks "Now is not the time." Gracie walks out of the room, and asks "Gran what has pissed you off?" Beth tells her Granddaughter, as Cain sits back, and Tenny asks her Great-Great Grandson "Well you're here." Beth asks "So I take it you're expecting anyone Mama?" Tenny tells all of them, opening her purse and pulling out test results, goes "We're meeting someone's Mother." There's a knock at the door. Tenny answers, as Ava goes "Hello everyone, reaching for her Great-Grandnephew, as Tenny looks at Ava and says "Read this." At Hell Hill, Leigh is in the Storm Shelter, shooting her pistol at the wall, as Xavier stands next to his Wife, as Leigh cries uncomfortably, and with anger in her tone. yelling "He is alive! Shit!" Xavier yells "Leigh! Take a break love." Xavier grabs his Wife, and tells her, reaching out his arms "Come here!" Xavier holds his Wife gently, and she has flashbacks to her childhood and goes "He has to pay X." Xavier is silent, and says quietly "I'm here, and we'll handle this. You are safe Leigh. I always have your side." In the storage unit, Daniel is standing up, as Storm and Country walks him out, and carry him to Hell Hill, and they both say "You are going to meet the family again now!"

     

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 339. The Stages Of Pains

   It's the next morning in Adam's Landing, and the at The Evans Home, Willie walks downstairs, as Aretha and Rashad greet her with a hug, and Aretha asks her Mother "Did you get any sleep?" Willie sighs, as she fights her emotions "Not really. I can't believe Terrance left us." Rashad tells his Mother and Grandmother "I think we all feel like that. Just so hard to wrap your mind around." There's a knock at the door, and Aretha answers, as Monica walks inside, and Willie's eyes turn red and snarls "What in the hell is that bitch doing here?" Monica offers her condolences. as Willie steps back and goes "You have a lot of nerve. What did you say to my Son? If I learn you caused this Monica, you'll deeply regret it. I'm at that age life in prison would be so easy to do." Aretha warns Monica "Mama's not ready for visitors. This has been a nightmare for her, and all of us." Monica goes "I'm sorry about Terrance, and I thought I would check on all of you before going to the ALPD." Willie snarls "You have you society climbing whore. Not get out of my damn house!" Monica takes a deep breath, and leaves, as Willie tells her Daughter and Grandson "The two of you leave me alone. I sent Ava a message. I want to be alone." Aretha goes, with concern in her voice "Now Mama, you need your..." Willie heads to the stairway, as she cries for her Son, and yells back "Leave me the hell alone and get lost! Now!" Willie heads upstairs, as Aretha and Rashad look at each other, as Aretha tells her Son "Eve is going to make the announcement. You go to work and make me proud." Rashad asks "What are you going to do Mom?" Aretha hugs her Son, and goes "Baby boy, Mama needs me, and I am scared."  Rashad heads to City Hospital, as Aretha sits back, and sends a text. Upstairs, Willie sits in her bedroom, and cries uncontrollably, clutching to Terrance's photo.

     At Hell Hill, Leigh and Gracie sits in the living room, as Gracie asks her Mother "Where's Daddy?" Leigh tells her Daughter, holding Davey "Gracie, your Father is a mystery. He's up to something. I wish I could find out what. Something to do I think with Jared and the Landons." Gracie goes "Maybe go down to the storm shelter Mom and see." Leigh hands her Grandson to Gracie, and says "I am heading down to class to help Ruthie. Have you made a decision yet on where you want to work?" Gracie says "Mom I just arrived yesterday. I think it'd be smart to work with Sully and help the new media division." Leigh hugs her Daughter and Grandson, and says "I know whatever you decide, you'll be excellent. I'm just glad you are home." Gracie goes "Me too Mom.", and they hug as Leigh walks out and Gracie gets a text and replies "Don't try it bastard." At Jackson Inc, Jack sits inside his office as Javon DuBois, Monica's Son walks in and Jack tells him "Welcome back!", as they hug and Javon asks "Where's Xavier and Sully?" Jack tells him "Uncle Xavier has stepped back but will be down today after he finishes up whatever he's doing." Javon laughs "Sounds like he's still a man of mystery." Jack quips "That's very true." At the storage unit, the door opens, as Storm tells the man "You have a visitor." Xavier walks inside, and bends down to pull down the blindfold and coldly says "Well long time, no see you piece of shit." The man yells "Xavier Jackson what do you want from me? I haven't done a damn thing to you!" Xavier responds "You have done some things to me. Well not to me, but to the point. You enjoy your stay in this storage unit. Because when I am done with your ass, you will be gone for good." The man snarls "I will kill you once I am free." Xavier laughs, and says "You will never be free. Now enjoy the ability to breathe." Xavier hands some clothes to Storm, and tells the man "Now dress up for the newspaper." Xavier pulls the blindfold back over the man's eyes, and tells Storm "If he tries anything, text me." Xavier leaves, as the man asks Storm "So why am I here?" Storm goes "For a dead man, you still have one last purpose. Better play your cards right before you umm, end up in a swamp."

     At Sully's Mansion, Sully and Cain have breakfast, as Cain asks his Mother "Why don't you go to the office and let me get comfortable?" Sully warns her Son "I'm watching you Cain. The only thing that's kept your ass out of jail is your Grandpa!" Cain laughs "Being the Grandson of Xavier Jackson has its perks Mom." Sully goes "If you get in trouble again, you'll reap what you sow. Daddy listens to his Princess." The doorbell rings, as Sully answers and Brock and Rachel walks inside, as Cain asks his Uncle "Still seeing this whore Uncle X?" Brock asks his Sister, as Rachel rolls her eyes "Can I just kick his ass now?" Sully shakes her head and tells her Son "Uncle Country is going to take you to the lake today. Go up to his place." Sully sends Country a text, and motions Cain to leave, as he walks out, and Brock tells his Sister, as Rachel is quiet "So what's up with Dad's request?" Sully quips "Well he's kept this coming war from our Mom, and he's about to make a move. I don't know what it is, but expect fallout." Rachel goes "I am supposed to be carried to a storage unit, we're just waiting to hear where. I got the phone and camera ready. Watch out Eve.." Brock asks his Sister "Sully what is the deal with Mom and all of this? I mean I remember she had a Sister named Mona, but never mentioned anyone else." Sully says with concern "This is going to be bad I fear, and Grandma, Gran, and Daddy being on the same team is scary." Rachel goes "Look, I have been on it and something about this is very nerve-wracking in a very long time, well Beth, Ava, and Eve teaming up on me. But luckily Ms. Tenny Sullivan is slowly warming up." Sully and Brock laughs "Gran is the one to watch." At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Tenny wakes up late, with a joint hanging out of her mouth, as she walks into the living room, and pulls out her tablet, and then her phone to make a phone call and says "Hey, tell them it's Faith."

