It's evening time in Adam's Landing,and in Beth's office at City Hospital,she is shocked,stunned,and emotional as her Mother,Tennessee(Tenny) Sullivan,Xavier's Grandmother and widow of J.D.Sullivan has returned to pay her daughter a visit.They hug each other and Beth asks her Mother"I'm surprised you're here.How's Monaco been?"Tenny looks at her Daughter and laughs"I have enjoyed traveling around the world but sometimes it's good to be back in the States."Tenny asks"How's Xavier and Sully?"Beth tells her"Both are here.Sully's in the Psychiatric Wing currently and Xavier was in an accident but he'll be fine."Tenny tells her Daughter"I will be in Adam's Landing for awhile.I'm not ready to return home yet."Beth somberly says"Because of Daddy?"Tenny tells Beth"When J.D. died years ago,I couldn't stay in Blue Ridge.The memories although comforting ,was haunting and I had to get away."Beth hugs Tenny and tells her"I'm glad you're here Mama."Tenny hugs her Daughter as the lab tech walks in the office.Tenny tells Beth"I'm going to the Sunset Club to settle in.I'll visit Xavier and Sully tomorrow."Tenny quickly leaves as the Lab Tech tells Beth"Here's the results to Rachel Lane's paternity."Beth thanks the tech and walks over to her desk and looks at the envelope and makes a phone call to Ava and tells her"I got them."Beth is tempted to open it but decides to hold off and heads to check on Xavier.
Upstairs in the Psychiatric Wing,Sully,Jared and Gabriella are in the sitting room as Jared is filling his Wife and Mother in on what's happened.Sully is relieved to know that her Mother and Father,Xavier and Leigh are well but she asks her Husband"How's Desi?Did she live?"Gabriella tells her Daughter In Law"For now."Jared asks his Mother"What do you mean?For Now?"Gabriella asks Jared"Have I ever been wrong in my visions?"Jared is quiet for a moment and tells her"Nope.You have always been exact."Sully tells Jared"I want to see Mom and Daddy."Jared tells his Wife with a smile"You will be seeing them very soon.Dr.Cole told me that you're ready for release."Jared looks at his Mother and tells her"You too."Sully is ecstatic and Jared asks Sully in a serious tone"Promise me you'll stay away from Desi and the razorblades."Sully grabs her Husband and tells him"I am ready to start anew.I want to focus on us,and my store."Jared and Sully hugs as Gabriella watches on with a tear in her eye and Sully and Gabriella heads to their rooms to get packed to leave.Jared says to himself with a sigh,looking up"She needs a break.Watch over her."
Frank has returned to The Farm and finds his Mother sitting in his favorite chair and Ruth asks her Son"Where have you been all day?"Frank tells her"Xavier was in a car accident.He's fine though."Ruth gets livid and looks at Frank and asks"Why did you keep this from me?"Frank tells his Mother"With your heart,I didn't want you to panic and get worried."Ruth gets up and tells Frank"When my family is in trouble,you better tell me about it.Too damn much tragedy has went on in this family and I am tired of it son.I'm just glad he's ok."Frank hugs his Mother and tells her"I wanted to make sure he was going to survive before I said anything.I was only protecting you Mama."Ruth tells Frank"Xavier is the image of B.R. through and through.It will take much more than a car accident and a gunshot to get him.He's got ice running in his veins."Frank laughs as does Ruth and Frank changes subjects and asks Ruth"Where's Bree?"Ruth tells him"She got a letter from Jamie today and returned home."Frank tells Ruth"I hope Jamie's ok where-ever she went."Ruth tells Frank in a serious,but sad tone"After the pain she's caused us over the years,I really don't care what happens to her.She and Junior have caused so much grief to our family that I just can't worry about them anymore."Frank hugs his Mother and assures her"I think brighter days are ahead."Ruth holds onto him and says"I hope so Frank.I hope so."
At Chantel's,Rachel is sitting with Jack and Rachel is telling him about Xavier and Desi's accident.Jack asks Rachel"How are you handling things?"Rachel tells him"I don't know.I don't know whether I should be sad or feel free."Jack is curious and asks"Free?"Rachel looks at him and says"Only when she's at death's door is she ready to make peace.Even my Brother has offered an olive branch."Jack asks her"Will Desi survive the accident?."Rachel is silent and looks down and says"I don't know but I've made my peace."Meanwhile,at the bar,Ava arrives and watches her son with Rachel with a look of disapproval.Aretha's at the bar and sees Ava and tells her to sit down.Aretha tells Ava"Cut Rachel some slack.She has been through hell today."Ava says to her friend"Only tonight.I got a date in the morning at the Hospital."Aretha rolls her eyes and asks Ava"What business is it of yours who's the father of Rachel's child.You know it isn't Jack's."Ava gets upset and snaps at Aretha"That makes it my business.Also the fact that it could be my Brother's child or that guy I met today at the Hospital,Burt Corbin.I don't want to see my son hurt.He's already had enough of that and Rachel is out for one person,Rachel."Aretha is quiet as both of them watches on as Jack and Rachel are sitting together and Ava asks Aretha"Why are you so damn protective of Rachel?"Aretha says to Ava in a serious tone"I know her Ava.She has had a rough life.That's all I'm going to say."Ava gets suspicious and asks Aretha"What do you mean she had it rough?The tramp was the Daughter of Desi Lane?"Aretha sternly says to her friend"I may own a tabloid,but I won't say a word about Rachel's life that isn't printed in the book."Ava sighs and rolls her eyes and cautions Aretha"Don't get too close to her.I think she is trouble and I will never approve of her with my son so if you expect me to embrace her as you have,forget it."Ava leaves and Aretha shakes her head as she heads home as well.Meanwhile back at Rachel and Jack's table,Jack tells Rachel,noticing Aretha and Ava at the bar earlier"We had company."Rachel asks"Your Mother?"Jack says"Aretha too."Rachel sighs of relief as she tells Jack"At least someone at the bar had my back."They both laugh and gives each other a kiss."
Meanwhile,Tenny's returned to her room at The Sunset Club and checks her phone,noticing a text.She reads it and rolls her eyes and leaves to head downstairs to have a drink.Tenny arrives at the bar and tells the bartender"I want something strong."The bartender asks Tenny"You look troubled?"Tenny asks the bartender"Are you a licensed shrink?"The bartender shakes his head and goes to get Tenny her drink.Burt arrives and asks Tenny with a tone of surprise"So it seems we run into each other again."Tenny sarcastically responds"You must be following me Burt.Remember that it was a one time deal."Burt orders a drink and tells Tenny"That one time nearly cost me my job too when Xavier found out and Beth has hated me since."Tenny takes a drink and says to Burt"We know how close Beth and J.D. were.Very similar to Xavier and Sully."Burt asks Tenny"Why are you really here Tenny?I heard your rants on Adam's Landing too many times to think you're here on a family visit."Tenny quickly snaps"Can't a Mother come to town to visit her Daughter?Or to see her Grandchildren?Or check on the company?"Burt laughs and says"I can believe that but knowing you there's more to this."Tenny looks at Burt and says calmly"Everybody has secrets Burt."Tenny finishes her drink and heads back upstairs.Burt watches on with a look of suspicion and is quiet for a moment and the bartender asks him"Do you know her?"Burt tells the bartender"Yes I do.Too well I might add."Burt pays the bartender and heads home.Upstairs,Tenny returns to her room and reads the text again and had a look of defeat and looks up and says"Where are you when I need you J.D.?"She then lays down and cries herself to sleep."
