   Back in Southpoint Beach,Beth,Tenny,and Olivia sit together as they smoke a joint as Beth tells her Mother and Olivia"There is more to this story than we know."Beth gets a text message from Aretha and Xavier and she motions for Tenny and Olivia as Beth watches a video on her phone and Beth tells them"Keith Ross had a drug overdose and it was laced."They watch a video of video surveillance inside Jazz and a woman walks inside the club and Beth tells Tenny and Olivia"That woman is Claudia's sister."Olivia asks"What's the connection?"Beth tells her"Connie Stone and Claudia were one in the same.Both were home wreckers,and both loved money."Beth shows them a video that Xavier sent and they watch Xavier's visit with Wade Issac and Tenny and Olivia are both silent as Beth tells them"Connie Stone worked at City Hospital years ago and I fired her after she was caught stealing medicine from the pharmacy.She is connected somehow to Rich."Tenny and Olivia are silent as they try to put the pieces together and the news comes on and Beth,Tenny,and Olivia have a look of dread and horror on their face as the newscaster reports"Rock Legend Allan James has been found dead in a motel room in Southpoint Beach from an apparent Suicide."At Rich's Condo,Rich and two men walks downstairs into the basement and Rich tells Allan"Your family knows you're fine now.And I am too."Rich tells the men"Take Allan on out of here."Allan slurs at Rich"You're going to pay for this Rich!"Rich tells Allan"Only you are paying.It's called a comeback Allan."Allan is carried out and Rich gets a phone call from Connie and she tells Rich"Wade has disappeared and we're in trouble."Rich yells"What kind of trouble?"Connie tells Rich"People are catching on."Rich throws the phone across the room.Meanwhile Connie hangs up the phone as she sits at the bar at The Farm and there's a knock at the door and she answers the door to find Winston and he tells Connie"I got something to show you."

  Back at City Hospital,Keith is admitted into a room and Sassy stays at his side,along with Jermaine as Aretha stands outside the room with Rashad and Latoya and tells them"I think the two of you should just head to the house.Keith will be fine and then we'll go from there."Latoya tells Aretha"I don't like drugs and he really scared me when he went at my Mom at Jazz after she knocked his cocaine in the floor."Aretha assures Latoya"I think something is going on with Keith and somebody's setting him up to fall."Latoya responds"Rich Carroll?"Aretha tells Latoya"That is my instinct as well as your Father's.Rich wants Keith's copyrights."In Keith's room,Sassy and Jermaine discuss Keith and Jermaine tells Sassy"I know that Keith's done cocaine on and off for some time.He was heavy on it back in the day.But I'm going to find out who the woman is that Keith has been seeing and then go from there."Sassy tells Jermaine"I'll be right here.Aretha can track down the woman."Jermaine quips"Aretha Evans can find out anything.We already know that."Both of them laugh for a moment as Jermaine heads out and sees Aretha and asks her"Do you know who's been seeing Keith?"Aretha looks at Jermaine,as Latoya and Rashad heads to Hell Hill,and tells him"A source told me he's seeing a white girl from Southpoint Beach."Aretha pulls out her tablet and shows Jermaine a video and he tells Aretha"That is Rich Carroll's mistress."Aretha has a look of horror and Terrance and Sayyid return and Terrance tells them"That Cocaine was laced with PCP and Oxycontin.This was a murder attempt."Aretha and Jermaine are horrified and Sayyid vows"The person that did this to Keith will die!That's a damn promise."Aretha shows her Uncle her tablet and Sayyid recognizes the face and tells them"I think I know how to get some answers."Sayyid leaves and Terrance recieves a text meanwhile from Beth,who's in Southpoint Beach and Terrance tells his Sister and Jermaine"We're about to get some answers."In Southpoint Beach,Beth,Tenny,and Olivia are in a suite as they discuss strategy and Beth tells her Mother and Olivia"Keith Ross had a drug overdose and Terrance told me it was a murder attempt."Tenny lights up a joint and Olivia is scared as she fears the worst and there's a knock at the door and Beth walks up to answer the door and it's Rich,and Beth,Tenny,and Olivia are quiet as Rich tells them"Allan left town."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 177. Falling Down The Ladder

   It's the next morning in Adam's Landing,and at Hell Hill,Ruth walks into the living room and sees Floyd and Maria with their suitcases packed,to move into their new home at Whispering Hills.Ruth tells them"I have cooked breakfast this morning before you guys leave."Floyd looks at his Daughter and Maria tells Ruth"I'm not hungry this morning,not after last night."Ruth grows suspicious and Floyd tells Maria"You head on over to the house and settle in.I need to talk to Ruth."Maria hugs her Father and Ruth and leaves quickly and Ruth asks Floyd"What is going on with Maria?Something was off last night at Ava's housewarming."Floyd and Ruth walks into the kitchen and Floyd tells Ruth"Maria and Burt had something a long time ago."Ruth looks at Floyd and asks him"What did they have?From the looks of things,it was serious."Floyd tells Ruth"Burt broke Maria's heart and left her when she was pregnant with her first child.His wife found out about it and he went back to Blue Ridge,and Maria had a miscarriage."Ruth is stunned and tells Floyd"Burt has a reputation in that department.He was married to Ciarra's daughter and he has slept with Tenny and Rachel Lane as well.I hope he doesn't hurt Bree."Floyd is quiet and asks Ruth"Ciarra had a daughter?"Ruth nods and Floyd is stunned,as he tells Ruth"Ciarra has never mentioned anything to me about a daughter."Ruth tells Floyd"They weren't close and she was to Ciarra,what Brock Jr and Jamie were to me."Floyd gets the picture and quips"Sounds like a match made in heaven,Burt and Ciarra's daughter."Ruth asks Floyd"I noticed Maria was looking at a picture last night?"Floyd tells Ruth"Maria got married for a short time and had a child,a girl.She has had a very rough road when it comes to love.The men she has been involved with have always been either cheaters or abusers.When Maria left her husband,he took their daughter with him and Maria has never recovered from it or has she seen her."Ruth holds Floyd's hand and says somberly"That's awful.I feel so bad for her."Floyd tells Ruth,with concern in his voice"She's always held things in,but last night was too much for her."Ruth tells Floyd"She has her family now and we stick together."