     At City Hospital, Beth calls a meeting in Terrance's old office, as Olivia walks in, and says "I'm back to help. I don't believe Terrance is gone!" Beth, is a composed, sad state says "Thank you for the short notice. And we will look after her baby." Beth and her Sister In Law embrace in a hug, as Ginny walks in and hugs her Grandmother, and Beth tells Olivia "Ginny is so amazing. She's got that Sullivan magic as Mama says." Connor arrives, as he goes "So what's up Dr. Jackson?" Beth tells Connor "Terrance passed away. And why did you leave shift last night?" Kyle walks in, as Connor goes "Dr. Terrance never liked me, so I offer my sympathies ladies, but I have a ward to work." Kyle walks inside, and pushes Connor and says "Look Dr. B said to stay!" Sassy and Gwen walk inside, as Beth tells them "Ok team. Terrance has left a void, and I need all of you to help me keep this machine going. I gave Rashad some time to help his family, so besides Olivia, who's semi-retired and here for his memorial." Connor asks "What if I tell you I have a private office?" Beth says "Well I'm filling my and Terrance's roles, so what I say here in my damn hospital, is how it goes. No questions to be asked here!" Olivia tells her "You go get some rest." Beth hugs her staff, and whispers "Always be proud of yourselves because you are the best staff an old woman can ask for." fighting tears, and leaves, as everyone heads to their floors and Connor and Kyle bump in the hallway, as Ginny and Olivia catch up, with Olivia asking her Granddaughter "Seen your Dad?" Ginny says with anger "I can't believe the shit he's pulled! I don't want to." Olivia goes "I understand, and your Mom does too. She's staying full time at Southpoint Beach, to help me with your Great-Grandpa. A vacation or a girl's trip sweet one." Ginny nods to her silently with sadness as Cale and Allison divorced. Kyle and Connor stands in silence, and says "You will answer to me now. And I'm the king over you. You will not last here after working with that shithead sicko!" Connor walks away, as Kyle yells "Damn wimp!" Connor gives him the bird and goes upstairs, and Olivia and Ginny notice, and Olivia says sternly to Kyle "Beth is the boss. And I am her second for now. Next time you and Beth will be having a pow wow!" Ginny has walked away, as Olivia gets on the elevator, as Kyle glares.

     Meanwhile at The Sunset Club, Wade awaits his Wife, as Ava walks in and tells him "I thought I'd check on you and have a few drinks." Wade asks "I thought you had plans?" Ava says "I'm waiting to meet Eve and Henry for the announcement. Another win overall. I got my part." Bridget arrives, and warns Ava coldly "This is between Wade and I so leave!" Ava coldly walks up into Bridget's face, and says "Make me you whoring, worthless little rich bitch!" Bridget gets angry, and slaps Ava, and Ava throws her glass of liquor at Bridget and yells "I will! Your ass is mine Bridgie." Ava walks into the Jackson Room, and Wade angrily reminds his Wife "That is my boss, and the woman my Grandfather loves!" Bridget yells "Shit! He didn't know her I last heard you say Wade! Now you had a choice. What is it so I can move on from your dilemmas!" Wade snaps "Winston Hale loved me Bridget, and so does Ava. Ava is like a Mom now to me. And likely a Grandmother to our Son together!" Bridget warns "You just started a battle Wade Isaac, you will lose! Mark my damn words!" Bridget storms out, and Eve, River, and Henry arrive, and Eve tells her Son "Go check on Wade River. He looks like he's going through something." Eve and Henry head into the Jackson Room, as Ava tells them "I have a story idea, and love that the name "Gossiper" will be called "Exposer" again as Aretha's baby besides her Son and Grandson." Eve says "I am worried about Willie. Sayyid went over. Said she could deal with it." Ava tells her "If anyone can help Willie, it's Sayyid." Back in the bar, River assures Wade "You and Bridget have always been this way. It'll come back around." Wade sternly says "She can go to hell." Bridget meanwhile makes a phone call in her car, and says "I am on my way."

    Back at Jackson Inc, Jack and Javon visit as the walk around the media area where the media division is run downstairs as Javon tells him "I am glad I'm back." Xavier arrives and welcomes Javon warmly, with a hug, and tells him "Welcome home Son." Jack asks his Uncle "So Cain is home?" Xavier goes "He is. I feel this connection to him. He's able to mold. Sully needs to see it." Javon asks Xavier "So what do you want me to do now I'm here?" Xavier tells him "Help Rachel run our media outlets. Rachel will run the Adam's Landing Journal. You keep an eye on WAL-TV for me now that I purchased it. Adam's Landing oldest television station and a great channel." Jack and Javon gives Xavier a high five, and tells them "I have a crew getting tested now. My youngest kids will be involved most likely." At Hell Hill, Gracie sits in the nursery with her Son, holding him in an old rocking chair and tells him "My precious boy. Mommy's going to protect you regardless of that sperm donor!" At Storm and Country's Cottage, Cain and Country talk, and Cain goes "I hate my parents bullshit. Dad is an asshole. Mom is very demanding and too strict with me!" Country goes "Boy, she loves you. That's your Mama. X raised her that way." Country adds "And Jared Hale is a loser and all of us knows it and don't want him messing with ya head." Cain assures him "He is dead to me. I wanna pay his ass a visit." Country goes "Shit, maybe we just will.", as he has gotten a text saying "Storage Unit!" Country tells Cain "You will go hang with Gracie. Duty calls my name!" Cain rolls his eyes.

    Back at The Evans Home, Willie lays and cries on her bed, clutching her Son's photo, and is heavily mourning. Downstairs, Aretha tells her Son, Uncle, and Bree who walks inside and hugs everyone, as Sayyid tells them "She is having time to deal with this. I'm worried about her." Bree tells them "Here are his wishes. And Paul asked me to bring these. He went to Unity today." Aretha sits down, as Rashad and Sayyid sits next to her, as Sayyid asks "He does not want a funeral? And left everything to the hospital." Aretha cries, and says "Mama and I will likely support that! And he was depressed when he wrote this. We need to talk to Mama.." Willie walks slowly into the living room, trying to compose herself and says sadly "He needs to know he was loved! Call Andy to come send my baby home!" Bree tells her "I certainly will, as she hugs her, and says to them "I'm so sorry." Sayyid assures her "We will make it through." Willie tells her "Ruth loved you Bree. I do too sweetie. Thank you." Willie adds trying to look strong "And all of you though I am ok. I need to adjust!" Bree walks out, as Aretha reminds her Mother "I'm here. Mama. Look in here, and who has been with us. It'll be what he deserves." Everyone nods, as Willie goes "God Bless You all" as all gather in a hug, as they pray for comfort. At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Beth returns to find her Mother gone, as she says to herself "Here's to a little nap. Thank you for leaving me Terrance! I miss you!" as she goes to her bedroom, mourning her dear colleague, and friend. 