Back at City Hospital,Beth has arrived at Xavier's room and finds Jared and Sully standing outside the door.Sully is smiling as is Beth as they look through the window and sees Xavier asleep in the bed,with Leigh laying next to him."Beth tells her Granddaughter"He's going to be fine."Beth gives Sully a hug and asks Jared"Where's your Mom?"Jared tells Beth"She went to to the apartment."Beth tells Jared"I think the world of Gabriella.Can she really see the future?"Sully and Jared both tell Beth"Yes she can."Beth tells Sully"Your Great-Grandma's in town.She'll be glad to know you're going to be out of here."Sully is shocked and asks"Where's she staying?"Beth tells her"The Sunset Club.Mama never asks for favors.If I told her to stay with me,she'd thrown a fit."Sully laughs"Sounds like she hasn't changed."Beth nods and tells Jared and Sully to head home,assuring them"Everything's fine here.Your Father has what he needs.He'll be very glad to know you're home."Sully looks through the window,and smiles and says"I'm glad my family's together."She hugs her Grandmother and she and Jared leaves as Beth follows behind,to call it a day.She then gets a message from Terrance and she is silent and walks out of the hospital with Rachel's paternity results in her pocket.In Desi's room,Michael is asleep in the chair,next to his Mother's bed as Terrance walks into the room and looks at her vitals and Michael wakes up and Terrance tells him somberly"She's gone."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 89. Changes
In front of Willie and Sidney's home,Willie,Aretha,and Rachel are horrified after a head on collision between Xavier and Desi has sent both cars off the road into the front yard of their home.Frank has pulled over after seeing the wreck and rushes to Xavier's aid as Aretha checks on Desi.Frank yells"Xavier.Wake up!"Aretha shakes Desi and notices no movement,but checks and finds a pulse.Xavier's head is on the steering wheel and he comes to as Frank shakes him without causing any injury.Xavier opens his eyes and gets up as well but slowly in pain and touches his head."He is silent and looks around and the paramedics arrive to take Desi and Xavier to City Hospital.Rachel stands on the porch horrified and hasn't said a word and then asks Aretha"Is she ok?"The paramedics haven't gotten a response from Desi and tells her Daughter"This is one of the worst ones I've seen.It doesn't look good."As the paramedics take Desi and Xavier to the hospital as Frank is following,Rachel is frozen as she is in shock and Aretha asks"Do you want to follow them?"Rachel responds in shock"I don't know."Aretha tells Rachel"Your Mother may not survive,I'd go.To make peace.Willie agrees with her Daughter and Aretha and Rachel leaves for the hospital,while Willie stays behind with her Husband Sidney,who needs 24 hour care due to Alzheimer's Disease."
At City Hospital,Beth and Jared are with Leigh with no response from Xavier and Beth tells them"He may have paid Desi a visit.Whenever it's come to Sully,he'll do anything to make sure she's taken care of.He is attached to her.When she hurts,he hurts too."Leigh cries and says"He did a great job raising her,she very much takes after her Daddy."Beth reminds Leigh"She's survived a lot lately and she and you are strong."Terrance arrives in Leigh's room and motions Beth to walk out into the hall to talk privately and Beth walks out.She asks Terrance"Did you get the results from the DNA test?"Terrance tells Beth"It's Xavier.He was in an accident."Beth calmly asks"What kind of an accident?"Terrance puts his hands on Beth's shoulders and looks down for a moment and tells her"A head on collision with Desi Lane.Both are critical."Beth looks into Leigh's room and thinks of Sully and tells Terrance"Tell Jared to come outside and check up on Leigh."Terrance walks into the room and he checks on Leigh and Jared comes outside and Beth tells him calmly"There's been an accident with Desi and Xavier."Jared asks in shock"Are they alive?"Beth tells him calmly"Both are critical.Don't say nothing to Leigh or Sully about this until I find out what happened."Beth rushes down to the ER as Jared walks back into Leigh's room and Terrance tells Leigh and Jared"She heals quick.You may be able to be released tonight or tomorrow morning."Leigh smiles and says"When X arrives,I'm going home."Terrance walks out and Jared is quiet and Leigh notices something wrong and asks Jared"What did Beth tell you?Was it about Sully?"Jared looks up and does as Beth asked of him,tells her"She told me Sully's progressing well and it won't be long before she is released."Leigh looks at Jared and tells him"What else did she say?"Jared doesn't answer but assures her,preventing his Mother In Law from getting upset and scared from knowing of Xavier's wreck,tells her"That's all she had to tell me and she had to check on a patient."Leigh looks at him and doesn't buy it.
Meanwhile at The Sunset Club,an older woman checks in and heads to her room.She spots Burt at the bar and asks him"Long time no see Burt."Burt ask her"What are you doing here?"The lady replies"I've heard on the news about my family and it was time to pay a visit."Burt tells her"Much has happened and they are holding up well I think."The lady tells him"That's good to know."She then asks him for his autograph and tells him"I read about you in Rachel Lane's book.Whatever made you decide to move down here?"Burt answers"Free home."She then asks him"Where's City Hospital?"Burt gives her directions and tells her"We should have a drink while you're here."She responds"We'll see."The lady leaves and Burt gets up to head back to Jackson Inc,and bumps into Michael,who's in a rush."He asks Michael"Moving In?"Michael tells him"My Mom was in an accident."Burt tells him"After what I've heard,sounds like Karma coming back to her."Michael asks him"What in the hell are you talking about?"Burt tells him"I know what happened years ago between her and Rodney.That's sick.That hurt her in so many ways."Michael angrily answers"My sister is a liar too!"and leaves for the hospital.Burt shakes his head and heads out,headed for Jackson Inc.
Beth arrives in the ER and rushes to Xavier's side as the doctor attending to Xavier tells her"He has a mild concussion and sore in the ribs but we've done a X Ray and a MRI and he appears to be fine."Beth cries of joy and says"Thank God!"Xavier tells her"I will be fine.I want to go see my wife."Beth tells Xavier"As soon as they finish up."Beth texts Jared,who's in the room with Leigh and tells him Xavier's prognosis."Jared then tells Leigh"Xavier had an accident.But he's going to be fine."Leigh asks"Was he hurt?"Jared tells her"He has a concussion and a few broken ribs,and wants to leave."Leigh breathes a sigh of relief and tells her Son In Law"I don't think I could handle anything else after all that's happened recently."Jared agrees with her and responds"Sully either.She is really doing well.My Mom's there and she's watching over her."Leigh tells him with a smile"You've done well taking care of my little girl."Jared shrugs and tells Leigh"She's everything to me."Leigh gets up and she and Jared heads down to the ER.

Meanwhile,Burt has returned to Jackson Inc and is informed of Xavier and Desi's accident by Bobby.Burt is taken back and asks Bobby calmly"Is Xavier going to survive?"Bobby nods and says"One thing I can say without a doubt in my mind is Xavier is made of steel.He's one of the toughest people I know.B.R. was watching over him"Burt says to Bobby"As long as I've known Xavier,he had many people looking after him I think.Don't forget about J.D. "Bobby nods and Bobby pours them a drink when they walk into his office and celebrate Xavier's survival.In the waiting room,Beth is with Frank and she walks over to Aretha and tells her with tears in her eyes,with Frank holding her"I owe you one for saving my son.Thank you."Beth hugs Aretha and Frank tells Beth"The Jacksons and The Evans family goes a long way back.Mama and Willie have been best-friends since childhood and her Father was one of my heroes."Beth smiles and laughs,telling Frank"You always wanted to haul yourself when we were dating,then you hit the big time."Frank looks at Beth and laughs,saying to his ex-wife"I ran with Sidney often when I was a kid and he let me drive often,but Mama doesn't know."Beth and Aretha all have a laugh as Beth is notified that she has a visitor in her office.She heads down and she thinks it could possibly be the results of Rachel's paternity results.She leaves and Michael and Rachel come out into the waiting room.Michael talks to Frank as Rachel tells Aretha"I'm ready to go."As they begin to leave,Michael stops Rachel and tells his Sister"I want to apologize for never believing you."Rachel looks at him and doesn't say a word and she leaves.