   Down at The Storm Shelter meanwhile,Wade wakes up as his legs are shackled to the floor and Sayyid is saying his morning prayers and Wade yells at Sayyid"What in the hell are you doing?"Sayyid ignores Wade and after he finishes up with his prayers,he tells Wade with an anger in his voice"Don't interrupt me again when I am praying.I could kill you and save many people a lot of trouble."Wade yells at Sayyid"I need to find my sister and I have a life!Xavier will regret this dearly.I promise that!"Xavier walks into the storm shelter and tells Wade"You're in no position to make threats Wade Issac!You will play by my rules now and if you don't play,then when you return home or may I say "if",you will have nothing waiting for you."Wade yells at Xavier"I am not someone you want to mess with Xavier!Ava will pay for what she has done and I want to see my sister!"Xavier bends down and says to Wade in a cold tone"When you leave here,you will be back in Sugar Creek and I already know about your sister.It looks like con-artists run in the Issac Family."Wade tells Xavier"Candace may know something about my Mom's murder.She could have killed her and I'll go after her if she did."Xavier laughs hysterically and shakes his head and tells Wade"Stop it with the con,we both know you're Mother is alive and the two of you are just alike.That is how you got that nice couple in Sugar Creek to sell you that motel,lying to them about Connie Stone being dead.Whatever happened to them Wade?"Wade grows silent and Xavier tells Wade"I know what it was and so do you.If you go after Ava,then I may have to tell what I know."Wade grows silent as Xavier walks out and Sayyid tells Wade"I will give you only one piece of advice white boy,don't mess with him."Wade yells at Sayyid"I know you're history too Mr.King of the Streets."Sayyid quips"So then you know about what happens when I get mad?"Sayyid looks at Wade with a smile as he pulls out his pistol and Wade grows silent,with fear on his face.
   Meanwhile at The Sunset Club,Candace walks into the bar and orders a drink and makes a phone call to her Mother,and gets no response and grows furious and leaves her a voicemail,telling her"Hey Connie,it's your daughter.I am expecting my money this morning."Candace hangs up the phone and begins to walk out and bumps into someone and she looks up and sees her cousin Cale and they look at each other for a moment as Cale asks"Candi?"Candace looks at Cale and grabs him in a hug and cries"Cale!I have missed you.It's been so many years."Candace and Cale walks to the bar and sits as Cale looks at his cousin and tells her"Can you blame me for leaving?"Candace looks at him and sighs"I just wish you had of taken me with you."Cale reminds her"I had to leave or else that bastard was going to kill me."Candace tells Cale"I left home shortly after you did after that sorry sack of trash beat me up and I've been on my own ever since."Cale asks his cousin"So do you know about Connie being here in town?"Candace tells him"I do and I'm making that bitch pay for what she did to us Cale.I mean really pay."Cale looks at his cousin and quips"You always had an evil streak in you.What are you doing to the bitch?"Candace tells Cale"Connie was a whore like Claudia,and she's living the life of a whore,and I'm the madam."Cale is shocked and goes"That's quite twisted."Candace laughs"After what we went through,it's ok to be twisted."Cale agrees and tells Candace"Connie's been seeing my Dad or should I say Frank Jackson."Candace nods and says to Cale"I know that too.She is playing him like a hand of cards.She owes me money by the way."Cale sees someone and tells his cousin"I'm glad to see you again Candi.I've really missed you."Candace looks at Cale and says to her cousin"I'm staying right here Cale.I'm here for you and that bitch will pay for what she did to us."Cale tells Candace on his way out"Wade is in town."Candace tells Cale"I know he is.And to think,Connie cared more about him than she ever did about me or you."Cale is quiet as he heads to a table,and Candace walks out of The Sunset Club,as she says to herself"Frank Jackson.Hmm,if only he knew."
   Burt and Bree are at Burt's former home,as the new owner arrives as Burt signs over the deed to the house as they have moved into Ava's former Mansion at the Bannister Hills Country Club.Bree tells her husband"I am so glad to be getting out of this place.Too many horrible memories are here."Burt assures his wife"We can create new ones now at our new residence."Bree's phone rings and it's Sassy and Sassy tells Bree"Summer is being discharged."Bree tells Sassy"I'll be down there in a few."Bree and Burt embrace in a kiss as Bree heads to City Hospital to pick up her sister and Burt walks around the empty house for a moment and has a flashback to his time with Maria years ago and is silent,with a look of sadness in his eyes,as a man arrives at the door and asks"So this is the place?"Burt looks at the man and tells him"Yes it is and I am selling it way below it's actual worth."The man laughs"I've always wanted a nice place like this.It's a great place to raise a family in."Burt quips"If you say so,then I guess it is."Burt signs over the deed to the man and tells him"It's all yours now.I hope you enjoy this place."The man looks around and tells Burt"I think I may just do that.Isn't this Desi Lane's former home?"Burt nods and the man smiles as Burt walks out and throws the man the keys and the man walks around the house for a moment and sits on the couch and makes a phone call and tells the person on the other line"Get your ass to your new home!"
   Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Ava sits in her office with Winston as Ciarra arrives and Ava asks Ciarra,noticing a look of fear in her eyes"What's going on?"Ciarra tells Winston and Ava"Xavier told Leigh,Sully,Jared,and I about Allan last night and I have a feeling something terrible is about to happen."Winston reminds Ciarra"If your sister is in Southpoint Beach,along with Beth,then I don't think you have nothing to fear."Ciarra changes subjects and asks Ava"How is Emery's doing?"Ava checks the sales report and tells Ciarra"Everything looks great.I think we have a winner on our hands."Winston adds"I got a call this morning that Northbrook Center Mall is nearly completed and Emery's will be the first store to open,along with Class."Ciarra tries to smile,but can't stop worrying about Tenny and tells Ava and Winston"I  apologize for my distraction.I just can't stop worrying about my sister.If something was to happen to Allan,it could kill her."Ava walks over to Ciarra and hugs her and tells her"I think Allan is fine.I don't really know what's going on,but I wouldn't worry until you have reason to worry."Ciarra tells Ava and Winston"With Allan's history and him being in Southpoint Beach,and Beth,Tennessee,and Olivia down there,that is reason enough to be concerned."Ava looks at Ciarra and tells her gently"You can go see Uncle Floyd or head back to the Penthouse if you'd like.You don't have to stay here."Ciarra declines Ava's suggestion and tells her"I need a distraction.Let's work."Winston tells them"I'm headed out for a bit.Don't work too hard."Ava kisses her husband and Winston leaves and Ciarra and Ava talk business.
  Down at Class,Leigh,Sully,Allison,and Marco sits in Sully's office as they discuss business and Class' expansion plans and Leigh tells her daughter"Northbrook Center will be open really soon.I think the store design is very futuristic and modern."Sully tells them"I think it will catch people's eyes when they see the store.Aunt Ava designed it along with Jack."There's a brief moment of silence as Sully gets emotional and tells her Mother"Jack would be proud of this.I really miss Aunt Ava being here."Leigh hugs her Daughter and tells her"We know how Ava is Sully.She is very proud of you and she does hold some stock in Class.It's just hard for her to relive that moment again."Sully is quiet and agrees and Marco tells them"Ava brought me here."Leigh smiles and tells Marco"Yes she did and I am glad you're back in my life again.Your input is a huge help for Class."Allison is quiet meanwhile and Sully notices and asks Allison"Are you ok?"Allison tells everyone"I'm worried about Cale.He's slowly falling apart after everything that's happened recently.Last night  just made things worse."Leigh asks Allison"What happened last night?"Allison explains to them what happened and Sully and Leigh are both shocked and tells Allison"He will have a hard time dealing with this."Allison tells them"He is already falling apart.I'm so scared for him."Leigh and Sully hugs Allison as she cries for Cale.Meanwhile at The Sunset Club,Cale meets up with Jesse Adams and Jesse looks at Cale and asks him in a tone of shock"So you saw the real Frank Jackson after all?"Cale cuts to the chase and tells Jesse"I want to drive for you in the next race.I can promise you a win and a shot at the owner's title."Jesse hands over a contract and tells Cale"Just sign on the dotted line,and you're hired.We'll kick Frank's ass together."
   Back at Hell Hill,Ruth sits in the nursery with Gracie and Xavier Jr and she rocks them in the rocking chair as Ruth thinks about Maria and tells Gracie and Xavier Jr"The two of you are very lucky to have a Mama and a Daddy.The two of you have it very well."At Floyd and Maria's new home,Maria walks around the house,as she says to herself"Ava's already designed this place and there's nothing here to do."Maria is quiet for a moment as she has another flashback and she pulls out a picture of her daughter and starts to cry.Outside,a young girl looks through the window and cries as she watches Maria and a man walks up behind her and forcefully pulls her back and pushes her into his car and yells"Didn't I tell you to get your worthless ass home?You stay the hell away from here or else you'll get the worst beating of your life!"The man and his daughter drives off to their new home.In The Storm Shelter,Wade stares at Sayyid and tells him"Do you have anything on Xavier Jackson?Why would you sell out to a white man?"Sayyid walks over to Wade and quietly,with anger in his voice says"Loyalty white boy!"Sayyid's phone rings and it's Terrance and Sayyid hangs up the phone and rushes out for City Hospital,as Wade spots the keys and reaches for them.At Jackson Inc,Burt and Jared sits in his office as Floyd walks inside and Floyd looks at Jared and tells him"I need to talk to Corbin alone."Jared walks out as Burt looks at Floyd and asks him"What do you need to discuss with me?"Floyd tells Burt sternly"It's about my daughter Corbin!Do you plan to hurt Bree like you hurt Maria?"

   As night falls upon Adam's Landing,at The Sunset Club,Wade sits across the table from Xavier and Winston,as Sayyid stands behind him with a pistol pointed in the back of his head as Xavier warns Wade,as does Winston"If you want to save what little reputation you have,you may want to leave town.This is your last warning from us."Wade tells all of them"None of you scare me!I will get justice for losing my motel.And none of you will stop me!"Xavier snaps his fingers,as Sayyid wraps his arm around Wade's neck and Xavier tells Sayyid"There's a back entrance you can use to take him out."Sayyid drags Wade out of The Jackson Room,and Xavier looks at Winston and tells him"Wade Issac is messing with the wrong man."Winston looks at Xavier and tells him"I'll come by in the morning and visit him."Xavier tells Winston"I think after this experience,Wade won't be coming back to town again."Winston heads for Whispering Hills,as Xavier heads home to Hell Hill.As Xavier is walking out,he gets a text from Beth and she tells her son"I'm headed to Southpoint Beach with Mama,and Olivia.Something isn't right."Xavier calls his pilot and heads back to Hell Hill,with his mind heavy.