        At Class, Julia sneaks into the lobby behind the store, and walks into the boardroom, as an assistant asks "Who are you?" Julia says "That's for me to know. Bring me the two owners of the store." The assistant warns "They are not fond of this and today the founder, Ms. Sully Jackson will be here." Julia goes "That's alright." The assistant walks out and makes a phone call. At Hell Hill, Tenny walks inside, and Gracie and her Great-Grandmother hug tightly, as she tells her Great-Granddaughter "Where's little Davey?" Gracie says "Asleep thankfully. I love these kind of surprises!" Tenny sits down and says "We need to talk sweet girl. Gran is interested in your future. This is deep stuff I'm talking about." Gracie grows worried, and asks "Is there a threat to my family? I have been informed from Daddy, Sully, and Brock to keep it to me and be on watch." Tenny goes "Ok I am going to go down to the Hospital and get some work done to see if I am right on what I feel." Gracie asks "And what do you want me to do Gran?" Tenny says "Take a job with The Gossiper. Your sweet Aunt Ava now owns a part and she, Aretha, and Eve could use this, and it's a long story. Now about why Davy is a Jackson?" Gracie says "He is a spoiled brat Gran. Sperm Donor. I expect anything with him at anytime." At Landon-Hale, Bridget walks inside Jared's office, and goes "Thank you and Clint for hiring me to run the media relations." Jared asks "How are you?" Bridget goes "That is going to be how you beat Ava and her deranged ass family." Clint meanwhile is in Thorpe's office, as Thorpe warns Clint "Something good needs to happen for us to get an advantage. I don't know of this story between Wade Isaac Hale and Bridget Walsh. Both kids with her name?" Clint tells his Brother "It's complicated. Leave it at that." Thorpe says "I have a feeling this will work." Clint agrees.

      At the storage unit, Rachel and Brock arrive, as he warns his fiancée, grabbing two bulletproof vests for them, and a camera and a microphone "Now whatever is going on could always go wrong. This is not going to be pretty I think. Dad's had way too much time to do this, but I will make him proud." The walk inside. Inside the storage unit, the man is dressed, as Storm tells him, taking off the blindfold "You are going to make a difference today. Trust me with that." The man warns "I feel like you are full of shit with whatever Xavier has thought up." Storm goes "Now be a good bastard, and shut the hell up while I gather a few people." The man asks "Who are they?" Storm snaps "Shut up and remember, one wrong word and it's over. What does over mean to you?" Storm walks out, as Country has arrived and Storm tells him "Keep him company." Brock asks Country "Think I'll earn a spot with Jackson Inc?" Country goes with a laugh "You are X Jr ya know." Rachel says to all of them "I'm scared shitless. I know about this kind of thing and Xavier Jackson's mind." Brock says "Honey, we all know how Dad is. This one will be damning." At Jackson Inc meanwhile, Javon sits in his new office, as he watches the monitor. Inside Xavier's office, Xavier sits watching, as Jack walks in and says "What is going on down there?" Xavier goes "What will send a bitch and her Daughter getting the hell out of town for good." At The Sunset Club, Henry films his "Mother", as Ava stands next to him, as Eve tells everyone "Today I am here to say the days of The Gossiper is done. Hello to the return of The Exposer!" 

     At The Evans Home, Willie returns to her bedroom, as Sayyid tells his Niece "Aretha, she's not doing well at all. We need to keep close tabs on her. I can't believe he would do this." Aretha shrugs "Uncle Clem, he had many problems and he was so quiet." Sayyid nods, as Rashad sends out invitations as Aretha grieves for her Brother, as Sayyid hugs her gently. At Class, Leigh and Ruthie arrive, as Sully is waiting and says "I wanted to discuss some things." Leigh asks "About Cain?" Sully nods. At Hell Hill, Tenny has left, and Gracie is quiet, as she watches the TV and says "Oh shit!" At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Beth wakes up, as the TV is on and says "This might just be a dream." At Jackson Inc, Jack and Javon talk, and Jack tells him "I think something is about to go down now." Xavier sits in his office, and has a drink and goes with a cold tone "You are going to be gone after this shit is over and all is back well again you son of a bitch." At the storage unit, The man tells Rachel, as Brock rolls tape "I'm not Daniel Woods! I am not Leigh's Father." Storm and Country stand on each side, as they nudge him, and Country says "I expect a text." Back at Class, Sully leads her Mother and Daughter into the boardroom, as the assistant says "Someone is here." They walk inside, as Julia looks at Leigh, Sully, and Ruthie, and says "This has been a long time too long." Leigh's eyes turn red, as Sully asks "Aren't you Thorpe's Wife?" Julia tells them "Ask Leigh who I am? Come on now say something?" Leigh snarls "Julia Woods." Julia says "No dear, it's Mother to you!" Leigh collapses, as Sully and Ruthie glare angrily at Julia, as she goes "And I'm the two of yours Grandmother. I expect to be called Grandma." Leigh slowly comes to, as Sully coldly says "I already know bitch. I mean Grandmother."

      

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 338. Back To Basics, Part 3: Conclusion

   The afternoon turns to night in Adam's Landing. At The Evans Home, Willie sits in the living room, as Beth, Aretha, and Frank sit on the couch, and Bobby tells Willie "Paul's checking things out now. And Rashad's taking care of Terrance at the hospital." Willie is despondent, as she says on the verge of tears "My Son is dead. Why? Somebody tell me." Aretha hugs her Mother, and says "I'm going nowhere Mama. You have support." Floyd walks in, as Willie looks, and Floyd takes off his cowboy hat and opens his arms, as Willie hugs him, and looks around, trying to stay composed and says "It means so much to have all of you here. Clem and Eve are on their way. I told River and Henry to worry about Jazz. I don't know how, but God will lead me through this sad process of knowing my Son, a great doctor, is gone. And I won't see him or hear his voice again until my time comes I hope soon." Aretha cries "Don't talk like that Mama. You are needed! Think about Rashad, and your Grandsons." Frank goes "Willie only has one." Willie tells Frank "No I have two. Both my babies blessed me with one a piece. One though called Doris 'Granny" most his life." Beth tells her Ex-Husband "Terrance and Monica had a fling. Like first loves. Before he realized he was gay." Frank goes "Ahh. Now I got it, and Terrance always acted so straight I had no idea. He saved me, along with you many times. Like a Brother almost." Willie tells Frank "Well, Ruth and I were friends for our lifetimes, so you are right, and the circle will stay that way." Beth gets a text, and walks over and hugs Aretha, and Willie, as she whispers "I will go to the hospital tonight and work Rashad's shift. Your Son left me some tough choices and oh I'll miss him, as she cries for her longtime friend and co-doctor. Beth puts on a brave face, as she goes to meet the newest addition to her family. Beth looks up, and fights tears. 

    At La Trattoria, Tenny yells for the waitress, as she hits a vape and goes "This new shit is potent." As Faith asks "Mrs. Sullivan, the room is ready. I'll look out for your family. How many." Tenny says "Oh hell. I guess take me, and some heavy alcohol. I am sure my family really will need it tonight." Faith gets ill, and takes her to a private room, and Tenny smiles "And I want a male waiter, and who is your Mother?" Faith snaps "None of your business you old woman!" and walks out as Tenny follows. Tenny walks into the bar area, and sees Julia and goes "Yo bitch! Look what's been drug into Adam's Landing again!" Julia and Faith both turn, as she gasps, and Julia hatefully snarks "Don't die on us you old senile woman!" Tenny goes 'I'm not as damn senile as you think bitch. I thought you were well warned." Faith goes "Ms. Tenny! This is my Mother!" Tenny hits her vape, and warns "If I were you kid, I'd get a test run now to make sure this is your Mama! I know some things. Oh yes I do Julia. You don't know it all after shaming my family on the Berry show! Glad the bitch was sent back to Los Angeles!" Julia warns back "I know you think you do, but..." Tenny slaps her, and Faith breaks in, as Tenny goes "Another warning from that old senile bitch, bitch." and walks away as Faith whispers to her in the bar angrily "I think you need to leave me alone and get the hell out!" Julia motions for the bartender, and snaps "Tough shit, because I am drunk and going nowhere until I see what the old lady has planned or is a part of. I feel kinda tingly..." Faith returns to working, and turns and goes "I'm watching you Mom." In the private room, Ava arrives, and Tenny tells her "I am so sorry about what happened with Wade's wife. What a real nasty bitch!" Ava agrees, as Tenny tells her "Screw this place, I'd rather be at my house." Ava goes "I think it'll be so nice for a change." Tenny goes with doubt "Whatever you say as long as." Ava asks her "As long as what Tenny?" Tenny says "I'm going to pretend now sweetie. I'll protect your innocence!" and walks away, as Ava walks around and takes a seat, as Tenny awaits the family.