Leigh has been released as Terrance tells her"You will have to stay here tonight.He may have planned escape."Leigh,Jared,and Terrance has walked into Xavier's room,and Xavier smiles,seeing Leigh,who's in a cast from being shot in the shoulder,walks over to him and grabs his hand with tears in her eyes and tells him holding back tears with a smile"I'm not letting you go nowhere."Xavier looks at her and says with his voice slightly slurred due to his concussion"I can't leave yet."He looks at Leigh and tells her"I waited too long already for my family and I wasn't ready to go."He sits up in the bed and grabs Leigh as he hugs her and both cry of joy and Jared tells them"Don't forget my wife,she'll be glad to know you're fine."Xavier tells him with a smile"I can't leave her especially.I can't leave my girls."Jared laughs and walks out of the room,and walks up to the Psychiatric Wing to see Sully to tell her of Xavier and Desi's accident.As for Desi,Michael has returned to his Mother's side as she's been taken to a room and Desi asks Michael"Did Xavier make it?"Michael tells her"He survived."Desi tells her Son"I want you and Rachel to make up."Michael is silent for a second and tells Desi"I will try Mom."Desi smiles at her son as he gives her a hug and tells her"You've got a lot of things left to do.Don't try to leave just yet."Desi tells him weakly"I have no intentions to."Back in Xavier's room,Leigh is laying in Xavier's bed,next to him,as he holds her and says to her"I think we should leave and return to Blue Ridge once our Princess gets well."Leigh asks Xavier"Are you planning something X?"Xavier in a slurry sly tone says"I might be.I think it would do us good and we could do something else possibly."Leigh smiles and asks him"What else are you thinking?"Xavier shrugs and says to her,as they stare at each other"I got a surprise for you."She hugs him and they are quiet as they lay next to each other in his hospital bed,as they hold on to each other as he looks at her and she smiles at him.Meanwhile,Beth has returned to her office and is shocked as her visitor says"Beth.My sweet Beth."Beth looks at the older lady and says with tears starting to flow"You're here Mama."

Leigh has been released as Terrance tells her"You will have to stay here tonight.He may have planned escape."Leigh,Jared,and Terrance has walked into Xavier's room,and Xavier smiles,seeing Leigh,who's in a cast from being shot in the shoulder,walks over to him and grabs his hand with tears in her eyes and tells him holding back tears with a smile"I'm not letting you go nowhere."Xavier looks at her and says with his voice slightly slurred due to his concussion"I can't leave yet."He looks at Leigh and tells her"I waited too long already for my family and I wasn't ready to go."He sits up in the bed and grabs Leigh as he hugs her and both cry of joy and Jared tells them"Don't forget my wife,she'll be glad to know you're fine."Xavier tells him with a smile"I can't leave her especially.I can't leave my girls."Jared laughs and walks out of the room,and walks up to the Psychiatric Wing to see Sully to tell her of Xavier and Desi's accident.As for Desi,Michael has returned to his Mother's side as she's been taken to a room and Desi asks Michael"Did Xavier make it?"Michael tells her"He survived."Desi tells her Son"I want you and Rachel to make up."Michael is silent for a second and tells Desi"I will try Mom."Desi smiles at her son as he gives her a hug and tells her"You've got a lot of things left to do.Don't try to leave just yet."Desi tells him weakly"I have no intentions to."Back in Xavier's room,Leigh is laying in Xavier's bed,next to him,as he holds her and says to her"I think we should leave and return to Blue Ridge once our Princess gets well."Leigh asks Xavier"Are you planning something X?"Xavier in a slurry sly tone says"I might be.I think it would do us good and we could do something else possibly."Leigh smiles and asks him"What else are you thinking?"Xavier shrugs and says to her,as they stare at each other"I got a surprise for you."She hugs him and they are quiet as they lay next to each other in his hospital bed,as they hold on to each other as he looks at her and she smiles at him.Meanwhile,Beth has returned to her office and is shocked as her visitor says"Beth.My sweet Beth."Beth looks at the older lady and says with tears starting to flow"You're here Mama."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 88. Price Of Freedom
Xavier has shot Cecelia,who falls to the ground as does Leigh,who has also been shot.Beth rushes to Leigh's side as Cecelia slips away,with a gunshot in the back.Xavier's frozen in shock and Beth yells"Call 911 Xavier!"Xavier calls them and rushes to his Wife's side and tells her frantically"I won't lose you again.I need you my love.Hang on."Leigh looks at Xavier and she grabs his hand as Beth tells her Son"Luckily she will survive.Beth tells Xavier to head downstairs to greet the paramedics as she tends to Leigh.Cecelia mumbles as she dies"At least I won't go alone."Beth tells Leigh,holding her hand and with an urgency in her voice"Stay with me.Xavier and Sully needs you."Leigh gives Beth a smile and tells her"I'm not going anywhere."Beth cries with joy as Xavier returns with the paramedics,who takes Leigh to City Hospital.Cecelia meanwhile has died and Xavier makes a phone call as his Mother is standing with him and Beth says to her Son"I need to work on my aim better."Xavier tells her"She's free now and it's because of you Mother."Xavier gives his Mother a hug and cries and tells her"You have given me back my heart and you did what you had to do.Thank you."Beth stays strong and tells Xavier"Go to The Sunset Club and check on Pedro.When you get to the hospital,your wife will be waiting for you."Xavier and Beth heads out as one of Xavier's guards arrives to take Cecelia's body out of the house.Xavier looks at her and says coldly"Tell Daniel hello for all of us."Xavier walks out and goes to take care of Pedro.

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 87. Exposed
It's the next morning and at Hell Hill, Beth finds Xavier in the kitchen, sitting down deep in thought. Beth asks Xavier "How's Leigh this morning?" Xavier responds "She's still having headaches." Beth sits down and looks at Xavier and Xavier cautiously and suspecting asks his Mother "Do you know something?" Beth looks down and opens up her purse and pulls out a folder and shows it to Xavier. He opens the folder and sees two DNA results and asks Beth "Which one of these are real?" Beth shows Xavier and calmly tells him "Pedro had the results changed." Xavier is quiet and thinks to himself briefly before replying "I want to know everything that has happened to my wife while she was gone." Beth tells Xavier "I plan to find out everything this morning. I want you to stay with Leigh and stay quiet until I find out everything. Xavier tells his Mother "I will see what Leigh can remember as well.Something doesn't add up." Beth gives her Son a hug and heads to The Sunset Club. Upstairs in the bedroom Leigh wakes up and Cecelia walks into the room and asks her Mother "You don't look well." Leigh has another flashback and stares at Cecelia and Cecelia tells her "I brought you some coffee." Cecelia gives the cup to Leigh as Xavier comes into the room and tells Leigh "That's not going to help your headache." Cecelia gives an evil look to Xavier as Leigh has another flashback and says to Xavier "What is she doing in our bedroom?" Xavier looks at Leigh and then turns to Cecelia and calmly tells her "Let your Mom rest. She had a rough night last night." Cecelia walks out of the room and Xavier lays down next to Leigh and asks her "Do you remember something?" Leigh says to Xavier "I don't know. I have these nightmares and they seem so real." Leigh looks lost and Xavier hugs her and Leigh tells Xavier "She's helping them." Xavier asks "Who's helping them." Leigh says to Xavier in a tone of certainty and has another flashback and answers "Cecelia."