   At Jazz,Jermaine,Sassy,and Latoya are stunned as Keith sits at his desk and snorts a line of cocaine in front of them and Jermaine tells his best friend"I thought you quit this mess Keith?"Keith tells them"I've never stopped.I don't intend to either.I've been doing this since I was in my 20s.Why would I stop now?"Jermaine yells"You got back your copyrights and you own this club,along with Allan and I,and Xavier Jackson is helping you get a record label started Keith!Do you want to go out like our colleagues have over the years?Drug Overdoses when making career comebacks?"Keith yells at Jermaine,Sassy,and Latoya"If I was to OD,then I'd reach immortality!"Sassy tells Keith"I can make a few calls and check you into the rehab center at City Hospital.I don't want my daughter around this."Keith snaps at Sassy"Forget about the rehab and don't worry about me!I have always been able to control this!"Jermaine reminds Keith"You can't control it and you know that damnit!"Meanwhile,Latoya gets a text from Rashad,and tells them"I am going to leave and I don't want to be around this."Latoya walks out with a look of disgust on her face,as Sassy tells Jermaine"My daughter won't be getting into the music business having a drug addict as her boss!I can promise you that!"Keith gets up and yells at Sassy"Don't start to criticize me.You don't control Latoya!You're waiting for the money to roll in.That's what is motivating you!"Sassy walks over and takes a folder and knocks the cocaine off the desk,on the ground and Keith grows angry and rushes at Sassy,yelling"No hell you didn't bitch!"Sassy sternly warns Keith"Latoya is my daughter and I'll be damned if you ruin her career before it even starts."Jermaine holds Keith back as he swings at Sassy and Sassy yells at Keith"You will never change Keith.And I'm warning you now,if Latoya gets hurt because of your stupidity,then you'll deal with me."Keith yells"Tell Latoya she's lost her job thanks to you!"Sassy storms out and Keith pushes Jermaine off of him and yells"That bitch just cost me a lot of money Jermaine!"Jermaine tells Keith in a stern tone"You need to get it together Keith!I mean you really need to get it together."Keith looks at Jermaine and tells him"My family and Allan are driving me crazy.Aretha and Terrance and Aunt Willie and Father thinks I'm sick,and Allan is missing.I can't deal with this.I just want to be alone!"Jermaine gently tells Keith"After what I've witnessed,you are sick,and you need to get help now before it destroys you again."Keith is quiet as Jermaine walks out of Keith's office with a somber look,as Keith sits at his desk and is quiet and sends a text to someone."
   Meanwhile at Chantel's,Burt and Bree has dinner and Burt tells his wife"After our date,we get the keys to Ava and Dad's mansion."Bree tells her husband"It'll be nice to get out of the house Desi used to live in.I hate that place."Burt tells Bree"In the morning,I'm talking to someone who's interested in buying it.They are from out West."Bree tells Burt"Aunt Ava told me earlier on the phone that she's bought all new furnishings and furniture for Whispering Hills,so I think we could cut a nice deal with the buyer of the Lane house of horrors."Burt laughs as Bree tells her husband,staring into his eyes"I can't wait to live in a beautiful home with a wonderful man and we also got this little bundle of joy to look forward to."Burt quickly responds,looking down"I know Bree.I'm excited too."Bree notices something and asks Burt"Every time I talk about the baby,you grow silent.Do you want to have a child?"Burt responds"Yes I do Bree.I haven't been able to grasp it all in yet."Bree stares at Burt intently but keeps her thoughts silent,as they finish up dinner and Bree tells Burt"Tonight will be the beginning of forever for us.And tomorrow Summer's getting released and Aunt Ava has her room already set up."Burt is quiet as the waiter arrives and they pay their bill and heads to Whispering Hills to meet with Ava and Winston.
   At Whispering Hills,Ava,Leigh,Sully,Jared,Ruth,Floyd,Maria,and Ciarra has arrived as Ava tells everyone"I wanted to show off Winston and I's new home."Leigh and Sully looks around and is stunned as Leigh tells Ava"This place is a palace."Ruth tells everyone"Ava always wanted a mansion like the movie stars."Ava tells everyone"The one that made this possible is my Uncle Floyd.He did an incredible job on the restoration and I finally feel at home."Winston walks inside and sees Ava and hugs his wife and tells her"This place looks amazing doesn't it my beautiful lady."Ava looks at Winston and holds him and says"It does.Just what I've always wanted."Floyd reminds Ava"Don't you have another announcement to make?"Ava is quiet for a moment and looks at her Mother and hands Ruth a set of keys and says"There's a house on the property that I want you to have Mama.It would be perfect for you and it's next door to Willie's house."Ruth declines her Daughter's offer and tells Ava and Winston"I want to stay at Hell Hill and help out with Gracie and Xavier Jr."Leigh looks at Ruth and tells her"You've been wonderful with the babies Ruth.I think though you should take Ava up on her offer."Ruth tells them humbly"I am a stubborn old lady that will make her own decisions and I don't want to live alone.I will move around and stay at Hell Hill or stay here or if Frank gets his act together,stay with him.At my age,I will stay where I'm needed and I think I'm more needed at Hell Hill."Ruth then looks at Floyd and Maria and gives the keys to them and says"I think the two of you should live in the house."Ava likes the idea,as does Maria and Ciarra,and Floyd also turns the offer down and tells his niece"I already have a place out West Ava."Maria tells her Father"I think you should take Ava up on the offer."Ciarra agrees and Floyd tells his niece"It looks like I'm going to stay here after all.I think I'm going to sell my ranch anyway."Maria gets sad and tells her Father"Just because we're moving here doesn't mean you have to sell the ranch Pop."Floyd looks at his daughter and tells her"I think I want to be here now.I got more in Adam's Landing than I do at the ranch."Floyd looks at Ciarra and puts his arm around her and Ciarra,Leigh,Sully,and Jared all receive a text and Winston tells them"I think you guys need to go back and see Xavier."Ciarra,Leigh,Sully,and Jared head for Hell Hill and Ava asks Winston"What is going on Winston?Are you keeping something from me?"Winston looks at Ruth and Ruth tells everyone"Let's have dinner.I need to teach Ava how to cook."Ruth,Floyd,and Maria heads into the kitchen,as Ava looks at Winston suspiciously and Winston tells Ava"You don't worry about anything Ava.It's all taken care of."Ava is silent as she and Winston heads into the kitchen.
