It's the next morning in Adam's Landing and at City Hospital,Terrance walks into Xavier's room,as he sees him and Leigh laying next to each other and Terrance tells them"Time to go home.I got your release papers."They awaken as they see Terrance and Xavier tells them"About damn time I go home!I got some things to do."Leigh looks at her husband and tells him"You are resting X!I don't even want to hear you mention a word about work!"Xavier rolls his eyes and changes subjects and asks Terrance"Where is my Mother?"Terrance tells them"She hasn't arrived yet.She told me to release you before you go mad."Xavier looks at his wife,as a nurse brings in a wheelchair and Xavier waves it off and tells Leigh"I'm out of here!"Xavier rushes out and Leigh shakes her head and tells Terrance"I think he's ready to get home."Terrance laughs and quips"He has a mind of his own."Leigh sighs"Scary isn't it?"Leigh changes subjects and asks Terrance"I want to talk to you about something?"Terrance looks at Leigh and asks"What is it?"Leigh asks him"Are you seeing anyone?"Terrance tells Leigh"I'm single.But in this town I lay low."Leigh tells Terrance"A dear friend of mine has come to town and I think the two of you would be a great fit."Terrance looks at Leigh and tells her"I don't do blind dates Leigh."Leigh looks at Terrance and tells him"Trust me on this.He needs someone and I want you to meet him tonight."Leigh tells him"He'll be waiting for you at Jazz.I wouldn't steer you wrong."Xavier returns to the room and asks his wife"Are you going to stay here?I want to go home!"Terrance laughs"He's in a rush."Leigh tells Terrance"Just try it and let me know how it works out."Leigh walks out,as Terrance heads to his office,as he considers Leigh's proposal.
At Hell Hill,Beth is in the kitchen,cooking breakfast as Sully and Jared arrives and Beth tells them"I'm staying home today and keep a close eye on your Father."Sayyid walks downstairs and smells breakfast and asks Beth"I didn't know you were a cook?"Beth tells Sayyid"One of the best!I made sure everything met your diet."Sayyid tells Beth"I appreciate that very much.It looks like you got a buffet set down here."Beth laughs"I am having a welcome home party for my son and I thought I'd go all out."Sully looks and asks her Grandmother"Fried Chicken?That isn't morning food?"Beth reminds her"Your Father has never been a breakfast person either.And Floyd is here so I thought I'd go all out this morning."Speaking of Floyd,he's in the living room,as he's awake after sleeping on the couch and sees an address book on the coffee table and looks up Ciarra's address and says to himself"Ciarra Sullivan."He makes a phone call to a florist and tells them"Send a bouquet of roses to Ciarra Sullivan's Penthouse in Jackson Tower.But don't say who sent them."Floyd hangs up the phone and walks into the kitchen and sees Sayyid and goes Clemmon Ross?"Sayyid looks at Floyd and asks"Floyd Jackson.Damn it's been years and you still look like your brother."Floyd puts on his cowboy hat and quips"I get that often."Floyd looks around and asks Beth"Are you planning a family reunion?"as he notices all the food she's cooked and Beth tells him"I thought I'd play in the kitchen and Xavier and Leigh are on their way home."Sully tells her Grandmother"I think Daddy will be impressed.Who else is coming?"Beth tells them"It's going to be intimate since he needs to rest after all that's happened."Sully quips"Good luck with that one."All of them laughs as Xavier and Leigh arrives home.
At Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Tenny and Precious sits in the kitchen as Tenny smokes a cigarette and reads over Beth and B.R's wedding certificate and she still fumes over with anger,as Ciarra walks into the kitchen and pours herself a cup of coffee and takes a couple of aspirin.Tenny asks"Did you have too much to drink last night?"Ciarra rolls her eyes as she sees the wedding certificate and tells her sister"I had some champagne last night.And knowing you're sitting here plotting only makes this slight headache worse."Tenny yells"Beth didn't even tell me about this Ciarra!Why didn't she tell me that she and old man Jackson tied the knot?"Ciarra looks at her sister and responds"After the way you responded,that should be an answer!"Tenny looks at Ciarra and hisses"Oh shut up Ciarra!"Ciarra changes subjects and asks Tenny"Are you going to the grand opening of Jazz tonight?"Tenny tells Ciarra"I am planning to go.I want to see Allan perform again and I plan to attend.Are you going?"Ciarra tells her sister"After acquiring Emery's,I need to get ready to get the company back on solid ground again.Ava and I are going to meet this morning and discuss everything.Meanwhile there's a knock at the door and Ciarra tells Tenny"Go answer the door.I think it's Allan."Tenny goes to the door,as she leaves Beth and B.R.'s wedding certificate on the table,and Ciarra picks it up and puts it in her purse as Tenny returns to the kitchen with a boquet of red roses and asks her sister"Somebody has an admirer."Ciarra looks at the card and reads it and says to herself"There's no name on here."Tenny laughs"Looks like you've caught someone's eye."Ciarra is puzzled and tells Tenny"I'm headed off to meet with Ava.You stay out of trouble today."Tenny responds with a smile"I always do Oldest Sister.I've got an appointment at the ALPD."Ciarra heads out and Tenny walks back over to the kitchen table and notices the wedding certificate and photo gone,and shakes her head and tells Precious"Aunt Ciarra made a mistake."
Meanwhile at the ALPD,Brock Jr,Tommy,and Chant are brought into Bobby's office as Bobby looks at them and asks with a laugh"How are all of you enjoying your stay here in this nice facility?"Brock Jr yells at Bobby"I am innocent!So is Tommy!The one in here that's guilty is Chant Hale."Chant looks at Brock Jr and Tommy and laughs"I didn't vandalize The Sullivan Estate and my hands are clean."Brock Jr yells"You did rape my niece though you sick bastard and you should pay for that with your life!"Bobby gets frustrated and yells at all of them"Shut the hell up!All of you are guilty.All of you are about to pay for what you've done with your freedom and we're having the arraignment shortly and all of you can change your addresses to Unity Prison for life!"Cara walks inside and tells Bobby"I see you're the DA now?"Bobby looks at her and says"Damn right I am and these bastards are guilty as hell."Cara tells Bobby"I know Brock Jr and Tommy are but you don't know that Chant is behind what happened."Chant looks at Cara and smiles"I missed you."Cara slaps him and says"I wish you were truly dead."Bobby looks at Cara and asks"So how's your Mother?Has she been found and arrested yet?"Cara yells"That blackmail isn't going to work now Bobby!You got in the District Attorney's seat due to your connections and it's unethical and I would love to see how the State would react to the way you are running things."Bobby warns Cara"You need to be more concerned about your Mother going away to prison for the rest of her life,as well as your Father."Bobby tells everyone"We have an arraignment to go to and with the way things look,none of you stand a chance."Cara tells Chant"Now that I'm here,you have nothing to worry about."Chant smiles as the officer arrives and takes Chant,Brock Jr,and Tommy to the Courthouse,as Cara tells Bobby"Xavier Jackson isn't the king of Adam's Landing!"Bobby tells Cara"I am going to prosecute the hell out of them.Things work differently in Adam's Landing."Bobby heads out as Cara follows.
Back at Hell Hill,Ava and Winston arrives as does Ciarra as Xavier is welcomed home and everyone gathers in the dining room as Cale,Allison,Allan,and Olivia also arrives and Sully asks her Grandmother"I thought you were planning something intimate?'Beth tells Sully"I'm full of surprises also."Ava sees Floyd for the first time in many years and Floyd sees his niece as they hug and Floyd looks at Winston and asks Ava"I take it you're into older men?"Ava laughs"Uncle Floyd..he's taken good care of me."Floyd offers his condolences on the loss of Jack and Ava thanks him and Everyone sits down as they have breakfast and Floyd asks"Where's Ruth and Frank at?"Ava tells him"Ruth,Frank,Bree,and Summer are at the Courthouse.Today's the Arraignment for Junior,Tommy,and Chant Hale."Jared tells everyone"I hope everything goes well and they don't get off."Xavier tells him"I don't think we have anything to worry about.The Jackson family has controlled this town for a long time and that won't change anytime soon!"Meanwhile Floyd sits next to Ciarra and looks at her with stars in his eyes and Ciarra looks at him and asks Floyd"You've been watching me since I came in the room."Floyd tells Ciarra"I admire a beauty when I see one.You have class.I like that."Ciarra tells Floyd"Are you trying to flirt?If you are,you're wasting your time.I don't intend to fall in love again."Floyd has a look of rejection as Ciarra adds"I lost the love of my life a few months back.We were married for 60 years and nobody can replace Jacob."Floyd is quiet and tells Ciarra"My condolences for your loss Ms.Sullivan."Meanwhile everyone finishes breakfast and Winston tells Xavier"I'm about to head down to the Courthouse to watch my son get his due."Xavier tells Winston"I'd go with you,but I'm forbidden to leave the house."Beth tells her son"I think you have nothing to worry about."Leigh tells her husband"You rest and go spend some time with Gracie and Little X.They've missed you."Xavier asks Leigh"Where are you going?"Leigh and Sully tells him"We're headed down to Class to meet up with Marco Cavetti."Xavier tells them with a laugh"That's ok.I can sit here and relax today."Ava hugs her brother and tells him"You do that and don't worry about a thing.I got Jackson Inc taken care of,and I've already made the donation to the ALPD."Xavier looks at Ava and says to his sister"I'm proud of you sis."Ava hugs her brother and tells him"I'm just glad you're alive."Ava heads to Jackson Inc,and everyone clears out except for Beth,Floyd,Sayyid and Ciarra and as Beth tells her son to go upstairs and rest,Ciarra hands Beth her wedding certificate and wedding photo,as Floyd and Sayyid watches on and Ciarra warns her niece"Be on the lookout for Tennessee.I got lucky when I snatched this from the kitchen table."Beth quips"I take it she has been reading it intently."smelling cigarette smoke."Ciarra gives Beth a hug,as she heads to the Courthouse and Beth tells her Aunt"I hope those bastards get sent away for life!"Ciarra nods and agrees as she leaves and Floyd asks Beth"Why are Winston,Jared,and Ciarra going to the Courthouse?"Beth tells him"Junior,Tommy,and Chant Hale burned out Aunt Ciarra and Mama's former mansions in Blue Ridge and desecrated my Daddy and Uncle Jacob's graves."Floyd shakes his head in disgust and sighs"The more I hear about that bastard and his son,the more angry I get."Beth tells him"Junior is a bastard.I hope he pays for what he's done."Beth heads upstairs,and Floyd walks into the living room and makes a phone call to the Construction Company he formerly owns and tells them"I got a project for you.I want you to go to Blue Ridge and restore The Sullivan Estate."Beth overhears Floyd and looks on silently,as she noticed earlier his attraction to Ciarra.