     At City Hospital, Terrance's body is ready for autopsy, as Rashad stands inside, with Gwen next to him, as he cries "Uncle Terrance was more than that Gwen, he was my real Dad basically. Ginny walks inside and also offers condolences to Rashad as they all offer their love and support, with Sassy and Ginny, along with Gwen and Rashad, cry. At the Nurse's Station, Connor tells Kyle "I am not happy about how I am stuck working at night! Damn Terrance! He really hates me, and well I kinda feel..." Kyle snaps, and grabs him, throwing him across the hall and warns "One more word about my mentor and friend and I'll whoop your ass so damn bad you'll be down in the E.R. calling disability!" Connor goes "Oh no! What happened?" Kyle goes "He hated you, so you'll learn when its time. Now go back to work, and Dr. B is coming in tonight so be ready!" Connor says "I love Dr. Beth!" Kyle quips "She will be in a mood trust me." Connor heads off and says "Thanks for the heads up like it matters." as Kyle is silent and reflects on his friend and co-worker and says "I'm going to miss you Dr. Evans, You and Dr. B are the best. The backbone. My brother in medicine, I'll really miss you but I'll earn my way to your level hopefully." Looking at his picture on the desk, along with City Hospital's doctors.

     At Hell Hill, Xavier and Leigh get ready, as Gracie and Brock are in the living room, playing with Gracie's newborn Son, Davey, as Brock tells his newest Nephew "Uncle Brock will always protect you little buddy." The door opens, and Country walks in to Gracie giving him a hug and going "Uncle Country!" Country tells them "Who does that baby belong to?" Gracie goes "My Son, Davey Jackson." Country asks "Jackson?" Gracie and Brock nod, and says "I'm going to look after my new buddy." Country goes "Let me hold that little baby boy and he can meet his Uncle Country." Gracie hands him to him, as Country says "I'm your Uncle." Upstairs, Xavier and Leigh talk, as Leigh asks "So Gracie won't say who the Father is will she? I hope nothing happened. She's moved around a few times." Xavier tells his Wife "I'll find out. Give me time my love. I'll find out and we'll go from there." Leigh is quiet, as she gets a text from Sully, and says "Sully and Cain are meeting us at La Trattoria. Tenny's there now and Ava. Jack wasn't up to it." Xavier sighs "Poor Jack. I wish he would have come to the dinner." Xavier and Leigh head downstairs, as he asks everyone "Ready?" Gracie and Brock nod, as Country winks at his best friend and says "I'm going home. Long trip Grandpa. Congratulations." Xavier thanks him, as they all head out, and Country writes a text to his Son, and no response.

    Meanwhile at Jazz, Wade sits at the bar, as he winds down and River asks his longtime friend "So things ain't good for you and Bridget?" Wade nods, and his motions for another drink, and says "Another beer friend." River gives him a bottle as he says "I have to make a choice. My family legacy now that I've got my company merged into it as of today." River goes "Well Wade, sounds tough. I don't know what to tell you." At Wade and Bridget's Penthouse, Bridget sits back and watches TV, and hangs up the phone and goes "I'm going to prove myself to Wade! I'm not going to be the scapegoat, and I sure as hell will get my part in his beloved HaleCorp!", as she pours a drink. At The Sunset Club, Jared drinks with Clint and Thorpe, as he warns "My Wife is in town. Things are going to get wild and I'm not interested in a battle with Xavier and his family. And don't consider Julia in our plans?" Clint goes excitedly "Well guys, no need to make a move then. I know that will distract their asses!" Jared, in a drunken tone yells "This involves my kids. And my Son went back with his Mommy. Damnit he is my Son!" Clint tells him "Enjoy your freedom buddy boy. I love that mine are grown!" Thorpe agrees as they all drink, and Thorpe gets a text from Julia and quickly leaves.

     At The Evans Home, Frank sits in the living room, next to Aretha, as Bobby sends his Son a text, and says to Willie "He's almost here." Willie says to them with sadness "I am just stunned this would ever happen. What caused him to do this? Does someone know?" She gets angry, and cries, and backs away from her Daughter, as Aretha reaches out to comfort and console her, and yells "Now can someone tell me why Terrance left me? What did I do wrong?" Everyone in the room reaches out, as Floyd sits outside and looks in and says to himself "You are going to be missed Doctor Terrance Evans. You were respected more than you'd ever know." At City Hospital, Rashad, Gwen, Ginny, and Sassy stand in Terrance's former office, as each of them look inside and Rashad cries for his Uncle, saying "It's not going to be the same without him here." Back at The Evans Home, Floyd greets Sayyid with a hug, along with Eve, as Sayyid asks "How is she holding up? Who killed my Nephew?" Floyd goes "You'll find out better from her. It's not being mentioned right now." Sayyid walks inside, as Willie tightly hugs her Brother, and Frank leaves, as Eve walks in and offers her condolences, tightly hugging Aretha. Outside, Frank and Floyd head back to The Farm, calling it a night.

   At La Trattoria, in the bar Julia sits, as the bartender warns her "That's too much tonight Mrs. Landon." Julia yells "Damn right I'm Mrs. Landon! You'll come to learn that!" Faith rushes in and goes "Ok you need to leave." Julia slaps her Daughter and goes "Damn you telling me what to do!" Faith asks "So what is Ms. Sullivan talking about?" Julia quickly says "Nothing to worry about." Faith goes "Oh really Mother?" Do you see who's in the doorway?" Julia turns to see Xavier, as he coldly goes "It's time for your ass to leave before I get mad. I mean very damn mad. So mad I'll have to renovate this part of the place." Faith goes "So you are still keeping her away from us. Mom was right for once about you." Tenny walks in, along with Beth, as Tenny yells "No dear! If only you knew what your Mama's keeping from you." Xavier asks his Grandmother, as Beth glares at Julia, as Faith shakes her head with disbelief and uncertainty, "Mamaw, what do you know? Tenny goes "I know Faith does not know everything. I will sweat it! Now screw them, and let's enjoy tonight's feast." Inside the private room, Sully and Cain arrives, and Cain goes to have a seat silently, as Sully greets her Brother, Sister, and Rachel, as she tells them "Ruthie and Henry's on the way." Sully holds her new Nephew, as Gracie looks around, and says "Daddy knows how to make us happy." Rachel meanwhile walks over to Ava, as she takes a drink, and goes "So tell me something Rachel." Ava asks "Did you help Bridget write that story on me?" Rachel goes "Oh no. Why when I let it go." Ava goes "I sure as hell hope so. Now a reminder not to ruin tonight with Henry here." Ruthie and Henry walk inside, as they follow Leigh and says "Looks like everyone is here. Back in the bar, Thorpe arrives, as Xavier goes "Get her ass out of here! I'll kill her ass and make a point with an array of holes in these walls!" Thorpe warns Xavier "I hope Jared and Clint bring you down. And don't ever threaten my Wife!" Tenny and Beth watch, as Thorpe and Julia leaves, and Beth warns Faith "Don't ruin my Daughter In Law's night. She paid her dues now." Beth, Xavier, and Tenny return to the party, and walk into the Private Room, as Beth meets her Great-Grandson, and hugs Gracie, and goes "He's Precious, as Xavier and Leigh greet Cain with a hug, as Xavier says "Welcome home my Son." Cain goes "Grandpa..." Xavier says "The Son I never had." Leigh tells her Grandson "Glad you're home." They visit as the family mingles inside amongst each other.