   At The Farm,Frank returns to find Allison at the door and Frank asks Allison"Why are you here?"Allison tells Frank"I hate to see what is happening between you and Cale.I want the two of you to work out your differences."Frank and Allison walks inside and Frank tells Allison with regret in his voice"I did my son wrong and I feel bad about it.But he has every right to hate me for what I did to him."Allison tells Frank"I know you are a good man and you have your flaws,but Cale needs you and you need him."Frank breaks down and starts to cry and Cale knocks on the door and Allison yells"Come in."Cale walks inside and she tells Cale and Frank"I don't like to be in the middle,but I hate to see what has happened between the two of you.Cale,you need to soften up and forgive Frank and let the past stay in the past."Cale and Frank looks at each other and Frank looks at Cale and tells his son"I am sorry Cale.I am so damn sorry for my actions."Cale looks at his Father and starts to cry and asks"Do you mean it?"Frank tells his son"Yes son.I do mean it."Cale and Frank walk towards each other to embrace in a hug,and a woman walks inside,with a look of frustration on her face and Allison asks her"Who are you?"Frank grows quiet,with fear on his face as Cale turns around and sees Claudia's sister,Connie Issac and yells"What in the hell are you doing here?"Cale looks at Frank and Frank is silent as Connie tells Cale"I had to get away Cale.I couldn't stay with him anymore."Anger grows in Cale's eyes as he looks at Frank and asks him with his voice growing louder"What is Connie doing here?"Frank looks down and tells Cale"She's been here for me since.."Cale yells at Frank and Connie"Oh my god!I have seen it all now!"Connie tells Cale"Frank is helping me get my life back together Cale."Cale screams"You lying bitch!You are here for the money and you are only helping yourself."Frank defends Connie and tells Cale sternly"Lay off of her son.She was abused also!"Cale screams "This bitch left Candace and I behind with that sick twisted bastard she was married to and saved herself and here you are defending her?"Connie and Frank tries to explain to Cale the situation,and Cale tells them furiously"I hate you Connie.I wish you were dead."Cale looks at his Father and tells him with tears in his eyes and anger in his voice"You're dead to me Frank.Don't try to reconcile with me.Not now."Allison is stunned and Cale storms out,as Allison follows and Cale gets to the car and punches the glass in the window and shatters it and yells"How could this happen Allison?I don't believe this.He's sleeping with the woman that left his son to suffer."Allison grabs Cale and holds him and is silently as Cale cries on Allison's shoulder.Meanwhile back inside,Connie looks at Frank and tells him"If I had of known Cale was here.."Frank assures Connie"Cale will forgive you in time."Connie tells Frank"No he won't and that is a fact."

   Meanwhile at The Exposer,Aretha sits in her office as Rashad arrives and he notices his Mother sitting at her desk and asks her"What are you reading so intently?"Aretha tells her son"I just got a picture of Allan Sullivan and this isn't good."Rashad asks"What is wrong Mama?"Aretha tells Rashad"It looks like Allan has relapsed and he's cheating on Olivia."Rashad tells his Mother"There is something going on in this town.I noticed earlier something weird with Frank.He was not himself."Aretha responds"About Cale?"Rashad asks"You knew about that?"Aretha reminds her son"Baby boy I run a tabloid.I know all about what went down and more."Rashad asks his Mother"What else do you know Mama?"Aretha tells Rashad what she has heard and Rashad rolls his eyes and says"This is going to hurt my career if this gets out.I hope you leave this on the back burner."Aretha tells her son"I am doing that.I don't know the full details yet,but if this gets out,it will be devastating to many people,especially Wade Issac."Rashad asks"Who's Wade Issac?"Aretha tells her son"He is trouble.Things are about to explode in this town and I don't think nothing will be able to stop it."

   At FJR,Frank sits in his office and Cale arrives and Frank tells his son"So is it true you're leaving FJR?"Cale tells his Father"You hurt me badly Dad or should I say Frank.I don't think I can drive for someone who has hurt me the way you have."Frank gets up and tells Cale with tears in his eyes"Cale,I know I messed up and if it wasn't for your damn Grandpa and Beth's bitch for a Mama,then things would have been different."Cale yells"The hell with the excuses,you nor my Mom ever looked for me and you divorced Beth so what was stopping you?What?"Frank rolls his eyes and  looks down and punches the desk and says to his son"Claudia told me you were in good hands and her sister and her husband were taking good care of you.I didn't want to come to you and disrupt your life."Cale yells"Claudia Stone was a lying bitch too Frank!"Frank yells"I am your Father Cale!Call me Dad!"Cale yells"You lost that honor when you didn't have the guts to admit you knew about me to my face!"Cale throws his resignation papers to Frank and tells him"I am leaving the team and you can find somebody else to drive for you!I am done with this."Frank pleads with Cale"Please let me make this up to you son.Please."Cale yells furiously"There's nothing you can do to make things right now."Cale storms out and bumps into Rashad and he asks Cale"What's wrong?Cale tells Rashad"I am sorry but I'm done with FJR.Best of luck Rashad.You will be a legend in the Stock Car League."Rashad is stunned and walks inside Frank's office as Frank his his hands on his face and Rashad asks"Do I need to leave?"Frank looks at Rashad and tells him"Cale has left FJR.This isn't going to be good so you're free to go as well if you please."Rashad tells Frank"I am staying here and we'll keep this team going.Don't worry about that."Frank tells Rashad"Everything's ready for the next race.You go and be with Latoya.I need to be alone."Rashad asks Frank"If you need someone to talk to.."Frank yells"Just do like I said now!"Rashad walks out of Frank's office and feels bad for his car owner as Frank sits in his office and makes a phone call and gets no answer,leading Frank to throw his phone across the room and yell"Tenny Sullivan,your old ass will pay dearly for this.You and Beth!"Frank leaves FJR,heading to Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse.