At The Adam's Landing Courthouse,Ruth,Frank,Bree,and Summer arrives,as Tenny is there and she sees them and asks"Are all of you here to support that sorry ass excuse you all call son,brother,uncle?"Ruth looks at Tenny and warns her"I'm in no mood to deal with you!"Aretha arrives a few moments later,as she's covering the upcoming trial and a few moments later,Winston and Jared arrives as does Ciarra.Summer meanwhile is quiet and nervous,as she's about to face the man who raped her and Bree and Frank assures her"Your family's here Summer.Don't be afraid."Ruth hugs her Granddaughter as she tells her"Bobby will make damn sure none of them see the outside of a jail cell again."Bobby walks out of the Courtroom and tells everyone"The judge is ready."Cara arrives and sees Winston and Jared and ignores them as she rushes inside and everyone goes inside except for Tenny.Ciarra heads to the door to enter the Courtroom,and Tenny grabs her arm and asks her sister"Where's that wedding certificate Ciarra?"Ciarra looks at Tenny and tells her sister"It's where it belongs Tennessee!Let's focus on seeing to it Chant Hale,Brock Jr,and Tommy will pay for what they did to our home in Blue Ridge."Tenny slaps her sister and hisses angrily"You've made a bad mistake Ciarra."Ciarra looks at her sister and responds sternly"You are making the mistakes Tennessee.If you go through with your vendetta,you will lose Beth!"Ciarra walks inside and Tenny follows,as they take their seats,as The Judge walks in as he calls the arraignment to order.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 163. Celebration And Investigation
It's evening time in Adam's Landing.At The Farm,Ruth,Frank and Summer sits in the living room as Summer tells her Grandmother and Uncle"I think I'm heading upstairs for tonight."Ruth asks Summer"Are you ok sweetie?"Summer looks at Ruth and says"I'm tired and I want to go to bed for the night."Ruth hugs Summer as she heads to her room and Frank hears a pickup truck pull into the driveway and Ruth looks at her son and tells him,with her eyes widen"I think I recognize that sound."Frank opens the door and Floyd walks up and Ruth and Frank greet Floyd with a hug and Floyd looks at Ruth and tells his former sister in law"You haven't aged a bit Ruth."Ruth laughs"You need glasses Floyd."Frank asks his Uncle"What has brought you back to Adam's Landing?Mama has been sensing your arrival."Floyd asks Ruth with a laugh"You're nose was itching?"Ruth smiles as they welcome Floyd inside and Ruth tells him"You remind me so much of B.R..The two of you looked just alike."Floyd quips"That's why I wore a cowboy hat Ruth."Ruth asks Floyd"Have you had dinner yet."Floyd looks at Ruth and says"Beth told me earlier that she was going to cook for me when I returned to Hell Hill to settle in."Ruth looks at Floyd and tells him sternly"I remember your favorite meals and I haven't lost my touch.Beth has enough to deal with."Ruth runs into the kitchen to cook dinner and Floyd looks at Frank and asks him"So I see you got a farm of your own?"Frank tells his Uncle"I do and it's nothing like what you have,but I worked for it and made it on my own terms."Floyd is quiet and as Ruth cooks in the kitchen,Floyd tells Frank"I want to talk to you privately outside Frank."They walk out to the fence as they watch the cows in the pasture and Floyd looks at Frank and tells him"Why didn't you fight harder to get close to my brother?"Frank looks at his Uncle and tells him"You should understand my reasons Uncle Floyd.We were two different people and.."Floyd cuts to the chase and tells Frank"Brock thought the world of you.I know he's gone and I know who killed him.But the way you,Jamie,and that other one that I am ashamed has his name treated him in his last years,that hurts me a lot Frank."Frank is silent as Floyd looks at his nephew with disappointment in his eyes.
At City Hospital,Ciarra arrives in Xavier's room as Beth,Leigh,Sully,and Jared are there and Ciarra gives her Great-nephew a hug and tells him"I am glad to see you're getting back to yourself again Xavier."Xavier looks at his Mother and says to his Great-Aunt"I am ready to go back home tonight."Beth,Leigh,and Sully all tell Xavier"You will be out tomorrow.Stop being so stubborn!"Ciarra laughs and tells everyone"I got some good news for you.Ava has acquired Emery's of Blue Ridge.Jackson Inc now owns the chain and Ava and I are going to run the company."Xavier's eyes widen as he is happy to hear the news and Sully asks Ciarra"Weren't you going to stay behind and help me with Class."Ciarra walks over to Sully and tells her"Your Mom and Mr.Cavetti will be more help than I can be Sully.Emery's holds a special place in my heart and with Jackson Inc owning the company,it can help Blue Ridge and bring the town back from it's depressing state."Xavier notices Ciarra's dressed up and asks"Where are you going tonight?"Ciarra tells them"I'm getting together with Winston,Ava,Burt and Bree at The Sunset Club and have some drinks and celebrate this victory.It's much better than bickering with Tennessee.Sometimes I need to escape."Everyone laughs except for Beth and Xavier congratulates his Great-Aunt and tells her"Have a drink for me."Xavier looks at Leigh,Sully and Jared and tells them"Go down there and celebrate.You all don't have to be here at my side at all hours."Leigh tells her husband"X I know what you're thinking and I'm not about to leave your side."Xavier then turns to his daughter and son in law and tells them"I'm ordering the two of you to go.Go on behalf of me."Sully looks at Jared and Leigh tells them"Get out of here and enjoy yourselves.You two need it."Sully begrudgingly accepts and tells her Father"You don't attempt no escapes while I'm gone!"Xavier is quiet and Leigh assures their daughter"I'm staying here with him tonight.He won't be going anywhere."Sully and Jared heads to The Sunset Club and Ciarra follows and Beth tells Xavier and Leigh"I'm going to head back to the estate tonight to help Floyd get settled in.Don't worry son,you'll be out of here tomorrow!"Beth hugs her son and walks out and stops Ciarra and asks her"Has Mama talked about her adventure at Hell Hill?"Ciarra rolls her eyes and tells Beth"She is mad as hell about it.We both know Tennessee and she isn't about to let this go."Beth asks her Aunt"Could you do me a favor tonight when you get home?"Ciarra asks"Get that wedding certificate and photo?"Beth nods and Ciarra assures her"I can do that.But be warned she will be looking for it and I hope you're ready."Beth rolls her eyes and takes a deep breath,as does Ciarra as she tells Beth"I don't know if Xavier knows about it or not,but if he doesn't,you need to tell him before my sister does."Beth looks down as Ciarra leaves and looks into Xavier's room and tells a nurse"Keep an eye on my son.I'm going home for the night."Beth heads to Hell Hill.Meanwhile in Xavier's room,Xavier tells Leigh"If you're going to be watching over me,I want you next to me."Xavier moves over as Leigh climbs into his bed and he holds his wife and tells her"I love you Leigh."Leigh kisses her husband and says softly"I love you too X."She lays her head on his shoulder as they call it a night.
Meanwhile at Jazz,Aretha and her cousin Keith are in his office,discussing Rich Carroll and Aretha tells her cousin"Something isn't right with Rich.I know he has started a chain of restaurants and he's sitting on a gold mine."Keith asks Aretha"Do you think he's got Allan's copyrights and masters to his music catalog?"Aretha looks at Keith and quips"You're a singer.You know how the music business works,you tell me what you think?"Keith tells Aretha"I smell a rat."Aretha quips"I do too and when Jazz opens tomorrow,maybe then we'll get some answers."Keith tells Aretha"I think I'm going to keep my eyes and ears open and see what I can find out.I never trusted Rich Carroll as far as I could throw him."Aretha tells Keith"The same can be said about you also.You sold out as soon as you hit the big time and left your family behind.Your Father hasn't forgotten that."Keith sighs and says in a tone of frustration"And he won't ever let me get over it either.I know I messed up and I don't think I can make up for it."Aretha gets suspicious and asks Keith"Why is that?"Jermaine arrives and Keith tells Aretha"I got to discuss some things with Jermaine.I'll catch up with you tomorrow night."Aretha gives Keith and Jermaine a suspicious look and on the way out,she whispers to Jermaine"I'm glad you're Latoya's Father.Be a damn man and be there for her."Aretha then tells Keith"Don't worry cuz,I plan on being here,as does the entire family."Keith rolls his eyes as Aretha leaves and Keith asks Jermaine"So where did you go?"Jermaine walks behind the bar and pours a drink and tells Keith"I went back to see Latoya,but then I left."Keith looks at his friend and tells him"Allan is different than us.Don't worry about Latoya,focus on the money we're about to make."Jermaine looks at Keith and tells him"I'm going to make it up to her for not being there.I heard her singing while I was outside and I want you to hire her to sing down here."Keith rolls his eyes and asks Jermaine"Are you crazy?Letting Sassy's Daughter sing here?Hell no!"Jermaine warns him"I also own Jazz and mind you I gave up my own singing career to manage you.She's going to sing here and be a part of this whether you like it or not so get the hell over it!"Jermaine takes a drink and leaves and Keith rolls his eyes and suddenly has a flashback to his break in the music business and has a thought and says to himself"That can't ever come out.If it does,I am a dead man!"
Back at The Farm,Floyd and Frank stands at the fence and discuss their past with B.R. and Frank tells his Uncle"You know how my Daddy was.He was set in his ways and nothing ever pleased him.All he worried about was Jackson Inc and Junior."Floyd looks at Frank and reminds him sternly"And why was that Frank?That bastard was a leech and so was Jamie.The two of them caused so much damage to the family.Brock and Ruth divorced over it."Frank reminds Floyd"Have you forgotten that Daddy slept with Beth and had a son with her named Xavier?"Floyd looks at Frank and reminds him"You had a child with another woman also Frank.And I am not going to say I never made any mistakes myself.I made a lot of them.Helen and I had our problems also because I had the same problem that runs in our bloodline.I did Helen wrong and I kick myself for that and after she died,I lost touch with our two children.I moved on though and met a lady in Mexico and we got together and it upset the kids,and we don't speak,but I have found some content in my life these days."Frank asks his Uncle"So you found another woman after Aunt Helen died?"Floyd nods and tells Frank"She died during childbirth and I got the greatest gift I've ever had.That's the moment I woke up and realized that I had a child that needed me,and she turned out great.She doesn't know that I came to town though and when she finds out,she's going to kick my ass."Frank laughs and Floyd looks at his nephew and tells him"You are a good man Frank.I know it was hard to get along with your Daddy,but you did make him proud with your racing career and being a success."Frank hugs his Uncle and Ruth walks outside and tells them"Dinner is ready!Get inside here before it gets cold!"Floyd and Frank heads inside.