Meanwhile at The Sunset Club, Pedro is having coffee with his daughter Cara, and he tells her in a tone of fear "Beth knows the truth." Cara rolls her eyes and looks at her Father with disappointment, asking him "Are you still helping Mother?" Pedro tells Cara with regret "I was scared. Daniel and your Mom both knows about what happened years ago and if I didn't play along, my life was in danger." Cara quickly says in frustration "You're a walking dead man now that Beth knows. And if she knows?" Pedro finishes her question and responds with a paranoid look "Xavier will know also." Beth meanwhile arrives and watches them and Cara gets up to leave and gives her Father a word of advice, telling him "You need to leave town and don't look back if you want to live." She leaves and Beth walks over and asks Pedro with a smile "You ready to go upstairs with me?" Pedro looks at Beth, who has a flirtatious look and says softly "I got a surprise for you Dr.Del Mar." She grabs Pedro's tie and leads him upstairs into her suite and once they get inside the room, Beth takes off her coat to show him her surprise." Pedro is silent and can't take his eyes off of Beth as she walks over to him and leads him to the bed. She takes off his jacket and softly grabs his hands and handcuffs his wrists to the bedposts. Pedro says cautiously with a smile "I would never thought you were into this kind of stuff." Beth strokes Pedro's chest and looks him in the eyes and says to him "And I wouldn't think you would hurt my family but we can look beyond that." Pedro is silent as Beth walks over to her bag and pulls out a knife and a bottle of liquid medication and tells him softly and in a seductive manner "I want to play a game so be a good boy." Pedro looks at Beth and is now scared as she asks "Who are you protecting Pedro? And who is the stranger in Xavier's home?" Pedro answers confidently "I'm helping nobody Beth. I am out of the loop." Beth then picks up her knife and jumps on top of him aggressively and points the knife at his chest and says to him "If that was true, then why did you mess with those DNA tests?" Pedro gets upset and asks Beth "I thought we were going to make up Beth? I only tried to protect you." Beth gets into Pedro's face and hisses "I think you're protecting your wife."
At City Hospital ,Burt has arrived at Beth's office and is surprised to see Ava there and asks Ava "Are you here because of Rachel?" Ava sarcastically answers "I'm here because I love the view from the window." Ava then asks Burt "Why are you here? Are you sick?" Burt answers "I'm here for the same reason as you are Ava." Ava rolls her eyes and asks Burt "You didn't sleep with Rachel too did you? That makes her a whore." Burt gets defensive and tells Ava "Rachel and I dated and I know she's pregnant." Ava perks up and happily asks "So does that mean you may be Daddy to Rachel's bastard child?" Burt tells Ava "I may be.Jack definitely isn't." Ava tells Burt "You've knocked one possibility off the list. Now this child could either belong to you or Xavier." Burt asks "Xavier?" Ava answers "Didn't Rachel tell you that she seduced my brother when she came back to town?" Burt slowly answers in shock "I didn't know that." Ava tells Burt "Rachel is like a merry go round. I'll leave Beth a message for you." Burt tells Ava "Don't worry about becoming a Grandmother. I can promise you that your son is not the father and I will prove it." Ava walks Burt out and tells him "Go tell Dr.Evans to test you." Burt goes to find Terrance as Ava follows behind him and says to herself with a evil laugh "What a whore you are Rachel."
Meanwhile at Chantel's, Cara has arrived to meet up with Michael. Cara asks him "You should have called me sooner." Michael tells Cara "You're my last hope for Mom." Cara asks "Is Desi still in jail?" Michael gets emotional and tells Cara "My Mother did not kill Winston Hale. The Jacksons are punishing her unfairly. They own this town and Xavier and his family are out to destroy her." Cara gives Michael a shocked look and tells him "Your Mother is definitely innocent. I know that for a fact. She will be released today." Michael is happy, but asks "What do you know about Winston Hale?" Cara tells him "He's alive and well. I have proof and once the ALPD sees it, they will have to drop the charges." Michael thanks Cara and Cara shrugs and says to Michael "I went to law school for reasons like this. I'll call you and keep you informed." Michael thanks Cara once again and heads out. Meanwhile Jared has been sitting behind them and has over-heard them and tells his former Step-Mother sternly "You'd be wise to leave this case alone." Cara looks at Jared and reminds him "My job is to protect the innocent. Nothing you say can stop me!" Jared warns Cara "Don't say I didn't warn you. I got the SEC on speed-dial." Cara looks at Jared and is silent and Jared tells her "Father told me all about your Mother. I only care about my wife and if Desi is set free, then you'll be visiting your Mom in Unity Prison." Jared walks away and notices a text from Xavier, he reads it and is shocked and has a flashback to a visit with his Mom, Gabriella the day Sully was admitted to the Psychiatric Wing (Flashback: Jared's walking out and Gabriella tells him "Jared, there's a mole in Sully's family. Jared looks at his Mother and asks "What are you talking about?" Gabriella says "Something's about to go down and it won't end well but yet bring peace to some." Jared looks at her and gives her a hug and says "I love you Mom. Take care of Sully.") Jared heads to City Hospital to check on his Mother and his Wife and has a look of defeat as he leaves.
Back in her suite at The Sunset Club, Pedro is now terrified as Beth continues to stroke her knife along Pedro's chest, in a flirtatious manner, warning him "If there's ever a chance we could have a relationship again, you need to be honest with me." Pedro's phone rings and Beth pulls the phone out of Pedro's pocket and asks him "What would Cecelia be doing calling you?" Beth turns off the phone and she puts back on her coat as she gets up and walks back over to her bag and pulls out her pistol, and points it at Pedro .Beth, who is now angry and growing frustrated cuts to the chase and tells Pedro "I have had enough of this tactic, we're going to try another method. Meanwhile at The Sunset Club, Pedro is having coffee with his daughter Cara, and he tells her in a tone of fear "Beth knows the truth." Cara rolls her eyes and looks at her Father with disappointment, asking him "Are you still helping Mother?" Pedro tells Cara with regret "I was scared. Daniel and your Mom both knows about what happened years ago and if I didn't play along, my life was in danger." Cara quickly says in frustration "You're a walking dead man now that Beth knows. And if she knows?" Pedro finishes her question and responds with a paranoid look "Xavier will know also." Beth meanwhile arrives and watches them and Cara gets up to leave and gives her Father a word of advice, telling him "You need to leave town and don't look back if you want to live." Beth then picks up her knife and jumps on top of him aggressively and points the knife at his chest and says to him "If that was true, then why did you mess with those DNA tests?" At City Hospital ,Burt has arrived at Beth's office and is surprised to see Ava there and asks Ava "Are you here because of Rachel?" At City Hospital,Beth and Terrance are in her office as Beth looks at the papers again and asks Terrance"Which one of these are the real results?"Terrance shows her and Beth asks Terrance in a serious tone"Did you help Pedro cover this up?"Terrance tells Beth"The other day I got the folder by mistake from the lab tech and I was floored.If I had of known Beth,I'd told you immediately."Beth looks at Terrance and tells him"You were raised well.I know you would."Terrance asks Beth"How are you going to handle this?Beth tells Terrance"Pedro will regret this.What he did will hurt my family.Xavier and Sully doesn't need this right now."Terrance tells Beth"Pedro loves you but he's kicking himself pretty hard over what's happened."Beth says"Before I tell my family about this,He's going to tell me everything he knows and I know how he's going to do it."Beth pulls out a pair of handcuffs and Terrance laughs"You're going to play naughty huh?"Beth says with a grin"He'll enjoy the beginning,but he's about to see my bad side."Beth tells Terrance"Stay quiet about this."Terrance assures her"I will."Beth also reminds Terrance"I want Rachel Lane's paternity results brought to me immediately tomorrow."Terrance gives Beth a thumbs up and he heads out.Beth packs some things in a bag and heads out herself.In the hall she bumps into Pedro and he has a look of fear.Beth looks at him and says"I've thought things over and I was too harsh on you."Pedro is taken back and asks Beth"Are you saying you forgive me?"Beth smiles and says in a flirting manner"You always could read my mind.I want you to meet me in my suite at The Sunset Club later so we can make up."Pedro is cautious and Beth notices and asks him"Are you nervous about something?"Pedro answers"I planned to meet with Cara tonight.Could we make up tomorrow before work?"Beth strokes his cheek and says to him"We sure can.See you tomorrow Dr.Del Mar."Beth heads out and Pedro has a look of hope in his eyes and leaves to meet with his Daughter.