   At Jackson Inc,Xavier arrives in his office and Winston is waiting for him and Winston asks Xavier"So what's going on?Bobby just sent me this text."Xavier sits down and tells Winston"Wade's going for broke.He wants Ava to pay for burning down his motel in Sugar Creek."Winston gets angry and yells"Shouldn't that punk be grateful that he has money to rebuild after it got burned down?"Xavier quips"One would think so,but Wade is a con-artist and he's really beginning to piss me off."Winston tells Xavier"I plan to talk to that son of a bitch and straighten some things out."Xavier tells Winston"From the looks of things,he has a death wish."Winston agrees and tells Xavier"My wife is happy right now and she's finally getting over Jack's death and Wade does not need to be stirring up the past!"Xavier agrees and tells Winston"I warned him and he didn't take my warning seriously,but he's about to learn how things work in Adam's Landing and what happens when you start messing with my family."Winston tells Xavier"Whispering Hills has a storm shelter of it's own.If he upsets Ava,I will kill him."Sayyid walks inside and tells Winston and Xavier"No need to kill him,I think he needs a nice dark welcome."Xavier and Winston agrees as Sayyid tells them"This will keep my morale up from my losing record at Willie's version of blackjack."Xavier,Winston,and Sayyid begin to discuss their plans for action pertaining to Wade,and Xavier tells them"He'll greatly regret coming to Adam's Landing."
   Meanwhile at Jazz,Latoya and Jermaine finishes up with her rehearsal and Jermaine tells his daughter"You will knock them dead at the showcase for the record label suits."Sassy walks in and hugs her daughter and tells her"You are about to be a huge star.I feel it."Latoya looks at her Mother and asks"How are you so sure?"Sassy assures her"A mother knows Latoya.After you have your child,you'll understand."Jermaine agrees with Sassy and they head out to have lunch.In Keith's office,a woman walks into Keith's office and asks him"Have you missed me bedroom maestro?"Keith looks at the woman and says"Oh hell yes I have.Where have you been?"The woman tells Keith"I've been in hiding.I think it's best."Keith asks the woman"What's here to be hiding from?"The woman responds"Cale Stone."Keith walks over and looks at the woman and tells her"Why would you be hiding from Cale Stone?"The woman looks at Keith and says"I'd rather just do this."The woman takes off her clothes and Keith and the woman begin to have sex in his office.At Chantel's,Cale arrives as Allison is waiting for him and Cale tells Allison"I just left FJR.I give up on him."Allison holds Cale as he has a look of sadness in his eyes.Wade meanwhile walks inside and sees Cale and taps his shoulder and asks"Cale?"Cale turns around and looks at Wade and both are silent.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 173. Intrigue And Silence

  A few days has passed in Adam's Landing and in our last episode, Allan had went down to Southpoint Beach to confront Rich Carroll over his copyrights and royalties.Floyd and Ciarra have started to fall for each other,driving Tenny to smoking marijuana.Sayyid and his family are worried about Keith,after noticing his gaunt appearance when performing at Jazz.Frank's world is spiraling downward after coming clean about knowing about Cale,and much more.We now pick up 2 days later in Adam's Landing as we check in on our friends in Adam's Landing.

    It's morning time in Adam's Landing and at Hell Hill,Ruth is in the kitchen cooking breakfast and Floyd walks into the kitchen as Ruth is cooking and laughs"I can tell when you're in the kitchen,I hope you're cooking what I think you are."Ruth pulls out some homemade biscuits and looks at Floyd and tells him"I'm cooking all your favorites and Ava's as well.She's coming over this morning with Winston since they have returned from their honeymoon."Floyd asks Ruth"Where's Beth,Xavier and Leigh?"Ruth tells him"Beth's left for the hospital and Xavier's at Jackson Inc.Leigh's at Class.It's just you,me,and Maria and my great-grand babies this morning."Floyd tells Ruth"Xavier has been in and out quite a bit the last few days.Something's going on with him."Ruth looks at Floyd and tells him"I talked to him briefly last night and someone's come to town wanting information on Winston Hale."Floyd looks at Ruth and asks"Who is it?"Ruth tells Floyd,as Maria walks downstairs"The man that owned the motel in Sugar Creek that Ava burned down after Rachel's appearance at Jack's funeral."Floyd rolls his eyes,as does Ruth,as Maria tells them"That man's Wade Issac.He's a classic con-artist."Ruth tells them"The last thing Ava needs is to have that moment brought back up again.She's getting back to herself and she's happy and this Issac fellow needs to back off."Maria rolls her eyes and tells Ruth"Aunt Ruth,I wouldn't trust Wade Issac if my life depended on it."Floyd looks at Maria suspiciously,as Ruth assures them"Xavier said on the way out he had a meeting."Floyd responds"I have a feeling Xavier is about to put someone in his place."Ruth smiles and says"He knows about Wade's snooping.Aretha has talked to him,and he's been at Jackson Inc and Ava's Mansion.I think we know what's about to happen."
   At The Farm,Frank lays in his bed as his phone rings and answers it as FJR's team director tells him"You need to get to the shop.I'm hearing that Cale is leaving the team."Frank rolls his eyes and takes a deep breath and hangs up the phone and yells"Damnit!"A woman is laying next to Frank and asks him"What's wrong?"Frank tells the woman"Cale may be leaving FJR."The woman has a look of dread on her face as she tells Frank"I may need to leave town."Frank looks at the woman and tells her"You don't have to go anywhere.You have nothing to worry about."The woman looks at Frank and touches his face and says"I'm getting tired of staying here all the time Frank.If Cale was to know I am here,I may need to go into hiding."Frank looks at the woman and says"I like having you here.Bree left and moved in with Burt,and Mama's at Hell Hill and she's on Beth's side and you're the only person I have to lean on."The woman looks at Frank and tells him"I guess I need to get out and see what's going on."Frank gets out of bed and heads to the shower and the woman follows him,as he gets ready to head to FJR,and the woman plans to get out of the house and visit some places.