At The Sunset Club,Ava,Winston,Ciarra,Burt,Bree,and Sully and Jared gather in The Jackson Room,as Ava tells them"I think today has been a true success!Xavier will be very happy with what we have accomplished with acquiring Emery's and saving a Blue Ridge institution."Ava pours everyone a glass of champagne,as Sully has water since she can't have alcohol since she's had a heart transplant and they all toast and Ava tells them"Long live Jackson Inc and my brother.And may there finally be some peace in our family."Everyone celebrates as Bobby walks in and tells everyone"I have heard about the Emery's deal.Great work."Ava pours Bobby a drink and he tells everyone"It looks like Jackson Inc is doing fine without me there."Burt tells Bobby"It isn't the same though that you're not there anymore."Bree nudges Burt and says to him"I'm there now and I can handle the pressure."Bobby tells Bree"You will do great."Winston asks Bobby"How's everything going at the ALPD?How's Chant and Junior holding up?"Bobby laughs"I got all of them in solitary confinement and Junior's been crying every time I have visited him,pleading his innocence."Ava quips"We know he isn't innocent of a damn thing nor is Chant.They deserve to be in there.And I hope they get sent away to Unity Prison soon and this time for good."Bobby tells them"I'm arranging everything right now and I plan to try them at once so it can be over and done with.Tomorrow I'll be meeting with the judge and getting everything arranged.Once Xavier's released,then we'll plan on where to go from there."Ava tells Bobby"We already got a nice check ready to donate to the ALPD to put their asses behind bars for life."Bobby warns them"Chant has a lawyer that is coming and this one will be hard.I can promise that Brock Jr and Tommy are going to be locked up,but Chant will be another story."Jared and Winston tells Bobby,as they know he's talking about Cara Del Mar"Just tell her about the SEC and she will back off."Bobby laughs,as he takes a drink"I already knew about that one.I got them ready.Justice will be served and that is a damn promise."Everyone toasts once again as they look forward to the future and thankful of Xavier's survival.
Meanwhile Aretha has returned home and finds Willie sitting up waiting for her and asks Aretha"I take it you've had a busy day today?"Aretha tells her Mother"I have and tomorrow night Jazz opens."Willie rolls her eyes and says"Keith's new nightclub?"Aretha nods and tells her"We're going down there and check it out.Terrance has already told me he's planning to go and Rashad is planning to bring Latoya."Willie looks at her daughter and sternly tells her"I have no interest going down to my nephew's club.After the way he's done his family over the years,count me out."Aretha tries to persuade her Mother and Willie stands her ground and tells Aretha"Keith won't see me down there and I highly doubt his Father will be there either.That's that and now that you're home,I'm going to bed!Night."Aretha asks Willie"Where's Rashad?"Willie tells her"He's staying at Sassy's with Latoya.Beth's at Hell Hill tonight with Clem.Floyd Jackson is back in town."Aretha asks"B.R.'s twin?"Willie nods and heads upstairs to bed and Aretha pulls out her laptop as she gets on the search engine and types in her cousin's name and notices something and says to herself"Looks like cuz is hiding something big and this will destroy him if it ever comes out."
At Hell Hill,Beth's upstairs in the nursery with Gracie and Xavier Jr,as she's sent Latoya and Rashad home for the evening and Beth tells Sayyid"Tomorrow Xavier will be home and this place will finally feel right again."Sayyid tells Beth"I have meant to visit him but.."Beth looks at Sayyid and says"You have done a great job keeping an eye on the estate and my Grand babies.He will understand."Sayyid asks Beth"Are you going to the Grand Opening of Jazz tomorrow?"Beth tells him"I have thought about it.I'd like to see Allan back on stage again.Are you going?"Sayyid tells Beth as he shakes his head"I have a job to do here and I am going to either stay here or visit Willie."Beth tells Sayyid"I think you should go down there.At least since your son owns it and support him."Sayyid tells Beth"I think it's best I don't and I'm going to call it a night."Sayyid heads to his room and Beth puts the babies down to sleep as she hears Floyd pull up outside.She walks downstairs and Floyd walks in and takes off his cowboy hat and Beth asks him"Did Ruth cook for you?"Floyd laughs"Yes she did and she didn't lose her touch in the kitchen."Beth smiles and tells Floyd"I'm going to bed and prepare for Xavier's release tomorrow.Make yourself comfortable."As Beth heads upstairs,Floyd asks her"Who was the young woman that came to see Xavier when I was leaving?"Beth looks at Floyd and asks"That was my Aunt Ciarra."Floyd is quiet for a moment and tells Beth"I was just curious."Beth heads upstairs as Floyd says to himself"Ciarra.Now that's a classy lady."He heads into Xavier's study and pulls open a drawer in his desk and sees a folder and pulls on it and walks into B.R.'s vault and sits inside for a moment as he looks around and takes a jar of moonshine and opens it and looks up as he sees a photo album on a shelf and looks through it and sees pictures of himself and B.R. as kids and throughout the years and Floyd looks up and says with tears in his eyes"I'm back home Brock."
At City Hospital,Ciarra arrives in Xavier's room as Beth,Leigh,Sully,and Jared are there and Ciarra gives her Great-nephew a hug and tells him"I am glad to see you're getting back to yourself again Xavier."Xavier looks at his Mother and says to his Great-Aunt"I am ready to go back home tonight."Beth,Leigh,and Sully all tell Xavier"You will be out tomorrow.Stop being so stubborn!"Ciarra laughs and tells everyone"I got some good news for you.Ava has acquired Emery's of Blue Ridge.Jackson Inc now owns the chain and Ava and I are going to run the company."Xavier's eyes widen as he is happy to hear the news and Sully asks Ciarra"Weren't you going to stay behind and help me with Class."Ciarra walks over to Sully and tells her"Your Mom and Mr.Cavetti will be more help than I can be Sully.Emery's holds a special place in my heart and with Jackson Inc owning the company,it can help Blue Ridge and bring the town back from it's depressing state."Xavier notices Ciarra's dressed up and asks"Where are you going tonight?"Ciarra tells them"I'm getting together with Winston,Ava,Burt and Bree at The Sunset Club and have some drinks and celebrate this victory.It's much better than bickering with Tennessee.Sometimes I need to escape."Everyone laughs except for Beth and Xavier congratulates his Great-Aunt and tells her"Have a drink for me."Xavier looks at Leigh,Sully and Jared and tells them"Go down there and celebrate.You all don't have to be here at my side at all hours."Leigh tells her husband"X I know what you're thinking and I'm not about to leave your side."Xavier then turns to his daughter and son in law and tells them"I'm ordering the two of you to go.Go on behalf of me."Sully looks at Jared and Leigh tells them"Get out of here and enjoy yourselves.You two need it."Sully begrudgingly accepts and tells her Father"You don't attempt no escapes while I'm gone!"Xavier is quiet and Leigh assures their daughter"I'm staying here with him tonight.He won't be going anywhere."Sully and Jared heads to The Sunset Club and Ciarra follows and Beth tells Xavier and Leigh"I'm going to head back to the estate tonight to help Floyd get settled in.Don't worry son,you'll be out of here tomorrow!"Beth hugs her son and walks out and stops Ciarra and asks her"Has Mama talked about her adventure at Hell Hill?"Ciarra rolls her eyes and tells Beth"She is mad as hell about it.We both know Tennessee and she isn't about to let this go."Beth asks her Aunt"Could you do me a favor tonight when you get home?"Ciarra asks"Get that wedding certificate and photo?"Beth nods and Ciarra assures her"I can do that.But be warned she will be looking for it and I hope you're ready."Beth rolls her eyes and takes a deep breath,as does Ciarra as she tells Beth"I don't know if Xavier knows about it or not,but if he doesn't,you need to tell him before my sister does."Beth looks down as Ciarra leaves and looks into Xavier's room and tells a nurse"Keep an eye on my son.I'm going home for the night."Beth heads to Hell Hill.Meanwhile in Xavier's room,Xavier tells Leigh"If you're going to be watching over me,I want you next to me."Xavier moves over as Leigh climbs into his bed and he holds his wife and tells her"I love you Leigh."Leigh kisses her husband and says softly"I love you too X."She lays her head on his shoulder as they call it a night.
Meanwhile at Jazz,Aretha and her cousin Keith are in his office,discussing Rich Carroll and Aretha tells her cousin"Something isn't right with Rich.I know he has started a chain of restaurants and he's sitting on a gold mine."Keith asks Aretha"Do you think he's got Allan's copyrights and masters to his music catalog?"Aretha looks at Keith and quips"You're a singer.You know how the music business works,you tell me what you think?"Keith tells Aretha"I smell a rat."Aretha quips"I do too and when Jazz opens tomorrow,maybe then we'll get some answers."Keith tells Aretha"I think I'm going to keep my eyes and ears open and see what I can find out.I never trusted Rich Carroll as far as I could throw him."Aretha tells Keith"The same can be said about you also.You sold out as soon as you hit the big time and left your family behind.Your Father hasn't forgotten that."Keith sighs and says in a tone of frustration"And he won't ever let me get over it either.I know I messed up and I don't think I can make up for it."Aretha gets suspicious and asks Keith"Why is that?"Jermaine arrives and Keith tells Aretha"I got to discuss some things with Jermaine.I'll catch up with you tomorrow night."Aretha gives Keith and Jermaine a suspicious look and on the way out,she whispers to Jermaine"I'm glad you're Latoya's Father.Be a damn man and be there for her."Aretha then tells Keith"Don't worry cuz,I plan on being here,as does the entire family."Keith rolls his eyes as Aretha leaves and Keith asks Jermaine"So where did you go?"Jermaine walks behind the bar and pours a drink and tells Keith"I went back to see Latoya,but then I left."Keith looks at his friend and tells him"Allan is different than us.Don't worry about Latoya,focus on the money we're about to make."Jermaine looks at Keith and tells him"I'm going to make it up to her for not being there.I heard her singing while I was outside and I want you to hire her to sing down here."Keith rolls his eyes and asks Jermaine"Are you crazy?Letting Sassy's Daughter sing here?Hell no!"Jermaine warns him"I also own Jazz and mind you I gave up my own singing career to manage you.She's going to sing here and be a part of this whether you like it or not so get the hell over it!"Jermaine takes a drink and leaves and Keith rolls his eyes and suddenly has a flashback to his break in the music business and has a thought and says to himself"That can't ever come out.If it does,I am a dead man!"