At Hell Hill,Xavier's arrived home to find Leigh and Cecelia waiting for him,both with looks of suspicion and Xavier asks"What's going on?"Cecelia quickly gets to the point and asks him"Did you kill Chant?"Leigh adds"Cecelia found the famous storm shelter by the creek as well as Chant's phone.What happened to him X?"Xavier asks Cecelia"Why are you worried about Chant?Whatever happened to him he deserved it!"Cecelia yells"He didn't deserve to die Xavier!I know you had him and Jamie down there because I heard them and today they are gone."Xavier gets angry and tells Cecelia sternly"What happens in that storm shelter stays there.All I will say is Chant nor Jamie is dead and you shouldn't lose any sleep over them!"Leigh tells Xavier"You and I need to have a talk about the man you've become.There's other ways to get payback on someone than to lock them in a cellar in the cold of winter and torture them.You're not B.R.!"Cecelia snaps at him"I don't buy a word you're saying.You hated him and you and Winston killed him."Xavier warns Cecelia"I'm going to pass some knowledge along to you just so you understand,Chant Hale wanted to take my company away from me and he would go to great lengths to do that.When Sully lost her child due to Chant's actions,I should have killed him but I didn't.When it comes to the ones I love,I will do everything I can to give them peace,at whatever cost so don't ever question me again!"Cecelia yells"You are a evil man and I'm ashamed that you're my Father."Cecelia storms out and Leigh grabs Xavier and tells him"I believe you.But you're not B.R. X.The man I fell in love with wouldn't have went to these lengths to do what you've done."Xavier tells Leigh"When I watched you die in Paris and I couldn't save you,I vowed that moment that I wouldn't let that happen again!This isn't Blue Ridge Leigh.Like I told you,when I returned home,I had a lot of responsibilities and many people,even family,out to take my Father's legacy.I did what he would have done and that's why I am in charge of Jackson Inc and the head of the family."Leigh looks at Xavier and tells him"I understand X.I do.But Cecelia doesn't and she has alot to adjust as well as I."Xavier gives Leigh a hug and assures her"With you here now,I feel whole again."Leigh assures Xavier"I'm not going anywhere X.We will work all of this out."Leigh closes her eyes for a moment and has a look of pain.Xavier asks her"Are you ok?"Leigh tells him"I have these headaches recently.I don't understand why."Xavier grows concerned and tells Leigh"Mother should be home soon.She'll know what's going on."Xavier hugs Leigh and holds her close.
Beth meanwhile makes a stop before arriving at Hell Hill at The Farm to find Frank,Bree,Ava,and Jack gathered together and Ruth comes out of the kitchen and tells them"Dinner's ready."Beth asks Ruth with a laugh"I thought you were going to rest?"Frank laughs"You know Mama.She doesn't know the meaning of the word."Ruth smiles at Beth and says"My heart feels better when I have my family together like this.This does an old lady well."Beth smiles and tells Ruth"Just do me a favor and let your family help you."Bree assures Beth"Grandma knows her limits and Ruth jokes"I wanted a home cooked meal and nobody here knows how to cook."Ava says to her Mother"If you had asked me,I'd made you dinner."Ruth rolls her eyes and places her hands on Ava's shoulders and says to her Daughter"You were never a cook Ava.If you'd made me dinner,you'd burn down the house."Ava laughs as does everyone else and Ruth asks about Sully and Beth tells her"She's ok.It will just take time for her to get over everything that's happened."Ruth assures her"Sully is strong."Beth smiles and begins to leave and Frank asks Beth"Would you stay and have dinner with us?Mama may not be here if it wasn't for you."Beth tells him"I'd love to but I need to check on Xavier."Ruth tells Beth"Tell my Grandson to come see me or else!"Beth assures her"I will tell him."Beth gives Ruth a hug and reminds her"Rest."Ruth assures Beth"I will Dr.Jackson."with a laugh.Beth leaves and Ava follows Beth out and asks her"Is everything set for tomorrow?"Beth responds"Everything's set and I will let you know."Ava thanks her and heads back inside while Beth receives a text from Xavier and rushes to Hell Hill.
Meanwhile,Rachel has returned to The Sunset Club and sits at the bar and orders a meal before heading to her room.Aretha arrives and asks Rachel"How did everything go?"Rachel sighs and says to Aretha"She did exactly what I expected her to do.I feel like I've made peace and now I can move on."Aretha gives Rachel a hug and tells her"You needed to do this and now you're free."Rachel smiles and thanks Aretha telling her"I don't know what I'd done without you.You're my rock."Aretha is humble and assures Rachel"I got your back.I want you to check out of here and come home with me.I talked to my Mama and I want you to stay with us."Rachel asks Aretha"Wouldn't I be intruding?"Aretha stops Rachel and sternly says to her"Mama is expecting you for dinner.She will be giving you her famous lecture if you don't accept."Rachel laughs as Aretha smiles,seeing some happiness in Rachel as she accepts Aretha's offer and tells her"I'll be there shortly.I'll text you when I'm close."Aretha gives her a hug and heads home.Rachel turns around to head to her room and runs into Burt and Rachel asks him"What are you doing here?Are you following me?"Burt tells Rachel"I wanted a drink before I returned home.I want to give you something."Burt pulls out Rachel's diary and tells her"I found this when I was packing your Mom and Brother's things up."Rachel is suspicious and asks Burt"Why are you staying in Mom's house?"Burt replies"I live there now and evicted Desi and Michael.I always liked a clean house."Rachel tells Burt"It's good to see that karma's paying them a visit."Rachel heads to her room and Burt has a drink and says to himself"She's pregnant."Meanwhile sitting at the other end of the bar,Terrance arrives and is on the phone with the hospital,telling the person on the other line"Put a rush on Rachel Lane's paternity results and send them to Dr.Jackson ASAP."Burt has a thought and leaves a tip on the counter and writes in his book"Visit Beth"and heads home.
Back at Hell Hill,Beth arrives and Leigh's upstairs in bed.Beth asks Xavier"What's wrong?"Xavier tells his Mother"Leigh has been having migraines the last few days and I'm concerned."Beth tells her Son"Something isn't right.She should be over her withdrawal by now after being here."Upstairs,Leigh lays in the bed and has a flashback and screams as her headache intensifies."Xavier and Beth rush upstairs and Beth notices something and asks Leigh"Are you ok sweetie?"Leigh looks at Xavier and Beth as if she doesn't know them.Beth looks at Xavier and tells him"When I found Leigh in Southpoint Beach,she had these moments."Xavier asks"Do you suspect she's still being drugged?"Beth nods and says"I think so son."Xavier shakes his head as Beth walks out of the room and makes a text to Pedro,saying"Don't forget."At Pedro's apartment,he gets her text and responds"I'll be there."There's a knock at the door and it's Cecelia.Pedro tells Cecelia"Beth knows the truth."Cecelia assures Pedro"I've got my tracks covered."Pedro looks at Cecelia and warns her"It's only a matter of time before everything comes out."Pedro gives Cecelia something and tells her"This should help."Cecelia thanks Pedro and leaves.Pedro looks up and says to himself"It's over."

In the Psychiatric Wing of City Hospital,Sully is shocked to see her Mother In Law,Gabriella Kenney,who's also a patient there.Sully asks Gabriella"I thought you left town?"Gabriella laughs"Honey I have to take vacations now and then.This is one of them."Sully gives Gabriella a hug and tells her"I feel better knowing someone here rather than being alone.Gabriella warns Sully"Don't mention anything of our relation in here.It would affect both of our treatments."Sully agrees and Gabriella asks Sully"Why are you here?"Sully confides in her Mother In Law"I was going to kill Desi Lane after losing my child due to her selfishness."Gabriella grabs Sully's hands and looks at her intently and tells her"You felt betrayed by her and she hurt your family so you had motive."Sully looks at her and jokes"Jared wasn't lying when he said you were psychic."Gabriella assures Sully"I can read people like a phone book and see the future."Sully asks Gabriella"What does the future hold for me and my family?"Gabriella looks at Sully and says"You're not ready to know yet.If you did,it would only hinder your treatment.It's best not to know."The nurse comes into the sitting room and tells Sully"Dr.Cole is ready to see you."Sully heads away and Gabriella sits on the couch and says to herself"It will come out,and when it does,it will be bad."