     Wade and Bridget's Penthouse, Connor walks in, and says "I'm in no mood to discuss today." Bridget tells her Son "I understand fully. I think I want to move home. It sucks here." Connor sighs "But I have gotten on well with Dr. Jackson, but I do think Ava has little use for me or Jack since everything with Dr. Rivera." Bridget watches the TV, and goes "Another reason to go home. Too bad your Brother's considering to join ranks with your Dad." Connor hugs his Mother, and goes to his room for the night, as Bridget says to herself "Wade I hope you make the right choice." At The Sunset Club, Jared and Clint prepare to leave, as Wade walks inside and checks into a room and notices his Brother and Clint and walks over, and says "Oh after today I'd love to kick your asses." Jared tells Wade "We're leaving. Looks like you and Bridget are heading to divorce soon it looks." Wade punches Jared in the face, and yells "Jackson Inc and Xavier are the least of you and your friend's plans. I'm watching your ass." Wade heads upstairs and yawns, as Jared and Clint head to their homes, as Jared thinks of his day and says to himself "Sully he is my Son. My legacy and he WILL be a part of that! I can be like the almighty X!" 

    The nighttime sets onto Adam's Landing. At Beth and Tenny's Penthouse, Ruthie and Henry walk inside, as Tenny tells them "That was a lovely night. I so enjoyed myself!" Ruthie and Henry are holding hands, as Tenny asks "So are the two to you going to sleepover?" lighting a blunt, Ruthie and Henry sit and Ruthie says "If we were, I'm not saying", as Tenny passes the blunt to her Great-Great Granddaughter, as she cuddles with Henry, as they kiss, as she takes a toke and passes to him, and says "Sullivan love Gran." Tenny smiles on and goes 'Well J.D. and I did not wait either." with a laugh. At City Hospital, Ginny walks into Beth's office, and goes "How's Ms. Evans holding up Aunt Beth?" Beth lights a joint, and goes "Not well. I'm not really. He was my right hand here for so long. I loved Terrance. I'll miss him so much." Ginny hugs her, and says "It'll be fine here." Beth goes "I think so too sweetie. Thank you for staying over." Ginny goes humbly "Only help me be as great as you and Terrance Aunt Beth." Beth says "Thank you.", as Ginny walks out, and Beth puts out her joint and follows to Terrance's office, as she walks around, and remembers him with tears in her eyes.

    At Whispering Hills, Ava returns home, as Wade calls and Ava goes "Wonderful! Let me know when he arrives!" Ava hangs up, as she texts Aretha and says "Be over tomorrow to stay with her. Send my warm thoughts and love." as she looks up and calls it a night. At The Farm, Frank walks into the living room, as Alyssa and Ty sit and say "Uncle Floyd's called it a night." Frank asks "So is Cale serious about leaving TL Autosport?" Ty nods, and Alyssa tells her Dad "And now I am involved so you can enjoy some downtime for once since you've lost interest." Frank agrees and goes "Call Bree tomorrow and tell her. Love yall." Frank goes to bed, as Alyssa asks her Husband "So when do you want to call him back?" Ty looks at his phone and says "Screw him.", and kisses his Wife, as they head to the bedroom. 

    At La Trattoria, Faith closes up, and thinks of what happened earlier, and another thought enters her head, as she says with tears "I know why you left me Sissy." At Hell Hill, Gracie and Davey walk in as Gracie holds her baby and goes "We're turning in tonight. If the two of you start doing anything. Remember a baby is here." Xavier and Leigh hug them and kiss their Grandson, as Gracie takes her baby upstairs, as Leigh goes "His last name is Jackson. And she's always been the quiet one. Like someone else I know." Xavier walks towards his Wife, and tells her "She is a nice mix of both of us. Just as perfect as all our kids my love." They kiss, as they head upstairs for the night. Meanwhile in a Storage Unit, Country and Storm stand inside, as a man lays blindfolded, laying on the floor coming to, and in a drowsy tone asks "Where am I?" Country goes "That'll depend on X." At Thorpe's Mansion, Thorpe sits in the living room, as he drinks a glass of vodka, and Julia yells drunkenly "I'm not letting that bastard scare me. Xavier has never been strong. I know you know!" Thorpe yells at his Wife "I am about to lose my driver for my race team. Faith is in town, and you will die if you even attempt. I told you to stay back in Blue Ridge, your hometown!" Julia yells, as she heads to the bedroom "Xavier, Tenny, Beth. None of them will keep me from my Leigh and my family! I will decide how to do it and stay the hell out of my past!" as Thorpe pours another glass. Back at The Evans Home, Rashad has arrived and Rashad, Aretha, Eve, and Sayyid all comfort Willie as she tells them "This is not real." Willie cries, as her family console her.

   

    

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 337. Back To Basics, Part 2

    Its afternoon, and at The Farm, Frank sits in his nursery, as he waters his flowers and looks at a photo of his Mother and goes "Mama, you'd love the blooms on these roses. I miss you." Alyssa walks inside and asks "Talking to Grandma?" Frank embraces his Daughter and says "I always talk to her. Where's your Husband?" Alyssa tells him "Ty's at FJR. Cale returned." Frank goes "Did Allison return?" Alyssa shakes her head, and says "They are divorced Dad. He's down there now and looking to get out of his contract with Thorpe." Frank tells Alyssa "I hope Tenny doesn't show up unexpected. I know she and Uncle Floyd are friends now." Alyssa laughs "Speaking of him, he went to meet her." Frank goes "Oh shit." At The Falcon, Floyd greets Tenny, as she tells him "That waitress I'm stalking is almost off the clock." Floyd goes "Why the interest in Faith?" Tenny tells him "I feel something about her, but can't say what it is just yet. We're following her once we leave." Floyd asks "She might get a restraining order on you?" Tenny laughs "With the tip I gave her? Oh she'd be stupid to do that." In the kitchen, the waitress gets a text, and rolls her eyes.