Back at The Farm,Floyd and Frank stands at the fence and discuss their past with B.R. and Frank tells his Uncle"You know how my Daddy was.He was set in his ways and nothing ever pleased him.All he worried about was Jackson Inc and Junior."Floyd looks at Frank and reminds him sternly"And why was that Frank?That bastard was a leech and so was Jamie.The two of them caused so much damage to the family.Brock and Ruth divorced over it."Frank reminds Floyd"Have you forgotten that Daddy slept with Beth and had a son with her named Xavier?"Floyd looks at Frank and reminds him"You had a child with another woman also Frank.And I am not going to say I never made any mistakes myself.I made a lot of them.Helen and I had our problems also because I had the same problem that runs in our bloodline.I did Helen wrong and I kick myself for that and after she died,I lost touch with our two children.I moved on though and met a lady in Mexico and we got together and it upset the kids,and we don't speak,but I have found some content in my life these days."Frank asks his Uncle"So you found another woman after Aunt Helen died?"Floyd nods and tells Frank"She died during childbirth and I got the greatest gift I've ever had.That's the moment I woke up and realized that I had a child that needed me,and she turned out great.She doesn't know that I came to town though and when she finds out,she's going to kick my ass."Frank laughs and Floyd looks at his nephew and tells him"You are a good man Frank.I know it was hard to get along with your Daddy,but you did make him proud with your racing career and being a success."Frank hugs his Uncle and Ruth walks outside and tells them"Dinner is ready!Get inside here before it gets cold!"Floyd and Frank heads inside.
At The Sunset Club,Ava,Winston,Ciarra,Burt,Bree,and Sully and Jared gather in The Jackson Room,as Ava tells them"I think today has been a true success!Xavier will be very happy with what we have accomplished with acquiring Emery's and saving a Blue Ridge institution."Ava pours everyone a glass of champagne,as Sully has water since she can't have alcohol since she's had a heart transplant and they all toast and Ava tells them"Long live Jackson Inc and my brother.And may there finally be some peace in our family."Everyone celebrates as Bobby walks in and tells everyone"I have heard about the Emery's deal.Great work."Ava pours Bobby a drink and he tells everyone"It looks like Jackson Inc is doing fine without me there."Burt tells Bobby"It isn't the same though that you're not there anymore."Bree nudges Burt and says to him"I'm there now and I can handle the pressure."Bobby tells Bree"You will do great."Winston asks Bobby"How's everything going at the ALPD?How's Chant and Junior holding up?"Bobby laughs"I got all of them in solitary confinement and Junior's been crying every time I have visited him,pleading his innocence."Ava quips"We know he isn't innocent of a damn thing nor is Chant.They deserve to be in there.And I hope they get sent away to Unity Prison soon and this time for good."Bobby tells them"I'm arranging everything right now and I plan to try them at once so it can be over and done with.Tomorrow I'll be meeting with the judge and getting everything arranged.Once Xavier's released,then we'll plan on where to go from there."Ava tells Bobby"We already got a nice check ready to donate to the ALPD to put their asses behind bars for life."Bobby warns them"Chant has a lawyer that is coming and this one will be hard.I can promise that Brock Jr and Tommy are going to be locked up,but Chant will be another story."Jared and Winston tells Bobby,as they know he's talking about Cara Del Mar"Just tell her about the SEC and she will back off."Bobby laughs,as he takes a drink"I already knew about that one.I got them ready.Justice will be served and that is a damn promise."Everyone toasts once again as they look forward to the future and thankful of Xavier's survival.
Meanwhile Aretha has returned home and finds Willie sitting up waiting for her and asks Aretha"I take it you've had a busy day today?"Aretha tells her Mother"I have and tomorrow night Jazz opens."Willie rolls her eyes and says"Keith's new nightclub?"Aretha nods and tells her"We're going down there and check it out.Terrance has already told me he's planning to go and Rashad is planning to bring Latoya."Willie looks at her daughter and sternly tells her"I have no interest going down to my nephew's club.After the way he's done his family over the years,count me out."Aretha tries to persuade her Mother and Willie stands her ground and tells Aretha"Keith won't see me down there and I highly doubt his Father will be there either.That's that and now that you're home,I'm going to bed!Night."Aretha asks Willie"Where's Rashad?"Willie tells her"He's staying at Sassy's with Latoya.Beth's at Hell Hill tonight with Clem.Floyd Jackson is back in town."Aretha asks"B.R.'s twin?"Willie nods and heads upstairs to bed and Aretha pulls out her laptop as she gets on the search engine and types in her cousin's name and notices something and says to herself"Looks like cuz is hiding something big and this will destroy him if it ever comes out."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 162. A Familiar Stranger
At Hell Hill,Latoya looks at the man standing at the doorway and she is speechless and freaked out and the man asks her"Where's your boss?"Latoya looks at the man and tells him"Mr.Jackson is currently in the hospital.He had an AVM rupture in his stomach."The man asks Latoya"I take it he's moved on too?",as he notices the baby bottles in the floor."Latoya isn't sure what to say as the man tips his cowboy hat and walks out of the house and gets into his pickup truck,as he drives to City Hospital.Rashad meanwhile comes downstairs as he sees Latoya standing in the living room and comments"You look like you've seen a ghost?"Latoya tells Rashad"I have no idea.There was a cowboy standing in the living room and he looked just like B.R. Jackson."Rashad gives his girlfriend a strange look,as he tells her"B.R. is dead."They head to the kitchen together as she washes Gracie and Xavier Jr's bottles and fills them with milk as they go back upstairs to the nursery.
Meanwhile at Chantel's,Ruth arrives and Davis sits at a table with Olivia as he gets up to greet Ruth and they exchange a hug,as Ruth's known Davis Lane for many years.Olivia asks Ruth"So you're moving full time to Adam's Landing?"Ruth looks at Olivia and says with a laugh"I am."Ruth gives Davis the deed to her condo as they make a deal and Olivia looks at her Father and asks him"Are you sure you really want to move to Southpoint Beach?With Desi gone and her family,I'd really wish you would stay here."Ruth's nose itches again and she tells Davis"I'm headed to The Farm now.You two need some time together alone."Davis tells Ruth"You haven't changed at all Ruth Jackson."Ruth tells Davis"I hate it about what happened to you and Virginia.Beth always said Desi was selfish and I never wanted to believe it,but turns out she was right."Davis and Ruth hugs as Ruth heads home,and Davis looks at his daughter and tells her"I got a plane ticket to leave town tonight.My days are over here in Adam's Landing."Olivia looks at him and says tearfully"I certainly understand why you want to leave town Daddy,but I was hoping you'd live with Allan and me."Davis tells Olivia"You are a strong lady and I would like to spend my twilight years sitting on the oceanfront.Just remember you have a place to come to if things get too crazy here or if your sister ever pops up again."Olivia and Davis hugs as he tells his Daughter"It's time for me to go to my new home."Olivia asks"Would you like for me to drive you to the airport?"Davis responds"After spending all those years in that nursing home,I think I would like to take care of myself."Davis grabs his luggage and turns and looks at Olivia,as he gets into his taxi to head to Adam's Landing International Airport,and tells her"I'm proud of you.Thank you for setting me free.I love you."Olivia watches on as the taxi drives away and starts to cry,as she says to herself"Damn you Desi."Olivia heads out and calls Allan,but doesn't get an answer,and she heads to visit Allison at her apartment.
At City Hospital,Beth sits in her office,as she is disgusted over what Tenny has found and she looks at a picture of B.R. and says to him"My Mama never did like your family.I just don't understand her.She's really gotten honery in her old age."Outside the hall,the man that was just at Hell Hill hears Beth's voice,and walks into her office and takes off his cowboy hat and looks at Beth and says"Time has paused and you are still just as beautiful as ever."Beth is stunned as she looks up and yells"Floyd!What are you doing here?"Beth and Floyd hugs as Floyd asks Beth"I see Brock didn't move to Blue Ridge and the two of you have a nanny now."Beth looks at Floyd and tells him"Your brother never made the move to Blue Ridge.He was murdered about a year ago by Junior."Floyd Jackson is B.R.'s twin brother and Floyd looks at Beth and asks her"Junior killed Brock?"Beth looks at Floyd and says sadly"Yes he did and Xavier knows now about B.R. being his Father and my Mama knows about B.R. and I getting married shortly before his death."Floyd takes out a tissue and wipes his eyes as he starts to cry and tells Beth"I've felt like something has been wrong for some time.My heart has hurt and now I know the reason.I am glad to know he had you and Xavier in his last few years.I am disappointed though how his kids shunned him."Beth tells Floyd"I know the feeling but Ruth's in town and Ava has returned."Floyd's eyes widen as he asks"Ruth moved back to town?I'd never thought that would have happened."Beth tells him"She did and she doesn't know about B.R. and I exchanging vows nor does Xavier."Floyd shakes his head and reminds Beth"If I remember correctly,your son takes after my brother."Beth sighs"He does and B.R. was ready to tell him the truth,but Junior took away the chance."Floyd shakes his head in disgust and changes subjects and asks Beth"So how is Xavier?I heard from the nanny that he's in here?"Beth tells Floyd"Let's go visit him.He would love this."Floyd smiles and tells Beth"I have a lot to catch up on."Beth quips"Ever heard of phones or Internet?"Floyd stops and looks at Beth and says"I quit keeping up with modern technology when I sold my Construction business.All I do now is raise my horses out at my ranch."Beth laughs as they head to Xavier's room.
Meanwhile at Jazz,Allan is inside as he and Keith talk about the music business and Jermaine returns and looks at Keith and Allan quips at Jermaine"Looks like you've been shaken up a bit?"Jermaine rolls his eyes and tells Keith and Allan"I met Latoya Shane today.Turns out she's my daughter."Keith laughs"Now you have to deal with his wrath."Jermaine tells Keith"Latoya doesn't want anything to do with me.I think it may be best."Allan tells Jermaine"I found my daughter recently and it wasn't easy at the beginning,but in time we have formed a relationship.It's tough,but you have to make the effort.You have to prove to her you want to be there for her."Keith looks at Allan and laughs"You got a daughter too?Damn you must have got around as much as we did back in the day."Allan tells them"The business can build you and destroy you.That's why I disappeared.I couldn't deal with it anymore.But I am ready to make my comeback."Keith tells Allan"I haven't heard from Rich yet.He seems to have disappeared."Allan tells Keith and Jermaine"I called him the other day and didn't get in touch with him."Keith tells Allan"After you left the game,he went solo and had success for many years.He was a real sellout."Jermaine is silent and Keith yells at Jermaine"Stop worrying about Latoya!She don't want you around,then don't worry about it!Think about all the cash we're about to make!"Jermaine yells at Keith"I have a conscience Keith!Allan is right and I need to be there for her!Your Father's right.I owe her and I intend to make up for not being there."Jermaine leaves and Allan checks his phone and sees a missed call from Olivia and tells Keith"I'm headed back home.When are you planning to have the grand opening?"Keith tell him"Tomorrow night.I'm going to see what's up with Rich because something doesn't add up."Allan looks at Keith and tells him"I was successful before Rich,and I can be successful without Rich.We're going to be the new hot spot in Adam's Landing after tomorrow!"Allan heads out and Keith shakes his head and says to himself"Allan James has settled down,wow."He them makes a phone call and tells them"I want you to come down here.I need some information."