Downstairs in Beth's office,Pedro has arrived and Beth isn't happy to see him.Pedro tells Beth with concern"How's Sully doing?I heard she's upstairs getting help for some issues."Beth tells him"Yes she is and I am taking care of her."Pedro then asks Beth"How have you been?I've missed you."Beth gets frustrated and answers"How in the hell do you think I've been Pedro?My Granddaughter's lost her child.Ruth hasn't been well.You tell me."Pedro tells Beth"I am here for you in you need me Beth.I never meant to hurt you."Beth yells at Pedro"You should have told me about Leigh being alive instead of keeping it from me and her family."Pedro attempts to calm Beth down but Beth is heated and tells Pedro sternly"The only thing I want to hear from you is the truth about what happened to Leigh and your part in everything."Pedro looks at Beth and says with sadness in his eyes"Daniel blackmailed me into going along with his sick plan.I made a mistake in Paris which resulted in a patient's death.When Leigh was brought into the hospital and revived,Daniel told me to stay quiet or else he was going to reveal what happened.I helped him and I have regretted it ever since."Beth looks at Pedro and tells him"I can understand you not knowing that Leigh was Xavier's wife but there's more to this.Until you tell me the rest,I don't want to see you again."Pedro looks down and begins to walk out.He turns around and tells Beth,with remorse"I am sorry for the pain I caused you and your family."Pedro leaves and outside has a flashback and says to himself with regret"I've lost her."Meanwhile Beth gets a text from Leigh and Beth heads out to meet her Daughter In Law for lunch at Chantel's.
At The Sunset Club,Rachel is quiet and doesn't say anything.Aretha is curious and worried as to what Rachel wants to say and encourages Rachel"Whatever it is you want to tell me Rachel,you have my word it will go no further than us."Rachel looks at Aretha with tears forming and looks down and struggles with her words,saying"I sort of wish Sully would have killed my so-called Mother."Aretha is stunned and says to Rachel"I know Desi wasn't much of a Mother to you,but you don't wish she was dead."Rachel wipes her eyes and says to Aretha with a sigh"All she had to do was support me and believed me."Aretha grabs Rachel's hand and says to her"Did something happen to you Rachel?"Rachel takes a deep breath and looks at Aretha and begins to tell her(Flashback: A young Rachel,age 15 is at home and her Father,Rodney comes home from work.He asks his daughter"Is Desi still at the store?"Rachel responds"Yes.She will be late coming home tonight."Rodney tells Rachel"Where's your brother?"Rachel responds"He went out on a date."Rodney smiles and looks at his daughter and says in a tone of happiness"I'm glad we're alone.You're growing up into a beautiful young woman,"Rachel smiles and says to him"Thank you Dad."Rodney motions to Rachel to come to him and she does as asked by him.Rodney looks at her and says"You remind me so much of your Mother."He strokes his daughter's hair and Rachel gets unnerved as Rodney kisses his daughter on the cheek."Rachel tries to back away and Rodney aggressively pulls her towards him and tells her"Don't be scared Rachel.I won't hurt you."Rodney touches Rachel and she slaps her father,which makes his aggression grow and pulls his daughter by the arm,taking her upstairs.A few hours later,Rodney is sitting on the edge of Rachel's bed and is putting his clothes back on.He warns Rachel"I am your father and I can do as I please when it comes to you."Rachel's laying in the bed shaking and crying uncontrollably and doesn't respond to her father as he walks out of the room.)Aretha looks at Rachel shocked and with a loss of words.Rachel cries"You never expect your father to do something like that."Aretha walks over and hugs Rachel as she cries in her arms"My family didn't believe me when I told them."Aretha is disgusted and assures Rachel"I see completely as to why you feel the way you do.Your Mother should be ashamed of herself.Rachel tells Aretha"He did it more than once and my Mother knows he did it."Aretha is angered and says"Did she catch him in the act?"Rachel responds"Yes.And instead of her doing the right thing,she sent me away."Aretha is stunned and has a look of disbelief and says to Rachel"You deserve some closure with this.You got a perfect opportunity since she's behind bars.She can't run away.Confront her.I'll go with you if you need me to."Rachel tells Aretha"I have confronted her but she is still in denial."Aretha insists"You need to make your closure with her while you have the chance.She can't run away."Rachel is silent and gives Aretha a hug and tells her"You're more of a Mom to me than she ever was."Aretha holds Rachel with a look of sadness and hurt,and Rachel heads off to confront Desi.Aretha shakes her head in disgust and anger and makes a phone call and Michael walks over to Aretha's table and tells her angrily,having heard the conversation"My sister is a liar."Aretha looks at Rachel's brother and sneers"Your family makes me sick to my stomach.I hope your Father is burning in hell and your Mother joins him."Aretha leaves and Michael heads to his room.
At Chantel's,Beth arrives to meet with Leigh and finds Xavier there also and Xavier asks his Mother"How is Sully adjusting?"Beth tells them"So far,so well.She's seeing Dr.Barry Cole and he is one of the best psychiatrists in the country.He arrived this morning at my request to take care of her."Xavier and Leigh are relieved and Leigh tells Beth and Xavier"I got an announcement to make as well.I'm going to work at Class.I spoke to Ava and I'm going to help out until Sully gets well."Xavier hugs her and says happily"I'm glad you're doing it.You will be a huge asset and it will be a huge relief to the investors and our daughter."Leigh tells Xavier"I got a lot of things to catch up on.I've been out of the fashion world for a long time."Beth congratulates Leigh and asks"Have you told Cecelia about this yet?She could model and follow in your footsteps."Leigh tells them"I haven't seen her today.I've called her but she hasn't answered."Xavier tells them"She may be out exploring the estate or Adam's Landing."At Hell Hill,Cecelia is at the creek and notices the storm shelter on the property.She gets curious and walks inside and notices the shackles on the ground and a phone.She picks up the phone and finds it to be Chant's.She grows suspicious and makes a phone call to Leigh.At Chantel's Leigh answers the phone and Cecelia tells her"I need to talk to you privately.I'm at Hell Hill."Leigh tells her"I'll be there shortly."Leigh gives Xavier a kiss and tells him and Beth"Cecelia needs to see me.I'll see you tonight."Xavier smiles as Leigh walks away and watches her walk out with stars in his eyes.Beth notices and says to her son"Miracles happen Xavier.Everything will be ok with Sully.She's stronger than we give her credit for."Xavier tells his Mother"She deserves some peace and I hope she finds it."Beth assures him"She will be."Beth then gets a phone call from Terrance and tells Beth"I need to speak to you."Beth gives Xavier a hug and tells him"I need to get back to the Hospital.I'll see you later."Beth leaves and Xavier pays the waiter and returns to Jackson Inc.
At City Hospital,Terrance is in his office and Pedro arrives at Terrance's request.Pedro asks Terrance"What did you need to see me about?"Terrance pulls out a folder and asks Pedro in a serious tone"Did you do this?"Terrance holds up two DNA tests and he tells Pedro"Beth won't be happy to know about this.You may have just lost your job."Pedro has a look of guilt and tells Terrance"Would you do me a favor and stay quiet about this?"Terrance tells Pedro"I don't believe I can do that Pedro.I want to know which one is the real one?"Pedro tells him and Terrance looks at it and says,shaking his head"Are you going to tell Beth or am I?"Pedro is silent as Terrance gets a text from Beth.Terrance begins to leave and Pedro pleads with Terrance"Don't tell her about this yet.She has already been through enough."Terrance looks at Pedro and tells him"I'm sorry Pedro but I can't do that."Terrance heads to Beth's office as Pedro gets upset and makes a phone call,telling them"I need to talk to you.I'm in trouble."