   Down at City Hospital,Beth sits in her office,as Terrance arrives with Aretha,Willie,and Sayyid,and Beth is reading a piece of paper and tells them"Keith doesn't have any medical records and the only way to find out if he has a STD is to do a test of our own."Sayyid tells Beth"He seems to be fine,but he doesn't look healthy at all.Something isn't right and whatever it is he's hiding,it's serious."Terrance looks at them and says"I don't want to get everyone scared,but he could have HIV."Aretha tells everyone"We all know Keith's track record and he slept with many many women in his day.I have called some sources and I haven't found out anything either."Beth looks at all of them and asks"Is there a history of drug abuse with Keith?"Aretha tells her"He used to do cocaine and he was in rehab at one time for a heroin addiction."Sayyid is quiet and scared,as he holds his sister's hand and Willie assures her brother"Let's stay hopeful that nothing is wrong Clem.Don't jump to conclusions just yet."Terrance and Beth agrees and tells everyone"We will need to get further information before we can confirm anything."Aretha tells everyone"I'm going to talk to Keith and see if he will open up to me and see what I can find out."Sayyid tells Aretha"I'm coming with you."Aretha looks at her uncle and tells him"I think you need to leave this to me.He's more likely to talk to me than he will with you."Sayyid looks down and agrees and tells his niece"I want to know whatever it is he's hiding!"Aretha assures everyone"You will."Aretha heads to Jazz,and Terrance hugs his Mother and Uncle and Willie tells her son"Clem and I are going out to breakfast and play cards.Keep us informed if you find out anything."Terrance nods as Willie and Sayyid walks out and Sayyid asks Willie"Are you finally going to let me win a hand of blackjack?"Willie laughs and quips"Have I ever let you win before?"Sayyid rolls his eyes as they leave and Beth tells Terrance"I'm going over to check on Mama.Olivia may come to work today but I'm not sure.Nobody has heard from Allan since he left town to go to Southpoint Beach."Terrance tells Beth"Olivia is getting very concerned."Beth tells him"Me too.Something isn't adding up and I think seeing Mama will help calm my nerves."Beth leaves and Terrance reminds her"Don't forget the perfume!"Beth looks at Terrance and laughs"And eye drops."
   Meanwhile at Jackson Inc,Burt,Bree,and Jared are in Burt's office as they discuss the sales report from Jim's and Foodstar and Ciarra arrives and tells them"Emery's has made a nice turnaround since Ava and I took over.Sales are up and I have some ideas for further growth."Burt tells her"Ava has returned to town today.She went over to Hell Hill this morning to see Ms.Ruth."Ciarra smiles and tells them"I'm glad she has Winston and she finally had a break.We're about to bring Emery's back and with full force!"Ciarra heads to her office,as Jared calls Sully at work and heads to his office and Burt and Bree are alone in his office and Bree tells Burt"Summer is about to be released from the psychiatric wing soon."Burt tells Bree"That's good.How is she?"Bree looks at Burt and grabs his hand and says"Time will tell.She seems to be ok,but we'll see once she's released."Burt tells Bree"I've sold the house and When Dad and Ava arrive later,we're going to make our move official.They bought a old plantation style home near Hell Hill."Bree asks"Whispering Hills?"Burt asks"How did you know?"Bree tells Burt"I was raised in the area Burt.The people that used to own it passed away and I've noticed the restoration work being done on the place.Winston and Aunt Ava owning it doesn't surprise me,especially with that new fence and the security."Burt laughs"I think Dad's wanting to recreate Northbrook and he told me that Ava and him are arguing about the restoration of the place."Bree laughs"Winston is in a losing battle with my Aunt."Burt laughs,as he gives Bree a kiss"I can't wait for us to move into Ava's mansion at the Bannister Hills Country Club."Bree smiles and tells Burt"Me either."Bree looks at a ring on her finger as she tells Burt"Now we need to plan our big day."Burt asks"What big day?"Bree says to Burt"Nobody knows yet that we are married,and I got another announcement."Burt looks at Bree as she is hiding her excitement as she tells him"I am expecting."Burt is quiet and Bree asks him"Aren't you happy?"Burt is quiet and says to Bree"I am just overwhelmed.I just hope it isn't twins."Bree hugs Burt and says"I don't care as long as I go full-term.I had a miscarriage when I was married to Michael and this is a surprise,but I am glad we're together and about to have a family."Bree holds on to Burt,as he looks ahead with a look of regret,that Bree doesn't notice.
  Meanwhile Xavier walks into his office at Jackson Inc and sees a man sitting at his desk and Xavier looks at him and says in a unassuming tone"So you own a motel I hear?"Wade turns around and looks at Xavier and says"I used to own a motel.It was burned down."Xavier sits down and asks Wade"I understand you've been at my sister's home and been talking to Aretha Evans?"Wade tells Xavier"I want to know why Winston Hale sent me a check for my motel to be rebuilt.He's covering for somebody and I want them to pay for what they've done."Xavier's eyes grow cold as he looks at Wade and asks him"Do you know where you're at Wade Issac?"Wade looks at Xavier and tells him"I think I know who burned down my motel.I know your sister has a history of burning things."Xavier looks at Wade,as he pulls open his desk and picks up his Colt 45 and holds it and says to Wade"I think you need to go back home and take Winston's money and rebuild your motel and leave my sister alone."Wade looks at Xavier and says"That motel was all I had and it's gone now thanks to Ava Jackson.I want her to pay for her crimes."Xavier gets up and walks over to Wade,with his Colt 45 in hand,and warns him"I know your history Wade Issac.I hope you know what happens when someone has the nerve to step inside my office,and threaten my family."Wade looks at Xavier and warns him"If I find any evidence that Ava did in fact burn down my motel,which I am certain of,then she is going to pay for it!"Xavier points his gun at Wade and slowly tells him"If you even go near Ava,I will kill you.Go to your hotel room,pull out a dictionary and read the definition of hush money."Wade looks at Xavier and tells him"I'm not scared of you Xavier Jackson.I can bring you down too you know."Xavier quietly tells Wade"You should fear me.And think twice if you want to mess with my family."Xavier opens the door and Wade walks out and Xavier makes a phone call to Sayyid and tells him"Follow Wade Issac.I want to know where he goes and who he speaks to and if he goes near anyone in my family,break his neck!"