At The Farm,Ruth returns and finds Frank,Bree,and Summer sitting in the living room as Ruth asks"Has any of you heard from Floyd yet?"Frank looks at his Mother and laughs"You're nose is still itching isn't it?"Ruth tells them"Every time it does,Floyd comes to town and I haven't seen him for over 20 years."Frank tells his Mother"Uncle Floyd didn't come to town when Daddy passed away and I didn't know how to get in touch with him.Daddy was the only one who had his number and we know how Uncle Floyd is."Bree and Summer are curious and asks Ruth and Frank"Isn't Uncle Floyd Grandpa's twin brother?"Frank tells them"He is.He and I were similar.We made it on our own and he was an innovator in the construction business.He worked on the interstates and he and Daddy did some work together as well.He would come around often until he retired and closed himself off from the world."Ruth sighs and says"He never got over Helen.Last time I heard from him,he was out west,living on a huge horse ranch."Frank sighs and tells them"I have been so tempted to look for him but I haven't known where to start.Daddy and I never did speak much and he was the only one who knew where Uncle Floyd was."Ruth tells her family"He is going to be upset when he finds out about B.R.."Meanwhile Bree asks everyone"Who'd like to go to dinner at The Sunset Club?Jackson Inc acquired Emery's today and Ava and Winston are throwing a celebratory dinner."Summer tells her sister"I think I'd just like to stay here.I'm not ready to go out yet."Ruth and Frank also turns down Bree's offer as they tell her"We're going to sit this one out.With Floyd being in town,and with what's happened to Summer,we just want to be with her."Summer tells her Grandmother and Uncle"The two of you don't have to stay here on my account."Ruth tells Summer"I don't want you to be alone right now sweetie."Frank tells Bree"You go and enjoy yourself.This will make Xavier feel better about the Emery's acquisition and I would just like to take it easy a bit.It's not often this time of year there isn't a race."Bree understands and hugs her family and heads to her room to get dressed.

Meanwhile,Allan arrives at Allison's apartment and finds Olivia there with Allison ans Cale and Olivia asks Allan"Where have you been today?"Allan tells Olivia"I've been down at Jazz with Keith and Jermaine.They're planning to open tomorrow night."Olivia asks Allan"Have you gotten in touch with Rich yet about reuniting the band?"Allan shakes his head and tells her"I haven't heard anything from him."Olivia hugs Allan and tells him"Daddy left town.I just called the airport and his flight has taken off."Allison tells her Mother"It isn't like he's moving to another country he's only in Southpoint Beach."Olivia sighs and tells her daughter"I know Ally,but Desi took him away from his family and I just hope wherever she is,she stays there."Cale quips"I doubt we'll ever see her again!"Olivia looks at them and says"She'd be really stupid to try to come back to town after all she and her family has done.I just hate her!"Allan holds Olivia as she is emotional and tells Allan"I feel so bad for my Daddy after all he's endured due to her selfishness."Allan assures Olivia"She's gone now.Don't worry about her."Allison and Cale agree and Olivia tells them"I'll try,but if she shows up in Adam's Landing again,I'll kill her!"Allan tells Olivia"I think you need to relax.Let's go home."Olivia and Allan leaves,and Cale looks at Allison and asks"Want to start where we left off earlier?"Allison and Cale head to the bedroom and begin to make love.

At City Hospital,Beth is taken back as Tenny shows her a piece of paper and a photo,which is a wedding certificate and photo of Beth and B.R.Beth looks at her Mother and asks her in a surprised,scared tone"Where did you find this Mama?"Tenny tells her daughter"I went over to Hell Hill today and found it!You married B.R?"Beth is quiet and tells her Mother"It wasn't.."Tenny lets loose and yells"I know the two of you produced Xavier.I know he was coming to Blue Ridge often while I was away in Monaco.What's with the attraction to the Jackson name Beth?"Beth rolls her eyes and calmly tells her Mother"B.R. and I didn't get married because of sex or anything that may be going through your mind Mama!He was lonely and he needed a friend."Tenny quips"Hell,he was the most powerful man in Adam's Landing!He could have paid for one."Beth gets frustrated and yells"This was between B.R. and I!Only one other person knows about this and don't you dare use this to hurt Ruth!"Tenny looks at Beth and lights a cigarette and shakes her head and sighs with disgust"I found out from his son,he's in jail right now.And I'm going to hang onto this until trial time comes around."Beth looks at Tenny and warns her"You give me that marriage certificate and photo Mama."Tenny looks at Beth and tells her daughter"I will when I'm damn well ready!"Tenny storms out and Beth yells"Damnit!"

At Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse,Ciarra walks inside and sees her sister pacing the floor,smoking a cigarette and reading B.R. and Beth's wedding certificate and Tenny looks at Ciarra and yells"Do you see this?"Ciarra responds"A piece of paper Tennessee?"Tenny yells"A wedding certificate!"Beth is a widow!She married B.R.!"Ciarra looks at it and looks at her sister and warns her"You need to back off Tennessee!Beth is a grown woman and what concern is it of yours about B.R. and Beth being married?"Tenny looks at Ciarra and asks her with red in her eyes"Did you know about this?You better tell me the truth!"Ciarra rolls her eyes and tells her sister"I didn't know about it and I'm not going to lose sleep over it.You need to get the hell over it and back off!"Tenny snarls"I don't know what it is about the Jackson men,they see Beth and they all go into heat!"Ciarra says to Tenny"Shut up Tennessee!If you push this,you'll lose Beth!The Jackson family are not bad people and you need to loosen the hell up on them."Tenny snaps"The only ones that ever had brains are Xavier and Ava!"Ciarra looks at Tenny and sighs and advises her sister"I am going out in a little while with Winston and Ava.Jackson Inc now owns Emery's and I will be helping Ava run the company.You need to get the hell over this and fast!"Ciarra goes to her bedroom as Tenny sits at the kitchen table and hisses"The hell I'll get over it.My son in law was old enough to be my damn brother!"Damn Beth!Where did I go wrong?"

At City Hospital,Beth arrives in Xavier's room,as Sully,Jared and Leigh are there and Xavier is awake and Beth tells Xavier,as she checks his blood count"You are improving quickly.I think you may get to leave tomorrow from here."Everyone smiles as Beth leaves quickly and all of them look at each other as Xavier asks Leigh,Sully,and Jared,"Did any of you notice something off about her?"Sully responds"Something is bothering her."Xavier takes a deep breath and tells them"She is hiding something.My Mother is the first lady of secrets."Meanwhile,Beth bumps into Terrance in the hallway and Terrance asks Beth"Are you alright?"Beth is silent as she heads to her office and Terrance looks at Beth with a curious look as Sassy walks up to Terrance and asks"What's up with Beth?"Terrance tells her"That's a good question."Beth returns to her office and opens her desk and stares at a ring and she looks up and grabs a cup and throws it across the office and shakes her head in disgust over her Mother.Meanwhile at Hell Hill,Latoya,Rashad,and Sayyid are in the nursery as they play with Gracie and Xavier Jr and Latoya tells them"I'm going downstairs to get some milk for them."Downstairs,a man walks inside Hell Hill and stands there and looks around silently.Latoya comes downstairs and sees the man and drops Gracie and Xavier Jr's bottles,as she points to B.R.'s portrait and looks at the man standing before her and the man,who's wearing a white cowboy hat,white button-up shirt,and blue jeans and looks at Latoya with a suspicious look,and tips his hat and asks her"Who are you?"

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 160. The Next Phase

At City Hospital,Winston arrives in Xavier's room as Sully is sitting next to her Father and Winston tells Xavier"Here's the deed to my Island.I also brought you some photos as well."Xavier and Sully looks at the photos and are in awe and Xavier asks Winston"How much are you going to sell this for?Winston gives Xavier the deed and tells him humbly"It's free.I don't want a dime for this.After all you've done for me Xavier,this is my way of saying thank you."Xavier is shocked,as is Sully as they are both speechless as Winston tells Xavier"You showed me many truths with Chant,and you and I are both similar and I'm glad that we're friends now.This will be of more use to you,than it will be for me."Xavier reads everything over and is silent as Sully hugs Winston and tells him"I never thought I'd be able to say I liked you,but now I can."Winston looks at Sully and tells her"You have made Jared happy,and you carry my son's heart inside of you.I'm honored that you're a part of my family."Meanwhile in Beth's office,Beth sits at her desk as she is going over Xavier's paperwork,and Tenny arrives and smiles at her daughter and says"How are you my sweet Beth?"Beth tells her Mother"I am fine,tired after staying all night at the hospital,but it's my job."Tenny then asks Beth"How is Xavier?"Beth tells her"His blood count is close to normal and he should be released in a few more days."Tenny then looks at Beth and tells her"Walk over here to your Mama.I need a hug."Beth walks over and Tenny slaps her daughter and shows her a picture and a piece of paper and tells her daughter in a stern tone"Explain this to me!"

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 159. The Future And The Past
It's evening time in Adam's Landing and at City Hospital,Xavier is in his room,as Leigh sits by his bedside,as Sully,Jared,Ava,Winston,and Burt are in his room as Ava tells Xavier"I've made sure nobody knows about your AVM rupture and I'm going to work full time at Jackson Inc."Xavier asks his sister"I thought you were going to help Sully with Class?"Sully looks at her Aunt as Ava tells all of them"I just can't go back down there again.I don't want to re-live the moment my son was killed."Sully looks at Ava and tells her"I understand your reasons.I am a bit nervous myself about going back to work,but I plan to as soon as my Daddy gets well."Leigh tells them"I plan to get back into the working world full time and work with Sully and I think Tenny and Ciarra are going to stay on board as well.Class will thrive."Ava smiles and says"Yes it will."Xavier tells everyone"The only thing I want is to see Chant and Junior pay for all the hell they have caused and I mean pay!"Leigh sternly tells her husband"You worry about getting well.Chant,Junior and his minion are sitting in jail and Bobby's got everything taken care of."Winston tells Xavier"I turned them in as soon as you collapsed.They are being held without bail and since your family practically runs Adam's Landing,I think you have nothing to worry about."Leigh meanwhile turns to Sully and tells her"As for you,I want you to worry about recovering also.Don't rush yourself back to work."Xavier and everyone else agrees as Sully tells them"I am feeling better and the anti-rejection medicine is helping.With Gran and Aunt Ciarra,and my Mom,everything will work out fine."Beth walks into the room and overhears the discussion of "work" and tells her son and granddaughter"Both of you need to get well before thinking of heading back into the working world.Especially you Xavier."Xavier looks at everyone and tells them"I have made a decision about that one.I am taking a break from work for awhile."Leigh is stunned as Xavier looks at his wife and says"You and I have never taken that honeymoon yet and I think it will be just what we need."Beth agrees and Sully asks her Father"What about Gracie and Little X?"Leigh asks the same question and Xavier answers"They are coming with us.We're leaving town for awhile once I get well."Beth checks Xavier's blood count and tells everyone"He's getting better.The procedure worked."Winston tells Xavier"I think I know a great place for you to escape to once you're released."Xavier asks"And where is that?"Winston tells Xavier"I'm selling my island in the tropics.I am moving to Adam's Landing permanently.Ava and I are getting re-married."Xavier is shocked as Ava tells them"We're also looking to buy ourselves an estate close to Hell Hill also.Close to home."Burt tells Ava"I'll take your home,I'd like to move out of my house."Winston tells Burt"It's yours.Ava and I are going to leave and make plans and tomorrow I'll have your deed ready Xavier."Burt tells his friend"You get well Xavier.Everything will be fine while you're out of town."They leave and Jared tells Leigh,Sully,Xavier,and Beth"That was a surprise.My Grandfather has really changed."Sully quips"He has.Who'd ever believed that one."Everyone agrees as Beth tells Leigh"I'm staying here tonight with Xavier.You go back home and Sully,you and Jared go back to your Penthouse.I want some alone time with my son."Leigh kisses her husband as Xavier assures his wife and daughter"I'll be fine.You guys go home."Sully hugs her Father and they head out as Beth tells her son"It's smart that you're leaving town.You need to focus on you."Xavier looks at his Mother and tells her"For once I think I can leave Adam's Landing and not worry about something happening while I'm gone."