    At Jackson Inc, Bree arrives, as she asks her Cousin "Where's Sully?" Jack goes "She went to pick up Cain from Valley Ridge. He's went rogue it appears." Bree quips "She's going to have her hands full." Jack quips "I think you are right." Bree tells him "Jake's doing well. He's in the military and planning to make a career of it." Jack says "That's good.." Bree asks "What's bothering you Jack?" Jack goes "That story about Mom's past. She's not sharing much about it." Bree sighs "She mentioned it to me once, and did not go in detail. That's low for The Gossiper to share it with the world. But it's good that Aretha is now in control, and Aunt Ava can have a part in what happens." Jack agrees, as she asks "Want to go down to Jazz for dinner? I need a strong drink anyway." Jack accepts, and says "Let's call Mom and invite her." Jack makes a phone call, to no answer. Downstairs, Brock walks inside Rachel's office with a bouquet of roses and says "Here's to the woman I love." Rachel gushes, and says "How sweet! You are a romantic aren't you." Brock goes "Don't tell everyone. I think I got it from my Dad." Rachel says "Xavier might be the coldest man in town, but he loves your Mom. The perfect marriage." Brock tells his fiancée "I guess I picked it up from him." Rachel asks "So how about a double date with Wade tonight? He needs some friends." Brock says "Is the bitch coming too?" Rachel goes "No. I doubt it." Brock goes "Let me call my Niece, and see if she and Henry wants to join." Rachel reminds Brock "Every time I see him, I want to tell him the truth, but.." Brock goes "You need to just tell him. I'll support you and don't worry about Eve. As long as you're with me, I have the tools necessary to protect you." Rachel and Brock kiss, and they head out.

    At Class, Leigh and Ruthie goes over the sales reports as Leigh goes "Looks like the boutiques are taking off. Emery's is also on the comeback trail." Ruthie tells her Grandmother "Well it's nice Aunt Ciarra willed it to us. Mom said it fit better with Class anyway." Leigh agrees, as she asks "Any word from Sully? I know she and your Dad were going to pick up Cain from Valley Ridge." Ruthie sighs "He's troubled Grandma. Grandpa's always been close to him." Leigh reminds her "Ruthie, X loves all his Grandchildren the same. Jared hasn't been Father of the year. In his own way I think he has tried to fill the void." Ruthie goes "Cain hates Dad. He hated boarding school. Always in trouble and Grandpa to the rescue." Leigh nods, and goes "Yep. That's your Grandpa for you." At Hell Hill, Xavier sits back, as he gets a text, and responds "Bring him to the private unit." There's a knock at the door, as Xavier gets up to answer, and gasps "Gracie! When did you.." Gracie Jackson, Xavier and Leigh's youngest Daughter, and Brock's twin Sister goes "Daddy! Surprise! And meet the newest addition to the family.", holding a baby, and says "He's your new Grandson, David Woods Jackson, I'm calling him Davey." Xavier holds his new Grandson, and smiles, as he opens an arm to hug his Daughter, and says "Who is his Father?" Gracie goes "Let's discuss that later. I figured it was time to come back home." Xavier goes "I agree. This calls for a family dinner. All my kids are home, and a new grandson." Xavier smiles, as he holds Davey, as Gracie also smiles, with a thought that she says in her head "I want to, but not right now."

    At HaleCorp, Wade sits at his desk, as Bridget storms inside and yells "Did you have a part in my firing Wade? I know you never supported my dream of being in journalism!" Wade goes "You were writing trash for DuBois, and that story on Ava was too much! I am happy you got fired!" Bridget yells "What does she have on you? Ever since we've returned, you have been very loyal to that evil twisted bitch. Never standing up for me, and taking up for her!" Wade yells at his Wife "Ava is married to my Grandfather Bridget! She has been very good to me, and she was open to you and your Son with my Brother, but you blew it!" Bridget warns her Husband "You have a choice Wade. Me or HaleCorp. I'll let you think about it. I'm going to see my Son now. Make the right decision!" Bridget storms out, as Wade is silent, and sends a text." At Chantel's, Ava and Aretha has drinks, as Ava laughs looking at Wade's text "I might need to call Bree to help him with his divorce." Aretha asks "Bridget went crying to her Husband?" Ava nods, and adds "She is so damn good at destroying her fairy tale. I have really grown fond of Wade. He's like a Son." Aretha gets a text, as she tells Ava "That was Beth. She and Mama's going to check on Terrance." Ava asks "Is he still ignoring everyone?" Aretha nods, and says "Something isn't right." Monica meanwhile walks inside, and Aretha notices and yells "Monica, come here I have a question." Monica walks over, and reminds Aretha "I have no part in The Gossiper now. I am no longer.." Aretha goes "No, this is about Terrance. You seen him last." Monica goes "Yes and I told him about Javon." Ava looks at them and says "I need to visit Tenny. I'll catch up later." Ava leaves, as Aretha warns Monica "My brother has been m.i.a. since you spoke to him." Monica asks "What does that mean?" Aretha goes "You wanted Walter to play Daddy, and.." Monica goes "I'm not getting into this with you. I have things to do so excuse me." Monica walks away, as Aretha takes a drink, and sends a text to Rashad, and heads home.

     Meanwhile, Beth and Willie arrive at Terrance's Home, and Beth gets a text from Xavier, and says "Looks like I have a new grandbaby." Willie goes "Oh wonderful! I'm so happy for all of you." Beth and Willie notices the door is unlocked and walks inside. Willie and Beth yell for Terrance, and no answer. Willie looks around downstairs, and notices a pill bottle as Beth heads upstairs. Downstairs, Willie looks around and finds a letter and reads it. At City Hospital, Rashad takes his key and enters Terrance's office, as Ginny, Gwen, and Kyle Webb is behind him as he says "Grandma asked me to look around. She's at his house," Rashad looks around the room, and finds his phone and says "This isn't like my Uncle. Back at Terrance's Home, Beth walks into Terrance's Room, and her jaw drops, as she keeps her composure as Willie sits downstairs and goes as she reads the letter "Oh my God.." Beth meanwhile comes downstairs with her phone as Willie asks Beth "Is he here." Beth is silent,

     Back at Class, Xavier arrives, as Ruthie greets her Grandfather, and asks "Why do you have a baby?" Leigh walks out of her office, and notices the baby as Xavier goes "Gracie has come home, with our newest addition to the family. Meet David Woods Jackson, but she's calling him Davey." Leigh goes "Oh he's precious. Time for me to hold him." Xavier hands him to Leigh, as she holds him and looks at him lovingly and says "When did Gracie return?" Xavier said "She surprised me. I thought she was happy in Sugar Creek, but she's home now. With this beautiful baby boy." Ruthie holds her newest cousin, as Leigh asks her Husband "Who's the lucky Daddy?" Xavier goes "That is the big question my love. She hasn't said." At Hell Hill, Gracie is in her old room, as she pulls a crib inside as there's a knock at the door, and she runs down to answer, and opens to find her twin Brother, and cries "Brock!" Brock and Gracie embrace in a hug, as he asks "Where's my Nephew?" Gracie answers "Daddy took him down to see Mom. We're having a big dinner tonight at the house." Brock asks Gracie "So are you going to tell me who is Davey's daddy?" Gracie takes a deep breath, and says "He's a bastard and if I tell Daddy he will cause a huge war." Brock goes "Is he someone I know?" Gracie tells him "Let's just change subjects now and you tell me about Rachel. Invite her over here tonight." Brock sends Rachel a text, and says "Just tell me. I'll keep it to myself." Gracie tells her Brother, and Brock goes "Oh hell. That will start a war."