Aretha arrives home and finds Willie sitting in the living room,watching her favorite soap.Willie turns off the TV and notices something different with her Daughter and asks Aretha"What's bothering you baby?"Aretha tells her Mother"Mama,if I tell you,I want you to keep this to yourself."Willie asks Aretha"Is this about Rachel?"Aretha tells her"Rachel told me something that made me sick."Willie gets concerned,and asks"What was it?"Aretha starts to cry and says"Rachel was sexually molested by her Father when she was a teenager."Willie turns off the TV and looks at her Daughter in shock and says with sorrow"That poor girl.How did her Mama react or her family?Aretha sighs"Desi disowned her and her family didn't help her at all.She's had it rough and it breaks my heart."Willie is disgusted and comments"For a Mother to do that to their child after something like that happens is appalling.My heart goes out to her.I'm proud of you being there for her."Aretha asks her Mother"Would it be ok with you if I asked her to stay with us.She's going to need a safe place with all that's happening?"Willie hugs her daughter and tells her"I'll go prepare a seat for her at the dinner table and get a room ready for her."Willie however warns her"Let Rachel know about Sidney so she is prepared."Aretha assures her Mother"She knows about Daddy.I just hope she accepts."
At the ALPD,Rachel's in the visitation room and she paces the floor,and has another flashback and cringes in fear.Desi comes into the room and rolls her eyes,telling Rachel"You're the last person I want to see."Rachel responds"Same here Mommy.You can't run away now."At City Hospital's Psychiatric Wing,Sully's returned from her session with Dr.Cole and Gabriella asks her"How did everything go?"Sully tells her"I feel better but like he said,it will take time.Gabriella hugs Sully and promises her"I am here for you Sully.I'll protect you all I can while I'm here."Downstairs in Beth's office,Beth has returned and Terrance arrives shortly afterwards and Beth asks him"What's up?"Terrance looks at Beth and pulls out a folder and tells her"Remember those tests you did on Leigh and Cecelia?"Beth nods and Terrance opens the folder and tells Beth"There's two results."Beth is shocked and looks at the folder and has a look of horror and drops the papers on the floor and looks at Terrance with anger and asks"Who messed with this?"Terrance answers"Pedro."At Hell Hill,Leigh has arrived and meets Cecelia in the Storm Shelter and Cecelia shows Leigh Chant's phone.Cecelia tells her Mother"I think Xavier killed Chant."At Jackson Inc,Xavier is in his office and Bobby arrives and tells him"It's confirmed.Chant's settling into his new home and Jamie is as well."Xavier pulls out a bottle of whiskey and pours himself and Bobby a drink and tells him"That works for me."

At Chantel's,Beth arrives to meet with Leigh and finds Xavier there also and Xavier asks his Mother"How is Sully adjusting?"Beth tells them"So far,so well.She's seeing Dr.Barry Cole and he is one of the best psychiatrists in the country.He arrived this morning at my request to take care of her."Xavier and Leigh are relieved and Leigh tells Beth and Xavier"I got an announcement to make as well.I'm going to work at Class.I spoke to Ava and I'm going to help out until Sully gets well."Xavier hugs her and says happily"I'm glad you're doing it.You will be a huge asset and it will be a huge relief to the investors and our daughter."Leigh tells Xavier"I got a lot of things to catch up on.I've been out of the fashion world for a long time."Beth congratulates Leigh and asks"Have you told Cecelia about this yet?She could model and follow in your footsteps."Leigh tells them"I haven't seen her today.I've called her but she hasn't answered."Xavier tells them"She may be out exploring the estate or Adam's Landing."At Hell Hill,Cecelia is at the creek and notices the storm shelter on the property.She gets curious and walks inside and notices the shackles on the ground and a phone.She picks up the phone and finds it to be Chant's.She grows suspicious and makes a phone call to Leigh.At Chantel's Leigh answers the phone and Cecelia tells her"I need to talk to you privately.I'm at Hell Hill."Leigh tells her"I'll be there shortly."Leigh gives Xavier a kiss and tells him and Beth"Cecelia needs to see me.I'll see you tonight."Xavier smiles as Leigh walks away and watches her walk out with stars in his eyes.Beth notices and says to her son"Miracles happen Xavier.Everything will be ok with Sully.She's stronger than we give her credit for."Xavier tells his Mother"She deserves some peace and I hope she finds it."Beth assures him"She will be."Beth then gets a phone call from Terrance and tells Beth"I need to speak to you."Beth gives Xavier a hug and tells him"I need to get back to the Hospital.I'll see you later."Beth leaves and Xavier pays the waiter and returns to Jackson Inc.
At City Hospital,Terrance is in his office and Pedro arrives at Terrance's request.Pedro asks Terrance"What did you need to see me about?"Terrance pulls out a folder and asks Pedro in a serious tone"Did you do this?"Terrance holds up two DNA tests and he tells Pedro"Beth won't be happy to know about this.You may have just lost your job."Pedro has a look of guilt and tells Terrance"Would you do me a favor and stay quiet about this?"Terrance tells Pedro"I don't believe I can do that Pedro.I want to know which one is the real one?"Pedro tells him and Terrance looks at it and says,shaking his head"Are you going to tell Beth or am I?"Pedro is silent as Terrance gets a text from Beth.Terrance begins to leave and Pedro pleads with Terrance"Don't tell her about this yet.She has already been through enough."Terrance looks at Pedro and tells him"I'm sorry Pedro but I can't do that."Terrance heads to Beth's office as Pedro gets upset and makes a phone call,telling them"I need to talk to you.I'm in trouble."
Aretha arrives home and finds Willie sitting in the living room,watching her favorite soap.Willie turns off the TV and notices something different with her Daughter and asks Aretha"What's bothering you baby?"Aretha tells her Mother"Mama,if I tell you,I want you to keep this to yourself."Willie asks Aretha"Is this about Rachel?"Aretha tells her"Rachel told me something that made me sick."Willie gets concerned,and asks"What was it?"Aretha starts to cry and says"Rachel was sexually molested by her Father when she was a teenager."Willie turns off the TV and looks at her Daughter in shock and says with sorrow"That poor girl.How did her Mama react or her family?Aretha sighs"Desi disowned her and her family didn't help her at all.She's had it rough and it breaks my heart."Willie is disgusted and comments"For a Mother to do that to their child after something like that happens is appalling.My heart goes out to her.I'm proud of you being there for her."Aretha asks her Mother"Would it be ok with you if I asked her to stay with us.She's going to need a safe place with all that's happening?"Willie hugs her daughter and tells her"I'll go prepare a seat for her at the dinner table and get a room ready for her."Willie however warns her"Let Rachel know about Sidney so she is prepared."Aretha assures her Mother"She knows about Daddy.I just hope she accepts."
At the ALPD,Rachel's in the visitation room and she paces the floor,and has another flashback and cringes in fear.Desi comes into the room and rolls her eyes,telling Rachel"You're the last person I want to see."Rachel responds"Same here Mommy.You can't run away now."At City Hospital's Psychiatric Wing,Sully's returned from her session with Dr.Cole and Gabriella asks her"How did everything go?"Sully tells her"I feel better but like he said,it will take time.Gabriella hugs Sully and promises her"I am here for you Sully.I'll protect you all I can while I'm here."Downstairs in Beth's office,Beth has returned and Terrance arrives shortly afterwards and Beth asks him"What's up?"Terrance looks at Beth and pulls out a folder and tells her"Remember those tests you did on Leigh and Cecelia?"Beth nods and Terrance opens the folder and tells Beth"There's two results."Beth is shocked and looks at the folder and has a look of horror and drops the papers on the floor and looks at Terrance with anger and asks"Who messed with this?"Terrance answers"Pedro."At Hell Hill,Leigh has arrived and meets Cecelia in the Storm Shelter and Cecelia shows Leigh Chant's phone.Cecelia tells her Mother"I think Xavier killed Chant."At Jackson Inc,Xavier is in his office and Bobby arrives and tells him"It's confirmed.Chant's settling into his new home and Jamie is as well."Xavier pulls out a bottle of whiskey and pours himself and Bobby a drink and tells him"That works for me."