At Hell Hill,Aretha,Willie,Sayyid,Terrance,and Sassy arrives as Latoya and Rashad has called them over.Aretha looks at Latoya and says"You are glowing."Willie observes the same thing as Rashad tells them"I'm about to be a Father.Latoya's pregnant."Sassy hugs her daughter as Aretha,Willie,and Sayyid looks at each other with a look of fear and Rashad asks them"What is going on with yall?I would think you all would be excited by the news."Aretha looks at Sassy and asks her"Have you ever told your daughter about her Father?"Sayyid sits back as Terrance steps in and tells his sister"I found out Latoya was pregnant the other day and informed Sassy about it."Latoya looks at them and then asks her Mother"What are you keeping from me Mom?"Sassy takes a deep breath and tells her daughter"Terrance told me out of concern Latoya.I had thought your Father was Aretha and Terrance's cousin,Keith Ross."Rashad and Latoya are both shocked and Latoya angrily yells"You knew all these years and never told me?"Sassy tries to explain to Latoya about what happened and Latoya looks at her Mother and tells her"My favorite singer is my Father.And you never mentioned it."Terrance steps in as Sayyid,Willie,and Aretha are shocked and Terrance tells everyone"I had a DNA test done and it turns out that Jermaine Watts is your Father Latoya."Aretha,Willie,and Sayyid breathes a huge sigh of relief,as Sassy tells Latoya about what happened years ago and Latoya says to her Mother"You never knew?"Sassy responds"When I used to hear you sing,I thought that was a Ross trait since Keith was a singer.But Jermaine was also at one time."Sassy explains the story to Latoya,as Rashad holds her and Latoya gets furious and says with disgust in her voice"He never even looked for me.My Father left us poor and you had to work 7 days a week to make ends meet.That bastard deserves to get his due."Rashad gently tells Latoya"I grew up without a Father myself.I know what it's like.But our child will have two parents who loves them and will always be there."Aretha looks at her brother meanwhile and tells him"You should have told me Terrance."Terrance looks at Aretha and says"I wanted to make sure first before confirming it.I remember Keith bragging about his one nighter years ago and it made me sick.Talking about how Sassy was his trophy girl and all that."Sayyid shakes his head in disgust and says"Fame really got to him.I blame myself for his ways.I never liked white people much and Keith got famous and cut his family off and sold out."Willie looks at her brother and tells him"I know you believe differently than I do Clem,but I know you taught your children well."Sayyid tells his sister"Keith's the only child I have left after my Wife,Son and baby girl were killed years ago."Willie looks at Sayyid and tells him"You did the best you could.Fame can destroy someone or money.Just look at Desi Lane."Everyone agrees with Willie as Sayyid tells everyone"I'm going to see to it Jermaine is there for his daughter."Rashad agrees with his Great-Uncle and they make a pact to pay Jermaine a visit.Latoya tells them"If anyone is going to visit him,it's going to be me!"Meanwhile Leigh,Sully,and Jared walks inside and Aretha hugs Latoya and tells her"I think you'll be an excellent Mother."Aretha and Willie leaves and offers their support to Leigh,Sully,and Jared on their way out.Terrance asks Leigh"I'd think you'd be at the hospital?"Leigh tells him"Beth told us to go home.She's staying with him tonight."Terrance quips"When she says something,you better follow order."Leigh and Sully laughs and Leigh tells Latoya"You go home and be with your Mom tonight.Sully and I are staying here with the babies."Sassy,Latoya,and Rashad heads out and Sayyid tells then"Xavier hired me to stay here and I am going nowhere."Leigh smiles as she heads upstairs with Sully and Jared following."Terrance meanwhile looks at his Uncle and tells him"I'm glad you're back in town Uncle Clem."Sayyid hugs his nephew and tells him"You've made yourself a success and you've saved many lives.I'm honored that you're a part of my family."Terrance humbly says to his Uncle"I'm just glad you're back in town."Terrance leaves and Sayyid sits on the couch as he says to himself"Keith and Jermaine are about to learn some things about family."
Meanwhile,Ruth,Frank,Bree,and Summer has returned to The Farm and Summer tells them"I'm surprised Xavier didn't go off on me when he saw me."Ruth reminds her"He's recovering right now.He's lucky to be alive."Frank tells them"I plan to be there for him and his family through all of this."Ruth looks at her son and asks"I noticed you and Beth didn't speak at the hospital?"Frank tells his Mother"I don't know if we will ever get back together.She made me choose and I made my choice and she made her choice."Ruth reminds him"Ava took Winston back Frank.Beth could take you back down the road.Just give it some time."The phone rings and Bree goes to answer it and says to her Grandmother"It's Davis Lane."Ruth answers and tells Davis"After all you've been through,it's yours.We'll meet tomorrow and settle everything."Ruth hangs up and Bree asks"What was Michael's Grandfather doing calling you?"Ruth tells everyone"I'm selling my condo in Southpoint Beach.Davis is buying it since he's leaving town."Summer meanwhile heads to her room to go to bed and Frank tells his Mother"What are your plans since you're selling the condo?"Ruth tells Frank and Bree"I am going to be here for my family.I want to help Leigh with Gracie and Xavier Jr.I also want to see my son and grandson get what's coming to them."Bree assures her Grandmother"You know that Bobby will see to that.He is the DA now."Ruth smiles and says"We have many things to be thankful for.Xavier's going to survive,and Brock Jr and Tommy will finally be where they belong!"Everyone agrees as they all turn in for the night.
Tenny and Ciarra meanwhile has returned to their Penthouse and Precious runs into his room as Tenny tells her sister"I'm glad Xavier's going to live."Ciarra looks at Tenny and asks her"Are you still thinking about what Brock Jr told you in that Storm Shelter Tennessee?"Tenny sits at the kitchen table and lights a cigarette and tells Ciarra"I was gone for many years and I know how well all of you are with your secrets."Ciarra rolls her eyes and tells Tenny"I don't believe Beth and B.R. were ever married.You need to be more worried about Xavier.He's got a long road ahead of him."Tenny looks at her sister and says to her"I just can't forget what he said.Beth has always been secretive.She did keep that bitch Desi in that coma,though she should have killed her."Ciarra looks at Tenny and tells her"You won't give up until you find out the truth will you?"Tenny takes a puff and tells Ciarra"Beth's my Daughter and I know when she's keeping something from me.I feel it!"Ciarra looks at Tenny and tells her"I'm going to bed and get a good night's rest now that everything is fine and Xavier's going to make it.You should too."Ciarra heads to her bedroom,as Tenny looks at Precious and tells him"I'm going to find out the truth one way or another."
At Olivia's House,Olivia,Allan,Cale,Allison,and Davis are in the living room as Davis tells Olivia"I'm meeting with Ruth Jackson in the morning and I'm buying her condo in Southpoint Beach.Virginia and I were planning to move to the beach anyway before Desi put us in that home."Olivia looks at her Father and tells him"I really wish you'd stay here Daddy."Davis hugs his Daughter and tells her"I have nothing left her Olivia.You got a beautiful daughter and I am proud of you.I am ready to move on and you and Allan and Allison and Cale will have a place to come visit when you want to get out of town."Cale tells everyone"I've been down there before.I think Allison and I will be there before you know it."Davis tells Cale"And you are more than welcome to it.I am glad that Allison has found a great man in her life like you."Allison tells her Grandfather"I wish I could have known my Grandmother more than I did.After all you've told us tonight,she sounds like an incredible woman."Davis sheds a tear and tells Allison"She was.She met you when you were born.We flew out to Pittman to visit your Mom and Charles and she got to see you.She spoke of you often Allison and I know she would be proud of all you've accomplished,as I am."Allison hugs her Grandfather,as Olivia tells Allan"I wish it was Desi that would leave Adam's Landing instead of my Daddy.I really wish Beth had of killed her when she had the chance."Allan laughs"Beth and my Mother both would like to do her in.Knowing her,she will get hers."Olivia tells Allan"I think I'll just enjoy what I have and feel satisfied knowing that all the bad things she's ever done is coming back on her."Cale and Allison gets ready to leave and Olivia,Allan,and Davis hugs them and Davis tells Allison"You come to Southpoint Beach soon."Cale tells Davis"I think it will be sooner than you think Mr.Lane."Davis puts his hands on Cale's shoulders and tells him"Call me Davis.I've been treated like an old man too long."Cale and Allison returns to their apartment and Davis tells Olivia and Allan"I'm going to bed.I plan to leave town tomorrow once everything is finalized."Olivia hugs her Father and tells him"I really wish you would stay here but I'm not going to tell you what to do."Davis smiles,as he heads upstairs to bed and Olivia and Allan sits back on the couch and they give each other a kiss as Allan tells Olivia"I'm grateful that you helped my Big Sis save Xavier."Olivia looks at him and says"It's why I became a doctor and your sister taught me everything I know."They snuggle up next to each other as she kisses Allan and he returns the kiss as they head upstairs.
Meanwhile at Hell Hill,Leigh,Sully,and Jared are in the nursery with Gracie and Xavier Jr and Leigh tells them"Your Daddy is going to be fine and everything will be fine in the world again.Sully looks at her sister and brother and tells Jared"I wish Daddy would have let us stay with him tonight."Jared tells his wife"Your Grandmother wanted some time with him.She deserves that."Leigh tells them"I'm thankful X will live and he's finally planning to slow down a bit."Jared asks Leigh"Have you ever seen Winston's Island?"Leigh replies"I haven't."Jared tells her"That place is paradise.I am amazed how much he's changed over the last month."Sully replies"I know it.I used to despise him,but I'm warming up to him."Leigh tells them"When someone has been as close to death as Winston has as well as Xavier and you too Sully,it does change you.Some change for the better,and some change for the worse."Sully tells all of them"Things seem normal again."Jared tells Sully"I agree.You want to go back home."Sully looks at her Mother,and Leigh tells them"Sayyid's here.I'm alright.I'd like to spend some time with Gracie and Little X by myself.You two go home."Sully hugs her Mother and they head to their Penthouse,as Leigh picks up Gracie and Xavier Jr and sits in her rocking chair and holds her babies and tells them"Your Daddy is going to survive."