     At FJR, Frank and Alyssa arrives, as he sees Cale and asks his Son "So it's over between you and Allison?" Cale looks at his Father, and says "Yes. We have divorced and she is staying in Southpoint Beach." Alyssa looks at her new Husband, Ty Bonner and tells him "Well where's my kiss?" Ty and Alyssa embrace in a kiss as Frank goes "So Cale, you want to leave Thorpe's team?" Cale nods, and says "I have had a good year, but I want to drive for FJR and help Ty." Ty goes "Cale is a great mentor. We'll kick some real ass together." Alyssa smiles, and says "Damn right the two of you will." Frank gets a phone call, and tells them "I have to go." Frank leaves, as Cale goes "Who wants to go have some drinks?" Alyssa and Ty agree, and they head out. At La Trattoria, Tenny walks inside, as she sends a text, and goes "Oh so Faith is working doubles." A woman walks inside, as Faith goes "Mother why are you here?" Julia grins, and says "Oh Faith, I'm here to see my favorite child." Tenny, sitting in a booth, has a flashback. At Whispering Hills, Ava checks her phone, and has a flashback and goes "Oh shit." At Chantel's Aretha's phone rings, as she goes "Beth? What did you find? Ok I'm on my way." Aretha rushes out of Chantel's with fear in her eyes. Meanwhile at Terrance's Home, Beth walks downstairs, as Willie hears sirens, and asks Beth, noticing her eyes "What did you find?" Beth holds Willie's hand, and says to her in a gentle tone, fighting tears "Terrance is dead." Willie runs upstairs, as Beth follows, and Willie enters her Son's bedroom and screams "Oh dear God! No!!" Willie breaks down, as Beth holds her tightly, as Willie cries "My Son is gone.. Why?"

    

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 336. Back To Basics, Part 1

 Its been three months since we were last in Adam's Landing, and many storylines were beginning to unfold. A woman had arrived in town that was yet to be revealed. Dr. Rivera had been exposed to be Escobar Santiago. More was starting to unfold. Now we bring D&D back, three months later. Some stories will end abruptly, and others will flourish, and begin. We now return to Daylight And Darkness, three months later. Buckle up!

     At Hell Hill, Xavier sits inside his study, as he drinks a bottle of whiskey, as he gets a text, and replies "Good. Music to my ears.", as Leigh walks inside and tells her Husband "So what happened?" Xavier smiles, and says to his Wife "Well I took care of our problem with The Gossiper." Leigh goes with a grin "How did you do that X?" Xavier tells his Wife "I sent Berry and her Mother packing up and leaving town. They played with fire with that story, and then when they went after Ava.. I had some help." Leigh is curious and goes "I never liked Berry. Her Mother was nice though." Xavier tells his Wife "I'm thankful Thorpe heeded my warning." Leigh warns him "He may have, but that bitch he's married to never listens." Xavier reminds her "My love, she went back home." Leigh goes "But that last story on Ava's past? You know nothing will keep her out to town.." Xavier smiles "If she does, then the ball is in your court." Across the road at Whispering Hills, Ava walks inside, as Jack follows his Mother, and asks "Mom I want to know about..." Ava turns around and snaps "Leave it alone Jack! It was years ago!" Ava goes into the living room, and pours a drink, and asks her Son "So what have you decided about Samantha?" Jack sighs with disgust "Mom, Escobar made her catatonic. Victoria gave me her blessing to move on. It's so hard though." Ava assures her Son "At least now J.J. knows what's going on, and I'm never going to find someone else. You are still young though Son." Jack asks "Are you going down to confront Berry?" Ava smiles and says "I don't have to. Aretha and Eve bought her and Doris out, with some help from us. I now own part of it, and suffice to say, Bridget's done burned her bridges." Ava tells Jack "Now go down to the office. I need to pay a few visits since returning home from the islands." They head out.

     At Landon-Hale, Jared walks into Clint's office, as Clint welcomes him, and sighs "Well we lost on our attempt to go after Xavier and Jackson Inc." Jared grins "Not exactly. The Gossiper was just a tabloid. We can do some shit under the table." Clint warns "We need to figure out how to go after that company. A media division?" Jared asks "Why not get friendly with Aretha and Eve? Bridget is on our side." Clint is quiet, and goes "Let me think on that.", and walks out as Jared gets a phone call and yells "Damn!" At Thorpe's Mansion in Downtown Adam's Landing, Thorpe walks in, as he yells "I told your ass to stay out of sight!" Thorpe's Wife yells back "I am back and not going anywhere! My favorite Daughter is in town. So you can deal with it!" Thorpe rolls his eyes, as his Wife says "And also, I will go visit my other Daughter, and whatever comes from it, well it comes." She leaves, and Thorpe pours a drink and snarls "Damnit Julia! I wish you heeded my warning, but no you never listen." At The Falcon, a woman works as a waitress, and gets a text, and goes "Oh hell.."

    At The Gossiper, Aretha walks inside, as Bridget greets her, and Aretha snaps "You might not want to kiss up to me. I am now your boss and I don't like kissing up." Bridget tells her "That story on Ava was the biggest seller yet!" Aretha yells "Ava is more than my best friend Bridget, she is family! Nobody hurts my family!" Bridget quips "Well apparently Ava's family pulled some stunts and got Berry and Doris out of town.." Aretha smiles "And now I own this company, and Eve, and..." Bridget goes "No..." Aretha snaps "Yes! Ava now holds a percentage!" Bridget yells "That was a dirty move." Aretha warns Bridget "Now go back to your office, and leave me alone before I give you your pink slip." Bridget walks away, as Willie walks in and Aretha tells her Mother "Eve's on her way home from Vegas. We're making the announcement tomorrow on the name change." Willie tells her Daughter "Monica's still in town. Why did she not follow?" Aretha goes "Mama, her Son works for Xavier, and she's on our side. She supported the decision." Willie smiles, and warns "I want to meet Javon." Aretha asks "Does my Brother know? Javon's moving to town to work at Jackson Inc's media division." Willie sighs "I have not heard from Terrance in a few days." Aretha goes "Me neither Mama. Not like him." Willie tells her "I'm going to see Beth. She might know something. I'm glad I never have to worry about that old bitch again." Aretha reminds her "Berry was a snake, but not her Mother." Willie quips "Aretha, she learned from her. Now I'm off to see Beth." Willie leaves, as Aretha calls Terrance, to no answer.

    At City Hospital, Beth sits in her office, as Rashad walks inside and Beth asks "Where is your Uncle? He's not answered his phone." Rashad sighs "I am worried about him. He ran into Monica the other day, and no word since." Beth takes a deep breath, and tells Rashad "They have history." Rashad goes "I have heard." Beth changes subjects and asks "How's things with you and Gwen?" Rashad tells her "She and I are taking it slow. She's very shy." Beth smiles, and says "I think before too long the two of you will be picking up the pace. When I see her, she gushes when I mention you." Rashad smiles, and walks out, as Beth calls Terrance, to no answer, and says "Not like you not to answer." At the nurse's station, Ginny and nurse Gwen Reed talk, as Gwen asks "Dr. Stone, has things gotten better between your Mom and Dad?" Ginny tells her "I would like to say they have, but I don't think so." Gwen tells her in a sad tone "That's too bad. I'm sorry." Ginny goes "I hope they can work it out but it's doubtful." Gwen gets a page and leaves, as Ginny checks her phone and gets a text, as she begins to cry. 