Daylight And Darkness: Episode 84.The End Begins
It's a new day in Adam's Landing and Desi's arrest has made the news and is widely known throughout the area due to the extensive press coverage.At the ALPD,Michael asks the officer about his Mother and the officer tells him"I can't reveal any information."Michael gets angry and yells"I want to see my Mom now!"The officer warns him"One more outburst from you and you will be barred from here unless you plan on staying awhile."Michael threatens him saying"You will be speaking to my attorney!"Michael leaves and In the Visitation Room,Desi is escorted in the room in handcuffs and she demands angrily to the jailer"Take me back to my cell.I refuse to speak to her.Aretha sarcastically reminds Desi"That anger is what got you in here.I want your side to the story."Desi asks Aretha"You're not on my visitation list!"Aretha tells her"It's about connections.Desi tells Aretha"Sully tried to kill me.Print the damn truth for once in your life!"Aretha is insulted and tells Desi"I was raised with morals and I had parents.It's sad Rachel never had that."Desi gets angry and yells to the guard"Take me back to my cell!'Aretha looks at Desi and tells her"You're about to have all the celebrity you've ever desired and it's going to benefit my bank account."Desi is taken back to her cell and receives a call from Rachel,and tells her"I'm on my way."Desi's taken back to her cell and sits quietly and finds a cellmate who takes offense at Desi immediately.She tells her"Remember me?"
At The Sunset Club,Rachel is in her room and is getting ready to meet with Aretha downstairs.Jack has spent the night with her and he's getting dressed.Rachel tells Jack"I want you to know I appreciate all the support you've given me since I told you last night."Jack tells Rachel"That's so wrong on so many levels.I want to give you everything you've ever wanted."Rachel tells Jack softly and with a smile"You already are."Rachel leaves and Jack gets ready to go to Jackson Inc and checks his texts to see many messages from Ava.Jack has the look of dread and heads out.
Ava meanwhile has arrived at City Hospital as Frank is there as Ruth is upset after watching the news and finding out about Sully.Ava assures her Mother"Sully is getting the help she needs now.There's nothing to worry about Mama."Frank tells her"Beth's taking good care of her."Ruth compliments Beth,telling her children"She's a miracle worker.She's like a daughter to me."Beth meanwhile walks into the room and asks Ruth with a smile"I've arranged for your release this morning."Ava tells her Mother"Don't get worked over everything that's going on.Everything's under control."Ruth says with a sigh of potential"I hope this family can catch a break."All agree and Beth heads out as Ruth prepares to leave.Frank helps his Mother while Ava follows Beth outside Ruth's room and tells Beth"I found out something on Rachel Lane you need to know."Beth asks Ava"Rachel's making us a lot of money as we speak,What do I need to know?"Ava hesitates,and tells her"Rachel's pregnant,"Beth looks at Ava and says "I noticed she's starting to glow."Ava tells Beth"The next thing I've got to tell you is that the child isn't Jack's."Beth asks Ava"Do you want me to do a paternity test and find out the father for you?"Ava tells her"Yes!There's one other person though that could be the father."Beth asks"Who is it?"Ava tells Beth"Xavier."Beth looks at Ava and says to her"You're kidding I hope."Ava asks Beth"You didn't know about it did you?"Beth asks Ava in a serious tone"What happened Ava?"Ava looks at Beth and says"Rachel slipped ecstasy into Xavier's drink one night.When she came back to town and they did the deed."Beth tells Ava in a tone of defeat"Xavier doesn't need to know about this just yet.Keep this between us.She's scheduled to come to the hospital tomorrow and I'll test her."Ava tells Beth"It's a lose lose for me."Beth tells Ava"I know the feeling."
At Jackson Inc,Xavier,Bobby,Jared,and Jack,who's arrived,has gathered for a meeting."Burt arrives and tells everyone"We've got the press all against Desi.It will only help us declare victory when it's over."Xavier tells them"We have to make sure Class is saved and afloat while she gets help with her issues."Jared tells Xavier of his visit with Sully earlier in the morning and says"She was asleep when I stopped by earlier."Xavier then tells everyone in the room"We have to stay silent and not say one word that Winston Hale still lives.If word leaked,it could put Sully in a lot of trouble."Everyone agrees and Bobby passes out papers to everyone in the room to sign.It's an order of silence in regards to Winston and Xavier tells them"Desi will go to war with her until she loses something which could be Class if we don't act now."Jared tells Xavier"My Mother's in the psychiatric wing as well after a recent issue.She will watch after Sully."Xavier tells his son in law"That will be great for her to have someone to lean on while she's there."They then discuss business and Xavier asks Bobby"Has everything been set up for the bail hearing?"Bobby nods and assures Xavier"All systems go."Xavier tells them all"Desi's about to learn a lesson about what the name Jackson means in this state.Lafayette,Valley Ridge,all of them will see what happens when one of our own is down and the price to pay."Leigh walks in after hearing Xavier's speech and asks him"What will sending an innocent person to jail do anything to help our daughter?"Xavier tells Leigh"Sully looked up to Desi at one time,sort of a surrogate mother,and Desi has hurt her many times and Desi hurt this family as well."Leigh asks Xavier if they can talk privately and Xavier asks everyone for a moment with Leigh.Everyone clears out and Leigh tells Xavier"You're a different person X.You're not the same person you were in Blue Ridge."Xavier asks Leigh"What are you eluding to Leigh?"Leigh tells Xavier"I know you have the best of intent,but I don't think your plan will succeed."Xavier tells Leigh"It sure as hell will.I will do anything to protect Sully."Xavier starts to cry and tells Leigh"She's all I known since I lost you.She was the only part of you I had."Leigh is moved and wipes Xavier's tears and tells him"I'm here now X.I'm not going anywhere.I don't want to see you get your hopes up."Xavier assures her"My family has controlled Adam's Landing since the early 1900s,I have always believed in tradition."Leigh tells Xavier"I don't agree with your plan but I support you."Xavier hugs Leigh and tells her"I'm glad your here by my side again."They kiss and Leigh leaves the office and Xavier makes a phone call and asks"Have they arrived yet?"

Ava's arrived at Class and goes over some files in her office.She gets a visit from Leigh and Ava welcomes her,and tells Leigh"I'm glad you stopped by.I want to discuss something with you."Leigh asks Ava"Does it have to do with Winston?I don't think it will work."Ava assures her sister-in-law"It will work.Trust me."Ava then tells Leigh"I want you to come work for Class.It's be a help to me and make Sully more secure."Leigh accepts and Leigh tells her"When Sully gets well,she will come to the top department store in the state!"At Jackson Inc,Jared returns to Xavier's office and Xavier tells Jared"Desi was denied bail.She won't be released unless she's proven innocent."Jared tells him"I just hope Grandfather doesn't blow his cover."Xavier assures his son-in-law"He's comfortable and enjoying himself.All he wants is for his legacy to be secure and in your hands it is.Sully has nothing to fear."At the ALPD,Desi's returned to her cell and her cellmate yells"I missed you while you were gone."Desi is silent and fuming with anger."Her cellmate walks over to her and says"I remember you from school.You've sure fallen off the top."Desi sticks up her nose to her cellmate and tells her"Leave me alone.The woman pulls out Rachel's book and tells Desi"You should be disgusted at yourself after the way you treated your daughter."Desi warns her cellmate"Don't go there with me."She begins to read a few passages and then comments"I can't believe you would be as selfish as push a young pregnant woman down and cause her to lose her baby and sit here with a look of denial."Desi slaps her and her cellmate warns her,getting in her face"Don't try me rich bitch."At City Hospital,Beth calls the psychiatric wing and checks on Sully.She then hangs up and notices a visitor at her office who turns out to be Pedro.Beth asks Pedro"Why are you here?"In the Psychiatric Wing,Sully is in the sitting room and is silent,looking at a fashion magazine.A woman notices her and asks"Sully,why are you here?"Sully sees the woman and says with a sense of ease"I'm glad to see you."