At City Hospital,Xavier is in his room asleep and Desi arrives and looks through the window and notices he's alone and walks inside.She looks at him and has a flashback to their youth,and the good times and tells him"I've always loved you X.."Beth walks into the room and sees Desi and grabs her by the back of her blouse and drags her into the hall and Desi looks at Beth and says"I wanted to say goodbye to your son.I heard he was dying."Beth pins Desi against the wall and quietly and sternly tells her"Xavier has a family Desi.You only caused him trouble.I seriously don't understand why you would even show up here after all the hell you have caused him and our family."Desi reminds Beth angrily"You were the main reason Xavier and I were never together.It's your fault Beth!"Beth takes a deep breath and coldly warns Desi"I read The Exposer and you and your children were nothing but scum.I have no regrets over what I did years ago and if I knew what I know now,I'd never let you near my son."Desi shrieks"We had a daughter together Beth!"Beth responds"And If I had of known it was his,I'd made damn sure you were never around her.Xavier has everything he needs now and you have NOTHING!"Desi looks at Beth with tears in her eyes as Beth warns Desi"You stay the hell away from my family Desi Barr!If you don't,I'll be the first in line to kill you!"Beth points at the elevator and tells Desi"Now get lost!And leave my family alone!"Beth walks back into Xavier's room and Xavier awakens and asks"Was that Desi?"Beth checks Xavier's vitals and blood count and tells him"It was and I told her to leave.You're improving."Xavier looks at his Mother and tells her"You should have killed her."Beth quips"I should have,but you got Leigh and two beautiful twins and your Princess and a family that loves you.You have exactly what you need."Xavier smiles as he closes his eyes and goes back to sleep.Desi meanwhile stands outside City Hospital and stands silently as she reflects on everything,and makes a phone call and tells them"I want the first ticket out of Adam's Landing tonight."Desi leaves and heads to Adam's Landing International Airport,with a look of defeat,knowing she has lost,and that she has no chance of redemption.

At Olivia's House,Olivia,Allan,Cale,Allison,and Davis are in the living room as Davis tells Olivia"I'm meeting with Ruth Jackson in the morning and I'm buying her condo in Southpoint Beach.Virginia and I were planning to move to the beach anyway before Desi put us in that home."Olivia looks at her Father and tells him"I really wish you'd stay here Daddy."Davis hugs his Daughter and tells her"I have nothing left her Olivia.You got a beautiful daughter and I am proud of you.I am ready to move on and you and Allan and Allison and Cale will have a place to come visit when you want to get out of town."Cale tells everyone"I've been down there before.I think Allison and I will be there before you know it."Davis tells Cale"And you are more than welcome to it.I am glad that Allison has found a great man in her life like you."Allison tells her Grandfather"I wish I could have known my Grandmother more than I did.After all you've told us tonight,she sounds like an incredible woman."Davis sheds a tear and tells Allison"She was.She met you when you were born.We flew out to Pittman to visit your Mom and Charles and she got to see you.She spoke of you often Allison and I know she would be proud of all you've accomplished,as I am."Allison hugs her Grandfather,as Olivia tells Allan"I wish it was Desi that would leave Adam's Landing instead of my Daddy.I really wish Beth had of killed her when she had the chance."Allan laughs"Beth and my Mother both would like to do her in.Knowing her,she will get hers."Olivia tells Allan"I think I'll just enjoy what I have and feel satisfied knowing that all the bad things she's ever done is coming back on her."Cale and Allison gets ready to leave and Olivia,Allan,and Davis hugs them and Davis tells Allison"You come to Southpoint Beach soon."Cale tells Davis"I think it will be sooner than you think Mr.Lane."Davis puts his hands on Cale's shoulders and tells him"Call me Davis.I've been treated like an old man too long."Cale and Allison returns to their apartment and Davis tells Olivia and Allan"I'm going to bed.I plan to leave town tomorrow once everything is finalized."Olivia hugs her Father and tells him"I really wish you would stay here but I'm not going to tell you what to do."Davis smiles,as he heads upstairs to bed and Olivia and Allan sits back on the couch and they give each other a kiss as Allan tells Olivia"I'm grateful that you helped my Big Sis save Xavier."Olivia looks at him and says"It's why I became a doctor and your sister taught me everything I know."They snuggle up next to each other as she kisses Allan and he returns the kiss as they head upstairs.
Meanwhile at Hell Hill,Leigh,Sully,and Jared are in the nursery with Gracie and Xavier Jr and Leigh tells them"Your Daddy is going to be fine and everything will be fine in the world again.Sully looks at her sister and brother and tells Jared"I wish Daddy would have let us stay with him tonight."Jared tells his wife"Your Grandmother wanted some time with him.She deserves that."Leigh tells them"I'm thankful X will live and he's finally planning to slow down a bit."Jared asks Leigh"Have you ever seen Winston's Island?"Leigh replies"I haven't."Jared tells her"That place is paradise.I am amazed how much he's changed over the last month."Sully replies"I know it.I used to despise him,but I'm warming up to him."Leigh tells them"When someone has been as close to death as Winston has as well as Xavier and you too Sully,it does change you.Some change for the better,and some change for the worse."Sully tells all of them"Things seem normal again."Jared tells Sully"I agree.You want to go back home."Sully looks at her Mother,and Leigh tells them"Sayyid's here.I'm alright.I'd like to spend some time with Gracie and Little X by myself.You two go home."Sully hugs her Mother and they head to their Penthouse,as Leigh picks up Gracie and Xavier Jr and sits in her rocking chair and holds her babies and tells them"Your Daddy is going to survive."
At City Hospital,Xavier is in his room asleep and Desi arrives and looks through the window and notices he's alone and walks inside.She looks at him and has a flashback to their youth,and the good times and tells him"I've always loved you X.."Beth walks into the room and sees Desi and grabs her by the back of her blouse and drags her into the hall and Desi looks at Beth and says"I wanted to say goodbye to your son.I heard he was dying."Beth pins Desi against the wall and quietly and sternly tells her"Xavier has a family Desi.You only caused him trouble.I seriously don't understand why you would even show up here after all the hell you have caused him and our family."Desi reminds Beth angrily"You were the main reason Xavier and I were never together.It's your fault Beth!"Beth takes a deep breath and coldly warns Desi"I read The Exposer and you and your children were nothing but scum.I have no regrets over what I did years ago and if I knew what I know now,I'd never let you near my son."Desi shrieks"We had a daughter together Beth!"Beth responds"And If I had of known it was his,I'd made damn sure you were never around her.Xavier has everything he needs now and you have NOTHING!"Desi looks at Beth with tears in her eyes as Beth warns Desi"You stay the hell away from my family Desi Barr!If you don't,I'll be the first in line to kill you!"Beth points at the elevator and tells Desi"Now get lost!And leave my family alone!"Beth walks back into Xavier's room and Xavier awakens and asks"Was that Desi?"Beth checks Xavier's vitals and blood count and tells him"It was and I told her to leave.You're improving."Xavier looks at his Mother and tells her"You should have killed her."Beth quips"I should have,but you got Leigh and two beautiful twins and your Princess and a family that loves you.You have exactly what you need."Xavier smiles as he closes his eyes and goes back to sleep.Desi meanwhile stands outside City Hospital and stands silently as she reflects on everything,and makes a phone call and tells them"I want the first ticket out of Adam's Landing tonight."Desi leaves and heads to Adam's Landing International Airport,with a look of defeat,knowing she has lost,and that she has no chance of redemption.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 158. Sunlight
In the OR at City Hospital,Beth,Terrance,Olivia,and Sassy are down there as Beth tells them as Xavier is temporarily out"This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.I am going to pray that this can be taken care of quickly and swiftly.I can't lose my son."Terrance,Olivia,and Sassy assures Beth as they are about to start the procedure,which a small camera will go inside of Xavier to see the severity of the AVM rupture"His blood count is down but he's hanging in there."Beth strokes her son's face and tells them"He's the toughest person I know.He doesn't give up."They begin the procedure and all are silent as they know what's at stake.
In the Waiting Room upstairs,Leigh and Sully sits by Tenny as Ciarra arrives and everyone in the room begins to reflect on Xavier and their relationship with him over the years.Tenny tells Leigh and Sully"When he was young,he'd spend the summers with J.D. and I and even then he went by his own rules."Sully asks her Great-Grandmother"So Daddy was a wild child?"Allan tells everyone with a laugh"That was me!I was the one that was the rebel."Tenny sits back and begins to tell her favorite memory of Xavier as a child,telling them"He used to tell J.D. and I that one day he was going to be the most powerful man in the world.Nobody would be able to stop him.He was so full of life."Ciarra laughs and says"Since Tennessee could never cook to save her life,he would run over to my house every morning and Lily would be at school,and Jacob and I would be at the breakfast table,and Xavier would walk in and sit down silently and look at the orange juice and ask for my pancakes."Sully smiles and says"I remember doing that as well.He and I were always over at you and Uncle Jacob's every morning."Ciarra puts her hand on Sully's shoulder and says with a smile"Yes you were.The two of you kept things vibrant at The Sullivan Estate."Leigh tells them"He has always treated me like a queen.The moment I first seen him,we knew it was forever."Tenny says gently"The Sullivan Love Leigh.Xavier took after our side of the family when it came to love and fidelity."Tenny looks over at Frank and says with a dismissive tone"At least he picked up the good traits from our families."Frank tells them"I just wish I had of been there for him more than I was.He and I were two different people and he was quiet.He'd spend so much time at Hell Hill that he was hardly ever at The Farm with Beth and I."Bree laughs and says"He was always quiet.He never did say much."Sully tells all of them"Daddy has always been a quiet person.When I was a little girl,he would always talk to me.I remember when he first saw my artwork and he started to cry.I asked him why he was crying and he told me,Princess you remind me so much of your Mother."Leigh holds Sully close as Cale and Allison are silent as they are listening to the trip down memory lane with Tenny,Ciarra,Leigh,Sully,Frank,and Bree all reflecting and all of them are staying optimistic,as Sully reminds them"Daddy has survived a lot.He will make it.I know he will."