    Meanwhile at The Falcon, Sully and Ruthie meets up with Tenny, as she goes "Oh my two sweet grandgirls! Lunch is on me." Sully asks her Great-Grandmother "So you have started to hang out here often." Tenny tells them "They have great food. Reminds me of an old place J.D. and I used to go to in Blue Ridge years ago." A waitress walks over and asks Tenny "Your usual?" Tenny nods, and Sully and Ruthie tells her what they want, as the waitress walks off, and Tenny asks them "Does she look familiar to you?" Ruthie goes "Gran, she has your natural hair color." Sully nods, as she gets another text from Jared, and sighs "Damn!" Ruthie asks "Cain?" Sully nods, and goes "He got kicked out of school. I guess I'm going to have to go pick him up. I don't want Jared to arrive first." Tenny snarks "Yeah, he'll convert him." Sully goes "He's had his issues. Daddy hasn't helped much." Tenny goes "Xavier wants Cain to know the side of the family well, to side with. Not with a sperm donor." Sully hugs her Daughter, and Great-Grandmother, saying "I need to go check up on him now before Jared does." Sully leaves, as Ruthie goes "I think I have a crush on someone Gran." Tenny goes "Oh who?" Ruthie says "Brock set me up with his best friend Henry Mathis." Tenny smiles and says "Oh good! He comes from great stock." The waitress returns, as Tenny asks her "Are you an adopted child?" The waitress goes "No. Why are you always trying to get in my business Tenny?" Tenny shrugs "I'm just curious." The waitress walks away, as Tenny whispers to Ruthie "I have a feeling about her." Ruthie asks "What kind of feeling?" Tenny says "I'm not ready to say yet until my feelings are confirmed."

     At Jackson Inc, Jack walks inside Rachel's office, as Wade sits inside, and Jack warns Wade and Rachel "I hope to God the two of you were not behind that story by The Gossiper!" Wade yells "I am angry as hell my Wife was behind it!" Rachel adds "Jack, your Mom and I have never got along, but I am not that dumb to go that low, and I never knew it." Jack goes "Shit, I didn't know about it either until Mom filled me in." Wade shakes his head, and says "Bridget has never let the past go. Connor's still got his job at City Hospital, but Ava..." Jack goes "Mom and I both don't trust him after working with Escobar Santiago." Rachel tells them "Connor wouldn't know. He's naïve." Wade laughs "He teamed up with the wrong person. I scolded his ass too. Bridget though defended him and went to work for DuBois!" Rachel tells Wade "We'll discuss it tonight if you'd like. Brock and I are going on a double date. Want to come?" Wade accepts, and walks out, as Jack asks Rachel "Are you really sure you didn't help Bridget write about my Mom?" Rachel goes "I am not out for revenge anymore Jack. And I heard about Samantha. I'm so sorry." Jack goes "I'm going up to my office. Don't get any ideas." Jack leaves, as Rachel gets a text from Doris, and Rachel says to herself "So sorry you have such a selfish bitch for a Daughter."

     Back at Hell Hill, Leigh has left, and Xavier greets Bobby and Monica, as he asks Monica "So tell us where your loyalty is. Remember your Son works for me." Monica tells Xavier "My loyalty is to Javon, and my job as DA. I never liked Berry anyway. Just like her Brother. Now Doris was just collateral damage. She couldn't see it." Xavier tells them "Now that Berry is gone, if she returns to town, she is to be locked up and sent to Lexington." Monica takes a deep breath, as Xavier asks "Want Javon to be collateral damage?" Bobby goes "Xavier, remember..." Xavier looks at Monica, and says "His bloodline saves him. But think of your position, and how quickly it can change." Bobby adds "Xavier's the most powerful man in town. He has his ways." Monica yells "I am out of the company now! Berry and Doris left and not coming back, and let it go." Xavier goes "Nobody writes about my family and gets away with it. So they are gone. Good riddance." Xavier gets a text from Sully, and tells them "I'll talk to both of you later. Tell Javon to come over when he arrives tonight." Monica nods, as she leaves, and Bobby asks Xavier "So how is Ava handling everything." Xavier grins "She now owns part of the company. It's good enough for her she said." Bobby says with relief  "That's good. I'm off to visit my Son and Daughter In Law now. I'll be watching Monica." Xavier nods, and returns to his study, as Bobby leaves, and Xavier makes a phone call, asking "Found him yet?"

    At Landon-Hale, Clint sits inside his office, as he gets a phone call and goes "Well then. Sounds like everything is going according to plan." Clint hangs up, as Thorpe walks inside and tells his Brother "Julia returned." Clint goes "I hope you told her to stay away from Xavier and his deranged family." Thorpe says "I was not lucky there. She's dead set on knowing her family." Clint rolls his eyes and goes "It's going to bite her in the ass." Thorpe agrees, as he pours them a drink, as Clint tells him "Well big brother, I have something in motion to test Sully and Jackson Inc. They will be busy." Thorpe asks "What are you plotting?" Clint fills him in, as Thorpe's eyes widen and he says "You best pray it works." At Jared's Loft, Sully arrives, and bluntly tells her Ex-Husband "We are going together to pick up our Son!" Jared snaps "He is living with me, and I'll train him to take over whenever I decide to retire from Landon-Hale like the almighty one has done at Jackson Inc! Sully yells "Look bastard, he is our Son, so he has a choice. He will make his own choice where and what he wants to do!" Jared warns her "If your Father gets involved, I'll fix that forever." Jared pulls out a pistol, as Sully also pulls out a pistol, and goes "Try and see what happens you son of a bitch. Now let's go pick up Cain, and he's staying with me!" They leave, as they argue.

    At City Hospital, Beth walks out of her office, as Willie follows and Beth tells Willie "You and I both are worried about Terrance. Want to go check up on him?" Willie tells Beth "Yes. I don't wanna go over there by myself. Aretha is busy trying to work on that company, and she has enough on her hands. Rashad has enough going on.." They head to Terrance's Home. At the nurse's station, Gwen sits as Rashad walks up and asks "So I had an idea. Want to go have dinner with me tonight?" Gwen gets up, as she and Rashad kiss, and says "I would love that Doc." Ginny watches, as she gets a text. At The Gossiper, Bridget sits inside her office, as Aretha and Ava walks inside, and Ava snarls "You bitch. How DARE you publish my past to the world!" Bridget smugly goes "Well Ava, I thought you were down on the islands helping the old man remember you.." Ava slaps Bridget across the face, as Bridget looks at Aretha, as she goes "Sorry, you had that one coming." Ava yells angrily "Do you realize what you have done?" Bridget says "You would not dare cross me. I am married to Wade." Ava goes "For now. I have had enough of you, and your Son." Bridget snarls "Don't you talk about Connor..." Ava walks over, and warns Bridget "I have your pink slip bitch. I now own part of this, so your fired!" Ava storms out, as Bridget gasps "What the hell?" Aretha looks at her and says "You heard her. Now pack your shit and be gone by the time I return!" Aretha walks out, as Ava stands in the hall, and asks Aretha "Have anyone else contacted you?" Aretha goes "Thankfully not." Ava sighs "This part of my life I want to forget. I thought I had."