   Back at Hell Hill,Winston and Ava arrives and Ruth greets her daughter with a hug as Ava tells her Mother"We're home and soon we'll be neighbors."Floyd hugs his niece,as does Maria as Winston asks everyone"Where's Xavier and Leigh?"Ruth tells them"Xavier's at Jackson Inc,and Leigh's at Class with Sully."Ava laughs as she holds on to Winston as she tells them"It was so wonderful to get out of town for a little while."Winston smiles as Floyd tells Ava"The work's almost done to Whispering Hills.After breakfast,I'll give the two of you a tour of the place."Ava hugs her Uncle and asks"I thought you retired from the construction business?"Floyd looks around and says"I still own Floyd Jackson Construction.I bought it back and soon The Sullivan Estate will be back to it's full glory,and your home is ready to move into,we just got a small bit to finish,but it's ready."Winston and Ava are ecstatic and Winston tells Ava"Let's change the name to Northbrook Ava."Ava rolls her eyes and tells her husband"Hell no!We're calling our estate Whispering Hills,as it's always been called,and the only thing called Northbrook is the mall in Valley Ridge."Winston looks at Ava and laughs as does everyone else as Ruth tells Winston"You know how Ava is.She has the final word."Winston hugs his wife and says with a smile"Yes she does."They sit in the kitchen and have breakfast as the phone rings and Maria answers it and looks at Ruth,who picks up the phone and it's Xavier,and he tells her"Wade Issac is in town and tell Winston to meet with me.Keep Ava distracted."Ruth hangs up and walks into the kitchen and everyone notices a look on Ruth's face as Ava asks"What's wrong Mama?"Ruth shrugs"It's nothing.I want you to hang out with your Mama and show me your new home and let Winston go visit Xavier."Ava is suspicious and Winston assures his wife"It's fine Ava.Relax and I will go down to Jackson Inc."Winston leaves and Ava,Ruth,Floyd,and Maria has breakfast and there's a knock at the door and Ruth answers the door to see Ciarra,and Floyd hugs her and Ciarra asks"Is there room for one more?"Ruth welcomes Ciarra inside and she hugs Ava and gives her Emery's sales report and says"Emery's is making a historic comeback."Ava smiles and Floyd taps Ciarra's shoulder and says"What about me?"Ciarra tells Floyd"I got a present for you too."Ciarra and Floyd kiss and Ruth smiles,as does Maria and Ava and Ruth asks"How is Tenny handling this?"Ciarra rolls her eyes and sighs"Tennessee is being herself."Ruth quips"Sounds typical for her."Floyd laughs"I think she's been really calm as of recent."Ciarra is silent,shaking her head and says"Yes she has.I think it's the reefer."Ava,Ruth,and Maria are shocked as Ciarra tells them"Tennessee told me that the Jackson family has drove her to drugs."Ava quips"At least she isn't popping pills or drinking."Ciarra tells them"Beth's going over to check on her.She knows about Tenny's new love."Ruth shakes her head and says to everyone"Back to more positive subjects."
   Meanwhile Beth has arrived at Ciarra and Tenny's Penthouse and smells marijuana and yells"Mama?"Tenny walks out of her bedroom and laughs"My sweet Beth!How is my sweet girl today?"Beth tells her Mother"You amaze me you crafty old woman!Look at how calm you are.I actually think smoking grass is good for you."Tenny tells her Daughter"Since you gave me a prescription for the medical stuff,I feel better than I have in years and I don't worry about the dogs in heat as much now."Beth laughs"Well that's good since Ciarra's happy with Floyd."Tenny pulls out a joint and tells Beth"I don't approve and I won't approve so don't even start on that one with me!"Beth looks at her Mother as she lights the joint and Beth takes a toke with her Mother and asks"Have you heard from Allan?"Tenny tells Beth"I haven't heard a thing."Beth tells Tenny"I have a feeling something isn't right."Tenny takes a toke and tells Beth"Allan is crafty.I wouldn't be so worried about him."Beth reminds her Mother"What if Rich caused him to relapse on cocaine or alcohol Mama?"Tenny tells her Daughter"I may be mellow since smoking marijuana,but if Rich hurts my Allan,then he will deal with me!"Beth takes a toke and responds"I'll be right behind you Mama."Olivia arrives and walks inside and is shocked,as Beth and Tenny are both smoking and goes"Tenny!Beth!What are the two of you doing?"Tenny looks at Olivia and tells her"We're relaxing!Sit down."Olivia looks at them and says"I guess so."Olivia sits down and Tenny passes the joint to Olivia and she takes a toke and tells them"I just called Allan and his phone is off."Beth and Tenny are silent,as Tenny puts the joint out and asks Olivia"You mean to tell me Allan is missing?"Olivia tells them"Something is wrong."All of them are silent,as Beth and Tenny looks at each other and Olivia tells them"I am scared."Tenny looks at Beth and tells her daughter"I have a feeling that Allan is in trouble."Beth agrees,as does Olivia and they all sit in the living room,with concern growing for Allan.In Southpoint Beach,Allan is in a basement,and Rich walks downstairs,and tells Allan"Don't play me at my own game you washed up junkie!I want my deed!"Allan yells"When I get back my copyrights and masters."Rich walks up to Allan and pulls out a syringe and tells him"No way in hell would I ever do that!"