At the ALPD,Chant is brought into the visitation room,as Jared stands in there and Chant looks at his son and tells him with a smile"Are you here to finally show some family loyalty?"Jared is angry and punches his Father in the face,knocking him to the floor and tells him"I always knew you were twisted and out for yourself,but you went too far!"Chant looks at Jared and tells him"You had Foodstar,so I wanted Class.Your Grandmother.."Jared slams Chant against the wall and with tears in his eyes yells"I almost lost my wife over what that witch did!Your scheme cost everyone something!"Chant tells his son"I see you and your Grandfather are still drinking the Jackson Moonshine?"Jared yells"Xavier and Grandfather have been more of a family to me than you ever were Chant!"Chant yells angrily"It's Father you ungrateful bastard!Had I not of found you,you would never be where you are!"Jared reminds him"It was Grandfather that made you look for me!I will never forgive you for the pain you have caused Sully and I and our family!"Chant looks at Jared coldly and tells him"If I knew you were the person you are,I'd left you with that nutcase you call Mom.I'm ashamed that you're my son."Jared looks at his Father and tells him"I hope you rot in here.You deserve it Chant!"Chant yells"That's right,call me by my first name.You are a failure."Jared turns around as he walks out and tells him"The failure is you!"Jared heads back to City Hospital,as Chant is carried back to his cell.
Meanwhile at Hell Hill,Latoya is watching Gracie and Xavier Jr,as well as Precious,as Ciarra left him in her care and Rashad arrives with a box of chocolates and Latoya looks at him and says in a flirting tone"You know how to make a woman feel good.I was craving this."Rashad puts his arms around Latoya and kisses her and says"And I was craving that."Latoya laughs and reminds Rashad"I do have a job here and Ms.Sullivan's dog is here too and he scares me."Rashad looks at Precious and he growls at the two of them and Rashad looks at Latoya and says"I remember you telling me once that you were bit by a dog when you were a kid?"Latoya looks at Precious and says"It was a Doberman like that beast sitting on the couch watching Soap Operas."Rashad looks at Precious as does Latoya and Rashad comments"I notice he only growls during the commerical breaks.I think he's more interested in The Restless Ones than us."Latoya looks at Precious as he stares intently at the TV as the soap is on and he is quiet and laughs"I've never seen a dog like that in my life."Rashad holds Latoya and says"I'd only worry when the talk shows come on.Then he'll likely get mad.I'll stay here and protect you."Latoya kisses Rashad as they walk upstairs,as Precious watches TV and another commerical comes on and he starts to growl and snarl."
At Class,Aretha,Willie,and Davis Lane are in the store as Davis walks around and tells them"I notice Sully Jackson has really fixed things up here.Looks nothing like it did when Desi was running it."Aretha tells Davis"Sully has done a great job with Class.It's about to go national."Davis looks around and reflects for a moment and tells them"Virginia and I never wanted to grow too much.We tried to keep things simple.Desi on the other hand.."Willie sighs and rolls her eyes and says"She destroyed this company.When she took over,she walked in here and told me I was fired simply because of my age,though I still think Rodney had a part to play in that."Davis looks at Willie and tells her"Rodney was a disgrace as was his family.Desi changed after she left town pregnant."Aretha tells Davis"Beth wasn't about to let her son raise a child she thought wasn't his."Davis asks Aretha"Is it true that Xavier may be dying?Olivia mentioned this morning he had a problem and it was life threatening."Aretha nods and tells him"Ava told me to keep it on the down low."Desi walks in and sees them and asks with tears"X is dying?"Willie,Aretha,and Davis turns around and looks at her with disgust as Willie walks up to Desi and sternly tells her"Get the hell out of here!"Desi looks at her Father and he tells Desi"You're not welcomed here."Aretha gets her phone out and quips"If you don't leave,then I'll call the ALPD and you'll be in jail again.What's it gonna be Desi?"Desi shrieks"This is MINE!"Sayyid meanwhile walks inside and sees Desi's tantrum,as he hears Willie and Aretha and grabs Desi's arm and tells her coldly"You heard them.Get the hell out of here."Aretha smiles as her Mother sees Sayyid for the first time in 15 years and is speechless as Desi yells at her Father"I did what was best!"Davis looks at Desi and tells his Daughter with tears in his eyes"You are not my daughter anymore Desi.Your Mother and I raised you better and we taught you right,and you stabbed us in the back.The Lane legacy here is over and as far as I'm concerned,I only have one child and one grandchild.You are nothing to me."Sayyid drags Desi to the door and Desi's frightened as Sayyid warns her"Don't you let me catch you around anyone I care about,or else I'll finish you off!"Desi leaves and Sayyid walks back inside as Willie looks at her brother and says"Clem?"Sayyid looks at his Oldest Sister and they have a tearful reunion as he gives Willie and Aretha a huge hug and Willie tells her brother"Welcome home Clem."Davis watches on with a smile as he tells them"This is a beautiful sight to see."Willie,Aretha,and Sayyid walks out of Class and heads to Hell Hill,as Rashad has left a text for Aretha,and Davis stands in the store he founded years ago and says with a smile"It's in good hands now."Davis heads out and heads to Olivia's house.
Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Burt is sitting in his office as Ava walks in with Winston and Burt asks Ava"Shouldn't you be at the hospital?"Ava tells Burt"I've been in Xavier's office today.I got everything taken care of in case the unthinkable happens to my Brother."Winston assures Ava"Xavier will be fine.Jared called me earlier and told me he is hanging in there."Ava tells them"After losing Jack,I am a realist,and I want everything to be ready in case something.."Winston stops Ava and puts his finger on her mouth as he knows she is scared and hiding it from everyone and tells her"Xavier Jackson isn't going to die!He's in the best hospital in the state and his Mother won't allow him to die."Ava hugs Winston and lays her head on his shoulder and says"I am praying he makes it but I just don't want to believe he's going to live and then something happens."Burt looks at Ava and tells her"When Xavier lived in Blue Ridge years ago,and he thought Leigh was dead,something similar happened and he made it.Ava your brother is Superman.You should know that by now."Winston smiles at his son and looks at Ava and tells her"Burt is right.Think positive Ava.He will make it."Ava looks at Winston and tells him"Winston,I need to tell you something."Winston asks"What is it Ava?"Ava wraps her arms around Winston and tells him"I thought that after all that happened in the past,that it was done but Winston,I love you.And it means so much to me that you are here for me."Winston looks into Ava's eyes as he softly tells her"Ava Jackson,you are the only woman I have ever truly loved.And I know the timing isn't right,but I want to ask you something?"Ava looks at Winston and Winston pulls a ring out of his pocket and asks Ava"Would you be my wife again?"Ava is speechless and kisses Winston and tells him"Yes Winston.I would be honored!"They embrace in a kiss as Burt watches on and tells them"I think the two of you are meant for each other."Winston tells his son,as he looks into Ava's eyes,as she's crying"You're absolutely right Burt.Ava is the only woman for me."Burt gets a phone call and tells Ava and Winston"Let's go down to City Hospital.Xavier's out of the OR."They all head out.
Back at City Hospital,Ruth has arrived with Summer and Sully embraces her as she tells Summer"I am here for you.I know what it's like to be violated like you were."Summer looks at Sully and tells her"Ava and Grandma told me about what happened to you."Jared arrives and he sees Summer but he runs to his wife and Sully gives him a kiss as The Jackson and Sullivan families are in the waiting room as Beth,Terrance,Olivia,and Sassy walks out into the waiting room and Beth tells all of them"Xavier had 2 AVMs on the lining of his stomach.We took care of one and we got the one that ruptured under control.His blood count is rising and we've received blood from all the hospitals in the state.It will take some time,but Xavier is going to survive!"Leigh and Sully hugs each other as both are relieved and Tenny,Ciarra,Beth,and Allan all hug and Ruth,Frank,Bree,and Summer hug as Olivia tells them"Go see him.He's awake."The family walks into Xavier's room and he sees his family together,as Leigh and Sully rush to his side and he looks at them and smiles and sees his family together and is quiet.Ava,Winston,and Burt walks into the room and Xavier starts to cry and tells his family,as Leigh and Sully holds his hands"I told you all I wasn't going anywhere."

Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Burt is sitting in his office as Ava walks in with Winston and Burt asks Ava"Shouldn't you be at the hospital?"Ava tells Burt"I've been in Xavier's office today.I got everything taken care of in case the unthinkable happens to my Brother."Winston assures Ava"Xavier will be fine.Jared called me earlier and told me he is hanging in there."Ava tells them"After losing Jack,I am a realist,and I want everything to be ready in case something.."Winston stops Ava and puts his finger on her mouth as he knows she is scared and hiding it from everyone and tells her"Xavier Jackson isn't going to die!He's in the best hospital in the state and his Mother won't allow him to die."Ava hugs Winston and lays her head on his shoulder and says"I am praying he makes it but I just don't want to believe he's going to live and then something happens."Burt looks at Ava and tells her"When Xavier lived in Blue Ridge years ago,and he thought Leigh was dead,something similar happened and he made it.Ava your brother is Superman.You should know that by now."Winston smiles at his son and looks at Ava and tells her"Burt is right.Think positive Ava.He will make it."Ava looks at Winston and tells him"Winston,I need to tell you something."Winston asks"What is it Ava?"Ava wraps her arms around Winston and tells him"I thought that after all that happened in the past,that it was done but Winston,I love you.And it means so much to me that you are here for me."Winston looks into Ava's eyes as he softly tells her"Ava Jackson,you are the only woman I have ever truly loved.And I know the timing isn't right,but I want to ask you something?"Ava looks at Winston and Winston pulls a ring out of his pocket and asks Ava"Would you be my wife again?"Ava is speechless and kisses Winston and tells him"Yes Winston.I would be honored!"They embrace in a kiss as Burt watches on and tells them"I think the two of you are meant for each other."Winston tells his son,as he looks into Ava's eyes,as she's crying"You're absolutely right Burt.Ava is the only woman for me."Burt gets a phone call and tells Ava and Winston"Let's go down to City Hospital.Xavier's out of the OR."They all head out.
Back at City Hospital,Ruth has arrived with Summer and Sully embraces her as she tells Summer"I am here for you.I know what it's like to be violated like you were."Summer looks at Sully and tells her"Ava and Grandma told me about what happened to you."Jared arrives and he sees Summer but he runs to his wife and Sully gives him a kiss as The Jackson and Sullivan families are in the waiting room as Beth,Terrance,Olivia,and Sassy walks out into the waiting room and Beth tells all of them"Xavier had 2 AVMs on the lining of his stomach.We took care of one and we got the one that ruptured under control.His blood count is rising and we've received blood from all the hospitals in the state.It will take some time,but Xavier is going to survive!"Leigh and Sully hugs each other as both are relieved and Tenny,Ciarra,Beth,and Allan all hug and Ruth,Frank,Bree,and Summer hug as Olivia tells them"Go see him.He's awake."The family walks into Xavier's room and he sees his family together,as Leigh and Sully rush to his side and he looks at them and smiles and sees his family together and is quiet.Ava,Winston,and Burt walks into the room and Xavier starts to cry and tells his family,as Leigh and Sully holds his hands"I told you all I wasn't going anywhere."
